Wait, there’s a new Matrix movie?

Was there someone that wanted this?

I didn’t even want the second and third ones.

Hollywood Reporter:

The Matrix Resurrections dropped its first trailer Thursday morning, and the tease was eye-popping with astonishing visuals that fans have come to expect from the beloved sci-fi franchise.

The first look at the highly anticipated Warner Bros. installment continued the story of Thomas Anderson (Keanu Reeves) and Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss), seemingly once again trapped inside the simulated reality controlled by machines. The preview sets up that Anderson, aka Neo, does not seem to remember his past or who he is, while he discusses his dreams with a therapist played by Neil Patrick Harris. Neo and Trinity apparently do not know each other — yet.

The three-minute trailer is perfectly stirred with Jefferson Airplane’s “White Rabbit.”

Poor Keanu Reeves.

He’s literally the greatest actor of all time, and he first gets hit with CyberPunk 2077, now he’s getting hit with this. He deserves so much better.

I will say that Carrie-Anne Moss looks pretty good for her age.

Lawrence Fishburne had the dignity to refuse to reprise his role as Morpheus, so they’ve got some new black ninja playing him. That’s really tacky. They should have killed off the character, rather than have a new actor play him.

The Wachowski Brothers who made the first films have made a shocking transformation into the Wachowski sisters. Larry is directing this one.

As the reader is aware, the Matrix’s “red pill” and “blue pill” metaphor has become a pillar of right-wing metaphor-mongering. I’m sure these trannies are aware of that, and will make a point to attack the right-wing.

The trailer doesn’t look that bad, but I promise you, the whole thing is going to be some attack on right-wingers who stole their metaphors.

I mean, they’ve already come out and said that the original films were about transsexualism. So. Yeah.

Whatever.

My advice to you is just to forget you ever heard about this film. Take the blue pill on Matrix Resurrections, and forget it exists.

We Need to Build Hollow Balls Around Black Holes So We Can Throw People Into The Matrix https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/09/07/we-need-to-build-hollow-balls-around-black-holes-so-we-can-throw-people-into-the-matrix/ Tue, 07 Sep 2021 00:00:00 +0000

Popular Mechanics this week published a piece about how aliens could be wrapping up stars and black holes in devices that can suck out their energy. According to the author, we may want to do something similar in order to have enough energy to power some kind of virtual reality to which people could upload their minds.

This is your daily reminder that Space Science is literally just fan fiction, no different than writing about imaginary technology from Star Trek or Star Wars lore.

Popular Mechanics:

You probably think of a Dyson sphere as a structure that captures the sun’s energy, but what would happen if you built one around a black hole instead?

A global coalition of scientists are in pursuit of the answer, analyzing six different types of energy that we could hypothetically harness from a black hole. What they find could help us reveal what a next-generation galactic civilization might look like, and even help us locate those extraterrestrials in the process.

What is a Dyson Sphere?

For the uninitiated, prolific scholar Freeman Dyson first described his namesake Dyson sphere concept in a landmark 1960 paper. At the heart of his theory is a simple—but tantalizing—question: if a civilization grew large enough, and traveled far enough afield into outer space, how would it have enough energy to power itself?

Dyson’s answer is the Dyson sphere, or “a hollow ball built around the sun [that] would solve the space and energy problems,” according to his paper. Therefore, it’s a theoretical device that sits around an entire star and harvests its energy. Its goal is to help power a civilization whose energy demands have simply eclipsed their planet’s natural potential. It’s part of Dyson’s broader suggestion that the Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI) should set their sights on the kind of energy signature that such an item could discharge.

Yeah, why don’t we just like, build a device that can harvest all of this energy and solve all of our problems? Then we can just like, build like some sort of device that just kinda recirculates the energy and like, makes it recyclable and green, so we just kind of like, you know, have unlimited energy? I’m writing a paper about this.

Oh, wait. I have a better idea. Let’s ask the ayy lmaos how they’re doing it!

How Much Energy Would an Alien Civilization Really Need?

Dyson spheres all tie back to a system called the Kardashev scale, which is based on how much energy a civilization consumes. Earth, for instance, is a type 1 civilization under this rating system, because we only use the amount of energy available on our own planet. In the new paper, published earlier this summer in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, the researchers ponder what it would take to power a type 2 or type 3 civilization, whose energy needs consume their entire solar system:

“The purpose of this study is to discuss the possibility of black holes being a candidate for an energy source to build a Dyson Sphere of a civilisation between a Type II and a Type III…After a Type II civilisation absorbs all the energy from the parent star, a Type II civilisation would seek another star to maintain itself. We would like to answer the question if black holes can be regarded as proper energy sources, or if they are inefficient to provide ample energy for civilisations to thrive.”

How could Earth become a type 2 civilization? In the most literal way, we’d have to harvest energy from not only the sun, but from Jupiter (which is almost a star, itself) and everything else available to us in our solar system.

The natural follow-up question is why we’d need that much energy in the first place. This, it turns out, is pretty easy to answer as we speed into the 2020s and beyond. Think about the energy required to carry more and more people into space as the world’s billionaires venture outside of our planet, plus the energy demands for NASA’s own ambitions to install people on the moon. Alternately, you can think about an entire world powered by electric batteries instead of fossil fuels.

In the longer term, consider the concept of uploading people’s consciousnesses to some kind of data storage center, as proposed in an episode of the dystopian anthology series Black Mirror. In “San Junipero,” two young women meet and fall in love from inside a server farm, while their bodies exist in vegetative states in the real world.

“You will live in a vegetative state and be happy,” Weird Dark Sorcerer says.

Let’s say an individual’s memories and mind fit into 2.5 terabytes of storage, which is an extremely low estimate—that means there’s a server farm somewhere with 20 billion terabytes, which is 20 million petabytes, or about 20 exabytes. That’s 20 times the data that Amazon Web Services holds, and it’s effectively the storage backbone of the entire internet at the moment.

So, it’s easy to see how much energy this electronic infrastructure alone would take up, let alone the heat sink and cooling to make sure all of the electronics can run safely and sustainably. This is the point at which an Earth far into the future might need to harness the full power of the sun, and the point at which we’d become a Kardashev type 2 civilization.

“We need more energy so we can put all of these people into The Matrix even though literally nobody asked for it and literally nobody will benefit from it.”

It sounds like a joke, but they’re dead serious about it.

Using Dyson Spheres to Find Extraterrestrials

The researchers conclude by showing what SETI should look for if a type 2 civilization is hypothetically using Dyson sphere technology to collect energy from in and around a black hole. This, they say, will likely be in the form of waste heat that we can observe with infrared spectrum technology. All black hole measurements may look roughly alike, but there will be “abnormal peaks” on those that are likely housing Dyson sphere technologies, the scientists say.

Earth is far from using a Dyson sphere to harvest our sun, Jupiter, or even a black hole. But by analyzing what such an object would look like and leave behind as excess heat, scientists are better able to search the cosmos for that signature—and find any new neighbors who are running Dyson spheres on their nearest black hole.

It really seems like the main purpose of all of this talk about space and imaginary tech is to manipulate people into believing aliens are real, smarter than us, and just around the corner.

We should probably take some time to reflect about the –

Never mind.

It doesn’t matter at this point.

Washington Post:

The 2018 sci-fi film “Ready Player One” offers a glimpse of what many technology companies prophesize is the Internet’s next big thing.

Inspired by a 2011 Ernest Cline novel, the film’s orphaned teenage hero flees his bleak real-world existence by immersing in a dazzling virtual reality fantasy. The boy straps on his headset, reminiscent of a pair of VR goggles, and escapes into a trippy virtual universe, dubbed “OASIS.”

“People come to the OASIS for all the things they can do, but they stay for all the things they can be,” the main character says in the trailer.

A number of sci-fi-inspired tech CEOs say that one day soon, we will all be hanging out in an interactive virtual reality world, complete with games, adventures, shopping and otherworldly offerings, just like the characters in the movie.

Instead of OASIS, they call it the metaverse.

The metaverse is different from today’s virtual reality, where clunky headsets offer siloed experiences and few chances to cross-play with people who own other gadgets. Instead, the metaverse would be a massive communal cyberspace, linking augmented reality and virtual reality together, enabling avatars to hop seamlessly from one activity to the next.

It’s a huge undertaking that would require standardization and cooperation among tech giants, who are not prone to collaborating with competitors — though it hasn’t stopped many from saying the metaverse is just around the corner.

Facebook should be known as a “metaverse company,” CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in July on an earnings call. The goal, he said, is to populate this virtual world by enticing new users with cheap headsets. Eventually, Zuckerberg hinted, this robust user base would prove an adverting boon: “hundreds of millions of people” in the metaverse “compounds the size of the digital economy inside it.”

Facebook moved closer to this vision in recent weeks, revealing a virtual reality workspace for remote workers. The company is also working on a smart wristband and VR goggles that project the wearer’s eyes. The company is investing billions of dollars into the effort.

The metaverse doesn’t exist today, and there’s no clear date for its arrival. Augmented reality and virtual reality have yet to woo the masses and remain a niche interest, despite Zuckerberg’s pledge in 2017 to bring a billion people onto Oculus headsets.

But Facebook isn’t the only company betting heavily on the metaverse.

In May, Microsoft said it is “uniquely positioned” with a stack of artificial intelligence and mixed reality tools to help companies start developing “metaverse apps today.” A number of gaming companies, including Fortnite’s owner Epic Games, have released simulation software and VR services for a metaverse. Here’s what you should know.

What is the metaverse?

The term was coined by writer Neal Stephenson in the 1992 dystopian novel “Snow Crash.” In it, the metaverse refers to an immersive digital environment where people interact as avatars. The prefix “meta” means beyond and “verse” refers to the universe. Tech companies use the word to describe what comes after the Internet, which may or may not be reliant on VR glasses.

Think of it as an embodied Internet that you’re inside of rather than looking at. This digital realm wouldn’t be limited to devices: Avatars could walk around in cyberspace similar to how people maneuver the physical world, allowing users to interact with people on the other side of the planet as if they’re in the same room.

But for a robust virtual universe, everyone needs to want and afford VR headsets. The technology would need to be stylish and minimal enough to interest more people and sophisticated enough to work seamlessly. That hasn’t happened yet.

…

So why are companies doing this?

It depends on whom you ask.

VR companies say it’s only a matter of time before consumers, already obsessed with social media, will want somewhere new to interact and attract digital likes. A metaverse could allow people tired of photo filters and video editing tools to digitally embody whole new personas and show their creativity or financial status through avatars. It might also drive young people to spend even more time online.

Facebook for years has described its mission as connecting people online, whether it’s through virtual reality, groups on the social networking app or commerce business. Zuckerberg argues that the metaverse is part of the company’s natural evolution, allowing people to move between virtual reality, augmented reality, personal computers and traditional smartphones.

We all know what these people think they’re going to do, and it’s just a matter if that happens or not.

It’s interesting, however, that they’re now getting more open about it.

Of course, everyone already expected it, because of decades of science fiction films.

Have You Ever Seen Six Million Jews Tweet the Same Thing at Once? https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/05/21/have-you-ever-seen-six-million-jews-tweet-the-same-thing-at-once/ Fri, 21 May 2021 00:00:00 +0000
Science FACT: By the year 2025, global warming will have made the world so hot that you will burst into flames just standing there.

If Hitler killed all the Jews, then how are there so many of them on Twitter?

Bitcoin is “plastic toy money.” Meanwhile, the trillions upon trillions of new dollars being printed by the Virus Regime are what, exactly? “Cold steel popped Glock blastin’ all y’all niggas money”?

What is it when the fed prints these trillions out of thin air and then loans it to Jewish banks at 1% interest, who then turn around and loan it to goyim for 13% interest? It’s not plastic toy banking, so it must be what? Legitimate business?

It’s incredible how frightened Jews are of any threat to their usury scheme, even at this point in the game.

Of course, not all of those Blue Cheka telling you this story about how abolishing international banking would change the weather are Jews.

But the ones that aren’t are people completely subsumed with the Jewish world paradigm.

This one is definitely Jewish:

Imagine thinking “Hell World” is a coal plant as you promote child trannies.

Most normal people would say that opening a coal plant is good for America, as it will produce jobs. But we shut down all of the coal plants so we could buy oil from Saudi Arabia and have it shipped across the planet to… save energy?

Those oil tankers use energy.

This “burning coal will change the weather” claptrap somehow only ever works in favor of the global elite. It’s really incredible. You’d think that if there was a random phenomenon, a catastrophe, that some of the effects would be negative for Jews. But somehow, Jews are coming up with hands full of aces on every side of the weather apocalypse.

Reminder: there is zero evidence that burning fossil fuels changes the weather. The so-called “science of climatology” was invented by the United Nations. It is a fake science. This is all just a lot of government grants to people making fake charts. That’s why they can say “99% of climatologists agree that you have to do everything the Jews say or you’ll be burned up.”

Imagine that this weather scam is now literally being used to defend the international banking system. There was a point at which leftists were opposed to the international banking system. They actually put out some good stuff.

But now this weather swindle overshadows everything. Despite the fact that it is obviously a hoax, leftists are now on the side of the IMF and the World Back against the “workers of the world” because they’re worried the ice caps are going to melt and they’re going to get flooded out.

Do they even say the ice caps are going to melt anymore? I think they stopped saying that, because it was just too dumb, and it was too much of a solid prediction that someone could say “hey, New York isn’t flooded – you were lying!” Now they seem to mostly say that using electricity makes tornados and earthquakes or whatever.

It’s literally on par with the Aztecs believing the priests when they said the sun was going to disappear if they didn’t do nonstop human sacrifice.

Except actually, it’s much worse than that. The Aztecs had no way of knowing the priests were lying. We have the internet. We have actually documentation of these people conspiring to fake charts, in the form of the Climategate leaks. We also have the ability to research the link between carbon dioxide and warming.

We also know that trees absorb carbon dioxide, and we know that the United Nations is doing zero (0) to stop deforestation in the third world.

Furthermore: nuclear energy exists.

Try this: next time someone spits this global warming nonsense at you, ask them to explain to you how carbon dioxide causes warmer weather. If you’re on the internet and they try to post a link, tell them, “no, you explain it to me in your own words.” Ninety-nine out of 100 won’t be able to give you any explanation at all. If they do give you the standard line about the composition of the atmosphere allowing in more radiation from the sun and then trapping the heat, ask them why the ice core samples show carbon trailing warming and not the reverse.

At some point, it is always going to get to “JUST BELIEVE THE EXPERTS!”

And of course, that means: “just believe banks, corporations and the government.”

People should be ashamed of themselves, believing in this gibberish. If you press them, you find that some of them are ashamed they believe anything they’re told by their masters, but that they believe the best way to cover that shame is to not admit that they are just mindless cattle.

You see it a lot with the coronavirus. People went all in on it, and it would just be embarrassing to admit that the whole thing was an absurd hoax.

Cryptocurrency would liberate everyone from the enslavement of the banking system, and this is simply an obvious fact. This changing weather voodooism is designed to convince people to work against their own most basic interests.

Whatever.

It’s tiresome.

The level of exhaustion dealing with people who believe in all almost makes you understand Cypher.

Of course, when you see how miserable the believers are, you realize that as tiresome as it all is, the truth is the only thing that can set you free.

When they made the Matrix, they uncovered the secrets of the universe and it blew their minds.

There was no going back.

So they both became trannies.

US Magazine:

She’s arrived! Lilly Wachowski made her first public appearance since coming out as a transgender woman on Saturday, April 2. The Matrix filmmaker, previously known as Andy Wachowski, attended the GLAAD Media Awards at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

As previously reported, Wachowski, 48, announced last month that she had transitioned. Her older sister and directing partner, Lana Wachowski, transitioned and changed her name from Larry in 2008.

“I am one of the lucky ones,” Lilly said in a statement to the Windy City News at the time. “Having the support of my family and the means to afford doctors and therapists has given me the chance to actually survive this process. Transgender people without support, means and privilege do not have this luxury. And many do not survive.

“Lilly was just as inspiring on Saturday night. A source tells Us Weekly that she received a massive round of applause and gave a moving speech about the importance of love for the LGBT community. “OK, first of all, ta-da,” she said on stage. “Love is a crucial thing for transgender people. It’s a tether.”

Lilly also gushed over her wife, Alisa Blasingame. The filmmaker leaned on Blasingame for support after reporters allegedly found out about the transition before she had announced it. “My sister likes to joke, ‘You couldn’t write this s–t’,” Lilly recalled.

Yeah.

Definitely couldn’t write it.

Filthy faggot.
