Well, we didn’t expect this.

Apparently, the Harvey Weinstein conviction, based exclusively on one of his girlfriends claiming that at some point in their relationship, they had sex when she didn’t really feel like it. (She had sex with him both before and after the alleged events, but one time, it wasn’t “consensual.”)

This is a massive win for all men.

No one likes Harvey Weinstein, but he didn’t “rape” anyone, and what this ruling did was make it so all forms of normal heterosexual sex could be relabeled “rape,” and men could face decades in prison based on a completely fake crime for which there was no evidence.

Many accusers of the former Hollywood movie mogul condemned Thursday’s decision, with the actress Ashley Judd telling reporters it was “an act of institutional betrayal.”

The office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg signaled it planned to retry Weinstein.

In a bitterly divided 4-3 ruling, the state Court of Appeals said the trial judge made a critical mistake by letting women testify that Weinstein assaulted them, even though their accusations were not part of the charges he faced.

The appeals court said the trial judge compounded the error by ruling that if Weinstein took the witness stand, prosecutors could question him on a wide range of “loathsome” conduct, including bullying and fits of anger toward associates.

It said the ruling had an impact on Weinstein’s decision not to testify in his own defense, undermining a fact-finding process that turned on the parties’ credibility.

“The remedy for these egregious errors is a new trial,” Judge Jenny Rivera wrote for the majority.

Weinstein, 72, has been serving a 23-year sentence in a prison in upstate Rome, New York.

Jurors in Manhattan convicted him in February 2020 of sexually assaulting former production assistant Miriam Haley in 2006, and raping aspiring actress Jessica Mann in 2013.

The conviction included charges of first-degree sexual assault and third-degree rape. Weinstein was acquitted on other charges.

At a press conference, Weinstein’s lawyer Arthur Aidala called the decision “a great day for America.”

True.

Aidala said Weinstein expressed relief when they spoke about the decision, which Weinstein learned about when someone at the prison handed him a piece of paper announcing the outcome.

“He just said thank you more times than I can count,” Aidala said. “He’s in a horrible place, a horrible situation, but the human spirit is strong and he’s done the best he can.”

Weinstein is not expected to be freed immediately, as he faces a separate 16-year prison term imposed last year in California after he was convicted for the 2013 rape of an actress at a Los Angeles hotel. That conviction still stands.

Yeah, that was also fake.

After years of pretending to be a goy pervert, it has been revealed that Louis C.K is in fact a Jew pervert, to the shock and consternation of both the public and his business associates.

It’s unclear as to why so many can pretend not to have known about it, since a quick glance at his Wikipedia page reveals his dark Semitic origins, and his act was already quite open about his disgusting obsession with masturbation.

We can only assume that his associates understand that the people are now in a populist mode, and their tolerance for dirty Jews is at an all-time low. As such, they’ve decided to cut the bridges and throw him under the bus.

The signs were already there for those willing to see them.

In a statement on Friday, Louis C.K. said, “I want to address the stories told to The New York Times by five women named Abby, Rebecca, Dana, Julia who felt able to name themselves and one who did not.”

His overall production deal with FX was canceled, and he lost his role as executive producer – as well as the compensation that came with that title – on the FX comedy shows “Better Things” and “Baskets,” the Amazon series “One Mississippi,” and a TBS animated series, “The Cops.”

Pamela Adlon, the star of “Better Things,” which she created with Louis C.K., a frequent performer in his work (including his film “I Love You, Daddy”), said on Friday that she was troubled by Louis C.K.’s admission. “My family and I are devastated and in shock after the admission of abhorrent behavior by my friend and partner, Louis C.K.,” Ms. Adlon said in a statement. “I feel deep sorrow and empathy for the women who have come forward. I am asking for privacy at this time for myself and my family. I am processing and grieving and hope to say more as soon as I am able.”

TBS said in its own statement that production on “The Cops,” which was planned for a 2018 debut, had been “suspended until further review.”

Also on Friday, 3 Arts Entertainment, which had been managing Louis C.K., dropped him as a client. Two women who had experienced Louis C.K.’s misconduct believed that his manager, Dave Becky, wanted them to stop talking about their encounter with him. Mr. Becky denied making threats toward them.

And Lewis Kay, who had been the comedian’s publicist, said in a Twitter post Friday, “As of today, I no longer represent Louis C.K.”

Wow, this is cold, even for Jews.

So, his career has basically been destroyed, instantly.

Good.

But we can’t stop here. The problem is that people are mainly blaming the fact that he masturbated in front of women for his disgrace, while that was actually far from being his greatest offence.

The fact the he did comedy shows about jerking off was already bad enough.

But his greatest crime of all, of course, was being a Jew.

Soon, being outed as a Jew will be enough to destroy someone’s career in exactly the same way that molesting children or masturbating in a potted plant does.

Because soon enough, people will figure out that those things are basically the same thing.

The same could probably be said of all Jew comedians.

Accusing a Jew of masturbating in front of random women is like accusing a Canadian of being apologetic or accusing a Frenchman of being smug and argumentative.

When Louis C.K. invited them to hang out in his hotel room for a nightcap after their late-night show, they did not think twice. The bars were closed and they wanted to celebrate. He was a comedian they admired. The women would be together. His intentions seemed collegial.

As soon as they sat down in his room, still wrapped in their winter jackets and hats, Louis C.K. asked if he could take out his penis, the women said.
