Police were called to an Arizona elementary school after a parent and two other men allegedly confronted a principal over a student being sent home after coming in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

Diane Vargo, the principal of Mesquite Elementary School in Tucson, Arizona, told USA TODAY that the father entered the school with his son and was aggressive toward school staff over the boy being sent home.

She brought the man into her office, and, approximately 10 minutes later, he was joined by two other men. One of the men was holding black zip ties, and the father and another man were filming the principal on their cell phones.

“[The father] was very upset and demanded that his son stay at school. And I said he can’t. We’re just following protocols. He had a phone in my face. He was telling me that there’s more people coming,” Vargo said.

“Those two other men barged into my office and blocked my doorway, and one of the men had these large black zip ties in his hand, and the other man had a phone on me as well,” she added.

The elementary school earlier on Thursday contacted the father to confirm that his son and other students were exposed to a person who tested positive for coronavirus.

The group of men then came to the school and threatened to perform a “citizen’s arrest” on the principal if the boy was not allowed to return to school.

“I tried to deescalate before all of that, but they were aggressive, and I felt threatened. I felt scared,” Vargo said.

The Pima County Health Department has said children must stay at home for seven days after a confirmed exposure to COVID-19. Students are allowed to return to school if they test negative for the virus five days into quarantine and if they have no symptoms for a week.

Vargo asked the men to leave her office during the confrontation, but they refused. She then called the police, but the men left by the time officers arrived.

Vargo told USA TODAY that she has received an outpouring of support after the confrontation and that her office is now full of flowers and words of encouragement.

“I have to say the community across the nation, man, has been so supportive, extremely supportive,” she said.

She’s doing the rounds on the shows saying it was like a RAPE.

Shocking new video footage shows the moment a man armed with a metal pipe strikes a woman over the head and steals her pizza as she exits a restaurant in Tucson, Arizona.

The Tucson Police Department released surveillance video this week of the April 21 incident on Twitter to request the public’s help in locating the suspect.

‘Tucson we need to catch this guy!’ tweeted the cops along with the 20-second footage.

The video starts with the woman about to leave the restaurant, which police say is located at South 12th Avenue and West Ajo Way on the city’s south side, around 3.45pm.

Cops don’t name the pizza shop. However, Tucson.com identified the restaurant as Peter Piper Pizza.

The man appears to be opening the door for the woman as she is exiting when he suddenly attacks her and gets away with her pizza pie.

The woman was doing ‘ok,’ a spokeswoman for the pizza shop says.

The pizza chain’s ten locations have since beefed up security and added personnel in response to the attack.

The suspect, a regular at the restaurant, was described as a dark-skinned male, possibly Hispanic, with a wrinkly face standing around 5 feet 6 inches or shorter, wrote Officer Ray Smith in a tweet.

Imagine subjecting an actual Wakandan KANG to the machinations of the US legal system like this.

A Tucson man was found guilty for first-degree murder in the death of his wife in 2016.

Back on Nov. 21, 2016, Tucson Police Department arrested King Yates after his wife, 24-year-old Cassandra Yates was pronounced dead with obvious signs of gunshot trauma at an apartment complex at 7671 E. Tanque Verde Road the night prior. King Yates was originally charged for first-degree murder, misconduct involving weapons – prohibited possessor and second-degree murder.

After a trial where Yates represented himself in Pima County Superior Court, a jury convicted the Tucson man of first-degree murder.

A judge allowed Yates to represent himself after he underwent a competency exam to determine if he was competent enough to stand trial and represent himself. According to officials, Yates fired two attorneys defending him in this case prior to the competency exam.

Yates’ sentence date for this case was scheduled for March 23.

A Border Patrol agent is under investigation for doing his job. Apparently it’s okay to publish excerpts from his personal text communications to show the world what a bigot he is for having an opinion about the foreigners he’s in contact with on a daily basis.

Tucson:

A Nogales Border Patrol agent called the people he apprehends “disgusting subhuman s— unworthy of being kindling for a fire” and asked the president to “PLEASE let us take the gloves off trump!,” federal prosecutors said in court documents.

The statements were made in a text message sent by Agent Matthew Bowen, 39, who is accused of knocking down a Guatemalan man with his Border Patrol vehicle on Dec. 3, 2017, and then lying in a report about the incident, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court in Tucson.

The agent is being investigated for knocking down a wetback with his vehicle, not for killing it. The beanman was successfully apprehended.

Bowen did nothing wrong.

Prosecutors Lori Price and Monica Ryan are asking a judge to allow some of Bowen’s text messages to be used as evidence of his “great disdain” for the people he apprehends, which could shed light on his state of mind when he hit the man with his truck.

If a jury were to see the texts, defense lawyer Sean Chapman wrote that he would argue certain terms are “commonplace throughout the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector, that it is part of the agency’s culture, and therefore says nothing about Mr. Bowen’s mind-set.”

The language in Bowen’s text messages, some of which “could be perceived as racist or offensive,” would not help a jury determine “whether he, on this occasion, set out to use excessive force to apprehend the alleged victim,” Chapman wrote.

Would you hire someone who loves goblins to protect your country from goblins? If Agent Bowen has a “great disdain” for goblins, that’s a good thing.

Among the examples the prosecutors cite is an exchange on Dec. 18, 2017, in which an unidentified person asked Bowen: “Did you gas hiscorpse (sic) or just use regular peanut oil while tazing?? For a frying effect.”

Bowen responded, “Guats are best made crispy with an olive oil from their native pais,” using a derogatory term for Guatemalan citizens and the Spanish word for country, pais.

Bowen sent numerous text messages to agent Lonnie Ray Swartz, who was acquitted last year of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges. Swartz was accused of shooting through the border fence in Nogales in 2012 and killing 16-year-old Jose Antonio Elena Rodriguez in Mexico during an alleged rock-throwing incident.

Another agent doing absolutely nothing wrong. If someone throws a rock at you, you should definitely be able to shoot them. Rocks can kill people, so the threat is very real.

After a rock-throwing incident in November 2017, Bowen sent Swartz a text message calling the rock throwers “mindless murdering savages.”

Oh wow what a bigot, how can he say that violent creatures throwing rocks at him while trying to invade his country are mindless murdering savages?

In several text messages, Bowen references “tonks,” a derogatory term for border-crossing migrants. The origins of the term are unclear, but it sometimes is connected to the sound of a flashlight hitting the back of someone’s head. In another explanation, it is an acronym for “temporarily outside native country.”

The term “toncs” also appeared in text messages sent among Border Patrol agents as they planned to raid a humanitarian aid station in Ajo in January 2018, as the Star reported May 8, 2018.

The agents arrested two men who crossed the border illegally and Scott Warren, a No More Deaths volunteer who was accused of illegally harboring the men by giving them food and shelter. Warren is scheduled to stand trial later this month in Tucson’s federal court.

This is what allegedly happened:

The following is a narrative of the events that led to Bowen’s indictment, based on a sworn affidavit filed by a special agent with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General.

Around 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, a CBP camera operator in Nogales saw a man who appeared to have just jumped the border fence near the Mariposa Port of Entry, the special agent wrote.

The camera operator followed the man, identified as Antolin Lopez Aguilar, a 23-year-old Guatemalan, as he ran toward a gas station about 100 yards north of the port of entry. Lopez entered an open lot behind the gas station where semitrailers were parked.

Three Border Patrol agents arrived at the lot minutes later. One agent got out of his truck and spotted Lopez hiding under a semitrailer. The agent told him to come out and surrender, but Lopez ran back toward the port of entry.

As Lopez ran away, Bowen quickly turned his truck and “accelerated aggressively into a position behind the running Lopez Aguilar — this maneuver put the front grille of the (truck) directly behind Lopez Aguilar,” the special agent wrote.

As Lopez ran, Bowen “followed closely behind him, striking Lopez Aguilar twice” with the front of the truck.

With the first contact, Lopez “reached back while running and used his hands to ‘push off’ of the hood” of the truck. Seconds later, Bowen accelerated the truck “directly into the back of Lopez Aguilar’s body, knocking Lopez Aguilar to the ground.”

The tires of the truck “came to a full stop within inches of running Lopez-Aguilar over where he lay on the ground,” the special agent wrote.

Bowen jumped out of his truck and handcuffed Lopez. The other two agents arrived seconds later. Bowen handed over Lopez, who still had gravel on his face, to the two agents and drove away.

You’re not supposed to risk goblin lives, Bowen.

Three days after the incident, Bowen sent a text message to another agent saying if he had tackled the man he still would be doing paperwork.

“I wonder how they expect us to apprehend wild ass runners who don’t want to be apprehended,” Bowen wrote.

By asking nicely, of course. Or better yet, don’t apprehend them, you racist bigot!

Whenever people hear about a Border Patrol agent calling these so-called migrants “savages” or whatever, they don’t even consider that maybe the agent — who is exposed to these foreigners on a daily basis — is in a better position than them to make this judgment. Instead, they immediately label him a “bigot” because obviously goblins are just human people like everyone else.

To make the whole “patrolling the border” task more awkward, they also want agents to be soft and caring and non-violent. Border Patrol is supposed to defend the country and its borders, but somehow it has to do it without endangering goblin lives? What a joke.

People like Agents Bowen and Swartz are needed to defend the people.

We can’t have sovereignty if all of our men are effeminate soy bugmen.

Cities suffering the gift of goblin enrichment are considering using taxpayer money to improve the lives of these precious little green ones that want to permanently visit America.

Some of them have already wasted actual Americans’ money on the Newmericanos, and there was a backlash from offended residents. However, given the lack of a proper final solution to the mass-visiting of goblin permanent tourists, it’s unlikely the spending will stop anytime soon.

The number of asylum-seeking families that federal officials are releasing in Tucson has been fluctuating greatly. In the past few weeks, they’ve overwhelmed the city’s existing network of permanent and temporary shelters run by area nonprofits.

As a result, Tucson and Pima County officials were forced to open temporary shelters to house an overflow of families arriving to the city.

Those are among the latest examples of local governments along the U.S.-Mexico border stepping in to fill a void in order to address an issue they considered to be the responsibility of the federal government.

“We’ve got a broken federal policy. I don’t think that’s a secret to anybody,” Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild said.

Roy Rodriguez, the city manager of McAllen, Texas, put it more bluntly.

“We need the federal government to take over this operation,” he said.

What we need is for the federal government to build an effective physical barrier at the border so this whole “operation” is not needed in the first place, rather than just disguising the problem by offloading the burden of cost.

As nonprofits struggle to house and care for the number of families released border-wide, city, county and even state governments are starting to take a greater, more direct role in the humanitarian response to their arrival in their communities.

But the involvement of local governments at the U.S.-Mexico border has varied from state to state.

It ranges from a coordinating role in cities such as San Diego, to more proactive efforts in cities like McAllen or Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Las Cruces recently set aside $500,000 to help care for migrant families, the most of any local government.

But the move was met with immediate backlash from angry residents, illustrating the challenges and balancing act many of these border communities must face: how to cope with the sustained release of migrant families in their area, while providing some much-needed relief and assistance to overstretched nonprofits bearing the brunt of the humanitarian response.

In the past five months, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has released 153,000 migrants traveling as families into border communities in the U.S. That doesn’t include thousands of other families that Border Patrol has been releasing directly in Texas and Arizona.

South Texas has had the largest numbers of families released to date. According to its statistics, ICE has released 62,200 migrants in five months in this area. In mid-March, Border Patrol officials in the Rio Grande Valley also began directly releasing migrants.

It’s good that residents are angry. This touches their pockets in a blatant way, which makes the whole “peaceful” invasion thing more personal for them. It makes it more real.

Most people who are not self-hating masochists are likely to strongly refuse to pay for brown legume apes if they realize that that is what is being asked from them.

While all border communities have struggled with the release of migrant families, cities along the Arizona and Texas borders have had little support from their state governments.

That’s not the case in California, where the state has pledged $5 million in immediate emergency funding this year to boost nonprofits working with newly released families.

“The state from the very beginning was there, and to this day, the state is the most significant funder,” said Michael Hopkins, the CEO for Jewish Family Service, which operates the main migrant shelter in San Diego. They’ve helped about 12,000 migrants since October.

To date, Jewish Family Services and the San Diego Rapid Response Network, a collective of migrant aid nonprofits in southern California, have already received $2.5 million. And they could get up to $7 million more in the next fiscal year’s budget, Hopkins said.

On April 25, the Las Cruces City Council unanimously passed a resolution setting aside $500,000 to help the city pay for overtime and other expenses related to its response to the migrant family releases.

That’s in addition to $75,000 the council allocated the week before to area nonprofits housing the migrants dropped off in Las Cruces.

These goblins would be incapable of returning all the money wasted on them even if they worked all their lives. Fortunately for them, there won’t be anyone left to return the money to.

One after one, several Las Cruces residents angrily denounced the council’s intent to set aside that money.

Residents like Cornelio Martinez, who moved there four years ago, urged the council to instead spend the $500,000 on services and programs for the homeless, for veterans, and local residents.

“It’s unbelievable what you guys are doing. You think you’re doing good. I’m a veteran. These people are invading my country that I fought for,” he said as several attendees applauded. “How can you allow this?“

Look, pal. This isn’t the 1600s anymore. We have human rights now, and in current year we don’t say “invading” because that’s against the human rights of goblins — what they’re doing is not invading but looking for a better life.

Can you blame someone for just looking for a better life?

No, you can’t. Not even if that better life is your life. That would be racist.

However, even residents who expressed more sympathy for the migrant families said they had concerns that the city’s response to help migrant families would overburden emergency services and first-responders should another emergency situation develop.

There are no infinite resources. Wasting money on goblin welfare takes that money from somewhere else, and this applies not only to money but to any resource. Jobs, land and even time.

When foreigners take jobs from Americans, those jobs are removed from the pool of available jobs for Americans to take.

When foreigners are allowed to immigrate into the United States, the place they inhabit is removed from the pool of available places for Americans to inhabit. Houses, neighborhoods and even cities. Changing demographics also means redistributing resources.

Redistributing resources always means taking something from white people and giving it to browns and blacks, because everything’s about white genocide.

Is there a better way to deal with this problem? One Border Militia member thinks so.

“Why are we just apprehending them and not lining them up and shooting them,” a border militia member in New Mexico is alleged to have said of border migrants that the group had been monitoring.

“We have to go back to Hitler days and put them all in a gas chamber,” the militia member, Armando Gonzalez, is also alleged to have said. Gonzalez did not respond to multiple requests for comment by TYT.

The disturbing comments appear in an April 24 police report containing allegations by a former member of the militia group. The former member, Steven Brant, contacted the Sunland Park Police Department to notify them of what he called “terroristic threats” he had witnessed by the group. The report was produced by the Sunland Park Police Department and was obtained by TYT through a public records request.

Here we have the case of Cleophus Cooksey Jr., the grandson of NAACP race-agitator Roy Cooksey, in jail for killing nine mostly random people for fun.

A number of the victims are white, but the police are insisting there is no racial motive.

An Arizona man has been accused of a stunning murder spree in which he allegedly killed nine people in three weeks — a rampage that would make him one of the most prolific serial killers in the state’s history.

Cleophus Cooksey Jr., 35, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2017, after police responded to a call of shots fired in Phoenix. When officers arrived they found Cooksey’s mother and stepfather dead. Cooksey was not linked to the other homicides until he was in custody, police said Thursday.

Investigators used shell casings to link the other murders, police said. Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton said new technology allowed officers to determine the evidence was linked to the suspect quickly.

Cooksey was charged with a total of nine counts of first degree murder, as well as being a prohibited possessor, theft of a firearm, armed robbery and sexual assault, police said.

Cooksey’s other alleged victims include the brother of his ex-girlfriend and various men and women of black, white and Hispanic race and ethnicity, AZ Central reported.

Cooksey has a long criminal history, AZ Central reported. The suspect was convicted of manslaughter when he was 18. While in prison, he was found guilty of assaulting prison employees, drug possession and fighting. He was released from prison in January 2015 and received a DUI in November of that year.

The suspect took up rapping following his prison release, going by the name “King Playbola.” He posted videos on YouTube of his music.

Cooksey was arrested again in May 2016 on a “technical violation” and went back to prison. He was freed on June 20, 2016, but was arrested and booked in December due to another arrest warrant. On July 28, 2017, Cooksey was released. Four months later, he allegedly engaged in the killing spree.

This crazy nigger was already a convicted murderer at age 18, and immediately started committing crime again when he got out in 2015.

Why was he walking our streets?
