Allison Pearson, giving an interview to Nigel Farage

You can’t just post opinions the government doesn’t like.

That will destroy democracy in darkness.

Daily Mail:

A journalist is facing a ‘Kafkaesque’ probe after she allegedly stirred up racial hatred in a post on social media in 2023.

Allison Pearson, 64, claimed two police officers turned up at her door at 9.40am on Remembrance Sunday to inform her she was being investigated over a post on X from last year.

The award-winning writer told The Telegraph that one officer said ‘I was accused of a non-crime hate incident. It was to do with something I had posted on X a year ago. A YEAR ago? Yes. Stirring up racial hatred apparently’.

The officer allegedly then said he was not allowed to disclose what Ms Pearson had said in the post.

Allison Pearson was probably hot 40-45 years ago

But at the time of the alleged tweet last year, the journalist was regularly posting about Hamas’s October 7 attacks on Israel, as well as pro-Palestine demonstrations happening in London.

Last night, Essex Police said officers had opened an investigation under section 17 of the Public Order Act 1986 relating to material allegedly ‘likely or intended to cause racial hatred’.

A police spokesman said: ‘We’re investigating a report passed to us by another force. The report relates to a social media post which was subsequently removed. An investigation is now being carried out under section 17 of the Public Order Act.

‘As part of that investigation, officers attended an address on Sunday November 10 to invite a woman to attend a voluntary interview on the matter.’

The case was being treated as a criminal matter rather than an non-crime hate incident, police sources suggested.

What “other force” passed them the report?

Satan?

It could’ve been worse

OFFICIAL POLICY: Everyone Knows That Censorious Rat and Jew-Lover Musk Renamed Twitter “X” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/10/22/official-policy-everyone-knows-that-censorious-rat-and-jew-lover-musk-renamed-twitter-x/ Sun, 22 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000

As a member of the media, I am officially announcing that there is no reason to continue saying “X, formerly Twitter.”

Everyone who reads the news is now aware that Elon Musk, who is anti-free speech and a Jew-lover, inexplicably changed the name of Twitter to “X.”

I suspect he did this as some kind of “deal with the devil trickery,” similar to Calypso from the Twisted Metal game series. Elon promised that there would be free speech on Twitter, then he changed the name of the site to “X,” and then made it clear that no one is allowed to talk about the Jews on X.

Maybe Twitter has free speech, but no one knows, because it doesn’t exist anymore. Now there is only X, a site for Jew-lovers to get together and talk about how great the Jews are. If you have any criticism at all of the Jews, you can go to Twitter – a site that no longer exists.

You don’t have to go along with this. I’m never going to call it “X.” I do not avow the existence of “X.” This is like a 15 year old goth girl named Stacy changing her name to “Willow.” Bitch, I’m not calling you Willow. And I’m calling your step-dad to tell him you smoke pot and you’re a whore.

Of course, there is no step dad to call in the real life version of this stupid analogy.

The point is: as a member of the media, I am officially ordering the media to either just say “X” or ignore this nonsense and go back to saying “Twitter.” I repeat: henceforth, there is no need to write “X, formerly Twitter.”

This statement is official and must be respected.

Secondarily: for all of those members of the media contacting me about my progress working with the estate of the famous rapper DMX, known as “X,” to sue Elon Musk for identity theft: the family has disappeared with the $2,500 I raised for their lawsuit, my cellphone, and half a bottle of Maker’s Mark. The status of the suit is not looking good. I was considering trying the same lawsuit with the estate of Malcolm X; however, I fear the same thing would happen. I do not think there is a solution to the renaming of Twitter to be found in the civil court system.

Twitter Suing California Over Law Requiring Reports on Hate and Disinformation https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/09/09/twitter-suing-california-over-law-requiring-reports-on-hate-and-disinformation/ Sat, 09 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Today, @X filed a First Amendment lawsuit against California AB 587. As made clear by both the legislative history and public court submissions from the Attorney General in defending the law, the true intent of AB 587 is to pressure social media platforms to “eliminate” certain…

— Global Government Affairs (@GlobalAffairs) September 8, 2023

This bill is intended to go into effect on January 1. You can read the full text here. There seems to be a lot of confusion about what that text says. I just read it, and I am confused. As far as I’m able to tell, the only thing the bill actually says is that companies have to submit reports on their terms of service and the content that they censored.

The implication, however, is that social media companies should be doing a whole lot of censoring. What’s more – the government doesn’t have a right to put this kind of burden on a company. This report would be millions of words long, based on what the requirements are (they want not only every single action of censorship to be recorded, but every report they got asking for censorship).

If you just look at the bill in a vacuum, however, you would think it was about forcing social media companies to justify mass-censorship. But this is California, so the intent is clearly the opposite of that. They want Twitter to report that they’re not censoring “hate speech” and then do something against them because of that.

The Guardian:

Elon Musk’s X sued California on Friday, challenging the constitutionality of a state law establishing new transparency requirements for social media companies, including how they police disinformation, hate speech and extremism.

X, the social media platform once called Twitter, said the law, known as Assembly Bill 587, violates its free speech rights under the US constitution’s first amendment and California’s state constitution.

In a complaint filed in federal court in Sacramento, California, X said the law’s “true intent” was to pressure social media companies into eliminating content the state found objectionable.

By doing so, California is forcing companies to adopt the state’s views on politically charged issues, “a form of compelled speech in and of itself”, X said.

…

AB 587 requires larger social media companies to issue semiannual reports that describe their content moderation practices, and provide data on the numbers of objectionable posts and how they were addressed.

The law also requires companies to provide copies of their terms of service. Failure to comply risks civil fines of up to $15,000 for each violation a day.

Gavin Newsom, California’s Democratic governor, signed the law last September, saying the state would not let social media be “weaponized” to spread hate and disinformation.

See – there you go. He’s the one saying that is the purpose of the law, even though the law itself just says you have to submit reports.

Newsom is publicly framing this as a way to silence freedom of speech based on this “hate and disinformation” gibberish.

The mechanism through which these reports will turn into censorship is not clear. Most likely, they are just going to whine about how Elon is not censoring enough, and then allow the ADL to use that to further pressure the federal government to pass hate speech laws. Or whatever.

Jesse Gabriel, an assembly member and author of the bill, said in a statement that “if Twitter has nothing to hide, then they should have no objection to this bill”.

“Assembly Bill 587 is a pure transparency measure that simply requires companies to be upfront about if and how they are moderating content. It in no way requires any specific content moderation policies – which is why it passed with strong, bipartisan support,” he said.

It does read like a very arduous “transparency measure.” But you see what Newsom is saying.

Meanwhile, the federal government – which is also run by the Democrats – is continuing to face challenges over their own policies of ordering social media companies to censor things.

We all get what’s happening here.

The number one threat to the government is freedom of speech.

They can use all of this language about how it is “dangerous speech” that they are censoring. Obviously, every single government in the history of the world that has engaged in censorship has said that the information they were censoring was “dangerous.”

I mean, when someone gets punished in North Korea for speech, no one in the society views it as “oppression.” They view it in the same way Americans view it when someone gets punished for speech: “it’s dangerous speech that is a threat to our society.”

In America, it’s now totally normal for people to say “well, of course we have to censor hate speech and disinformation.” In North Korea – which we are supposed to believe is this totally oppressive society – anyone is going to say “well, of course we have to censor capitalist propaganda and disinformation.”

There is no government ever that said “we’re censoring because we are lying to you and we have to cover it up.”

Why would any government say that?

Elon Musk Suing British Anti-Free Speech Group for Harassing and Defaming His Advertisers https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/08/02/elon-musk-suing-british-anti-free-speech-group-for-harassing-and-defaming-his-advertisers/ Wed, 02 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000

I’m going to sue Elon Musk for banning me and my friend Nick Fuentes for literally no reason.

Oh, that’s right – in America, you can’t sue the internet for silencing you, because America is a totally unregulated anarho-capitalist country.

It’s also a communist state with 60% tax, but that is just because of democracy. It means corporations can do anything to anyone without restriction, while the individual is powerless against an overwhelming and brutal government apparatus that is sucking its blood while refusing it any form of representation. It’s the perfect system of government, and all countries must adopt it or we will destroy them with war, revolution, and terrorism – in the name of freedom.

CNN:

Twitter has sued the Center for Countering Digital Hate, a nonprofit group that has criticized the company’s handling of hate speech, following through on a litigation threat that had been publicly revealed just hours before.

The lawsuit filed Monday in San Francisco federal court accuses CCDH of deliberately trying to drive advertisers away from Twitter — recently rebranded as “X” — by publishing reports critical of the platform’s response to hateful content.

I was deliberately driven away from Twitter.

Explain that!

It specifically claims CCDH violated Twitter’s terms of service, and federal hacking laws, by scraping data from the company’s platform and by encouraging an unnamed individual to improperly collect information about Twitter that it had provided to a third-party brand monitoring provider.

The complaint accuses CCDH of engaging in a wide-ranging campaign to silence users of Twitter’s platform by calling attention to the views they post on social media.

Responding to the complaint’s allegations on Tuesday, CCDH’s CEO Imran Ahmed told CNN that much of the lawsuit, particularly its claim about the unnamed individual, “sounds a bit like a conspiracy theory to me.”

This is Imran Ahmed:

Don’t let the Moslem figurehead fool you, their main sponsor is The Oak Foundation, which is run by women, foreigners and presumed pedophiles.

“The truth is that he’s [Elon Musk] been casting around for a reason to blame us for his own failings as a CEO,” Ahmed said, “because we all know that when he took over, he put up the bat signal to racists and misogynists, to homophobes, to antisemites, saying ‘Twitter is now a free-speech platform.’ … And now he’s surprised when people are able to quantify that there has been a resulting increase in hate and disinformation.”

“All we do is hold up a mirror to the platform and ask them to consider whether or not they like the reflection they see in it,” Ahmed added. “What Mr. Musk has done is said, ‘I’m going to sue the mirror because I don’t like what I see.’”

That is literally true, based on the established rules of Western “democracy” society.

There is no law that says that NGO groups can’t blackmail corporations with threats of defamation. They call that “free speech.” Meanwhile, saying “kike” is an imprisonable offense.

In the past 24 hours, Ahmed said, thousands of people have visited CCDH’s website and many have made donations to the group.

“That’s what we’re going to need if we’re going to survive this,” he said, adding: “The reason that organizations like CCDH have to rely on methodologies like we do is because there is no transparency on these platforms.”

…

In its own blog post Monday, Twitter said its lawsuit was intended to promote free expression and that it “rejects all claims made by the CCDH.”

“X is a free public service funded largely by advertisers,” the company said. “Through the CCDH’s scare campaign and its ongoing pressure on brands to prevent the public’s access to free expression, the CCDH is actively working to prevent public dialogue.”

The July 20 threat indicated Twitter was investigating whether CCDH could be sued for violations of federal laws against false advertising. But Monday’s complaint does not appear to include such an allegation.

You can’t force advertisers to do anything.

You can blackmail them into not doing things.

It’s very simple.

Imagine making a living whining about what randos write on the internet. I couldn’t do it.

In a serious society, all of these rules would be different, and it would be illegal for these NGOs to threaten companies with defamation if they pursue their financial interests rationally (i.e., by advertising on a large social media platform).

But really, the larger issue is the Jewish values of our society, where supporting freedom of speech is effectively a criminal offense, as it turns you into a pariah.

Musk is right to sue the Europeans instead of the ADL, because Europe has more rational ways of dealing with things like organized blackmail. But the European authorities also agree with the anti-speech activists, so obviously nothing is going to happen.

If Elon wants to do free speech – and I question that – but if he does, then he has to move away from the advertisement model, or just run ads for online gambling, pornography, and crypto scams.

If he were able to do real free speech on a large platform, then he could shift the culture, and make it so people understand that free speech is something important for the existence of a Western society, and that “hate speech” is not a real thing.

It’s a catch-22. He can’t bring down the anti-free speechers because they control the money he would need to do so.

What’s his endgame?

More than Half of Users Leave Zuckerberg’s Twitter Clone App, Meta Plans “Hooks” to Improve Retention https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/07/28/more-than-half-of-users-leave-zuckerbergs-twitter-clone-app-meta-plans-hooks-to-improve-retention/ Fri, 28 Jul 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Elon is stunting on Zuck, dumping the brand he paid $44 billion for and replacing it with one of the worst letters in the alphabet just to show that no matter how retarded he behaves, he can still beat “Threads.”

Reuters:

Meta Platforms executives are heavily focused on boosting retention on their new Twitter rival Threads, after the app lost more than half of its users in the weeks following its buzzy launch, CEO Mark Zuckerberg told employees on Thursday.

Retention of users on the text-based app was better than executives had expected, though it was “not perfect,” said Zuckerberg, speaking at an internal company town hall, the audio of which was heard by Reuters.

“Obviously, if you have more than 100 million people sign up, ideally it would be awesome if all of them or even half of them stuck around. We’re not there yet,” he said.

There is no real evidence that many people signed up. Well, there is evidence, but it could have been faked. Obviously, instagram has a lot of users, and there is reason to believe they were manipulated into joining.

The downloads also could have been botted for hype purposes.

The site never really had a chance. Aside from buying WhatsApp and insta, Zuck has failed at everything after his initial product (which was mostly successful because of nepotism).

Elon, meanwhile, has been very successful with very low quality products.

Zuckerberg said he considered the drop-off “normal” and expected retention to grow as the company adds more features to the app, including a desktop version and search functionality.

Meta is looking at adding more “retention-driving hooks” to entice users to return to the app, like “making sure people who are on the Instagram app can see important Threads,” said Chief Product Officer Chris Cox.

A company spokesperson declined to comment on the meeting.

…

Responding to a question on the proposed “cage match” against Elon Musk, Zuckerberg said he was “not sure if it’s going to come together.”

Zuck actually looks a lot better with his shirt off than I expected.

I’m not sure if this is a new thing. he looks like he might have started training with drugs.

Meta does not look very good with its shirt off, however.

To be fair, it’s not really fair to talk about a decline from 2022-23 as if it is a vacuum, given that this was the post covid fallout period.

But Meta is definitely doing a lot worse than all of the rest of the big tech companies.

AWS really saved Amazon, and Apple just keeps on sailing for reasons no one can even explain.

Meanwhile, Elon has announced that he will be changing the name of “Tesla” to “R.”

I Do Not Think “X” is a Better Name Than “Twitter” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/07/24/i-do-not-think-x-is-a-better-name-than-twitter/ Mon, 24 Jul 2023 00:00:00 +0000
The company formerly known as Twitter recently unveiled its new logo. Thoughts?

Elon Musk needs better advisors.

As far as I’m able to tell, his only advisor is the neo-Nazi Indonesian censorship activist.

“X” is not a good name.

TASS:

The Twitter social media company’s official corporate account on the Twitter networking service was renamed ‘X’ on Monday.

The account logo was changed from the familiar blue bird avatar to a white letter X against a black background.

Uhhhhhhh

Twitter owner Elon Musk posted a photo depicting the new logo being projected on to Twitter’s headquarters.

Uhhhhhhh…..

Musk said earlier that the x.com domain would now automatically redirect users to Twitter’s website.

On June 1, the celebrity entrepreneur announced plans to rename Twitter to X. On June 22, he said that the letter X would replace the bird as the company’s logo.

This is… a very strange course of action.

He said from the beginning he wanted to create a WeChat style “everything app.” However, he kind of ruined that by doing mass censorship – even while other companies, such as Rumble, continue to allow freedom of speech.

He’s not really going to have a very good “everything app” if he is cutting out huge parts of the population. Like, for example, none of the people he’s decided to ban are going to be able to use his app for banking, which will mean that companies will not really be able to rely on the app.

He is continuing to ban more and more people, as he apparently seeks to protect the Jews, for reasons no one is clear on.

Furthermore, he has not added any features for an “everything app,” so flushing his brand down the toilet at this point make zero sense. It would have made much more sense to allow “Twitter” – the microblogging application – to remain a part of the umbrella of “X,” if this was indeed his plan.

I don’t really understand how retarded this guy actually is. It’s confusing.

Just to be clear, “WeChat” is “WeChat” – the everything app – but different apps within WeChat have their own names. For example, the Twitter equivalent is called “Moments.” This is referred to as “a function of WeChat.”

Logically – just based on the most obvious possible common sense – Elon would want “Twitter” to remain “a function of X.”

More and more, it appears that Elon is literally retarded. He may also be trying to destroy his own life on purpose for some reason, possibly to get revenge on a woman.

(You will find that men often destroy their own lives to try to get revenge on women, without understanding that women think it is funny when men do this, and take glee.)
