France’s national rail operator SNCF on Friday said the country’s high-speed TGV rail network has been struck by “malicious acts,” including arson attacks that have disrupted the transport system.

The incidents come only hours before the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

“This is a massive attack on a large scale to paralyze the TGV network,” SNCF told the AFP news agency.

The operator added that many routes would have to be canceled and the situation would last “at least all weekend while repairs are conducted.”

By mid-morning, the company said some 800,000 passengers were affected.

Traffic on the high-speed line between Lille and Paris has been cut off since 5:15 a.m. after “a malicious act in the Arras area,” according to SNCF.

On the route between Paris and eastern France, the company said vandalism between Metz and Nancy was seriously disrupting traffic.

Traffic was also cut on the Atlantic line after “an act of vandalism near Courtalain,” where the tracks divide for Brittany and Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

“Deliberate fires were started to damage our installations. SNCF network teams are already on site to carry out the diagnosis and begin repairs,” the broadcaster BFMTV reported SNCF as saying.

According to the channel, there were also thwarted sabotage attempts on the southeastern line from Paris.

French Sports Minister Amelie Oudea-Castera condemned the attacks, linking them to the start of the 2024 Olympics.

“It’s completely appalling,” she told BFMTV. “To target the games is to target France.”

I thought at first this was done by the pro-Gaza people, but leftists and vibrants sabotage trains in France on a regular basis, so it might not be directly related.

A whistleblower has urged Boeing to ground every 787 Dreamliner jet worldwide after warning they are at risk of premature failure ahead of a high-profile hearing on Capitol Hill.

The planemaker has been grappling with its latest crisis since a cabin panel blowout in January raised fresh questions about the production of its bestselling commercial jet, the 737 Max.

But the Federal Aviation Administration is now investigating allegations by the Boeing engineer Sam Salehpour that the manufacturing giant took shortcuts to reduce production bottlenecks while making the 787. He also raised issues about the production of the 777, another wide-body jet.

Salehpour, who has worked at Boeing for more than a decade, says he faced retaliation, including threats and exclusion from meetings, after raising concerns over issues including a gap between parts of the fuselage of the 787.

Asked if Boeing should ground 787 jets for inspection, he told NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt: “The entire fleet worldwide, as far as I’m concerned right now, needs attention. And the attention is, you need to check your gaps and make sure that you don’t have potential for premature failure.”

The downfall of American industry has already begun.

A United Airlines’ Boeing plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Texas Monday just minutes into its flight after flames exploded from one of its jet engines.

Shocking video shows the bright orange sparks shooting several feet out from beneath the left wing of the airplane, just inches away from the passenger windows.

The intense flames were so hot that they appeared almost white against the night sky.

United Airlines Flight 1118 immediately returned just before 7 p.m. to George H. Bush Intercontinental Houston Airport, where it had taken off just minutes before.

The plane was only “approximately 15 minutes” into the two-hour trip to Fort Myers, Florida when the incident occurred, passenger Dorian D. Cerda, who filmed the jarring video, told Storyful.

People are going to start demanding Chinese planes.

People were already afraid of flying. It’s the number one fear aside from public speaking, I think.

When Boeing jets are incapable of operating on a basic level, which now appears to be the situation, people are going to start refusing to get on them.

This is incredible.

You can’t just replace white men with women and blacks and expect that everything will not crash and burn.

The real world is not a liberal arts college.

Machines either work or they don’t. It’s an objective matter. It’s not open to interpretation. There is no critical theory of commercial jet maintenance.

A passenger on a cross-country United Airlines flight captured shocking video of the “wing coming apart” while the plane was making an emergency landing.

Kevin Clarke was among the 165 passengers aboard the Boeing 757-200 on the flight Monday from San Francisco to Boston when the right wing appeared to start shredding.

He caught video of the horrifying incident as the plane made an emergency landing nearly 2,000 miles from its planned destination.

“Just about to land in Denver with the wing coming apart on the plane,” Clarke is heard saying moments before landing in the clip posted by his wife.

“It came apart when we took off in San Francisco, and we’re just about on the ground. Can’t wait for this flight to be over,” he says. “They’ve got another plane waiting for us. Touchdown any second, and the nightmare will be over.”

People can say what they want about the history of Chinese engineering, but 50 years ago in China, something like 65% of the population was living in bamboo huts in rice fields. Things have changed and they’ve changed quickly.

Who is driving these trains? Who is maintaining them?

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say: it’s probably not white men.

Diversity is leading to a breakdown of some of the most basic systems. Due to the IQ gap, things are just not going to work if you replace white men with women and nonwhites.

At least 24 people were hurt and hundreds were evacuated after two subway trains collided on the Upper West Side Thursday afternoon, causing both to derail, officials said.

A northbound 1 train with up to 500 passengers was pulling out of the 96th Street station shortly after 3 p.m. when it collided with another disabled 1 train and both derailed, police sources said.

The disabled train was being worked on due to vandalism after someone went through the train pulling the emergency brake cords in several cars, MTA officials said.

Four MTA workers were on board trying to reset the brakes at the time — but no customers.

Officials confirmed that at least 24 people suffered minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals.

“Fortunately, nobody was seriously injured. The injuries that were sustained were consistent with a low-speed train derailment,” FDNY Deputy Assistant Chief Ian Swords told reporters outside of the train station Thursday night.

The passenger train, which did not completely exit the station, was evacuated via the station platform, officials said.

About 300 to 400 additional passengers were also evacuated from a train that was not involved but stuck behind the collision after power was shut down. The passengers got off through the train that had derailed, officials said.

Rich Davey, president of the MTA, said there is nothing to suggest the crash was equipment-related and are investigating any human factors that could have caused it.

“The equipment was working as intended,” he said of the switches and signals.

“Obviously, two trains should not be bumping into one another,” he said. “We are going to get to the bottom of that.”

The passenger train was diverted to the express track to get around the dead train at the 96th Street station. The switch back to the local track is just north of the station, the MTA said.

As the train switched over from the express track, the stuck train began moving again for unknown reasons and the two front cars hit each other, causing both to derail, transit officials said.

This is a pretty major incident.

It should be a time for reflection on the decision to replace white men.

Frankly, I don’t think women should be working in any job like this, ever, even if some tiny portion of them are capable. But with the blacks: I wouldn’t even argue they should be totally barred, but they should have to pass the same testing and meet the same standards as whites.

Although it’s not obvious, not all blacks are totally stupid. The reason it is not obvious is that the government gives jobs to blacks that they are incapable of doing. Just being black means the government will give you more or less any job you ask for.

It’s not working. People are dying out there due to these diversity policies.

No one seems to be able to explain why this is happening.

The whole thing is some kind of big mystery.

A Canadian Pacific train carrying hazardous materials derailed near Lancaster, Minnesota, Wednesday afternoon, Gov. Tim Walz confirmed on Twitter.

“State officials are working with local emergency managers after a train derailed near Lancaster. Glad to hear that no injuries are reported and the site is contained,” Walz wrote.

He added: “Experts are on the way to survey the site and make sure the community has everything they need.”

According to WCCO, the train contained 24 freight cars, including some with hazardous materials. None have leaked, per the report.

It happened about 10 miles from the U.S. border with Canada.

The derailment comes a day after another CPKC freight train, also carrying hazardous materials, fell off the tracks near Balfour, North Dakota.

Six freight cars and a locomotive derailed in McHenry County at approximately 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, KMOT-TV reported.

According to the report, three of the freight cars contained hazardous materials but nothing leaked. The derailment site was cleared and reopened to train traffic by Wednesday morning.

There were no reported injuries from the incident.

You can blame diversity, I’m sure.

But how does it just all of the sudden start happening?

Was it happening more and more often before East Palestine, and now we’re just paying more attention to it?

Probably, that makes the most sense, but I’ve yet to see an in-depth report on this.

Already exacerbated fears about infrastructure sabotage were dramatically underlined at the weekend when two apparently coordinated acts against the backbone system which controls train movements saw Germany’s railway network grind to a halt for several hours. Europe has been suffering such attacks, often attributed to actors of the ultra-left, for many years.

Backhaul communications cables concerned with the Germany Railway (Deutsche Bahn, DB) radio system, safety-critical equipment without which modern, tightly timetabled and high speed trains cannot safely operate, were “willfully and intentionally severed” on Saturday morning by people with “very precise knowledge of the railway’s radio system.” The two cables damaged were 340 miles apart from each other and cut simultaneously.

The impact of the sabotage on the fibre-optic cables was that trains both regional and long-distance were disrupted for several hours over the weekend. While the immediate disruption may be felt to be small, the attack nevertheless has been front-page news in Germany since, given the way in which it seriously underlines the vulnerability of critical national infrastructure. Just weeks before, the Nord Stream and Nord Stream Two undersea gas pipelines were — if reports are to be believes — blown up, severing a major route of importing energy for Germany.

As Die Zeit notes, German general Carsten Breuer warns in the aftermath of the railway cable cutting that much infrastructure — the networks that transmit power and data and underpin modern life not least among them — are extremely vulnerable to attack. He told the German press: “Every substation, every power plant, every pipeline can be attacked, can be a possible target… This is not about an enemy army with soldiers and tanks attacking our country [but] pinpricks in the population that are intended to stir up uncertainty and shake confidence in our state”.

Given the context of Europe’s present tousling with Russia over their land invasion of Ukraine this year, eyes appeared to have instantly turned to Moscow over the cause of the allegedly sophisticated sabotage of the rail network on Saturday. On Saturday, the German interior minister said the authorities had to “assume intentional acts” were behind the attacks.

The Telegraph reports the comments of senior Green Party MP Anton Hofreiter, who chairs a committee in the German Parliament, who said of the attack: “To pull this off, you have to have very precise knowledge of the railway’s radio system. The question is whether we are dealing with sabotage by foreign powers”, saying it was possible this attack may have been a “warning” to Germany from Moscow.

Yet official blame quickly moved on, with German police saying that while they still suspect a potential political motive for the coordinated strike on the rail network is possible, they did not suspect it was the work of a foreign power or an act of terrorism, Reuters reported.

This rail sabotage business is promoted by the global warmers all over the world.

There is speculation that the global warmer could be behind this attack in Germany.

The government actually endorses and promotes these weather hoax people, which seems pretty retarded.
