Duke Medical School claims it is “white supremacy culture” to expect people of color to be on time in a strategic plan for creating an “anti-racist workforce.”

The medical school said its goal is to “catalyze anti-racist practice through education” in a 2021 plan titled “Dismantling Racism and Advancing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the School of Medicine.” The guide — praised by the school’s dean — called out what it deemed “white supremacy culture,” with its purported nitpicking about being on time, dress code, speech and work style. It also contains a series of negative terminology vis-à-vis white culture.

“White supremacy culture is the idea (ideology) that White people and the ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and actions of white people are superior to People of Color and their ideas, thoughts, beliefs and actions,” the document stated.

The document stated that America is rigged for the interests of white people, who get privileges, i.e., the “unquestioned and unearned set of advantages, entitlements, benefits and choices bestowed on people solely because they are White.”

“CRT scholars note that the social construction of race and racism is a regular component of American society; it is embedded in structures such as law, culture, and economics, which supports the interests of White people,” the guide stated in its definition of critical race theory.

It went on to claim that white supremacy culture is “power hoarding” to the disadvantage of non-whites.

“In the workplace, white supremacy culture explicitly and implicitly privileges whiteness and discriminates against non-Western and non-white professionalism standards related to dress code, speech, work style, and timeliness,” the document said. “Some identifiable characteristics of this culture includes perfectionism, belief that there’s only one right way, power hoarding, individualism, sense of urgency and defensiveness.”

The dean, Dr. Mary E. Klotman, praised the guide for reflecting the medical school’s “goals, priorities and strategies.”

Black people are in fact so different from whites that I think they should be allowed to live apart from whites.

Maybe even on a completely different continent.

If we gave them a continent of their own, free of racism, they would be certain to thrive.

A Canadian woman who fraudulently claimed her daughters were Inuit has been sentenced to three years in jail, in what is believed to be the first ever custodial sentence for a “Pretendian”.

Karima Manji, whose daughters accessed more than C$150,000 in benefits intended for Inuit, was sentenced on Thursday, after pleading guilty to fraud in February.

Nunavut justice Mia Manocchio said the case “must serve as a signal to any future Indigenous pretender that the false appropriation of Indigenous identity in a criminal context will draw a significant penalty”.

In recent years, Canada has grappled with a wave of cases in which people falsely claim Indigenous identity. Many of those instances feature vague and questionable affirmations of First Nations or Métis ancestry. Instances of Inuit fraud –and ones in which people successfully obtained official identity cards – are rarer.

According to an agreed statement of facts, Toronto resident Karima Manji submitted paperwork for her daughters Amira and Nadya in 2016 to obtain Inuit identity.

Canada’s Inuit population of around 70, 000 people, mostly lives in Inuit Nunangat, the vast northern homeland that spans more than 3m sq km.

Manji, 59, lived briefly in Iqaluit, the territorial capital, in the 1990s. But her daughters Nadya and Amira were born in Ontario and have no connection to Inuit or to the lands of Nunavut.

To deceive those reviewing the application, Manji claimed that she had adopted the pair, who she said had been born to an Iqaluit woman named Kitty Noah.

Despite going through a vetting review by community members intended to prevent fraudulent enrolment, Manji’s application was approved by Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, NTI, which oversees the process.

Amira and Nadya, 18 years old at the time, quickly used their newly acquired Inuit identity to access money from the Kakivak Association, described in court documents as “an organization serving Inuit by … providing sponsorship funding to Baffin Inuit for education-related expenses.”

Between September 2020 to March 2023 Nadya and Amira received C$158,254.05 in benefits from Nunavut organizations, according to the agreed statement of facts. A further C$64,413 was on hold for Amira Gill in the spring of 2023, but was not paid out.

According to a recent feature in Toronto Life, Nadya and Amira were vocal about their Inuit identity while at university. The pair started an online business, Kanata Trade Company, purportedly run by “twin Inuit sisters”.

You could believe the kids were Indians, irght?

The University of California at Berkeley is under fire for allegedly banning white residents from using a community farm on Saturdays in a move one critic slammed as “systemic racism.”

The university told The Post it is investigating claims that the “Gill Tract Community Farm” in nearby Albany offered its space on Saturday exclusively to “Black, Indigenous, and People of Color,” after a complaint with the US Department of Education by the Mountain States Legal Foundation.

“UC-Berkeley thinks that racial segregation is progressive now, but it’s no different than segregation of the past,” said William Trachman, general counsel for the group.

“Preventing Caucasians from accessing Berkeley’s College of Natural Resources Farm on Saturdays is a clear violation of Title VI, which bars educational institutions from engaging in or allowing race discrimination,” added Trachman, a UC-Berkeley alumnus himself.

They don’t care about that.

And it’s probably not even true. Title VI is about blacks and women and gays. It’s not designed to defend white people.

Title VI is a horrible thing anyway, and no white person should be defending it or promoting it.

He said the feds should open a sweeping audit of every UC-Berkeley program to ferret out what he claimed was “systemic racism.”

Launched in 2013, the farm is a partnership between UC-Berkeley and the surrounding neighborhoods. Students and faculty conduct urban farming research and grow crops to prepare healthy meals as part of the “food justice” movement, according to the farm’s website.

The complaint includes an email from a farm program manager telling someone, “Saturdays are exclusively BIPOC. Exceptions have only been made for events that are BIPOC-centered and with plenty of advance notice and planning.”

“Structural racism” contributes to higher Type 2 diabetes rates in black Americans, according to a new paper from Emory University researchers.

The researchers used a framework that “consider[s] the domains of health behaviours and social norms, structural racism, access to high-quality care, economic development, and public awareness.”

“Structural racism play[s] a prominent role at all levels,” of these domains, the scholars wrote in The Lancet.

They list practices such as redlining and predatory lending from decades ago as part of their hypothesis of why black people today have higher rates of Type 2 diabetes than white citizens.

“Past policies, laws, and economies contribute to where people live, their access to sufficient and healthy food, and their access to health-care services,” the research team wrote.

“These factors, stemming largely from structural racism and discrimination, play an important role in driving racial and ethnic inequities in diabetes and diabetes-related complications,” they wrote.

Blacks deserve better.

White people need to go in and figure out a way to make blacks stop being so fat.

Florida State University criminology professor Eric Stewart was a guru of the claim that “systemic racism” infests America’s police and American society.

Now he’s out of a job on account of “extreme negligence” in his research.

The academic was fired after almost 20 years of his data — including figures used in an explosive study, which claimed the legacy of lynchings made whites perceive blacks as criminals, and that the problem was worse among conservatives — were found to be in question.

College authorities said he was being fired for “incompetence” and “false results.”

Among the studies he has had to retract were claims that whites wanted longer sentences for blacks and Latinos.

To date, six of Stewart’s articles published in major academic journals like Criminology and Law and Society Review between 2003 and 2019 have been fully retracted after allegations the professor’s data was fake or so badly flawed it should not have been published.

The professor’s termination came four years after his former graduate student Justin Pickett blew the whistle on his research.

Pickett said they had worked together in 2011 researching whether the public was demanding longer sentences for black and Hispanic criminals as those minority populations grew, with the paper claiming they did. But Stewart had fiddled the sample size to deliver that result when the real research did not, Pickett said.

When the investigation into Stewart began in 2020, he claimed he was the victim and that Pickett “essentially lynched me and my academic character.”

After sixteen years as a professor of criminology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Provost James Clark formally notified Stewart he was being terminated in a July 13 letter.

“I do not see how you can teach our students to be ethical researchers or how the results of future research projects conducted by you could be deemed as trustworthy,” Clark wrote to Stewart, who has been absent from his role since March.

Clark said as well as the six officially retracted studies, other work by Stewart was “in doubt.”

Stewart was a widely-cited scholar, with north of 8,500 citations by other researchers, according to Google Scholar — a measure of his clout as an academic.

He was vice president and fellow at the American Society of Criminology, who honored him as one of four highly distinguished criminologists in 2017.

He was also a W.E.B. DuBois fellow at the National Institute of Justice.

The professor received north of $3.5 million in grant support from major organizations and taxpayer-funded entities, according to his resume.

The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, the National Science Foundation, which is an arm of the federal government, and the National Institute of Justice, which is run by the Department of Justice, have all funneled money into research Stewart presided over.

The National Institute of Mental Health, a branch of the NIH, poured $3.2 million into research on how African Americans transition into adulthood.

Stewart presided over that initiative as co-principal investigator from 2007 to 2012.

Meanwhile, he reportedly raked in a $190,000 annual salary at FSU, a public university.

While there he served on the school’s diversity, promotion and tenure committees, giving him a say over who got ahead on campus.

He even passed judgment on students accused of cheating and academic dishonesty themselves, as a member of FSU’s Academic Honor Policy Hearing Committee.

Yeah, this is the angle: they framed him up to cockblock his important research into racism.

It’s a threat that will bring down our whole society: black people’s feelings being hurt by believing that whites said somethign mean about them.

New York City will pay out $1.8 billion dollars to some 5,200 aspiring and former minority teachers who failed a certification exam deemed racially discriminatory.

The city is now settling a nearly three-decade-old federal lawsuit that several years ago found the test biased against black and Hispanic former and aspiring public school educators, the New York Post reported Saturday.

“As of Friday, 225 people who failed the Liberal Arts and Sciences Test used for teacher licensing from 1994 to 2014 had already been notified they’re getting settlements of at least $1 million [each],” according to an analysis of Manhattan federal court records conducted by the Post.

Those who failed the test either got turned down for public school teaching jobs or were demoted to substitute teachers if they were working full-time.

Court rulings determined the exam violated the law because it “allowe[ed] far more white candidates to pass,” The Post reported.

More than 90 percent of white people who took the 80-question multiple-choice quiz earned a passing score, according to The Post. However, black applicants had a pass rate of between 51 and 62 percent, and Latinos passed 47 to 55 percent of the time.

Some individuals who did not become teachers will be awarded more than $1 million each as well as possible pensions, The Post reported Saturday.

Specific judgements have been calculated based on what the former and prospective educators would have earned if they had passed the test or had not been required to take it as a condition of employment.

Legal experts say the settlement will give rise to “hundreds of other future million-dollar awards.”

The legal payout is the largest in New York City history, the Post reported.

Herman Grim of Queens on July 5 was given the largest individual award at the time of the article’s publication, a total of $2,055,383. That figure “includes $1,583,114 in back pay for time never clocked, lost interest accrued, and other compensation,” according to The Post.

Meanwhile, the government has not addressed teachers who sued over being fired for refusing to take the coronavirus vax.

A visiting professor at Southern Illinois University is advocating for universities to provide bereavement leave to allow black faculty time to grieve and process trauma following triggering racist news and experiences.

Angel Jones, a visiting assistant professor in the department of educational leadership at the college, questioned why black educators are expected to return to work and act like nothing is wrong after such events.

“I am a proud educator who loves what I do,” Jones wrote in a piece published by Times Higher Education. “But before that, I am a Black woman. A Black woman who is expected to return to ‘business as usual’ on Monday after seeing a member of my community murdered on Friday.”

The critical race theory scholar wrote about how she emailed her students in January following the fatal police beating of Tyre Nichols, a 29-year-old black man, to check on them without allowing herself time to process the horrific news and trauma.

“Although it is customary for employees to receive support and understanding while grieving the loss of a loved one, the same care is rarely shown to the Black community when we lose someone in horrific and traumatic ways,” Jones said. “Where’s our Black bereavement leave?”

In order to help black faculty members, Jones said colleges should do two things — offer counseling guided in race relations and allow time to grieve.

She said universities should fund counseling for black faculty to work through “racial battle fatigue,” or RBF, a term that refers to “the psychological and physiological consequences of experiencing racism.”

Racial battle fatigue can cause anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts as well as elevated heart rate, tension headaches, and stomach ulcers, according to Jones.

“Free counseling services, by culturally competent counselors familiar with identifying and addressing RBF, should be available at all times, not just when our trauma has been televised,” she wrote.

In addition, black educators should be provided the space to grieve — whether that means a day off, the option to work from home, and/or an extension on deadlines.

We not only need to keep giving more and more and more to these blacks – we have to silence those who disagree.

Angel Jones does very important research.

Silencing and crushing the spirits of those who question all of these special privileges for the blacks and the massive wealth transfer to the blacks will result in those people also developing a deep love for the blacks.

Particularly, when those people are exposed to an endless flow of black on white violence, they will come to the understanding that they have no choice to embrace the black agenda – because they might be next!

Seattle became the first U.S. city to outlaw caste discrimination on Tuesday, after its local council voted to add caste to the city’s anti-discrimination laws.

The move addresses an issue important to the area’s South Asian diaspora, particularly the Indian and Hindu communities. India’s caste system is among the world’s oldest forms of rigid social stratification.

“The fight against caste discrimination is deeply connected to the fight against all forms of oppression,” Kshama Sawant, an Indian American Seattle City Council member, said.

The caste system dates back thousands of years and allows many privileges to upper castes but represses lower castes. The Dalit community is on the lowest rung of the Indian Hindu caste system and have been treated as “untouchables.”

“Caste discrimination doesn’t only take place in other countries. It is faced by South Asian American and other immigrant working people in their workplaces, including in the tech sector, in Seattle and in cities around the country,” Sawant said when her office introduced the proposal to ban caste-based discrimination in Seattle.

I guess the Indians can still express their diversity by shitting in the street and writing shitty code.

When I think of “problems in society,” the number one thing I think of is “middle class white people.”

AT&T offers employees training that calls racism a “uniquely white trait” — and tells white employees that they “are the problem,” according to a report based on leaked documents.

The telecommunications giant’s “Listen. Understand. Act” training is based on core principles of critical race theory, including “systemic racism,” “white privilege” and “white fragility,” according to City Journal’s Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute.

White people really are garbage.

Employees are encouraged to study resources, including one that asks, “White America, if you want to know who’s responsible for racism, look in the mirror,” Rufo said.

“White people, you are the problem,” the article reportedly tells employees of why the US is a “racist society.” 

“Regardless of how much you say you detest racism, you are the sole reason it has flourished for centuries,” author Dahleen Glanton writes, insisting that “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and that “Black people cannot be racist,” according to the report.

See what this is?

Even when you say you’re not a racist, and believe you’re not a racist, you’re still a racist.

“Racist” just means “white person.” It’s a slur for white people in the same way that “nigger” is a slut for black people.

That’s why I think “anti-white racism” is not really a very good term. It should just be “anti-white hatred,” instead of using the word “racist,” which as these people say, just means “white person.”

Employees are also encouraged to participate in a “21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge” that relies on the concepts of “whiteness,” “white privilege,” and “white supremacy,” Rufo said.

Employees should “do one action [per day for 21 days] to further [their] understanding of power, privilege, supremacy, oppression, and equity,” the challenge says.

AT&T’s CEO, John Stankey, launched the program last year, telling staff they have an “obligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice,” Rufo said.

Rufo said he got the documents from a senior employee who told him that AT&T managers are now assessed annually on diversity issues.

White employees are “tacitly expected to confess their complicity in ‘white privilege’ and ‘systemic racism,’” and asked to sign a loyalty pledge to “keep pushing for change,” Rufo said the whistleblower told him.

“If you don’t do it … you’re [considered] a racist,” the senior employee allegedly said.

They are asked to take a loyalty pledge against their own race.

Even if you’re not aware of anything else about the race issue, you have to acknowledge that “white” is an immutable characteristic. No one can change their race.

So what they are asking people to do is swear an oath against themselves. To swear that they are evil, that they were born evil, and that they are irredeemable.

The new line from the media and the rest of the Democrat machine is that schools are not actually teaching critical race theory. Basically, they said “we need to teach critical race theory” then people found out what that was – just virulent anti-white hate – so they said “actually, this isn’t even critical race theory.”

I recently saw a clip on Tucker Carlson of Joy Reid saying that, now people are responding to Rufo saying that.

I think we should give that money to the blacks to go back to Africa.

For less money than we pledge to Israel, we could give every black enough money to live very well among the kings of their homeworld.

Michelle Bachelet is the mommy of your rights, and she says that you have to give everything to the blacks.

We’re going to really have to start giving these blacks money – and a whole lot of it.

It’s who we are.

But money simply isn’t enough.

We must give them our blood, and the blood of our children, and the blood of our children’s children.

That is the only way we will make amends for George Floyd.

The U.N. human rights chief, in a landmark report launched after the killing of George Floyd in the United States, is urging countries worldwide to do more to help end discrimination, violence and systemic racism against people of African descent and “make amends” to them — including through reparations.

The report from Michelle Bachelet, the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, offers a sweeping look at the roots of centuries of mistreatment faced by Africans and people of African descent, notably from the transatlantic slave trade. It seeks a “transformative” approach to address its continued impact today.

The report, a year in the making, hopes to build on momentum around the recent, intensified scrutiny worldwide about the blight of racism and its impact on people of African descent as epitomized by the high-profile killings of unarmed Black people in the United States and elsewhere.

“There is today a momentous opportunity to achieve a turning point for racial equality and justice,” the report said.

The report aims to speed up action by countries to end racial injustice; end impunity for rights violations by police; ensure that people of African descent and those who speak out against racism are heard; and face up to past wrongs through accountability and redress.

“I am calling on all states to stop denying — and start dismantling — racism; to end impunity and build trust; to listen to the voices of people of African descent; and to confront past legacies and deliver redress,” Bachelet said in a video statement.

While broaching the issue of reparation in her most explicit way yet, Bachelet suggested that monetary compensation alone is not enough and would be part of an array of measures to help rectify or make up for the injustices.

“Reparations should not only be equated with financial compensation,” she wrote, adding that it should include restitution, rehabilitation, acknowledgement of injustices, apologies, memorialization, educational reforms and “guarantees” that such injustices won’t happen again.

The report was based on discussions with more than 340 people — mostly of African descent — and experts; more than 100 contributions in writing, including from governments; and review of public material, the rights office said.

It was very brave for those hundreds of People of Black to come out and claim white people must give them money, resources, power, and more.

Truly remarkably noble creatures, these blacks.
