Wait, how is this real?

It kinda feels like while the US is trying to roll back some of this really extreme tyrannical stuff in order to prevent a violent uprising, the UK is actively trying to provoke a violent uprising.

European Conservative:

Conversations overheard by bar staff could be classified as harassment by ‘third parties,’ according to recent reports—prompting fears that it could be last orders for discussing controversial topics in pubs.

Labour’s proposed changes to employment laws include a ‘workers’ rights’ component, supposedly designed to prevent employees from being within earshot of customers’ controversial or offensive talk.

Under the new proposals, ministers would require employers to protect their staff from harassment (already a criminal offence under existing laws) by customers or clients. Britain’s Equality and Human Rights Commission has warned that the new rules could “disproportionately curtail” freedom of expression and even cover “overheard conversations”. Classifying political debate as a type of harassment by customers raised “complex questions,” the commission said.

However, an earlier legal ruling protects “the expression of an opinion that may amount to a philosophical belief under the Equality Act 2010 and therefore attract protection from discrimination.”

When discussing current affairs, will future pub patrons be guilty of harassment or merely expressing a philosophical belief?

Starmer’s main preoccupation appears to be destroying pubs

Pub landlords, wary of potential legal trouble with staff, will probably take a cautious route, warning or banning drinkers who they think might be expressing the wrong opinions. Last year, the Southern Belle pub in East Sussex did just this, without needing an ambiguous new law to justify its authoritarianism.

Penalties might start off retroactively, with pub owners kicking out anyone they think is being “offensive,” to avoid staff suing them for not stopping harassment. This application of landlords’ ‘right to refuse admission’ (ROAR) would likely extend to permanently banning guests feared to express the ‘wrong’ opinions from the premises—in a further blow to a trade that struggles already, due to the smoking ban, competition from supermarkets, hyperregulation of live music, and historic COVID-19 restrictions.

Well.

Farage’s Reform Party is polling very high now.

It sort of seems like he is going to become Prime Minister, actually.

He’s not going to stop the immigrants. People forget that he actually said that Polish immigrants were taking places that should go to blacks from the former commonwealth countries. Although I respect the way he was able to do Brexit, and I respect his bombastic personality, he’s actually kind of shitty overall. He’s not a revolutionary and no one who isn’t a revolutionary is relevant to anything at all.

But, hey.

He’ll probably save the pubs? I guess?

Italy: Milan Bans All Smoking Outside of Your House https://www.anglinarchive.com/2025/01/02/italy-milan-bans-all-smoking-outside-of-your-house/ Thu, 02 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000

The Vaginal Overlords’ war on the enjoyable masculine pastime of cigarette smoking continues.

If you allow women to be in power, they turn everything into a kindergarten class, where adult men are regulated like small children.

We see this absolutely everywhere, and as women’s power increases, we see the proportionality of the nagging schoolteacher behavior increase. At this point, we’re a few years away from woman politicians passing laws about tucking in your shirt and properly lacing your shoes.

Then they tell you it’s “freedom” because you have abortion and pornography. The only freedoms that exist empower women and remove their personal responsibility, but that’s just a coincidence.

CNN:

Cigarettes have long been associated with fashion so much so that they remain an occasional feature of runways. Smoking, like the color black, seems to never go out of style in the fashion world.

But stylish or not, as of Jan. 1, 2025, smoking is outlawed in “all public spaces, including streets” in Milan, Italy’s financial and fashion capital, meaning anyone who lights up outside faces fines between $41 and $249 (€40 – €240).

The move marks the toughest smoking ban in Italy, where nearly a quarter of the population smokes, according to the country’s health ministry.

The only exception is when people are in isolated places at least 10 meters from other people.

The ban, which does not include vapes or electronic cigarettes, is part of a clampdown focused more on pollution than health, according to the city council, which passed a clean air bill in 2020 that included strict bans on smoking, responsible for 7% of all emissions in Milan and its suburbs.

What?

If Italian men have any spine, they will just refuse to follow these directions, pay the fines if they have to, and keep violating it until the laws are no longer enforced.

I’m sure the cops already feel like faggots going around nagging men because their girlboss told them to.

This feminism thing is completely out of control, and if it keeps going, we are going to have zero freedom, and the entire world is going to be at war over nonsensical emotional gibberish.

Western women are directly responsible for the deaths of over a million men in the Ukraine because they became very emotional about Vladimir Putin being a very mean man who shouldn’t be allowed to violate the sacred democracy value of border security.

It would be ridiculous to point out that these are the same women who said “borders should not exist” when they were flooding Europe with immigrant gang-rapists.

This woman thing is totally out of control. These sluts need to be told: “sit down and shut up.”

Men are physically stronger than women for a reason and at some point these women are going to need to be reminded of that.

UK: Mommy Government Moves Towards Total Ban on Nicotine https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/11/07/uk-mommy-government-moves-towards-total-ban-on-nicotine/ Thu, 07 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000

The same people who tried to force you to take an experimental genetic therapy injection are now deciding you do not have a right to make your own decision about consuming a substance that has been around since the discovery of the Americas.

It is tyrannical and absurd to have the government be your mommy in this way.

Why would anyone tolerate this? Even if you don’t smoke, you have to recognize that the government has no right to position itself as the nation’s total mommy.

AP:

Legislation intended to ban today’s British children from ever legally being able to smoke began its journey through Parliament on Tuesday.

The Tobacco and Vapes Bill would also bar smoking and vaping in some outdoor spaces such as playgrounds and the entrances to schools and hospitals. But a proposed ban on smoking in pub beer gardens has been dropped after opposition from bar owners.

Health Secretary Wes Streeting said the hospitality industry had “taken a real battering in recent years” and it is not “the right time” to ban smoking outside pubs.

They went back on this schizo thing of banning smoking in pubs so they could push the gradual total ban

The bill also proposes to restrict vape flavors and ban bright vape packaging aimed at children, to combat “a cynical industry that has sought to addict a new generation of children to nicotine,” Streeting said.

It also continues a plan by the previous Conservative government, which was ousted in July’s general election, to raise the minimum age for buying tobacco by one year each year, so that no one born after Jan. 1, 2009 will ever be able to buy cigarettes legally in Britain.

Along with outlawing nicotine, they are also in the process of legalizing marijuana.

Marijuana smoke is much more harmful than tobacco smoke, obviously. Anyone who has ever smoked marijuana knows that it just totally rips up your throat.

Of course, the difference is that tobacco increases testosterone while marijuana is estrogenic and turns men into faggot women.

This mommy government thing is what happens when you enfranchise women. Women believe that adult men are little boys who need to have their lives managed, and that is the policy empowered women attempt to implement.

Telling you it’s the law you must take the vax or telling you it’s the law you can’t smoke are the same thing: it’s just the government being your mommy, forcing you to do things. The women who love these rules don’t actually think about where the rules came from or what the implications are. No woman is going to become confused as to why marijuana is legal and tobacco cigarettes are not. They don’t think about the implications. They just get off on the rules.

]]> UK: “Conservatives” Pass Total Ban on Smoking (To be Phased in Over Decades) https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/04/19/uk-conservatives-pass-total-ban-on-smoking-to-be-phased-in-over-decades/ Fri, 19 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000

Remember: these people tried to force vaccinate everyone with a deadly gene therapy.

Food might be a little bit more regulated in the UK than in the US, but not by much.

Actually, that’s only half as obese as the United States. But still. It’s a health crisis.

Smoking, by the way, is not a health crisis. When’s the last time you heard of someone dying from smoking? People die from vaccines and obesity all the time.

So: why are they so obsessed with shutting down nicotine? Is it because it increases both testosterone and brain function?

Reuters:

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s plan to ban anyone aged 15 and under from ever buying cigarettes passed its first parliamentary vote on Tuesday, although dozens of his own lawmakers voted against it.

Sunak’s plan to impose some of the world’s strictest anti-smoking rules has angered some members of his governing Conservative Party, including former prime ministers Liz Truss and Boris Johnson, who say the state should not interfere in how people live their lives.

The bill passed a vote in Britain’s parliament with 383 in favour and 67 against, meaning it will progress to the next stage in parliament, where it can be subject to amendment.

Lawmakers were given a so-called free vote on the bill, meaning they did not have to vote along party lines. A similar law in New Zealand was scrapped this year by the new coalition government before the legislation went into force.

But 57 Conservatives, including Business and Trade Secretary Kemi Badenoch, voted against the plan, and the scale of the rebellion was another blow for Sunak, who has already faced criticism in his party over issues ranging from climate change to defence policy.

…

Polling by YouGov, opens new tab also suggests a smoking ban is popular, with a third of voters supporting the phased approach, 30% supporting a ban for everyone at the same time and only a quarter saying there shouldn’t be any ban.

57 isn’t even 1/5 of the “conservative” members of parliament.

Britain is a failed state.

They are harder on cigarettes than they are on immigrants, that’s for sure.

]]> Philip Morris Fighting Against WHO to Prevent Worldwide Ban on Smoking, Vaping https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/10/13/philip-morris-fighting-against-who-to-prevent-worldwide-ban-on-smoking-vaping/ Fri, 13 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000

So, yeah, they’re trying to… ban cigarettes globally?

What?

Is this real?

Why???

The Guardian:

Philip Morris International (PMI), the tobacco and vaping company behind Marlboro cigarettes, is waging a big lobbying campaign to prevent countries from cracking down on vapes and similar products as part of a global treaty, a leaked email reveals.

The company, which has been increasingly focusing on smoke-free products as governments tighten regulations on cigarettes, made $10.19bn (£8.3bn) in revenues from products such as heated tobacco and electronic cigarettes in 2022.

In a message sent by the PMI’s senior vice-president of external affairs last month and seen by the Guardian, staff were told to find “any connection, any lead, whether political or technical” before a meeting of delegates from 182 countries. He described the agenda for the meeting of the World Health Organization as a “prohibitionist attack” on smoke-free products.

There is growing scrutiny of vaping products, with ministers in the UK taking the first step towards banning candy-coloured disposable e-cigarettes in England. A consultation has been launched on plans to crack down on vaping by young people and ban smoking altogether, to create the first “smoke-free generation”. The health secretary, Steve Barclay, said this month he was concerned about figures that showed the number of children who vaped had tripled in the past three years.

The WHO framework convention on tobacco control (FCTC), which takes place next month in Panama, will discuss possible regulation, including taxation, on smoke-free products.

In the email, PMI suggested it had seen the agenda for the convention, which focused on smoke-free products. In 2016, the tobacco company announced a transformation of its business away from cigarettes and set itself an objective to replace them with heated tobacco products, e-vapour products and nicotine pouches.

In 2022, PMI shipped 621bn cigarettes, according to its annual results. However, about a third of its revenues were derived from smoke-free products, while the volume of combustible tobacco products decreased by 27%.

Its vaping and heated tobacco brands include IQOS, Bonds and Veev and it launched its first disposable device in the UK this year, the Veeba.

Yeah, no one even knows that that vape shit is, but we know it’s better than no nicotine.

The email sent on 22 September by Grégoire Verdeaux, the senior vice-president of external affairs at PMI, said: “The agenda and meeting documents have been made public for the main part. Unfortunately they reconfirmed every concern we had that this conference may remain as the biggest missed opportunity ever in tobacco control’s history … WHO’s agenda is nothing short of a systematic, methodical, prohibitionist attack on smoke-free products.”

…

Tobacco companies are not invited to the event and Verdeaux said despite this he would be in Panama “to publicly denounce the absurdity of being excluded from it while PMI today” was “undoubtedly the most helpful private partner WHO could have in the fight against smoking”. He ended the email: “Whatever happens we are on the right side of history. But it will be a small comfort if we let prohibitionists have it their way.”

“Time is of the essence”, he said, and the consequences for adult smokers and “our business would be material”.

Philip Morris are the unsung heroes of generations.

If it wasn’t for Philip Morris, America would have been wiped out by Mexican savages centuries ago.

People don’t even know the damn history of this country, and how we had to kill all those Mexicans, and how we were chain-smoking while doing so.

The fact that these globalists are claiming to really care about your health is idiotic on its face, and anyone who takes that seriously deserves whatever they get.

These people injected you with an experimental gene therapy that they knew was going to kill millions of you.

These are the same globalists who refuse to put any limits whatsoever on processed food.

Even if you believe cigarettes cause lung cancer – and I’ve seen no evidence of that – the death toll from cigarettes does not even begin to begin to approach the death toll from processed food.

What’s more – obesity creates life-long medical cases, whereas smoking doesn’t do that at all.

Obesity is the obvious health crisis that we all see everywhere. Now, we’re seeing the vaccines as a health crisis everywhere.

But we’re talking about smoking?

Why?

Well, in my experience, people who smoke are a lot smarter than people who don’t smoke.

And how about the fact that smoking is the only thing saving the testosterone levels of men who are inundated with xenoestrogens?

Maybe we should look into that, huh?

Cunt Overload: New Zealand’s Cuntocracy Plans Total Ban on Cigarettes https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/04/17/cunt-overload-new-zealands-cuntocracy-plans-total-ban-on-cigarettes/ Sat, 17 Apr 2021 00:00:00 +0000

You thought a cuntocracy would be funny?

Well, who’s laughing now?

RT:

New Zealand is currently mulling a series of proposals aimed at eliminating smoking in the country, including a radical initiative that would prohibit the sale of tobacco to an entire generation.

Under the country’s Smokefree Aotearoa 2025 Action Plan, New Zealand hopes to gradually increase the legal smoking age and ultimately prohibit cigarette sales to anyone born after 2004. The initiative also calls for a significant reduction in the level of nicotine allowed in tobacco and places restrictions on where cigarettes can be sold. The government would also set a minimum price for all tobacco products.

As the name of the plan suggests, the goal is to phase out tobacco use in the country over the next few years, creating a “smoke free” New Zealand by 2025. The country’s Health Ministry explained that while smoking rates have declined over the past decade, “much work still needs to be done,” particularly to reduce tobacco use among “Maori, Pacific peoples and those living in our most disadvantaged communities.”

New Zealanders have been invited to “provide feedback” about the action plan, which was formally released on Thursday. Residents will have until May 31 to share their thoughts on the matter before it enters the next phase towards becoming law.

These cunts claim to love you and to be your mommy, but do they love you?

Are they your one true mommy?

Obesity is very high in New Zealand, and (at least) approaches that of Americans, making it the second fattest country in the Anglosphere.

Let me hit you with a Fast Fact on Fatness (FFF): it’s less healthy to be fat than it is to be a smoker.

Here’s another FFF: fatness is almost entirely a result of government inaction on food regulations, while smoking is a personal choice.

Most fat people are fat because they don’t understand health and fitness, and assume that the food they buy at the store is real food. The government could easily fix most of this – returning obesity to historical levels, which are maybe 2-3% – by regulating what corporations are allowed to put in the food they sell.

But for some reason, these mommy-type governments are very selective about what health problems they care about.

I guess some of it is just related to the mommy aspect: mommies let their little good boys get fat and plump, but smoking is for the bad boys.

The list of hypocrisies is endless.

Another great example is that every estimate of the number of people who are going to die as a result of the lockdowns is higher than the maximum number of people who would have died if everyone on earth had gotten infected with the virus.

Of course, with the lockdowns, there is a clear agenda to change society. What is banning smoking about?

I have no idea. Probably, nicotine is a sacred substance that makes people smarter and increases critical thinking skills. I don’t smoke anymore, but if it were not for the advent of vaping, I would smoke.

Furthermore, people who don’t smoke are gay faggots.

This article originally said that whites in New Zealand are fatter than whites in America. A reader took issue with that, noting that racial data is not available for New Zealand, and their national population’s fatness level is lower than American whites. I think that if New Zealand released racial data on obesity, their whites would be fatter than American whites, given that NZ’s minority populations are not prone to obesity. Maybe Maoris are prone to obesity, but the Asians and Pacific Islanders are not. But I don’t have that data, so I’ve corrected the statement.

Spending Bill Raises Legal Age of Tobacco Purchase to 21 https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/12/21/spending-bill-raises-legal-age-of-tobacco-purchase-to-21/ Sat, 21 Dec 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Roy Batty
Daily Stormer

You don’t need cigarettes to be cool, kids!

Apparently, the scourge of smoking has once again become a big and pressing issue in the United States that needs to be legislated against.

Wall Street Journal:

The minimum age to purchase cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products will be raised to 21 nationwide under the spending bill passed by the Senate on Thursday in a provision aimed at curbing a surge in underage vaping.

If signed into law, the new restriction would take effect immediately. Altria Group Inc. and Reynolds American Inc., the two biggest U.S. cigarette manufacturers, both supported the age restriction, as did Juul Labs Inc., the startup that has been blamed by health officials for the rise in teenage e-cigarette use.

I actually don’t know why they did that. Probably because more regulations means less competition for big business.

President Trump also supported the measure. He first voiced support for it in November after backing away from a plan to pull from the U.S. market all e-cigarettes except for those that taste like tobacco.

Nineteen states already have passed laws raising the minimum tobacco purchase age to 21, including California, Texas and New York, three of the most populous states in the U.S. Sixteen of the states have implemented the rules.

Now, we can get into the whole e-cigarette/vaping debate again, but let’s have it another time.

I think we can all agree that this is a rather bizarre law to pass given the absolute state that America’s youth finds itself in. Banning smoking until the age of 21 comes off as very retro. Like something you would do if you were in the 1950s and were concerned with rapscallions and hooligans riding around on hot rods after 8pm to see the talkies.

Forget about cigarettes; everyone under the age of 21 that I knew growing up was smoking weed and gradually shifting into harder drugs. Those that weren’t doing hard drugs were still on Adderall, and by the time college rolled around, they were beginning to experiment with anti-depressants. I don’t know a single normie who isn’t on happy pills. For fun, the students would start experimenting with DMT or take party drugs. Elsewhere in the country, young men were already no doubt already doing heroin or getting hooked on pills. Every girl in the West is on the pill and on Xanax.

What is the greater crisis here, I ask you? Why do the youths all want to kill themselves?

Banning cigarettes – which are too expensive for most teens anyway – comes off as completely out-of-touch and a Boomer-tier solution to the absolutely staggering drug and spiritual problem that America’s youth faces.

We do need bans, but not on cigarettes. For your consideration and in no particular order:

  • Porn
  • Tinder
  • Adderall
  • Ritalin
  • Tranny drugs
  • Plastics
  • Soy
  • Diet Coke
  • Weed
  • Star Wars
  • Fentanyl

And some other stuff too. Not an exhaustive list by any means. But a good start, I think.

To be honest though, I think that if we just start by banning JEWS that a lot of these problems would go away.

But, I guess some people still don’t get why we need to do that.

For now, we just have to settle with the smoking/vape limit being raised to 21. This will, no doubt, secure the clueless, delusional soccer mom vote for Trump, and that was probably the whole point of the law anyways.
