Students at Hosei University in Tokyo recounted how screams suddenly punctuated the quiet of a lecture hall after a classmate went on a rampage by swinging a hammer at those seated close by.

The incident on Jan. 10 at the Tama Campus in western Tokyo left eight students injured, but none was in a critical condition.

A 22-year-old student from South Korea was arrested on the campus in Machida city.

“I got frustrated,” she reportedly told investigators.

The incident occurred in a large lecture hall capable of holding about 100 students on the second floor of a Faculty of Social Sciences building.

A 20-year-old student of the faculty recalled she was in the lecture hall shortly before 4 p.m. when she heard a scream from the back of the room.

Turning around, she saw students scrambling to flee. One had blood pouring down her face.

Not understanding what had transpired, the 20-year-old also ran toward the front of the classroom. When she turned around again, she saw a classmate holding a hammer measuring about 30 centimeters in length.

“I was so shocked that such a thing could happen during a university lecture,” the student said. “I was so scared my hands were shaking for quite some time.”

A 20-year-old student in the Faculty of Social Policy and Administration was sitting in the fifth row from the back of the lecture hall.

He heard a dull sound and thought that perhaps someone had been punched and a fight was about to start. When he turned around, he saw the attacker swinging a hammer and hitting students on their heads.

“I always thought that scary incidents shown on TV news would never occur near me, but I now know it can happen to anyone,” he said.

A third-year student in his 20s said the perpetrator showed no expression during the attacks. When the hammer slipped from her hand, she started slapping others with her bare hand and hurled her mobile phone to the floor.

The bitch looked very peaceful after getting arrested.

Maybe she just needed to work it out of her system.

Tens of thousands of Herero and Nama people were murdered in response to an anti-colonial uprising.

The head of the military administration in what was then known as German South West Africa, Lothar von Trotha, issued an extermination order in October 1904.

The Herero and Nama were forced into the desert and any who were found trying to return to their land were either killed or put into concentration camps.

There is no agreed figure of how many died but some estimates have put it as high as 100,000.

The “discredited science” is the “race doesn’t exist” gibberish which has still never been accepted in biology. Or in medicine, where you have to fill your race on every form, because different races – due to their differing biology – have different medical needs and are prone to different diseases.

The only place where “race is a social construct” was ever argued was in the non-science of “sociology,” which is officially classified as a “social science” – meaning that it is ostensibly a “science” which is not subject to the scientific method, meaning that it is a “nonemperical science,” which is an oxymoron. Because the definition of science exists.

The first sociologist to introduce the “race is a social construct” theory was the Jew Franz Boas.

He openly considered his work in the fake science of sociology as a form of Jewish ethnic activism. He was aggressive about letting people know this.

For the last 70 years, the theory has never been looked at seriously, it has simply been taken for granted that it must be true, because the only person who would ask about it would be a Nazi. But again, that is only in the social and political realms. In actual science, they accept that human biodiversity is a biological reality.

Doctors regularly write long scientific papers claiming that the sociological theory that “race doesn’t exist” is inhibiting the development of medicine.

Point being: yes, black people definitely have different skull shapes, and yes, that is relevant to the biological sciences.

Many of the other racial differences are relevant to the social order, including the significantly lower black IQ, which leads to an increase in violent, criminal and otherwise anti-social behavior.

But wait.

Back to the issue of the skulls of our enemies.

Back during the Obama administration, the Department of Justice found that black students were suspended at higher rates than white ones.

The “experts” concluded that the reason for the disparity wasn’t the aloofness of black parents, the fact that blacks are naturally more violent, or the need to develop an educational program that better caters to the intellectual average on the African bell curve. Instead, they felt blacks got in trouble more because of “racism”…period. The solution was to start punishing white students more while not punishing blacks.

The federal government started threatening to withhold funding from schools that punish black students, and now majority-minority schools are even more violent than before.

Teachers in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – which is 50% black – are now quitting in large numbers because even the kindergarten aged black students are beating them up!

A group of Pennsylvania teachers is sharing horror stories of getting beaten up by pupils as young as 6 — and begging their school district for help.

“I have been kicked, punched, hit, scratched. I’ve had a student physically restraining me in front of my other students… And many of the personal things that I have bought for my classroom have been broken or destroyed,” first-grade teacher Amanda Sheaffer told the Harrisburg School Board at its meeting Monday, according to the news Web site PennLive.

“Many minutes are spent each day dealing with violence that is happening in the classroom,” Sheaffer said. “How am I supposed to have a safe, nurturing learning environment when this behavior happens?”

Sheaffer was one of about a half-dozen elementary-school teachers and several parents who implored the board for help in dealing with increasingly violent and troubled kids.

“We aren’t complaining. We are here begging for help so that we can help those students,” said Harrisburg Education Association President Jody Barksdale.

Barksdale represents some of the teachers asking for help and brought similar concerns to the board in January, according to PennLive.

At least 45 teachers resigned between July and October because of kids terrorizing their classrooms, Barksdale claimed, according to Fox 43.

“Teachers and students are being hit, kicked, slapped, scratched, cussed at…. and observing other students flip over tables, desks and chairs,” she said. “Teachers have had to take the rest of their class into the hallway top protect them during these outbursts. Not much has changed since last January.”

Imagine what the minority of white students at these schools are going through if even the grown ups are helpless. White children are beaten, raped and even murdered every day at schools where blacks and browns outnumber them.

After whites, it’s blacks themselves who suffer the most from policies developed by the Jewish pseudo-scientists in academia. The occasional 1 in 10 black students with enough intelligence to learn loses out because schools have no tools or policies for controlling the nigger savagery of his classmates.

Contrary to popular perception, teaching is actually a decent paying job and they’re always hiring. The problem is (((Randi Weingarten))) and co. make you go through a trial of fire. They will send inexperienced and naive 23-year-old white girls to the most dangerous black schools around, then blame them when the students fail state exams.

Nobody wants to teach in an environment where the students are both unable and unwilling to learn, and especially not when they’re physically attacking you. Most urban black schools are run by Jews, lesbians or disinterested black principals making 6 figures. Hence why a potentially satisfying job with decent benefits has such a massive turnover rate.

Even the most idealistic, diehard white liberal in education will tell you teaching niggers is thankless.

Here you have an above-average IQ Black guy (still well below the average White, mind you) lecturing Black people who blame Whites for everything and say they’re going back to Africa.

He goes into some details about what is going on in Africa, and the fact that they wouldn’t get the free everything they are so accustomed to there.

Basically, Black people are not naturally whiners. They are naturally violent, hyper-sexual and stupid – these are absolutely biological traits, which are going to be there regardless. However, the whining is a learned behavior, that is possible because of the stupidity.

This is solely the fault of the Jews, who have invented and promoted through their media the insane and delusional concept that the Blacks are an oppressed group.

You could just as easily tell Blacks about how good we’ve been to them, how they owe us, how they should be grateful and do their best to be contributing members of the society we allow them to live in. You could push the meme that they need to be as good as they can, because otherwise we will send them back to the hell of Africa we found them in.

And they would believe it with just as much vigor as they presently believe in the conspiracy theories about a White plot to hurt their feelings and use the police to murder them all for no reason.

There would of course still be a lot of Black crime, and even Black-on-White crime, because they just can’t resist their violent urges, which are an evolutionary trait which resulted from the extremely violent life of ancient Africa.

Africa: Pretty much the same thing as Chicago, just with a slightly different fashion sense.

In particular, they would still rape White women. What you wouldn’t have, however, are the “random” murders of Whites by Blacks, which come directly from the hatred they have as a result of the belief that they are victims of Whites. You also wouldn’t have the riots. If you had Blacks trying to start riots, other Blacks who were not in the throes of bloodlust would say “Tyrone u caint do dat, dem wite folk done did so much fo us, u be gud nah.”

And ultimately, living with them if they had been fed such a belief was and would be manageable. We did it in America, and Whites did it in both Rhodesia and South Africa.

In fact, I would go so far to say that other than Asians, Blacks are the only race Whites could live in relative peace alongside. Arabs/Moslems in particular, but Mexicans/Latinos as well, will organize as a collective and begin trying to take-over society, as we see happening in Europe and America right now, respectively. Because Blacks are so stupid, they have no collective social or cultural agenda and would have no ability to organize themselves if they had such an agenda, meaning that they will just go along with whatever they are told to go along with.

In a now-infamous article I wrote back in 2014 entitled “Blacks Loved Slavery and Regretted Its End,” which was allegedly cited in the manifesto of Dylann Roof, I compiled accounts of former slaves after the end of slavery who were literally heartbroken by the end of the institution. We did have a symbiotic relationship with these people during slavery. They were, in a very real sense, a part of our communities.

But that is over and it isn’t coming back. And I don’t think some semi-peaceful Jim Crow type situation is coming back either.

They Just Need to Go

I argue for the expulsion of Blacks, either to some type of reservation in the US, or to Africa, rather than attempting to retrain them with the idea that we are their benefactors rather than their enemies.

Firstly, it would be pretty difficult to retrain them at this point, even if you had already gotten rid of the Jews. You could train the kids, of course, but not the adults, and the project would be extremely expensive, and would result in a lot of serious violence wherein Whites would get hurt.

And there is almost no benefit in doing this. Even if you could fully re-enslave Blacks, what would you do with them? As far equipment, they are now obsolete.

If they were now chilled-out, and not causing problems, maybe an argument could be made for continuing the dem programs indefinitely. But with them both freaking out and killing people non-stop and costing us money while providing absolutely nothing, there is really no argument against mass deportations or putting them on a reservation and just letting them slaughter each other.

A month before the Yale Halloween meltdown, I had a bizarre and illuminating experience at an elite private high school on the West Coast. I’ll call it Centerville High.

One possibility for the school Haidt is talking about is Lakeside School in Seattle, which Bill Gates and Paul Allen attended. Haidt gave a talk there on October 21.

But then the discussion began, and it was the most unremittingly hostile questioning I’ve ever had. I don’t mind when people ask hard or critical questions, but I was surprised that I had misread the audience so thoroughly. My talk had little to do with gender, but the second question was “So you think rape is OK?” Like most of the questions, it was backed up by a sea of finger snaps — the sort you can hear in the infamous Yale video, where a student screams at Prof. Christakis to “be quiet” and tells him that he is “disgusting.” I had never heard the snapping before. When it happens in a large auditorium it is disconcerting. It makes you feel that you are facing an angry and unified mob — a feeling I have never had in 25 years of teaching and public speaking.

After the first dozen questions I noticed that not a single questioner was male. I began to search the sea of hands asking to be called on and I did find one boy, who asked a question that indicated that he too was critical of my talk. But other than him, the 200 or so boys in the audience sat silently.

After the Q&A, I got a half-standing ovation: almost all of the boys in the room stood up to cheer. And after the crowd broke up, a line of boys came up to me to thank me and shake my hand. Not a single girl came up to me afterward.

After my main lecture, the next session involved 60 students who had signed up for further discussion with me. We moved to a large classroom. The last thing I wanted to do was to continue the same fruitless arguing for another 75 minutes, so I decided to take control of the session and reframe the discussion. Here is what happened next:

One of Haidt’s most illuminating techniques is simply to ask his audience to answer his questions by raising their hands.

Me: What kind of intellectual climate do you want here at Centerville? Would you rather have option A: a school where people with views you find offensive keep their mouths shut, or B: a school where everyone feels that they can speak up in class discussions?

Audience: All hands go up for B.

Me: OK, let’s see if you have that. When there is a class discussion about gender issues, do you feel free to speak up and say what you are thinking? Or do you feel that you are walking on eggshells and you must heavily censor yourself? Just the girls in the class, raise your hand if you feel you can speak up? [about 70% said they feel free, vs about 10% who said eggshells ]. Now just the boys? [about 80% said eggshells, nobody said they feel free].

Me: Now let’s try it for race. When a topic related to race comes up in class, do you feel free to speak up and say what you are thinking, or do you feel that you are walking on eggshells and you must heavily censor yourself? Just the non-white students? [the group was around 30% non-white, mostly South and East Asians, and some African Americans. A majority said they felt free to speak, although a large minority said eggshells] Now just the white students? [A large majority said eggshells]

Me: Now lets try it for politics. How many of you would say you are on the right politically, or that you are conservative or Republican? [6 hands went up, out of 60 students]. Just you folks, when politically charged topics come up, can you speak freely? [Only one hand went up, but that student clarified that everyone gets mad at him when he speaks up, but he does it anyway. The other 5 said eggshells.] How many of you are on the left, liberal, or democrat? [Most hands go up] Can you speak freely, or is it eggshells? [Almost all said they can speak freely.]

Me: So let me get this straight. You were unanimous in saying that you want your school to be a place where people feel free to speak up, even if you strongly dislike their views. But you don’t have such a school. In fact, you have exactly the sort of “tolerance” that Herbert Marcuse advocated [which I had discussed in my lecture, and which you can read about here]. You have a school in which only people in the preferred groups get to speak, and everyone else is afraid.

What are you going to do about this? Let’s talk.

After that, the conversation was extremely civil and constructive. The boys took part just as much as the girls. We talked about what Centerville could do to improve its climate, and I said that the most important single step would be to make viewpoint diversity a priority.

On the entire faculty, there was not a single teacher that was known to be conservative or Republican. So if these teenagers are coming into political consciousness inside of a “moral matrix” that is uniformly leftist, there will always be anger directed at those who disrupt that consensus.

That night, after I gave a different talk to an adult audience, there was a reception at which I spoke with some of the parents. Several came up to me to tell me that their sons had told them about the day’s events. The boys finally had a way to express and explain their feelings of discouragement. Their parents were angry to learn about how their sons were being treated and… there’s no other word for it, bullied into submission by the girls.*

Tina Fey’s movie Mean Girls with Lindsey Lohan makes the point that girls have always been extremely adept on average at nonviolent bullying: girls tend to be quick and sharp at interpersonal thinking with a talent for knowing precisely where to slip in the psychological stiletto.

Of course, most of that talent has been deployed over the millennia against their rivals in the sexual marketplace, other females (although little brothers and henpecked husbands have been victims too). But now our society encourages girls, at the point where their social skills are most advanced relative to boys of the same age, to use their Mean Girls techniques to bully and silence boys in the name of Fighting Patriarchy.

It would be interesting to study how big a price females pay down the road in lack of romantic satisfaction due to being encouraged to psychologically emasculate the boys around them. Like I’ve been saying for a long time, there’ll be no final victor in the War Between the Sexes.

Obviously, this strategy likely pays off for the handful of lesbians looking for more feminine girls.

But does it really make the female majority happier in the long run?

It seems like today’s reigning mindset is fundamentally confused about who you primarily compete with and who you primarily cooperate with in a sexually reproductive species.

The following information is very important for Mexican, Black and Moslem female.

Please ensure they see it.

However, whatever you do, make absolutely certain that no White women are exposed to this information.

A new study finds that the happiest parents are those who have four or more kids.

According to The Daily Signal, a study conducted by Australia’s Edith Cowan University found parents had the most life satisfaction with larger families.

“[The parents] usually say they always wanted a large family, it was planned that way, and it was a lifestyle they’d chosen,” study author Dr. Bronwyn Harman said, according to The Daily Signal.

Harman spent five years interviewing hundreds of parents from different family makeups and based her findings on resilience, social support, self-esteem and life satisfaction.

“What is important for kids are things like consistency, boundaries and [to] know that they are loved, no matter what,” Harman explained, The Daily Signal reports.

Harman initially believed parents with more children would be less happy, but her research concluded that the joy parents get from their children balances out the chaotic family nature than that of a smaller family.

The study also revealed that children of larger families are more independent at a younger age and always have friends.

Distribute this far in wide in Spanish, Arabic, Somalian and ebonics. And Hebrew, of course.

However, continue to tell White women that they are “so much more than baby makers” and tell them of the joys they will feel when they do a backpacking trip in Asia and then get their college degree so that they can work at a bank as they plan to start their own fashion design company.

Tell them there are so many life experiences they can enjoy.

Also ensure that White are told that they “become more attractive as they age” and that “there will always be time to start a family later.”

Tell them that “mature, sophisticated men” will choose a thirty-two year old with a college degree and an accomplished career in marketing over a ditzy 19-year-old with an ass you could bounce a quarter off of who knows nothing about intricacies of the business world.

Just keep saying “real men will appreciate you for your personality, not your looks.” Keep saying it over and over and over again.

Don’t blush or twitch when you say it. You have nothing to fear. They will believe you. Every single one of them will believe you.

This is because not being able to see does not magically remove the brain’s capacity for pattern recognition.

Sight and pattern recognition are two separate things.

A person may not have to “see color” to be racist. Some blind people, just like sighted people, make judgments about others based on their race, according to a new study.

The findings come from interviews conducted in person and over the phone with 25 people who were either born blind or severely visually impaired, or who lost their sight as children or adults. A researcher asked the participants, most of whom lived in the northeast United States, about whether they thought about race and also how it affected their feelings about a person.

The study found that blind people can still have racial stereotypes, but “in all cases it takes them longer to categorize people by race and there is more ambiguity,” said Asia M. Friedman, an assistant professor of sociology and criminal justice at University of Delaware, who conducted the study.

The study was presented Tuesday at the American Sociological Association annual meeting, but has not been published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

Maybe the study was solely conducted for clickbait purposes?

Friedman found that five of the nine respondents who were blind since birth or early childhood reported that they did not think at all about a person’s appearance. And according to some respondents, the inability to know a person’s race kept them from making snap judgments about them, which is a “good thing,” Friedman said. One person she interviewed explained that being blind makes it harder to “judge someone visually right off the top of your head.”

Yeah, if Whites were all blind there would be less racism, Friedman. I guess. It’d be great.

No one would know not to relax around Blacks and instead they’d just get stabbed.

However, the study participants said even as they don’t think about physical attributes, they put people into racial categories based on nonvisual cues, such as voices and names. Those mental calculations sometimes led them to make predictions about a person’s lifestyle, behavior and socioeconomic class. As one respondent put it, being blind does not mean that they were “absolved from being a racist.”

Wait, so have we just redefined “racism” again?

Does racism now officially mean “to make predictions about a person’s lifestyle, behavior and socioeconomic class”?

So it is literally anyone who has a normal functioning brain is now a racist. Even if they can’t see, and this is all supposed to be based on skin color.

“I think blind people are inculturated into ideas about class and race,” just like anybody else, Friedman said, and the ideas can come from a whole range of places, including news, family, teachers and peer groups.

“Blind people understand race the same way as sighted people,” said Osagie K. Obasogie, a professor of law at University of California Hastings College of Law who has researched how blind people think about race, but was not involved in Friedman’s study.

Just like sighted people, blind people can conflate the concept of human variation — differences in skin color and facial features — with the qualities of a person, Obasogie said.

Wait a second… traits vs. qualities…

Is it now racist to assume a Black person has Black hair?

Will there be a point at which this becomes so confusing and ridiculous that even normal people begin ridiculing it?

Unlike Friedman’s study, however, Obasogie’s research, which was published in the book “Blinded By Sight,” suggests that people who were born blind do, in fact, think about a person’s physical appearance, including skin color and facial features. They also make quick judgments based on the physical attributes they perceive people to have, he said.

“I would push back against the idea that blind people somehow enter every social interaction with a blank slate,” he said.

Blind hated.

The West is in a crisis surrounding a general collapse in social trust. Rather than focusing too much on the macro political situation, I would rather explore the consequences of this at the personal level.

Unlike when my grandfathers were working, or when my father worked, it is common for employees to distrust their bosses and their co-workers. There is no sense that the company exists for the long term benefits of its stake-holders. At a far lower level of technology and gross profitability, employees even at the lower level could expect to advance their careers within the same corporation for their entire lives. My grandfather was not an executive — he was a simple accountant at General Electric — but his retirement package ultimately made him a multimillionaire. He lived modestly for most of his life, did not work long hours, and raised two children.

Before the 1970s and after the collapse of the New Deal, it appeared for a brief time that norms supporting property rights had returned to the fore within American culture. The public culture was anti-Communist until the 1960s ran their course. The FBI under J. Edgar Hoover suppressed domestic left-wing factions until completely collapsing in the late 1960s. By the 1970s and Nixon’s resignation, the organized subversive left had achieved complete control over American institutions of cultural influence.

The 1945-1972 era was a brief interlude during which the left regrouped as public cooperation with the Soviet Union became illegal. In 1971, Nixon severed the last link with the gold standard, and the great inflation of the 1970s combined with the collapse in public order demolished general social trust.

This was the time when many of today’s baby boomers came of age — during a time of cultural confusion and economic chaos. The inflation destroyed many poorer families, and created a new class of hyper-corporate ‘yuppies’ that took their place. While apologists will tend to say that the yuppies were just ‘better’ than the people who came before them, in reality they were just better at getting the freshly-printed greenbacks than their more sluggish brothers and sisters.

The post-1970s showed that hard work does not pay, because property rights are not secure. What does pay is to be a corrupt oligarch, to divorce using lawyers to loot your family, or to be a canny speculator.

Due to continual inflation, workers lose out in a systematic way to capital, who have superior social and financial connection to the apparatus that creates new money. Merit in actual market production becomes socially déclassé, because, in nominal terms, it is much less valuable than finagling access to unlimited credit or speculating based on superior access to information and superior execution speed on the markets.

America is not a good place to build a factory because property rights for factory owners are insecure. If you build a factory, dozens of investigators will descend upon your operation, guided by a domestic intelligence agency called a newspaper, to impede your ability to run your business.

In China, by contrast, property rights may be contingent upon approval by the state, but it is a clearer binary. If you cease to be protected by a political master, you will be executed. It is a more clear cut and honest tyranny. There is the Party and the military, and perhaps some informal crime, but it is at least a little more predictable.

In the United States, you can be looted by a panoply of government agencies, ‘nonprofits,’ legal firms, angry business associates, employees, and wives. The ever expanding legal code provides infinite pretexts for depriving you of your property.

It is for this reason, perhaps, that social trust has declined as each of the new (still-living) generations has come of age:

To maintain large institutions of any kind, social trust is crucial. It’s common to read comments and blog posts by dissatisfied employees who no longer trust their bosses, and by bosses who do not believe that their employees are trustworthy.

A large part of this owes to diversity of gender, race, and religion: it is not even really possible for people from foreign cultures to partake in social trust building rituals that are culture-bound properly.

Asians and Europeans don’t drink the same kinds of alcohol and have wildly differing tolerance levels. They do not have the same mannerisms even after a generation of Westernization. Indians have a complex set of relations to one another that are completely opaque to Europeans who aren’t steeped in their culture. A competent manager at handling Indian teams going to struggle in leading Europeans, even if he’s de-racinated.

This is something openly acknowledged even in publications like the Harvard Business Review: there is no human resources department on the planet that will not say that ‘diversity is a challenge.’ They will not acknowledge, however, that it is a cost that tends to have questionable benefits, and usually results in increased risks of project failures. The biggest diversity problem of all is the mixture of men and women within companies: women simply do not have the same social incentive structure as men do. Attempting to integrate the genders has resulted in an unprecedented drop in the male labor force participation rate.

While the statistics are undisputed by the ‘responsible’ experts, there is almost no acknowledgment in the respectable press of the obvious solution to this social problem. This makes the educated consensus a brittle one. America’s elite class can either accept Soviet-level stagnation and the humiliation that comes with that, or they can capitulate to reality. It is clear that, at present, they prefer to maintain the lies at enormous cost to the general public.

Pew attempts to spin the declining trust in saying that Millenials are also far more ‘optimistic’ about the future. However, without trust, there is no future worth living in.

It has sometimes been suggested that whites are more altruistic than other races. Whites welcome other races into their homelands in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, but blacks do not welcome other races into their homelands in Africa. In fact, in Zimbabwe blacks have expropriated whites and in South Africa blacks murder whites on an extensive scale.

Recent evidence for greater altruism in whites than in other peoples has been published by Lisa Leslie and her colleagues at the University of Minnesota. They examined race differences in charitable giving as an expression of altruism (Leslie, Snyder & Glomb (2013).  They studied charitable giving in a sample of 16,429 employees in a university. 54% of participants were female. Most participants were staff (78%) rather than faculty. The breakdown of the sample was Asian (6%), Black (5%), Hispanic (2%), Native American (1%), White (84%), and non-resident alien (3%). They gathered data on the amount each employee donated during the organization’s annual month-long charitable giving campaign.

Employees were invited to donate to charities for alleviating or eliminating poverty, the support of education, and the treatment of illness. In examining the race differences in the amount of charitable giving, they controlled for salary, position, and age because these are likely to affect the amount of charitable donations. They found that women donated $31 more to the workplace charity drive than did men, consistent with other research showing that women are more altruistic than men They also found that all the minorities donated less to charity than did whites by an average $26. However, blacks gave more than whites to the black charity. These results show that whites are more altruistic than other races in giving more to charities that support all races. Blacks support their own race through charitable giving but provide less support than do whites to other races.
