A federal judge has temporarily barred the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Washington’s primary vehicle for funding political projects abroad, from putting thousands of employees on paid leave. The order was in response to a lawsuit filed by two labor unions representing federal workers.

A “limited,” temporary restraining order issued by Judge Carl Nichols in the US District Court in Washington, DC, on Friday, banned the US government from placing around 2,200 USAID workers on administrative leave or evacuating them from their host countries before the end of the day on February 14. The ruling also reinstates some 500 employees who had already been furloughed.

“All USAID employees currently on administrative leave shall be reinstated until that date, and shall be given complete access to email, payment, and security notification systems until that date, and no additional employees shall be placed on administrative leave before that date,” the order reads.

A request for a longer-term pause will be considered at a hearing on Wednesday, according to the ruling.

Earlier on Friday, Democracy Forward and Public Citizen Litigation Group filed suit on behalf of two labor unions representing federal workers. The two unions are the 800,000-member American Federation of Government Employees and the American Foreign Service Association, which represents thousands of foreign service officers working for USAID.

As I’ve been saying, Trump did this barrage of EOs and he did them so fast that the courts didn’t have time to respond. Now they’re responding, and they’re going to shut down more or less all of them.

Some of the immigration ones he might be able to get away with, but even those are subject to claims of “asylum seeking.”

In order to actually do these things he is claiming he is going to do with EOs, he’s going to have to shove hundreds of new laws through Congress, which seems pretty unlikely.

It’s possible that really none of this stuff that is being celebrated in these EOs is actually going to be enforced, and this is all just a big show, before we pivot to Israel.

In the annals of asinine USAID funding now bursting into public view under Trump administration scrutiny, the $50-billion-a-year United States Agency for International Development’s efforts to make the world safe for Queerocracy ring particularly perverse.

For a window into these most colorful of efforts, consider the cool million bucks you the taxpayer committed in an award for an LGBTQI program adviser you probably didn’t know you needed.

The $969,821 award’s recipient is a longtime activist named Stephen Leonelli.

Curiously, the awardee is now listed as “undisclosed” on the USA Spending website. And Leonelli removed his LinkedIn profile after The Post contacted him.

As per his title, Leonelli was tasked with supporting the hub’s programs “protecting the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex individuals” globally.

This, according to an August 2021 USAID blog post, included:

* Efforts resulting in Bangladesh adding a third gender option in its 2021 national census.

* Supporting “gender affirming healthcare” in South Africa, including clinics administering “hormone replacement therapy.”

* “Reducing transgender discrimination and advocating for legal gender recognition in Kosovo.”

* “Increasing LGBTQI+ political participation” in Guatemala.

* Creating a toolkit “to enhance security protections for LGBTQI+ organizations in the Middle East and North Africa.”

Social-media posts suggest Leonelli continued these activities under the USAID award that started in August 2022.

The twist, of course, is that the New York Post and the rest of the “right-wing” Jews claim that this is just total silliness from the “woke mob.”

They’re not going to admit that this is an intelligence operation and an intelligent strategy to weaken nations and make them easier for the US to conquer.

There is no pro-faggot nation that is not aligned with the US, and the only anti-faggot nations aligned with the US are Arab dictatorships that are not subjected to the US policy of “everyone must be a democracy.”

But even in Saudi Arabia, the US has worked for women’s rights, which is the precursor to the normalization of homosexuality. This is a strategy.

A nation with normalized homosexuality is always weak, and will always cave to the US. They don’t even really need to cave. In the space of a few weeks, in fact, much of the agency was dismantled — work and spending ordered stopped, leadership and staff gutted by furloughs, firings and disciplinary leaves, and the website taken offline. Lawmakers said the agency’s computer servers were carted away.

Trump told reporters Monday that shutting down USAID “should have been done a long time ago.” Asked whether he needs Congress to approve such a measure, the president said he did not think so.

Congressional Democrats, cheered by a few hundred supporters, vowed to act outside USAID headquarters, where federal officers and yellow tape blocked both employees and lawmakers from entering hours after Musk declared, “We’re shutting it down.”

“This is a constitutional crisis we are in today,” Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy said.

Added Maryland Democrat Jamie Raskin: “We don’t have a fourth branch of government called Elon Musk. And that’s going to become real clear.”

The Trump administration has placed two top security chiefs at the U.S. Agency for International Development on leave after they refused to turn over classified material in restricted areas to Elon Musk’s government-inspection teams, a current and a former U.S. official told The Associated Press on Sunday.

Members of Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, known as DOGE, eventually did gain access Saturday to the aid agency’s classified information, which includes intelligence reports, the former official said.

Musk’s DOGE crew lacked high-enough security clearance to access that information, so the two USAID security officials — John Vorhees and deputy Brian McGill — believed themselves legally obligated to deny access.

The current and former U.S. officials had knowledge of the incident and spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to share the information.

Musk on Sunday responded to an X post about the news by saying, “USAID is a criminal organization. Time for it to die.” He followed with multiple additional posts on X about the aid agency.

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has partnered with Guatemalan activists to help organizations led by transexuals perform sex changes in the country.

Asociacion Lambda, a Guatemala-based activist organization, received a $2 million grant from USAID to both engage in LGBT activism and to help provide “gender-affirming care,” federal records show. Social media posts show that Asociacion Lambda actively refers people to medical resources, attempts to influence elections in Guatemala and meets with government officials to engage in advocacy.

“Gender-affirming care” is a term used by supporters of the practice to describe the use of sometimes irreversible hormone treatments that can lead to infertility, as well as irreversible surgeries like mastectomies, phalloplasties and vaginoplasties. Using USAID’s funds, Asociacion Lambda is specifically expected to “strengthen trans-led organizations to deliver gender-affirming health care, advocate for improved quality and access to services and provide economic empowerment opportunities,” according to grant records.

The USAID-funded sex change program began in April and will span until 2027, per grant records.

The medical services Asociacion Lambda directs people to include services related to sexual and reproductive health, psychological counseling as well as birth control for adults and minors, according to social media posts. During Guatemala’s 2023 elections, the organization began posting infographics featuring a character named Mila who informed readers about LGBT issues.

Asociacion Lambda has also commemorated events like the trans day of visibility and promoted pride parades.

Pushing LGBT rights abroad has been a “foreign policy priority” under the Biden-Harris administration, a State Department spokesperson previously told the Daily Caller News Foundation. President Joe Biden directed the heads of federal departments and agencies in 2021 to develop plans to “to advance the human rights of LGBTQI+ persons.”

“Around the globe, including here at home, brave lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI+) activists are fighting for equal protection under the law, freedom from violence, and recognition of their fundamental human rights,” Biden’s memorandum reads. “The United States belongs at the forefront of this struggle — speaking out and standing strong for our most dearly held values.”

Asociacion Lambda met with U.S. Ambassador to Guatemala Tobin Bradley in March to discuss violence against LGBT people, according to a social media post. Some on the right have criticized the administration’s approach to pushing LGBT activism on more traditional foreign nations, warning that it could alienate countries America is attempting to make inroads with.

Uganda’s president has signed into law anti-gay legislation supported by many in this East African country but widely condemned by rights activists and others abroad.

The version of the bill signed by President Yoweri Museveni doesn’t criminalize those who identify as LGBTQ+, a key concern for some rights campaigners who condemned an earlier draft of the legislation as an egregious attack on human rights.

But the new law still prescribes the death penalty for “aggravated homosexuality,” which is defined as cases of sexual relations involving people infected with HIV, as well as with minors and other categories of vulnerable people.

Most other media outlets don’t even mention that the death penalty only applies for faggots having sex with minors, retards, or infecting people with HIV, they try to imply the government is just gonna kill faggots for being faggots.

They should actually do that, but they haven’t said it yet.

A suspect convicted of “attempted aggravated homosexuality” can be imprisoned for up to 14 years, according to the legislation.

Parliamentary Speaker Anita Among said in a statement that the president had “answered the cries of our people” in signing the bill.

“With a lot of humility, I thank my colleagues the Members of Parliament for withstanding all the pressure from bullies and doomsday conspiracy theorists in the interest of our country,” the statement said.

Museveni had returned the bill to the national assembly in April, asking for changes that would differentiate between identifying as LGBTQ+ and actually engaging in homosexual acts. That angered some lawmakers, including some who feared the president would proceed to veto the bill amid international pressure. Lawmakers passed an amended version of the bill earlier in May.

LGBTQ+ rights campaigners say the new legislation is unnecessary in a country where homosexuality has long been illegal under a colonial-era law criminalizing sexual activity “against the order of nature.” The punishment for that offense is life imprisonment.

The United States had warned of economic consequences over legislation described by Amnesty International as “draconian and overly broad.” In a statement from the White House later Monday, U.S. President Joe Biden called the new law “a tragic violation of universal human rights — one that is not worthy of the Ugandan people, and one that jeopardizes the prospects of critical economic growth for the entire country.”

“I join with people around the world — including many in Uganda — in calling for its immediate repeal. No one should have to live in constant fear for their life or being subjected to violence and discrimination. It is wrong,” Biden said.

The United Nations Human Rights Office said it was “appalled that the draconian and discriminatory anti-gay bill is now law,” describing the legislation as ”a recipe for systematic violations of the rights” of LGBTQ+ people and others.
