A former Yale student who was kicked out of the school in 2019 after being accused and acquitted of rape in 2018 can now sue his accuser for defamation over statements she made during a school hearing on the matter after a Connecticut Supreme Court ruling over the summer.

According to the New York Post, 30-year-old Saifullah Khan has had a $110 million defamation lawsuit pending against the school since 2019, and has been fighting to bring his accuser into the suit.

In June, the state’s supreme court granted Khan’s request, and ruled that the accuser, a fellow student, shouldn’t receive “qualified immunity” from her testimony in a school hearing that Khan raped her after a 2015 Halloween party.

Qualified immunity protects people from being sued over statements they make in judicial cases, but the court ruled that the university hearing wasn’t a stand-in court proceeding, since Khan wasn’t allowed the chance to cross-examine his accuser.

Khan’s team listened during the referenced hearing to the woman’s testimony from a separate room, never being able to cross-examine her. The ruling said Khan’s defense attorney was left to act as a “potted plant.”

The court said that Yale’s hearing couldn’t be considered “quasi-judicial” because the woman wasn’t made to testify under oath, and Khan wasn’t provided with a transcript of the testimony.

Khan started attending the Connecticut Ivy League school in 2012 on a full scholarship, majoring in neuroscience. A 21-year-old acquaintance claimed that Khan took advantage of her following an off-campus Halloween party when she was extremely drunk. At the trial, Khan’s lawyers said the encounter was consensual.

Khan was suspended from classes amid the allegations, but returned to school in 2018 after his acquittal, despite a petition with 78,00 signatures and widespread opposition to his return. In the end, Khan was kicked out of the school in 2019.

“We are delighted and look forward to trial,” Khan’s lawyer Norm Pattis said.

Big win for Norm.

We need more of these women to get sued into oblivion so we can have a bit of breathing room on the rape hoax front.

The accrediting council for the American Bar Association (ABA) voted 15-1 to no longer require the administering of the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) for law school applications, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Starting in 2025, the ABA will no longer mandate that law schools require a “valid and reliable admission test” as a part of its application process, after feedback from a public comment period suggested that dropping the testing requirement would increase diversity, according to WSJ. Law schools may still require the test as a part of its admissions process, but the LSAT will no longer be required for accreditation.

The Clinical Legal Education Association, a group focused on promoting justice and diversity within the legal foundation, argued that dropping the LSAT requirement would allow law schools to individually address “the persistent lack of racial diversity” within their institutions, according to the WSJ.

Chancellor of the Southern University Law Center John Pierre said that the institution, a historically black university, would continue to require the LSAT in its admissions process, despite backing the ABA vote, the WSJ reported.

Of 82 law schools surveyed, at least 30 schools said they would still require the LSAT as a part of their admissions process, according to a November Kaplan Inc. survey. Approximately two schools said the chances they continue requiring the test are “unlikely” and 37 schools were yet to decide if they would require the test.

Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Kristen Theis-Alvarez, told the WSJ that dropping the requirement to increase diversity might actually have reverse effects.

“We believe that removal of the testing requirement could actually increase the very disparities proponents seek to reduce by increasing the influence of bias in the review process,” Theis-Alvarez said according to the WSJ.

The punishment of whites for being white is getting absurd at this point. It is comedic. I don’t know how you can do anything but laugh at the way that the women and Jews who run the US government are doing this thing they’re doing, coddling these brown people.

Video game hair is really the problem with video games. I’m the kind of guy who mostly plays autism games like Rimworld and Factorio, maybe a bit of XCom, generally, but I see the big games.

The PC release of Red Dead Redemption 2 was the first game I ever played personally where the faces really looked like real people – but if they took their hats of, the hair stood out, glaringly, as not real. The reason is that it can’t move properly – in order for that to happen, they would have to make each individual hair it’s own model, and that would cause most games to just stop working.

In the lower budget game “Outer Worlds” (which sucked) they gave every woman butch lesbian hair, because they didn’t have the resources to even try to make hair that moves look real.

Black people’s hair is the single easiest kind of video game hair, because it is hard and doesn’t move. I’ve often wondered if they aren’t putting more black people in video games just to deal with the hair problem.

But apparently, this is racist.

A Yale professor will lead a team seeking to dismantle racism inherent in video games thanks to a $1 million gift, according to an announcement from the university.

Professor Theodore Kim “will lead a group that will investigate the algorithmic representation of Type 4 hair as a uniquely anti-racist problem,” the university announced. “Type 4 hair” refers to a type of hair typical of black women.

Professor Kim stated in the news release that “this research will serve as an example of how to identify the products of systemic racism in computer graphics and demonstrate how to take concrete steps to ameliorate their harm.”

“The tools and algorithms we aim to develop will allow the full range of human hair, in its elegant variation and diversity, to be faithfully represented in film and games,” he stated.

The College Fix contacted the computer science professor via email and asked what he hoped the research will do for video games in the future and if he sees any other areas where “anti-racism” and computer science intersect, but he did not respond.

“One of the physical characteristics that is most revealing of algorithmic bias is the representation of human hair,” the university stated. “Computer graphics research has historically favored the simulation and rendering of straight hair, which is racially coded as European or Caucasian hair.”

The Bungie Foundation granted the money to Kim.

“The tools as they exist today do not work in favor of creating characters that look like us” Kareem Schuman, co-lead of the Black at Bungie group, stated in the announcement.

Schuman and Bungie’s press team did not respond to requests for comment.

One finance professor at the University of Texas at Austin who frequently criticizes diversity efforts criticized the proposal in comments to The Fix.

“There has been an explosion of interest in this sort of activist ‘research’ recently, though the trend has been building for a long time,” Professor Richard Lowery told The Fix. “Basically, many departments have now been completely taken over by activists, and the remaining true researchers are too scared to push back.”

”A dispassionate inquiry into, say, demographics of characters in video games would be a legitimate, though in my opinion wasteful, academic exercise, but as soon as you see terms like ‘anti-racism’ you can be guaranteed that this is activism masquerading as research,” he said.

These people who get these grants are laughing all the way to the bank.

“We always knew it would come to this” is a very common phrase these days. We are seeing it all over, as Democrats under Joe Biden go buckwild with Jewishness and the Jewish media, academia, and health establishment push child trannies and forced vaccination.

Just so, we always knew that the Jews would eventually call to simply abolish the US Constitution so they can have their way with us, without anything in between – which is what two law professors called for in the New York Times last week. Harvard’s Ryan D. Doerfler and Yale’s Samuel Moyn said that the Constitution is “famously undemocratic” and therefore needs to be overthrown and replaced with feminist and racial liberation ideology and global warming mumbo-jumbo.

For the record, Doerfler does not have a Wikipedia page, but an unanglicized German name like that almost certainly means “Jew” in America (especially at Harvard law school). Moyn does have a Wikipedia page, and is a Jew who writes about critical theory (Jewish gibberish) and Jewish studies. It doesn’t matter if they’re Jewish – this is a Jewish agenda, through and through. No Christians are suggesting abolishing the Constitution. Doerfler and Moyn also cite other Jew lawyers to make their case for America going full Jewocracy. These two have been publishing essays about abolishing or otherwise undermining the Constitution for years, arguing that it stands in the way of their Jewish agenda for America.

The article claims that the “American people” (i.e., “The Jews”) are being held hostage by an exhausted, outdated text written by bad white Christian men, and closes with laying out a path for nullifying the Constitution completely in the name of “fundamental values like racial equality or environmental justice.”

These Ivy League professors repeatedly claim that the Constitution does not represent “the majority opinion,” and is therefore being misused by reactionaries pushing a far-right agenda. However, no one knows what the majority believes, and most people who disagree with the corporate media consensus lie about their opinions in public.

To be clear: the Constitution is perfectly fine, and the singular reason that it would be overthrown would be to remove the rights and freedoms enumerated in it. There is no other reason you would want to do that. Black people and other racial minorities already have too many rights, and the alleged US President and the Congress are already deindustrializing the country in the name of the nonsensical global warming hoax. To remove the Constitution completely would only be done with the goal of making things much worse. They want to take away free speech and guns in particular, and they want to do it in an absolute manner.

Jews hate freedom because they despise the basic order of nature, and will always seek to undermine basic freedom as a way to undermine mankind itself. Whether or not they actually succeed in abolishing the Constitution is at this point largely immaterial, given that the coronavirus hoax demonstrated that your Constitutional rights do not actually exist in practice. Your rights are theoretical and can already been completely disregarded in the name of a fake “crisis emergency” ostensibly caused by the flu.

Despite the fact that it is obvious that rights don’t exist anymore and the government and media can simply do whatever they want to you, you should know that Jews are still working diligently to make the situation even worse. It is becoming increasingly clear, even to dim-witted morons, that these Jews are intent on exterminating all life on earth.

I probably don’t say this enough: The Jews are the problem. More or less everything that is wrong with America and the West more broadly can be traced back to the Jews. China has an overwhelmingly powerful government that is not tied to a Constitution, and they do not share really any of our main problems, because their powerful government is not controlled by the Jews. Human beings – that is to say “non-Jewish humanoids” – are a part of nature. We are natural in form and substance. Therefore, we will always try to rebalance ourselves in line with nature. Normal non-Jewish humans will try to fix problems, to increase freedom for the people, so that the people can find meaning in life. Their sole purpose is to destroy. They seek wealth and power to use it for the purpose of sadistic destruction.

The order of nature is God’s order, and it is what brought peace in the Garden of Eden. Every deviation from this order creates suffering and doom to some extent. However, when normal people violate God’s law, they feel guilt, and tend to try to make amends. To be fair, this is true not only of Christians, but also of Moslems, Buddhists, and Chinamen. Everyone seeks a balance, to be in harmony with the order of the universe – except the Jews, who delight in violating the rules of reality.

The Jews are the world’s foremost problem. We can talk about “the left” or “globalism” or any of the problems we find under these headings, but we are ultimately talking about the Jews. If the Jews had their way, they would just torture and kill us all, then they would destroy all life on earth by clearcutting forests and replacing them with disgusting windmills that don’t even work.

We should talk about all sorts of problems and work through the truth of the matter, but we ultimately need to remember that the Jews are the problem. At some point, they have to be sent back out of the United States, because they are never going to stop with their filthy lies and trickery.

The people must remember: this is a spiritual battle, and the only way out of it is through Jesus Christ. It is up to each and every one of us to live lives modeled after Christ if we wish to overcome the Jewish menace.

On Friday, former New York Times journalist Bari Weiss posted a video of Indian Yale psychologist Dr. Aruna Khilanani saying that she wants to kill white people. The video was from an April 6 Zoom meeting, and was posted to the Yale website.

In the Yale Child Study Center Grand Rounds talk, called “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind,” Khilanani says that she wants to kill whites randomly.

“I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step, like I did the world a fucking favor,” she said.

The Yale School of Medicine has released a statement claiming that they found the “tone and content” of the speech to be “antithetical to the values of the school.”

The school said it added a disclaimer before the video warning of profanity and violent imagery.

One of the reasons that Khilanani cited for wanting to murder random whites is that they don’t wear their masks enough.

While Yale has issued a statement saying they don’t support this sentiment, they have not apologized for it.

Meanwhile, Khilanani has stood by her statements, telling the New York Times she has nothing to apologize for.

Khilanani is part of a growing industry of anti-whiteness advocates which are playing an increasingly large role in academia, and also in primary school. What she represents is the underlying ideology of “critical race theory” which is now being taught in K-12 classrooms across America.

If you combine this level of violent hatred and calls for murder with the increasingly aggressive statements by the likes of Joe Biden that white people are the threat, it’s clear that these people are preparing for a genocide.

We are told that the first steps of the supposed Holocaust of the Jews by Adolf Hitler was dehumanizing the Jews with speech, but just to put this into perspective, there were never any speeches on German university campuses saying “unload a revolver into the head of any Jew.”

What we are seeing now is on par with what was coming across the radio in Rwanda before the Tutsi massacre.

Yale can say “oh but that isn’t our values,” but there is no real attempt by anyone in the establishment to dial back this rhetoric. Again, what Joe Biden is saying is not really far from what the more extreme elements are saying – he is saying that whites are a threat and that whites have to be punished. He’s just being less specific about how they should be punished.

Clearly, something very bad is coming our way.

It is very advisable to get out of the major cities, and prepare for things to get weird.

Art history is actually one of the more interesting topics that you can learn about in school or college. Art changes as nations and civilizations change, so it is fascinating to be able to chart the progression and to see just how devastating the Great European Civil Wars of the 20th century were.

They both led to a complete collapse in idealism and even in the idea that art should be beautiful.

A big red pill for young students is when they see the complete collapse in art, and when they compare modern art to the art of their supposedly backwards and ignorant ancestors. It can really get the noggin joggin – or at least, it could have in the past. Now, Yale has decided to do away with intro to art history courses, and that means all other universities are soon to follow along and ban it as well.

Yale will stop teaching a storied introductory survey course in art history, citing the impossibility of adequately covering the entire field — and its varied cultural backgrounds — in one course.

Decades old and once taught by famous Yale professors like Vincent Scully, “Introduction to Art History: Renaissance to the Present” was once touted to be one of Yale College’s quintessential classes. But this change is the latest response to student uneasiness over an idealized Western “canon” — a product of an overwhelmingly white, straight, European and male cadre of artists.

This spring, the final rendition of the course will seek to question the idea of Western art itself — a marked difference from the course’s focus at its inception. Art history department chair and the course’s instructor Tim Barringer told the News that he plans to demonstrate that a class about the history of art does not just mean Western art. Rather, when there are so many other regions, genres and traditions — all “equally deserving of study” — putting European art on a pedestal is “problematic,” he said.

These people lack self-awareness and literally talk in memes. “Problematic” is a vaginal word that reminds any red-blooded man of the visceral disgust they feel when they see another man being hen-pecked by a gaggle of irate harpies – which is basically what the college experience is defined by.

I can’t stress this enough though: most of the knowledge that you could have gleaned in college you can get directly from the source with the help of the internet. Even now, YouTube is filled to the brim with incredible lectures and self-made labor of love documentaries by incredibly talented people that anyone with a modicum of curiosity can watch for themselves for free.

Colleges are indoctrination facilities that give you a certificate proving you’ve been thoroughly brainwashed that you present to potential employers as proof that you will be compliant should they hire you. Seeing as no one appears to be hiring Millennials anymore, there doesn’t really seem to be a need for these diploma mills, does there?

We really would be better off quarantining every single university and every single student until we can figure out what the hell is going on.

These protests rituals are going to just become a daily part of our lives now.

We must come to accept this.

They’ll start happening everywhere that you have a critical mass of soy-babies and weirdo women who dress like freaks. In America, it will become as common as a traffic accident or a shart in the ‘mart. Not something worth even bringing up on the news anymore.

The fact of the matter is that these “hostile” actions are not what they appear to be at first glance. Harvard and Yale are not exactly bastions of conservative thought – so this was not an action deep in a hostile territory.

It was more like a PR stunt that was supported by the wokest students and faculty.

In other words, it was almost like it was part of the game – pre-game entertainment.

Between 40 and 50 students rushed to the field first and attempted to stage a sit-in. They were soon followed by some 500 others, local media estimated. While most protesters then dispersed peacefully, a small group of activists refused to leave the field, forcing the police and the security officials to move in and take them away.

And you know, one of these days, the police just won’t ever move in to arrest the people storming the pitch.

The weirdos will keep protesting and protesting for hours and hours, wondering when the batons that they’re so used to will come down on their skulls, realizing with disappointment that they might not.

A Russian phone-pranking duo claims to have recorded a call with the manager of the Yale fellowship program, who joked about training revolutionaries and took some credit for making Navalny an opposition figure.

Navalny is some astroturfed opposition figure in Russia to Putin.

On Sunday, famous Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus released audio which they claim contains a candid conversation with Timothy Stumph, associate director of the Yale Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program. The international four-month program is aimed at emerging leaders and was attended by Russian opposition figure Aleksey Navalny in 2010.

The audio itself is unverified, and it is unclear whether it was edited or not. In what appears to be a 10-minute phone call, the prankster impersonating Polish education minister Jaroslaw Gowin is having a lighthearted chat with the man thought to be Stumph.

Maybe Navalny became a revolutionary after your program,” the prankster suggested. His interlocutor is heard laughing, saying “I guess we can take a little credit for that. Though, I don’t think Kremlin appreciates that.”

Responding to the question whether Navalny was taught at Yale “to destroy Russia,” the person joyfully said: “I know! Well, hopefully not destroy, but – improve, you can say, yes.”

He seemed to have conceded to the prankster’s assertion that the Yale world fellows program is aimed against Russian authorities. “I’ve given up any hope of ever obtaining a Russian visa at this point. They would never let me into their country,” he laughed.

In a New York Times op-ed entitled “The Terrifying Power of Internet Censors,” a Yale Law School doctoral candidate, Kate Klonick, has defended the rights of the Daily Stormer.

She focuses on Cloudflare. I’m not sure if she does this to simplify the concept for the layman, or simply because she herself doesn’t understand.

Thus far there is no registrar willing to keep us online. Maybe Dreamhost would have not folded if we still had Cloudflare – I have no idea. They did cite the fact that they were getting DDoSed as the reason for dropping us, and if we still had had Cloudflare, we would have been using their DNS and so Dreamhost wouldn’t have gotten DDoSed. However, they then came out with a different reason for dropping us.

Also, we did create our own DNS, which made it so we could prevent DDoS attacks on the registrar itself when we were on both .al and .at – Albania and Austria, respectively.

Both of these registrars dropped us due to pressure from their respective governments.

But anyway, I also hate Cloudflare. And they should be attacked.

Because of the precise nature of Cloudflare’s business, and the scarcity of competitors, its role censoring internet speech is not just new, it’s terrifying.

What makes Cloudflare an essential part of the internet is its ability to block malicious traffic from barraging clients’ websites with requests that take them offline. Cloudflare is one of the few companies in the world that provide this kind of reliable protection. If you don’t want your website to get taken down by extortionists, jokers, political opposition or hackers, you have to hire Cloudflare or one of its very few competitors.

Just for the record here: all of their competitors are extraordinarily expensive, and we were going to use one anyway – because we don’t have any choice – but they all denied us service during the sign-up process.

For example, CloudDNS.

They did give me my money back. They didn’t offer it until I asked, however.

Dreamhost, Namecheap and others just kept my money even after I asked for it back.

Generally speaking, there are two kinds of corporate players on the internet: companies that build infrastructure through which content flows, and companies that seek to curate content and create a community.

Internet service providers like Verizon and Comcast, domain name servers, web hosts and security services providers like Cloudflare are all the former — or the “pipe.” They typically don’t look at the content their clients and customers are putting up, they just give them the means to do it and let it flow.

While there have long been worries about internet service providers favoring access to some content over others, there has been less concern about companies further along the pipeline holding an internet on/off switch. In large part, this is because at other points in the pipeline, users have choice. Private companies can make their own rules, and consumers can choose among them. If GoDaddy won’t register your domain, you can go to Bluehost or thousands of other companies.

Unless you’re the Daily Stormer.

We are so far the only site that has been banned from the internet.

Of course, more are coming.

But the fewer choices you have for the infrastructure you need to stay online, the more serious the consequences when companies refuse service. This is why Cloudflare’s decision to drop The Daily Stormer is so significant. Denying security service to one Nazi website seems fine now, but what if Cloudflare started suspending service for a political candidate that its chief executive didn’t like?

Yes.

The readership of the NYT does indeed need to have the core concept of why free speech exists explained to them like they are babies.

That is the timeline we are on, presently.

With this move, Cloudflare is wading into the business of evaluating the content of its clients — something sites like Facebook and Twitter have been wrestling with for years, leading them to develop complex rules and procedures that govern what users are and are not allowed to post. Most agree that it’s appropriate for social media companies to take down certain kinds of content — that’s how they ensure our newsfeeds aren’t full of pornography or violence. But that doesn’t mean we don’t want that type of content to be able to exist somewhere on the internet. Ensuring that sites like Cloudflare remain content-neutral might be necessary to guarantee that.

“Might be”?

One of the additional difficulties with Cloudflare is that it is not so much a piece of pipe as it is a service. Specifically, it is a paid-for-protection service. Having to hire Cloudflare to protect your website is like having to hire security to protect you from attackers when you speak in the public square. If that security service is the only one in town, and you’ll be silenced if you try to speak without it, maybe that security service shouldn’t pick and choose whom it protects. While regulation should not be done lightly or broadly, there’s a case to be made that we should treat Cloudflare more like the police, who are supposed to equally protect all members of the public.

Last week, Matthew Prince, Cloudflare’s chief executive, acknowledged how much power his company has, and what’s at stake. “The internet is a really important resource for everyone,” he said in an interview with TechCrunch, “but there’s a very limited set of companies that control it and there’s such little accountability to us that it really is quite a dangerous thing.”

This is the most terrifying realization surrounding Cloudflare’s removal of a site from the internet: There’s a lack of accountability present at every part of the pipeline and on platforms. The people who run these companies are not elected officials, yet we still expect them to safeguard our basic liberties while also meeting our cultural expectations. For the most part they do: both because it’s good business to meet the expectations of their users, and because most have praiseworthy goals of corporate responsibility. Beyond these minor checks on these companies’ power, we as users have no way to ensure they meet our needs — and we have no idea what site they’ll take down next.

To be clear: Cloudflare is not the most important element. Along with registrars refusing my domain, Cisco/OpenDNS has been caught refusing to resolve our DNS, which, when we were on .al, meant that 2% of the world was unable to access our site.

I think it was fine for the NYT to reduce this to Cloudflare the way they did. It’s simpler that way. But it is the entire backbone infrastructure of the internet which has now been politicized, and it all needs regulated by the government.

It is great to see leftists realizing that this is their problem too.

Literally no one benefits from this, other than the Jews themselves who are in power, and have reason to believe they will remain in power indefinitely. But not all positions the Jews have are leftist positions. BDS and criticism of the banking system will get shut down with much less fanfare than the Daily Stormer was when the momentum of censorship builds and it becomes acceptable for backbone internet infrastructure companies to silence anyone that Jews don’t like.

Wednesday, the same day this NYT op-ed was posted, Glenn Beck defended the Stormer’s rights to speech (Soundcloud link, second hour). This is something that all things being equal, everyone in the country should easily be able to agree on: it is unjustifiable for private companies to decide what people are and are not allowed to say.

At this point, it is much, much too late for GoDaddy, Google, Cloudflare or any of these other companies to walk back what they have done to us. The only solution is for these companies to be regulated in the same way the banking industry, the oil industry and the various public utilities are regulated. That is to say, that is the only way short of outright nationalizing them as critical infrastructure too volatile to be left in the hands of private companies at all – though I don’t think that is necessary.

Right now, we have courts that are going to defend our First Amendment indefinitely. We have no reason to believe that SCOTUS is ever going to rule against free speech, and if they do, it won’t be for a generation. Putting these companies under the control of the government is the only solution.

All of this has backfired anyway. I haven’t been silenced. I am still here. I am still writing. I am still having an effect on mainstream politics. In fact, this has done nothing other than increase my longterm political relevance by orders of magnitude.

Silencing people is not a solution to political problems. If we have disagreements, we can talk them out. That is the American way.
