An upstate New York transgender woman is suing Hooters for repeatedly refusing to hire her — while the restaurant claims she was booted for inappropriate behavior starting before she transitioned.

Brandy Livingston told NEWS 10 that she applied three times to work as a tight-topped staffer at the chain’s diner in Colonie — despite alleging that she was harassed by staff there as a regular customer.

“They would use male pronouns — they would refer to me as ‘he,’” alleged Livingston, who only recently transitioned to female.

Is that illegal now?

“I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said, ‘Why are you allowing him in the women’s restroom?’ And the manager said, ‘Oh, I don’t like it any more than you do,” Livingston alleged.

Even so, Livingston says she applied three times to work there, complaining that she got rejected each time without a fair shake.

A hiring manager didn’t even care if she had suitable experience, she told News 10. “He said, ‘Oh, we don’t care about experience. We hire on the basis of personality. And there’s an image that needs to be met,’” she alleged.

The waitresses at Hooters are famous for their personalities.

It’s why people go there in the first place.

I remember the last time I went there, and my buddy was like “bruh, check out the personality on that one!”

Hooters, however, painted a vastly different picture — alleging that Livingston was asked to not return to the restaurant for alarming behavior starting before she transitioned.

The wannabe worker made multiple servers uncomfortable by proposing marriage and discussing masturbation — and even threatened to go to a gun range to practice for the next time she visited, Hooters told the outlet via lawyers.

That’s probably true.

Most of these trannies, at least the adult ones, appear to be deranged heterosexual men who are upset about women having so much power and have convinced themselves they can get some of that power by claiming to be women.

“What I really want is an apology. I’m never going to get that,” she said of her one-time favorite restaurant.

She filed a claim with the New York State Division of Human Rights, which says it found sufficient evidence that her rights may have been violated under New York Executive Law 296.

A Human Rights hearing has been set for September next year. “It’s a very slow system,” the accuser’s mom, Adelle, told the outlet. “I think that’s why more people don’t stand up for their rights.”

The complaint sparked protests outside the restaurant, with a small group of people carrying colorful, homemade signs reading “sex-based discrimination is wrong” and “trans women are women.”

Hooters is almost like “strip club lite.” Some of these waitresses will give you a handjob in the parking lot. It’s a ridiculous place.

Can you imagine what a tranny would do to such an establishment? It would completely destroy their business.

A transgender woman in Australia was unlawfully discriminated against when she was barred from a female-only social media community, a court has ruled.

Roxanne Tickle, a transgender woman from the state of New South Wales, was subjected to “indirect gender discrimination” when she was blocked from the Giggle for Girls app in 2021 on the basis that she was born a man, the Federal Court of Australia said on Friday.

Tickle was destined for Giggle.

Giggle for Girls creator Sall Grover had argued that women-only spaces should be allowed to limit access to “cisgender” women, or those whose birth sex aligns with their gender identity.

Bromwich said that Tickle was considered female under the law, as reflected in her updated birth certificate, and that it was outside his purview to “consider, far less determine, the general nature of biological sex.”

“The science behind that evidence is not, as far as it goes, in dispute. It is just that the issues in this case involve wider issues than biology,” he said.

Bromwich ordered that Tickle be paid 10,000 Australian dollars ($6,700) in compensation, plus costs. He declined Tickle’s claim for an apology, finding that it would be “futile and inappropriate to require an inevitably insincere apology to be made”.

Tickle, who underwent gender-affirming surgery in 2019, told Australia’s national broadcaster outside court that she hoped the outcome would promote “healing”.

A trans-identified male nurse in Austria has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the brutal murder of his elderly patient. The assailant, a 24 year-old from Slovakia, repeatedly stabbed his elderly patient last year after a dispute broke out over his gender identity.

The murder occurred on the evening of October 5 at the victim’s home in Geretsberg where the nurse was providing on-call care. Due to Austria’s strict privacy laws, neither the identity of the victim nor assailant is known, but Reduxx had learned that the nurse had been working under the masculine name “Paul” and was active in LGBT groups in Vienna. Though he is legally a male, “Paul” was referred to as a “woman” in court by witnesses and the defense.

While the motive for the crime was initially unclear, it was later revealed that the nurse attacked the 82-year-old paralyzed pensioner after the topic of the nurse’s gender identity was brought up. He went to the kitchen and retrieved multiple knives, stabbing the man eleven times in the upper body, abdomen, face and head. Following the attack, “Paul” called the victim’s stepdaughter, who immediately alerted the police.

Emergency responders initially found the man alive and attempted to stabilize him, but the victim died of his injuries at the scene.

The nurse was immediately arrested, but was taken to the psychiatric unit at the Kepler University Hospital at Neuromed after demonstrating extreme aggression and “massive psychological abnormalities.”

Staff initially believed he was under the influence of drugs due to his behavior, but a blood test only found alcohol in his system. While he claimed to have effectively “blacked out” during the killing, it was ultimately determined that “Paul” had no serious mental illness which would have impacted his legal accountability for his actions.

After being interrogated by police, the nurse immediately admitted to the killing, and claimed the attack had been the result of the victim “teasing” him due to his gender identity and making transphobic remarks. Later examination also revealed that “Paul” had separated from his boyfriend earlier that day, something that was described as a “trigger” for his impulsive behavior.

According to Puls24, psychiatric expert Adelheid Kastner testified that “Paul” had an extremely high risk of recidivism, and admission to a forensic-psychiatric center was recommended. After a short jury trial with a unanimous verdict, “Paul” was sentenced to 20 years in prison on March 26.

While he is currently being held at a men’s prison, “Paul” may seek eventual transfer to a women’s facility if he is able to change his legal documents and receive a recommendation from a psychologist.

A school staffer finally broke up the melee after Benedict, a straight A student, and a classmate were battered for an extended period — reportedly by three older female students.

While her family’s obituary used female pronouns, mother Sue Benedict told The Independent the teen was non-binary and used the name “Nex.”

The heartbroken parent said the other victim was also non-binary.

“Hi, my name’s Nex. It’s not a girl, I’m non-binary.”

Described by relatives as having high-functioning autism, she had recently begun identifying as male, using he/him pronouns and the name Aiden, after initially coming out as a lesbian to parents who reportedly rejected both identities for religious reasons.

Obviously, the goal of murdering journalists is to create a chilling effect, where people are scared to criticize you. Sarah Ashton-Cirillo’s dramatic threat drew the attention of US Senator JD Vance, who asked the administration of President Joe Biden to explain if it was funding this content.

“The statements of [Junior Sergeant] Ashton-Cirillo in recent days were not approved by the command of the [Territorial Defense Forces] or the command of the [Armed Forces of Ukraine],” the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.

I don’t know why he would need approval when the government has repeatedly made these statements. The government mocked a rando Russian who was eaten by a shark in front of his family while on vacation in Egypt, and laughed a girl who was orphaned by a missile strike on a civilian bridge.

They haven’t really been worried about optics. I can see why the tranny thought these statements would be fine.

“Sergeant Sarah Ashton-Cirillo will be suspended immediately,” the statement continued, adding that an official investigation would be launched into Ashton-Cirillo’s conduct.

Ashton-Cirillo is a biological man who worked as a Democratic Party activist in the US before moving to Ukraine following the start of Russia’s military operation last year. He/she was hired as the Territorial Defense Forces’ English-language spokesperson in August, a decision that critics say was intended to curry favor with pro-LGBTQ Western audiences.

Republican Senator JD Vance took notice of the video last Friday, and wrote a letter to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, asking the three officials to explain whether Ashton-Cirillo was being “compensated with US resources,” or previously worked for US intelligence.

“I worry American resources could be supporting violence or the threat of violence against people for speaking their mind,” Vance wrote, pointing out that “any critic of America’s incoherent policy in Ukraine has been slandered as a propagandist, including multiple presidential candidates and American journalists.”

Ashton-Cirillo responded on Monday, stating: “I only answer to three groups of people: my Ukrainian commanders, the Ukrainian people, and the American taxpayer.”

Well.

I don’t understand anything that is happening with this war. The Ukraine is losing in a Loony Toons type manner, and a lot of Western power centers are speaking out against it, while others continue to say they are going to continue to pour infinity billions into the war and then figure out what to do next when every last Ukrainian capable of fighting is dead.

Meanwhile, Poland appears to be getting bored and angry.

Anyone who’s making predictions about this is dumb. No one has any idea what is going to happen next – and that includes the people making the decisions.

Elon Musk believes his “communist” transgender daughter severed ties with her billionaire father because she was brainwashed into “thinking that anyone rich is evil” at the ritzy California school he sent her to.

The CEO of X, formerly known as Twitter, washed his hands of any responsibility for the recent rift between himself and 19-year-old Vivian Jenna Wilson — instead blaming the Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica for infecting her with the “woke mind virus.”

Wilson’s transition was part of a domino effect that led to Musk buying the social media app as part of his mission to stomp out wokeness, according to an excerpt of the upcoming biography “Elon Musk” that was published in the Wall Street Journal Thursday.

The SpaceX founder told author Walter Isaacson that he was initially “generally sanguine” with his child’s decision until in April 2022 when Wilson “became a fervent Marxist and broke off all relations with him,” the excerpt reveals.

That year, Wilson was granted a petition to change her gender, as well as her name, which she hoped would demolish any connection between herself and her biological father.

Musk added that the rift pained him more than when he suffered the infant death of his firstborn child Nevada.

“I’ve made many overtures, but she doesn’t want to spend time with me.”

The tech mogul said he “partly” blames Wilson’s dramatic changeup on Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences, which boasts various A-list graduates including Jack Black, Maya Rudolph, and Zooey Deschanel among its alumni.

Frankly, if your child goes tranny, after a certain point, you no longer are required to do any “overtures.”

At some point, when you realize you can’t stop it because the state has crippled your ability to influence your own kids, you just have to cut your losses.

I tell this to men whose wives/girlfriends steal their kids, regardless if they go full-tranny with them: there comes a point when it just isn’t your responsibility anymore. When you do all you can do and it’s not enough, you eventually just have to give up. You can have more kids. You can’t replace yourself if you destroy yourself fighting a losing battle to save your kids.

The woman has a total ability to brainwash your kids against you. Trying to fight back against this is like running into gunfire. Do you think you’re going to do a Neo?

Obviously, you do your best. Some fathers are able to win full custody of their kids.

But if you can’t win custody, and the woman goes into full-on “dad is the villain” mode, you really just have to cut your losses. Make it clear that the kid is welcome to come home whenever he/she (only TWO OPTIONS) wants to come home. (I think even if your kid is a tranny, you can let them have the option of reaching out.)

But don’t destroy your life over it.

Elon appears to have been driven insane by his tranny son. He is doing things that are completely unreasonable.

Don’t let that happen to you.

Again: do your best.

But if you don’t have any options, you don’t have any options.

I’ve seen too many men destroy themselves in totally unwinnable situations.

It’s hard with a child – it will presumably be the hardest thing you ever have to do – but at some point, you have to cut your losses, and accept that you are not simply fighting some stupid bitch who took your kids from you, but the entire government that is standing between you and your kids.

Note that this is not an excuse to be a deadbeat. I’m not in any way saying that. To be crystal clear: I’m saying that if you get in a situation when the woman has custody of your kids and she poisons them and turns them against you, you should do your best to get out of child support and just put them out of your mind. It just is what it is. Again, let them know that you’ll be around if they ever want to look you up, but you can’t just keep ramming your head against the wall. Well, you can. But it will eventually destroy you.
