This is nearly as bad as $TRUMP

A few days ago, China released an AI that requires a fraction of the computing power of the current models being produced in the West.

Along with humiliating the US tech sector in a way that is virtually unimaginable, as well as demonstrating again that China is a much better country than the United States, this means that people no longer need hundreds of billions of dollars worth of Nvidia chips to run AI.

RT:

Nvidia’s stock plummeted 17% on Monday, erasing approximately $589 billion from its market capitalization and marking the largest single-day loss in US corporate history. The sharp decline follows concerns over mounting competition from the Chinese artificial intelligence firm DeepSeek.

The selloff was part of a broader tech downturn that saw the Nasdaq Composite fall 3.1%, its worst day since December. Nvidia shares closed at $118.58, marking their most significant drop since March 2020 during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. Monday’s plunge also dethroned Nvidia as the world’s most valuable publicly traded company, at $2.9 trillion, pushing it back to third place behind Apple and Microsoft.

The downturn was triggered by DeepSeek’s launch of an open-source R1 model, which the company claims was trained in just two months at a fraction of the cost required by US-based firms like OpenAI. This development has raised questions about the sustainability of high AI-related spending, particularly on Nvidia’s graphics processing units (GPUs) that dominate the AI chip market.

Basically, Nvidia was manipulating the AI industry to make it so the maximum amount of Nvidia chips were needed for the AI’s processing.

This is the way “perverse incentives” work in the United States, where there is no real ability of small companies to compete with large ones, due to large companies writing government regulations designed to crush all competition.

China does the opposite. While allowing very big companies to exist, the Chinese ensure that it is the big company that is at a disadvantage, as they understand that giving big companies the advantage smashes innovation.

America is going to keep on losing like this as long as it remains a decadent and depraved country which values liberal values over human lives.

Facebook Stock in Freefall – Loses 23% in Half an Hour https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/02/03/facebook-stock-in-freefall-loses-23-in-half-an-hour/ Thu, 03 Feb 2022 00:00:00 +0000

People say Bitcoin is volatile.

Bitcoin never lost 23% in half an hour.

RT:

Shares of Facebook’s parent company Meta went into a nosedive after the markets closed on Wednesday, following an underwhelming quarterly report, the first since CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the name change.

The stock stood strong at $323 a share when the markets closed at 4 pm EST, but collapsed to $249 just half an hour later, for a loss of almost 23%. In just the first eleven minutes of after-hours trading, $16 billion in Meta’s market cap had been wiped out.

What triggered the sell-off was Meta’s quarterly report showing lower revenue, earnings per share, and the numbers of daily and monthly active users than expected by investors.

Whereas the investors expected around $30.15 billion, Facebook’s figures showed $27-$29 billion, CNBC reported, citing a Refinitiv survey of market analysts. According to the same source, earnings per share came in at $3.67, short of the expected $3.84.

Okay.

Well, it’s nice to gloat and so on.

But none of these mega corporations are ever going away, sort of societal collapse. They are entrenched, effectively de facto branches of the government.

I feel like every time there is some kind of seemingly good news, I’m like “let me tell you why this isn’t actually good news.”

Look, I just try to keep it real.

I support the truckers, I support Facebook stock collapsing – I’m just telling you, at the end of the day, the things that really matter are probably going to be massive screwups on the geopolitical stage.

Fake President Brandon Touts Stock Market After Abysmal Jobs Report https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/01/08/fake-president-brandon-touts-stock-market-after-abysmal-jobs-report/ Sat, 08 Jan 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Huge miss on the #JobsReport — new hires less than half of expectations, and Real Wages (factoring Inflation) continue to decline as Biden's Stagflation malaise continues, portending a tough 2022 ahead. pic.twitter.com/hhgoZKTtKU

— Steve Cortes (@CortesSteve) January 7, 2022

The jobs report is a report on jobs from the government.

It was released this week, showing that the numbers of new hires were much lower than projected.

Following the release of the December report, Joe Brandon, a senile man in his 80s who falsely claims to be the president of America, went out started talking about the stock market.

Yes, the stock market is up – because the Biden government is printing money like madmen, and this money has to go somewhere. It doesn’t just sit around in bank accounts. So people monetize stock.

There is clearly a program to get people to stop working. That is why you have all of these now hiring signs, all of these rising wages, and yet fewer people working.

When people were told to stay home during the “pandemic” and get money from the government, they adapted to that, and now many people people have lost their ability to engage socially with society. So they’re staying in their rooms, continuing to watch these horrible streaming soap operas.

Money is being printed to pay for these people who are not working, and that money ends up in the stock market. Or crypto. Or property prices. It has to go somewhere. When you devalue the currency, you have to monetize assets in order to have somewhere to store value.

This is all pretty simple. I just explained it in less than 300 words. I think I’ve given enough of an outline that people can get the basic concept of what is happening, and then look around and put the pieces together.

But all of these people are acting like it is complicated. Because they don’t want you to know what a “Great Reset” is.

What About the Sex Habits of Quail on Cocaine? https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/05/29/what-about-the-sex-habits-of-quail-on-cocaine/ Sat, 29 May 2021 00:00:00 +0000

NIH Spent over $800,000 to study whether Japanese Quails are more Sexually promiscuous on cocaine. I think we could have simply polled the audience….and of course found they are… pic.twitter.com/lZYlRbyuun

— Senator Rand Paul (@RandPaul) May 25, 2021

Is it really “quails,” Dr. Paul?

I’m pretty sure it’s just “quail,” like your meme says.

We should spend $466,000 on figuring out the plural form of “quail.”

Rand Paul doesn’t get it: the government can print money forever and the only thing that will happen is that Tesla stock will keep going up.

There is literally no other consequence.

All of this money is being dumped into ultra-bubbles.

Obviously, it will eventually all collapse. But acting like it makes a difference if Joe Biden’s spending bill is $1.8 trillion or $6 trillion is ridiculous. It is a pointless exercise in Rand Paul jerking off coked-up quail on the Senate floor.

Rand Paul is for sure one of the better Senators (though that isn’t saying much of anything). But doing this “fiscal responsibility” thing in current year is just nuts.

More than 1/3rd of the total dollar supply was minted during the first 10 months of the “coronavirus pandemic.”

There is no possible reality in which this economy is reined in. Even if every person in the government wanted to do that, it would not be possible.

Clearly, at some point, the plug will be pulled on the stock and housing bubbles and everyone will find out that there is 50 times the number of dollars in circulation as total numbered value of collective assets, at which point the dollar is worthless and all people who aren’t rich are poor.

At that point, they’ll bring in a new “digital dollar” that will be linked to an international system, you will have no job and live in a box and be doled out an allowance like a child. Everyone will be completely dependent on the state for survival.

That said, it is clear that this is not supposed to happen immediately. These bubbles can last a long time. They are pumping up the economy right now, saying it’s booming and we’re ready for a great economy (for no reason).

The best you can do is own property outside of the city. That’s the only piece of economic advice I’m willing to give. Don’t ask me about Bitcoin, because I have no idea. I know that it will do better than the dollar, but as the dollar is going to collapse to the point of needing replacement, that isn’t saying anything.

Rand Paul would do better just warning people that it’s already happened and this is the future they chose.

P.S.

The “cocaine quail sex” thing is literally a 2011 meme.

The quail of course did have more sex on cocaine.

Meanwhile, there has been a massive movement to legalize marijuana, a drug that lowers testosterone and destroys sex drive.

There has been no attempt to legalize cocaine, despite the fact it is safer than marijuana and non-addictive.

The excuse is that blacks will make crack out of it, but they already do that.

At this point, fentanyl is de facto legalized but people still get arrested for cocaine.

They’re probably just trying to protect us from the totally real HIV, which causes AIDS, and which, by the way, has nothing to do with homosexuality.

I Wouldn’t Buy Apple Stock https://www.anglinarchive.com/2017/05/09/i-wouldnt-buy-apple-stock/ Tue, 09 May 2017 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

The media is promoting Apple stock going up, which is causing Apple stock to go up.

Modern economics are retarded.

NBC:

Apple’s stock continues to hit new highs — and on Monday, investors pushed Apple’s total market value to over $800 billion.

Apple shares briefly surpassed a price of $153.44 a share, and with Apple’s 5.214 billion shares outstanding, according to its latest quarterly report, that makes its total market capitalization just over $800 billion.

Shares hit a high of $153.70 on Monday, before closing at $153 a share, up 2.7 percent.

The iPhone maker reported mixed quarterly earnings last week, selling fewer phones than expected, though at more expensive prices. But chief executive Tim Cook attributed some of the slowdown to the fact that consumers are holding out for the next launch, anticipated in September.

Wall Street seems to agree — analysts have upped the stock’s 12-month price target nearly 30 times so far this May, according to FactSet. Drexel Hamilton analyst Brian White released Apple’s highest price target on the Street on Monday, which at $202 a share would put Apple over the $1 trillion mark this year.

While that number may seem eye-popping, the company is already 80 percent of the way there — at least in the view of investors, who consider the company’s future earnings and cash, as much as its current product line up.

“What we’re starting to see here are dark clouds around this valuation of Apple — which has been with the company for several years — starting to part ways,” White told CNBC’s “Fast Money: Halftime Report” on Monday.

Despite the company’s record-high market capitalization, the iPhone 8, repatriation of foreign cash and new innovations on the horizon could fuel more upside for Apple shares, White said. Plus, the company’s weak performance in China could be turning a corner, White predicts.

Shares of Apple popped on Monday, after famed investor Warren Buffett also praised the company, calling the iPhone “a very, very, very valuable product.”

There is no reason that the lack of sales for iPhone 7 means iPhone 8 will sell better. That is just a baseless assertion.

The reason iPhone 7 sold poorly is that iPhone has peaked. Peter Thiel said it, I said, I think weev probably said it – every expert on these things agrees.

There is no conceivable feature that can be added to the iPhone 6 that will make significant numbers of people want to upgrade.

The smartphone has peaked. The only thing that can be added now are gimmicks. Even people with unlimited cash won’t upgrade for the sake of gimmicks, due to the hassle of learning a new phone, and just the general discomfort of parting with an item you are comfortable with.

Even phone games have peaked.

Freemium sim: peaked

Ballpopper: peaked

The only people who will buy a new phone for the sake of gimmicks are gimmick people, and in this case, gimmick people with large amounts of disposable income that are able to spend $800-900 on an item that does not provide any actual new functionality.

Beyond that, Apple has never been gimmick masters, and have instead focused on building very high-quality, highly standardized products. The gooks are the gimmick men, and every gimmick guy I know prefers Samsung and LG. For Apple to move into the gimmick zone would be sort of like when Johnny Depp, a previously well-respected actor, began only doing Pirate and Tim Burton goofball films.

Do you really want to go down that road, Apple?

If Steve Jobs was alive, Apple would be conquering the Internet of Things, planning to outfit entire “smart homes.”

With Cock-Gobbler Cook in charge, they’re talking about “oh don’t worry, this next phone that is effectively the same as the last two phones is going to sell BIGLY because the last one that was the same as the one before didn’t sell,” and then vaguely talking about an iCar, which would take years. And no one has any idea at all what the market for an iCar would be.

Sadly, Google and the Gooks (and possibly/probably Amazon) are going to run the IoT, and Apple is going to remain a phone and laptop maker. And sales are going to continue to stay static, as the only reason people will buy new phones now is the same reason anyone buys a new Macbook – just because it’s old. And because Apple makes genuinely high-quality products, that will only be every 5-7 years.

The difference is the home button. Literally, only difference. I know someone that has the 7 and have used it quite a bit.

If I was going to give you economic advice – and trust me, I’m not going to – I would advise you to sell Apple stock before the iPhone 8 is released.

I am hereby predicting that Apple will never hit a trillion dollars. Or, I mean, it will eventually because of inflation. But it won’t ever be worth any more than it is right now in relative dollars.

Unless they announce some push toward the IoT.

But I think if they were going to do that, they already would have.

Or if they announce a virtual reality device.

Or – and Tim Cook should pay me for this – they decide to conquer the vape market.

Can’t call it “iCloud” though…

Otherwise, the concept of “infinity Apple” is dead forever right now.

Target’s move to support tranny faggotry by inviting the degenerate perverts into their bathrooms to harass women has been likened to the move by Chick-Fil-A to oppose faggot marriage. The difference is, people supported Chick-Fil-A, and people freaking out on Target.

The boycott campaign just passed 1 million signatures (sign it if you haven’t!).

Target stock is plunging.

Selection_999(1706)rekt

Shares gone from $83.98 on the 19th, when they introduced the tranny program, to $79.53 today (the 29th). That is nearly two billion dollars they’ve lost.

This is a major, major victory for us. Almost certainly they are now going to have to come out and apologize, though I have no idea how that would even be possible. But their shareholders must be demanding it already.

This is glorious.

As it turns out, we should have listened.
As it turns out, we should have listened.

So, the US government just shut down futures trading and the dollar is collapsing.

The Telegraph has a live blog on this “Black Monday” situation.

The US stock markets are taking bold action to stem the panic selling. Futures trading in both the S&P and Nasdaq have now been suspended after hitting their respective pre-trading limits.

The New York Stock Exchange is also taking recourse to its Rule 48 which helps to limit volatility in times of extreme distress. It was last invoked during the January blizzards, and at the height of the euro crisis in 2012 and 2011.

Google has the stock market live.

Hmm.
Hmm.

Europe is also having serious troubles, and oil prices plummeting.

RT is also live updating. You know, with Tweets and crap.

Japan’s Nikkei has closed 4.61 percent down. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is 5.17 percent in deficit. Mumbai’s Sensex is down over 4 percent.

London’s FTSE is down 2.71 percent in early trading. Germany’s DAX is losing 2.66 percent, sliding below the 10,000-point mark for the first time since January, as of 09:23 GMT.

…

The European stock markets have continued last week’s negative trend, when 13 out of 18 Western European markets lost 10 percent or more, with Germany’s DAX down 18 percent. London’s FTSE 100 Index suffered its biggest weekly drop in 2015, slumping 5.2 percent.

Commodities are down across the board with Brent crude trading below $44 per barrel, which is a six-and-a-half-year low.

Because of China. Because the entire Chinese economy was built on the concept of unlimited, expanding exports forever, and it turns out that isn’t sustainable.

ae6

The Chinese market has already dropped 8.5% today. This means everyone else is doomed, because everyone has based their economies around China’s. And because China bought all these dollars. And oil is traded in dollars. And so on and on.

Maybe globalism wasn’t a good idea, I guess.

I’m not an economics experts. But this really isn’t looking very good at all.

May well be the doom is finally upon us.

But you know what that means, brothers?

Race war.

Chinese man watches his stocks in dog meat collapse.
Chinaman watches his shares in dog meat collapse.

We don’t have an economist on hand here at the Daily Stormer, but as a layman I am able to inform you that this is almost certainly important.

Reuters:

Chinese shares tumbled more than 8 percent on Monday as an unprecedented government rescue plan to prop up valuations abruptly ran out of steam, throwing the viability of Beijing’s efforts to stave off a deeper crash into doubt.

Major indexes suffered their largest one-day drop since 2007, shattering three weeks of relative calm in China’s volatile stock markets since Beijing unleashed a barrage of support measures to arrest a slump that had started in mid-June.

…

The CSI300 index .CSI300 of the largest listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen plunged 8.6 percent, to 3,818.73 points, while the Shanghai Composite Index .SSEC lost 8.5 percent, to 3,725.56 points.

China’s market gyrations have stoked fears among global investors about the broader health of the world’s second biggest economy, hitting prices of growth-sensitive commodities such as copper, which fell on Monday to not far from a six-year low.

Is a global collapse on the way?

China doesn’t even have Jews and they can’t keep their crap together.

There is a collapse scheduled for this fall, as the reader is probably aware. It happens every seven years.

2001, 2008…

The-Dow-1999-To-The-Present

And every time it’s worse than the last time.

If the global economy does take a massive downturn here soon, do you know who that’s good for?

Without warning and without a reason given, the New York Stock Exchange has just shut down.

It currently isn’t clear if this is a technical problem.

This is a weird happening.

This is happening as the Chinese market may be collapsing, and the Greece situation is spiraling out of control.

Also weird, United Airlines shut down all flights this morning due to some technical. If the NYSE issue is technical, it would be a strange coincidence if it wasn’t connected to that technical problem, which creates a whole new series of possible happenings. Skynet could well have gone online.

Meanwhile, the Daily Stormer’s banner has mysteriously changed.

It is quite possible that it is finally happening.
