In January of this year, Sheldon Silver, who had held the position Speaker of the New York State Assembly (legislature) since 1994, was arrested on federal corruption charges. He was charged with receiving illegal kickbacks from a crooked Jew law firm he was associated with.

This was a huge blow to the Jew York power structure. Silver is an Orthodox Jew born and raised in Jew York City. As Speaker, Silver exerted heavy control over the state budget. He controlled what legislation was voted on. He was frequently courted by other politicians and by wealthy businessmen. He helped propel other Jews to positions of power in NY state government.

This did not get much play in the mainstream or the White Nationalist media, likely because, despite his immense behind-the-scenes power, Silver was largely unknown to the public at large. The mechanism by which he received kickbacks was also a bit esoteric. Nonetheless, we implore readers to read up on this case in order to gain a deeper understanding of the way the Jewish power structure works, especially in government.

Now, his son-in-law, who happens to be an Orthodox rabbi, is facing charges that he ran a $7 million dollar Ponzi scheme (a.k.a. a pyramid scheme). And, no, this is not just an ancillary charge related to his father-in-law’s corruption. This is a separate scam that this guy ran.

The son in law of disgraced New York politician Sheldon Silver was indicted Monday on two charges unrelated to the separate investigation into his famous power-broker relative.

Just three months after Silver himself was arrested on corruption charges, his son-in-law Marcello Trebitsch, 37, was accused of running a $7million Ponzi scheme.

The Brooklyn resident was in court on Monday as prosecutors accused him of lying to investors about stock losses and pocketing most of the money entrusted to him for trading.

Trebitsch is married to Silver’s daughter Michelle. Despite being a co-owner of their mutual fund, Allese Capital LLC, and a certified public accountant who ‘kept the books’, Michelle has not been charged in the scheme.

Trebitsch ran the scheme from 2009 through December 2014, according to the complaint.

Trebitsch has been charged with securities and wire fraud and is currently free on $500,000 bond. If convicted he faces the possibility of 40 years in prison and fines of up to $5.25million.

Top Jew politician and criminal Sheldon Silver was arrested Thursday for ceaselessly Jewing over absolutely everyone.

The New York Assembly Speaker and an entire criminal Jew political/financial network are expected to fall completely.  And at least the Jewish press is openly admitting that this is a completely Jew issue.  How long until the goyim figure it out?

Silver was a member of a tight-knit coterie of Jewish political operators who came up together in the co-op developments on Grand Street. Many had working class roots, belonged to the Bialystoker Synagogue on Willett Street, and developed power together through the same few Jewish institutions.

Now, that Lower East Side crew is falling to pieces. William Rapfogel, Silver’s close ally, is in state prison after pleading guilty to embezzling millions as executive director of the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. Silver was a key benefactor of the Met Council, and William Rapfogel’s wife Judy is Silver’s chief of staff. Heshy Jacob, the traditional third member of Rapfogel and Silver’s Lower East Side power troika, was traveling in Israel and said he was unaware of Silver’s arrest when reached via telephone.

Speaking about the roles he, Rapfogel and Silver played on the Lower East Side in an interview with the Forward in 2013, Jacob was forthright about the old guard’s power: ““We put in time and effort for the people,” Jacob said at the time. “It’s not that we simply are despots.”

That power is now evaporating, as is the influence it wielded in Albany.

According to a New York Times report, the U.S. Attorney’s charges against Silver will relate to payments from a law firm called Goldberg & Iryami that specializes in tax certioari. Jay Arthur Goldberg, who leads the firm, grew up on the Lower East Side with Silver. His firm represents the Grand Street co-op buildings where Silver and Rapfogel lived. Some of those buildings are managed by Jacob.

If we combine this with the developing Jew Epstein teen sex jet scandal and the fact that Netanyahu is literally at the throat of the US President who for whatever reason he is unable to command, plus the impending charges for war crimes, 2015 is shaping up to be a horrible year for the international parasite.

And that is good for the Whites.

Earlier this month, we reported that there were two pieces of legislation in the New York Senate designed to punish schools which refused to support Israel.  Both of the pieces of legislation were introduced by Jews.  As it tuns out, the more extreme piece of legislation was passed first.

The legislation, approved Tuesday in a 56-4 vote, bans state funding to colleges that fund organizations boycotting “countries that host higher education institutions chartered by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York.”

A number of New York-based universities have Israel branches.

The bill does not mention Israel, but its sponsor, state Senator Jeffrey Klein – in a statement quoted by the news site Mondoweiss – made clear that academic boycotts of Israel were what led him to introduce the legislation.

“I will not allow the enemies of Israel or the Jewish people to gain an inch in New York,” Mondoweiss quoted Klein, a Democrat representing the Bronx and Westchester County, as saying. “The First Amendment protects every organization’s right to speak, but it never requires taxpayers to foot the bill.”

A similar bill introduced in the state Assembly this month by Speaker Sheldon Silver has 48 sponsors among the chamber’s 150 members. Silver said he initiated the measure “in response to the American Studies Association’s boycott of Israel and its academic institutions.”

The ASA, one of three U.S. academic groupings to boycott Israeli academic institutions last year, said the legislation was an attack on free speech.

The stated reasons, of course, for not wishing to fund the Jew state is that they are committing atrocities and human rights violations against the indigenous people of their alleged holy land.

The fact that Jews believe it is a crime to not give them money demonstrates the level of delusion they suffer.

The gross Jewish New York State Assembly speaker, Sheldon Silver, has introduced a bill to prevent the state’s colleges and universities from using state aid to fund groups which “have passed resolutions or taken official actions to promote discriminatory boycotts.”  Apparently, non-discriminatory boycotts will still be permitted.

The introduction of the bill comes in light of a recent move by the American Studies Association to promote a a boycott of Israeli products and institutions. Even though said association is obscure, their boycott being merely symbolic, the Jews are flipping their lids and attacking it, fearing the idea of academia protesting the terrorist state could catch on quickly, if not immediately squelched out.

Silver’s bill is allegedly not as extreme as another piece of legislation introduced by two Jews which seeks to fully shut down aid to any college where a group which boycotts Israel is allowed to exist.

“Actions such as the American Studies Association’s discriminatory boycott of Israel and its academic institutions are a blatant assault on the academic freedoms that New York and its students have come to hold dear,” said Silver. “Colleges should not use taxpayer funds to support boycotts, resolutions or any similar actions that are discriminatory and limit academic opportunities.”

In addition to prohibiting the use of state aid by a college to fund an academic group – such as the American Studies Association — if that group has passed a resolution or taken an official action to boycott certain countries or their higher education institutions, this legislation would also prohibit a college engaging in such activity from using state funding to pay membership dues to the association or to reimburse travel or lodging for an employee attending any meeting of such an association.

Colleges violating the ban would not be eligible for state aid during the academic year in which the violation occurs.

The measure applies to those countries hosting a higher education institute chartered by the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents charters institutions located in Israel, Lebanon, the Czech Republic and Hungary.

Additionally, to preserve academic freedom, the legislation would not prohibit a college employee from participating with these associations or attending events. Further, it would prohibit a college from making employment decisions as a result of a college employee’s decision to attend any event of an academic association engaging in a boycott or attending any such event.
