If you read that headline and assumed it happened in Britain or Sweden – don’t worry, I thought so too.

But no, this is from good ol’ Murica.

Tennessee, no less.

A five-year-old boy with autism was reportedly put on a record as a sex offender after hugging his classmate.

Nursery school pupil Nathan was reported for hugging the child and his parents warned he would be placed on a record “for the rest of his life”, his family claim.

If you don’t know what anarcho-tyranny is, I suggest you start learning, it might come in handy since you’re already living in it.

And if you’re White, you’re on the tyranny side of the equation.

Summery Putnam, Nathan’s guardian, told News Channel 9 , that she received a call from his teacher at the start of September.

She said the teacher told her he had been accused of “sexual activities” for hugging a child and kissing another child on the cheek.

Ms Putnam said her son had no idea he had crossed any kind of boundary, adding: “He doesn’t know what he’s doing wrong.”

She said her son has now switched classrooms and teachers and is enrolled in special education services.

What he’s doing wrong is being a White boy who’s not a tranny.

That’s just unforgivable in CURRENT YEAR.

In a Facebook post shared with the news outlet, Nathan’s grandmother, Debi Amick, questioned why the school wouldn’t listen to the family or their doctor about the challenges the youngster was facing.

She wrote: “It was disclosed that it will go in his record for the rest of his life that he is a sex offender.

“This child is autistic, he comprehends and functions very different than your typical five-year-old. What do you do?

“Who do you turn to for help when the school will not even listen to the child’s doctor when he explains the child’s difficulties in his comprehension of simple things such as boundaries?”

No, I’m pretty sure nothing he’s done is different from your typical five-year-old.

The only problem he has is basically that he lives in an insane society where a kid hugging another kid is a problem, but a kid cutting his dick off is seen as stunning and brave.

Spokesman for the Hamilton County Department of Education Tim Hensley said, in a statement, schools were entitled to report any concerns they had regarding a child.

He said: “School personnel are required to concerns regarding children to the Department of Child Services (DCS).

“It’s up to DCS to determine if those reports are acted on by DCS and what form those actions may take.”

Imagine living in a country where the vast majority of rapes and other violent crimes are committed by non-Whites – even though they do their best to make you think otherwise – and reporting a White 5-year-old for hugging a kid.

Actually, you don’t have to imagine anything, since you’re already there.

And remember – this isn’t rock bottom yet, not even close.

And you’re gonna get there unless you do something about it.

Stunningest and bravest

On the witness stand, Taylor Walker found it more difficult than she expected to put words to what happened to her inside a Vanderbilt University parking garage one Friday night in 2012.

She hesitated more than once during the toughest memories and, at one point, came clean to the jurors: “I’m having a hard time talking about it,” she told them, “a harder time than I anticipated.”

But Walker, who has become an outspoken advocate for sexual assault survivors since graduating from Vanderbilt, did find her words. And what she said in court this week helped convict the stranger, Tyrone Batts, 29, who ambushed, raped and robbed her on Feb. 10, 2012.

The jury of six men and six women took little more than an hour on Tuesday to convict Batts of two counts of rape and additional counts of attempted rape and robbery. At sentencing in May he’ll face a minimum eight-year prison sentence and a potential for 36 years.

“She was very brave,” Assistant District Attorney Amy Hunter said of Walker. “We’re really thankful that she came forward.”

The Tennessean does not name sex assault victims as a matter of policy. But Walker chose to share her story with The Tennessean in 2013 as alarm mounted about sex assaults on college campuses.

Now 24, Walker testified for 35 minutes while her attacker kept his head down and incessantly bounced one knee in a Davidson County courtroom.

“It was a Friday so I was very happy that the school week was over,” Walker began.

But outside her red car on the seventh floor of the garage an ominous presence changed everything.

One person has been arrested and another is on the loose after a bank robbery in south Nashville and a carjacking at a gas station.

Authorities are looking for 26-year-old convicted felon, Kershawn Globe. Officials said at 11:20 a.m. Saturday morning he walked into the Fifth Third Bank on 47 East Thompson Lane.

He was reportedly wearing a mask and carrying a gun when he told a teller to put money in a pillowcase. He then fled the scene.

Officers used K-9 units to track him to an address on Elissa Drive, but Globe took off on foot.

After searching the home, officials found the stolen money and a nine millimeter pistol.

At 12:05 p.m., Globe went to the Shell Gas Station on 1631 Elm Hill Pike where he reportedly carjacked Dennis Garlangerat.

Garlangerat told News 2 he was inside the store getting slushies with his two grandchildren when Globe approached him.

“Then he said, ‘Give me the keys, give me the blank keys. I gotta gun,’ and I looked at him and he said, ‘Otherwise, I’m going to kill the blank kids.’ So, I gave him the keys to my car.”

Globe drove the stolen Ford Windstar van to Two Rivers Parkway where he pulled over and approached Sharon Begley and her friend as they were getting out of their vehicle to look at a house.

The suspect asked to use their cell phone and they complied.

“We had a very uneasy feeling and didn’t know if he had a gun or not. So, we didn’t want to chance saying no to him and him pulling a gun or something like that,” explained Begley.

She said Globe took off with the phone. They got into their car and followed him to Two Rivers Park where they blocked the entrance and called 911.

Shortly after, he abandoned the stolen van and was picked up by a woman driving a silver Toyota Corolla.

The van was still rolling and was headed in the direction of children playing in the park. Begley and her friend rammed their car into the van to stop it from moving. No one was hurt.

Later Saturday evening, police arrested Globe’s accused accomplice, 46-year-old Darrin Caver, near the intersection of Glastonbury Road and Briley Parkway.

He reportedly drove the getaway car from the bank.

Caver will be in the Metro Jail over the weekend, and he is expected to face charges for bank robbery Monday morning.

The FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force plans to seek warrants charging Globe with bank robbery and carjacking.

Metro police are searching for two gunmen after a deadly weekend home invasion in Goodlettsville.

According to police, two masked gunmen broke into the home of 76-year-old Jack Davis Jr. on Saturday night.

The men killed Davis and shot a 64-year-old friend who was also at the home on Springfield Highway. The wounded man was rushed to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.

Police say the two intruders demanded money from the victims before they opened fire. The pair got away in a light colored pickup truck, possibly an older model with a square front end.

Davis was known to conduct business at his home, including buying and selling vehicles.

“He was a great man. He was a wonderful man,” said Anthony Woods, who worked for Davis. “He helped a lot of people and kept a lot of people in work.”

Some question whether the well-known businessman may have been targeted by someone who knew him, possibly someone looking to buy a car.

“He was just selling, going to the auction, getting cars. And he’d set them out here in front of his house and sell two or three at a time,” Woods said.

The 64-year-old man wounded in the shooting was interviewed by detectives. He reported that two black men with their faces partially covered entered the home at 9 p.m. Saturday and demanded money before opening fire.

Police said the assailants may have fled the area in an older model pickup truck with a square front end.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department has charged two people with first degree murder in connection with a suspicious death reported earlier this week.

Amanda Harris and Mario Keene are charged with killing Donald Ray Gunter on Old Mountain Road February 10th.

They are being held at the Greene County Detention Center on $600,000 bonds pending their first court appearance Friday February 14th.

Update Thursday 11 a.m.:
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department said its located two persons of interest in connection with a recent suspicious death.

Officials said Amanda Kate Harris, 27, and Mario Donte Keene, 39, were located on Wednesday afternoon. Authorities had asked the public’s help earlier this week in finding the two individuals.

Sheriff Steve Burns said the two people may have information about the suspicious death of Donald Ray Gunter, 69, who was found dead in his Old Mountain Road home on Tuesday.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is working with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on the investigation. They are looking for two “persons of interest” who may have information pertaining to this investigation, and are asking for the public’s help in finding Amanda Kate Harris, 27, and Mario Donte Keene, 39, who is also known as Rio. They may be driving a gold 1998 Cadillac Catera with Tennessee license plate 894-RCW.

A suspect has been arrested after a fatal, early morning shooting in Nashville.

Officials with the Nashville Police Department said 27-year-old Christian Brown will be charged with criminal homicide and aggravated robbery after the shooting death of 26-year-old Ronald Sanders.

The shooting was reported around 3:45 a.m. Saturday outside Sander’s residence at the James Cayce public housing development on Sylvan Street.

Witnesses told police Brown and another suspect approached Sanders and demanded money.

Police said an altercation broke out and Sanders was shot. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where officials said he later died.

Investigators said Brown has previous convictions for felon in possession of a weapon, aggravated assault and aggravated burglary. They said they are still searching for the second suspect.

The Anson County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday they’ve made an arrest in the mid-November murder of a man whose body was found on the side of a roadway.

Anson County authorities have charged Quamaine Lee Massey, 18, of Marshville, with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 42-year-old Keith Jerome Whisnant.

Massey was picked-up by authorities in Union County on a number of felony charges. He’s also being held under no bond for the first-degree murder charge and armed robbery he now faces out of Anson County.

The Anson County Sheriff’s Office was called out to U.S. Highway 742 North after a report of a car in a ditch around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2013.

When deputies arrived on scene that discovered 42-year-old Keith Jerome Whisnant dead from a gunshot wound to the chest outside of the vehicle.

Whisnant, of Ocean Isle Beach, was traveling to Johnson City, Tennessee, according to authorities. At some point, investigators believe he picked up a passenger. The Sheriff’s Office says they believe Whisnant picked up Massey that night.

One passing motorist told investigators he saw what appeared to be two people struggling in the front seat of the 2000 silver Ford Focus as it sat in the ditch.

There was no sign of a second person at the scene when officers arrived.

A former sheriff’s deputy in Tennessee has been arrested for allegedly forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him during a traffic stop.

Former Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy Willie Marshay Greer, 33, was charged with aggravated rape and official misconduct last Thursday. He was out on $50,000 bond the next day.

Greer allegedly pulled over a woman for speeding on January 5 and raped her in his patrol car.

The victim said Greer handcuffed her and told her she was going to jail. He then allegedly said, “I could let you go, but you’d owe me.” The victim said the officer took her to a secluded area, where he forced her to perform oral sex.

A man is behind bars after he reportedly stole someone’s computer and posted about it on Facebook.

Anthony Harrison, 20, was arrested Monday after the victim notified authorities that their $800 laptop computer was stolen.

Police said the victim asked the members of the household who took the computer and Harrison stated he did not take it.

The victim later found the laptop inside Harrison’s bag.  He soon admitted to the crime.

He also admitted to the victim’s boyfriend that he took the computer to sell for money to fix his car, and posted to Facebook that he stole it from the victim, according to an affidavit.

Harrison is charged with theft of property and is being held on a $2,000 bond.
