What even is this?

The bitch signed the contract. What exactly is the issue here? Women are totally empowered, and just as capable as men, in fact more capable than men, but they can’t make adult decisions, because they are so fragile and weak?

Both those things can’t be true.

Las Vegas Review-Journal:

A civil trial involving a former property manager accused of requiring sex as part of a lease contract was paused Friday until October.

The court recess came after a threat the defendant reportedly received on his cellphone.

Ex-real estate agent and property manager Allan Rothstein is being sued by a Las Vegas mother who alleges he coerced her into signing a lease contract for Section 8 housing that required her to grant him sexual favors. When she refused his advances, the woman said, Rothstein tried to evict her.

The woman filed suit in federal court in April 2019, accusing Rothstein of violating the Fair Housing Standards Act.

According to the tenant’s complaint, Rothstein’s lease package not only required mandatory sex but had a provision in the contract requiring the woman to declare she “does not currently have a boyfriend/girlfriend/parent who is larger, meaner and more physically aggressive, owns firearms or is more possessive” than Rothstein.

The complaint alleges that the woman signed the documents under protest and notes that she was on the verge of homelessness at the time, living week-to-week at a residential hotel with her five children.

The case is being heard as a bench trial before U.S. District Judge Andrew Gordon. He recessed the case Friday when questions surfaced about Rothstein’s ability to go on with the trial. It came after an alleged threat Rothstein received on his cellphone following publicity about the case.

The media still calls Andrew Anglin a “neo-Nazi.” He’s actually the only one who has denounced neo-Nazis for the most obvious reason you would denounce neo-Nazis: neo-Nazism is a feminist cult.

Neo-Nazis will see a story of a white woman signing up to enter a sex contract with a Jew and blame the Jew rather than the white woman.

During the Harvey Weinstein rape hoax, neo-Nazis were defending women who had sex with Harvey Weinstein.

Andrew Anglin said: “which is worse? Harvey Weinstein or a woman who will have sex with Harvey Weinstein?”

The answer to that question is blatantly obvious to any man who is not a groveling pussy-worshiper.

The biggest issue with the Jews is the fact that they empowered women. That is the primary problem with the Jews. Saying you stand with empowered women against the Jews is nonsensical. No country that doesn’t have Jews has empowered women. Some Asian countries have working women for economic reasons, but they don’t allow this exploitation behavior by women. I am against women working, but the fact that you allow women to work does not automatically mean you put women in charge of everything and let them abuse men.

CNN recently published a well-researched piece by entitled “Racial segregation is alive and well — and gripping America’s cities,” which addressed the issue of white people moving out of racially diverse neighborhoods to live amongst other white people. The article was published as a part of their “Race Deconstructed” newsletter, a weekly newsletter they post to deconstruct the false theory of the existence of race using Jewish critical theory doctrine.

The article asserts, very reasonably, that white people should be forced to live among blacks as a form of punishment, and also as a way to bring them the joys of vibrant diversity.

We at Hoax Watch noticed that a large number of racists, who for some reason read our non-racist website, were claiming that blacks actually don’t want to live around whites any more than whites want to live around blacks, and that both races are engaged in self-segregation. We decided to research the topic, and our investigation found that only whites don’t want to live among diversity, while blacks seek out diversity and have a deep-seated desire to experience multiculturalism with white people.

“Bitch muthafuka I done ever since wants to be up at dem white people crib,” D’Tayshone Jackson told Hoax Watch, adding: “ever since, muthafuka.”

A native of Chicago, she was filled with joy when she was moved by the city’s social services to a rent-controlled apartment in a Northern white suburb.

Jackson claimed that she first developed a desire to live amongst whites in a racially diverse neighborhood while watching the 90s children’s sitcom “Saved by the Bell,” which features a diverse cast.

“I done be did seen that black bitch in dat show, she been done chillin wit dem white folk, been be hop on dat white dik Zach Morrison, they all be chillen like a muthafuka. Ain’t no bitch says to she ass ‘bitch ain’t should been stole my lawnmower,'” Jackson explained.

She went on to tell Hoax Watch the story of how she once had a white neighbor, and was accused of stealing their lawnmower from their garage.

“I ain’t been took dat muthafuka out dey garange, shit bitch. Dey done sed ‘bitch we done seen yo black ass on dat spycam, we known you did it, give that shit back now.’ But you know how white people be talkin’, all been like ‘sorry ma’am, excuse me please, ma’am sir, I don’t want to be of service to you but I can please ask you to gave me back my lawnmower,'” Jackson explained, affecting the pompous and obsequious speech of a white person with high levels of accuracy.

“They sed I be the only black bitch in the hood, and they seen a black bitch on they spycam. I be like, ‘yo bitch, thas rassis, jus cuz the nigga black don’t mean I done did it. Millions uh niggas out der coulda been da one took dat shit,” she said, explaining that after accusing her of stealing their lawnmower, the family stopped speaking with her, and did not invite her to future BBQs. Within weeks, they’d put their home up for sale and moved out of the neighborhood.

Dar’D’Jamamar Washington had a similar story.

“Since I is been uh chald, always ah is wants to be done chillen at da crib with da white muthafuka,” he said.

When a section 8 building was built in a white suburb of Atlanta, his dream became a reality.

“I been done gone to da office, and that bitch sed, ‘we been gone move yo ass to da white naghburhood,’ and I said ‘shit, bitch, I love white people, the fuck,'” he said.

But his dream quickly became a nightmare when the white people he moved in with began falsely accusing him of crimes.

“Them white muthafukas done been sed I finna sell crack dey chillens,” Washington explained. “I ain’t never even did that shit, but these white ass bitches done sed to me, ‘ain’t you should be talk we keeds no mo, yo black ass be finna sell dem crack.'”

Washington explained that what actually happened was that the white children, ages 7 and 9, had asked him if he could get them crack cocaine. “Dem little bitches done sed, ‘yo nigga, you got any rock? we been tryin to light this muthafuka up, we ain’t find none.'”

Washington said that he tried to explain to the children that smoking crack was not a healthy behavior, but that the white children kept asking for it.

“You know, shit bitch, if they been axin me er’ry day ‘we want crack,’ I’m thinkin’ maybe I should been finna get me somethin’. I ain’t never told them little fuckers ‘smoke crack’ – they ask me!” Washington admits that he brought crack to them, but was shocked to find they didn’t want to buy it, after having asked him repeatedly to procure it for them.

Dar’D’Jamamar went on to explain that because the entire system is racist, he has no choice but to sell crack. He also explained that he did not pistol whip the 7-year-old boy, and that the gun he was carrying was not even his, but a gun that his friend had asked him to keep for him.

Despite this very logical and believable explanation, the white family told Washington that he could no longer play with their kids, and stopped inviting him to their BBQs. Shortly thereafter, they moved out of the neighborhood.

As we went through the various situations of blacks being moved by the government into white neighborhoods, we continually found the same thing: white people falsely accusing blacks of crimes, canceling their invite to the BBQ, and then moving out of the neighborhood.

The Biden Administration is currently looking for ways to punish white people for moving out of black neighborhoods, and is running into a roadblock, as whites continue to slip through their grasp, selling their property and escaping integration.

One thing is clear: in order for American democracy to survive and to flourish, we must figure out a way to force white people to accept living side-by-side with section 8 public housing. The first thing that must be addressed is the white tendency to falsely accuse blacks of crimes. Then, we have to abolish the police in white areas that are filled with black public housing.

The American people are calling on Joe Biden to take more aggressive action immediately, but Biden is slow to move. This leaves many to wonder if Biden himself is not a virulent white racist.

The plan is to flood every white neighborhood with hood blacks.

Democrats view blacks as a bioweapon.

I don’t know why this doesn’t hurt black people’s feelings. If someone tried to get me to move in with someone they hate as punishment, my feelings would be hurt by that.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed three housing bills last week after he beat back a recall effort, all aimed at rolling back local single-family zoning laws and encouraging new housing to be built, especially dense housing developments.

SB 8, SB 9, and SB 10 were all signed into law on Thursday, Sep. 16.

SB 8 overrides some local government authority to reduce the capacity of housing projects; and SB 10 promotes high-density developments in certain urban areas.

The most controversial of the three is SB 9, which would allow homeowners to split single-family lots into two, and allow them to build duplexes on each, without the approval of local authorities, and regardless of single-family zoning in those areas.

Are the hobos gonna start setting up multi-unit tents?

The idea is to encourage more housing units to be built, providing more supply and potentially lowering prices. However, the law is not likely to promote much new housing in urban areas like San Francisco, though it may have an impact in the suburbs.

CalMatters.org concluded that while the “nightmare scenario” of ending single-family housing in the state would not likely occur, SB 9 “would probably have a negligible impact on the California housing crisis, at least in the short-term.”

Black people don’t care about this, and would actually almost certainly be against it.

They constantly complain about how whites move into their neighborhoods, so why would they want to move into white neighborhoods?

This whole zoning thing proves more than anything else that Democrats do not “care” about black people – they only view them in terms of how they can use them as a weapon against white people.

Well, here’s a popular issue: it seems people really, really don’t like the idea of the federal government mandating Section 8 housing in their neighborhoods.

Barack Obama had planned to force every suburb in the country to build black crime hives, as a way to punish white people for being born. President Trump repealed that policy. Biden wants to bring it back, but the people do not want that.

Voters strongly agree with President Trump’s decision to end an Obama-era regulation intended to push low-income housing into more affluent neighborhoods in the name of racial diversity.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 83% of Likely U.S. Voters say the federal government should not play a role in deciding where people can live. Just 10% disagree.

Sixty-five percent (65%) still say it is not the government’s job to diversify neighborhoods in America so that people of different income levels live together. But that’s down from 83% when Rasmussen Reports first asked this question in mid-2015 as the Obama administration prepared to release its new housing regulations. Twenty-three percent (23%) now say that diversifying neighborhoods is a government role, up from eight percent (8%) five years ago.

Democrats are stronger advocates of efforts by the government to diversify neighborhoods than Republicans and voters not affiliated with either major party are. But even among voters in former President Obama’s party, 56% say it’s not the government’s job to diversify neighborhoods, a view shared by 73% of Republicans and 68% of unaffiliated voters.

Little changed from the previous survey is the 40% of all voters who say the racial or ethnic make-up of the neighborhood was important in deciding where they live now, with 19% who say it was Very Important. Fifty-nine percent (59%) say the racial and ethic make-up of the neighborhood was not important to their decision, including 28% who say it was Not At All Important.

For blacks (63%), the racial or ethnic make-up of their neighborhood was much more important than it was to whites (35%) and other minority voters (44%).

Blacks are more racist than whites, eh? Oh but right, I forgot – they’re racist against whites because whites are racist against them. That’s the only reason. So it isn’t actually really racism at all.

Whatever.

Forced racial integration should really be turned into a wedge issue. You can’t hardly get 83% of America to agree on anything, and this is a place where you can really see the Democrat plan for the massive transformation of society in the microcosm.

The Biden plan, which is the Obama plan, is literally just to force municipal districts to build Section 8 black crime housing in the middle of white suburbs. It’s absolutely insane. I grew up in a middle class white suburb, and the idea that when I was a kid, someone would have dumped a bunch of black criminals in there is just unimaginable.

We all know what these people are and what they do. It’s not racist to say it. Black people who live in Section 8 housing are criminals, drug addicts and gang members. If you put them in a neighborhood, they cause chaos. That is the only reason you would ever do it in the first place, in fact. You’re not doing it for the sake of the blacks – as per the above poll, they want to live with their own people much more than whites are willing to admit they want to live with their own people. The plan is to use poor black drug addicts and gang members as a weapon to destroy white neighborhoods.

The Trump campaign is an absolute disaster, so I guess there is no way that this issue is going to be forced by the people who work in the campaign. The thing is still being run by Jared Kushner, somehow.

It’s too bad. I genuinely believe that if you focused on this issue, you would get a lot of traction with liberal-leaning whites who are perhaps on the verge of beginning to see that the country that the hard left wants to build for them is not one of sunshine and lollipops, but one where they are never safe. Liberals like to talk about all of this multicultural stuff, but the fact is, they are simply using support for multiculturalism as a way to signal their elitism.

That is to say: no one who cannot afford to live in an all-white neighborhood supports multiculturalism. By saying “I support multiculturalism,” you are saying, “I have enough money that I can live in an all-white neighborhood.”

When this stuff starts riding up on these white liberals, and all of a sudden there are drug dealers in the parking lot of their organic co-op, when the windows of their Priuses are getting smashed out every night so someone can pick the change out of their ashtray, when they can’t walk their dog at night without fear of getting raped, these stupid women are going to really start reconsidering a lot of this dumb ideological stuff. It will become a luxury they can’t afford.

I think it should be possible to convince some of them that they don’t want this to happen before it happens, and to see them secretly vote for Trump. But idiot Kushner won’t do that.

When the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) new regulations were unveiled this month, it left some of us asking “why now?”

Well, a likely reason is that there is an ongoing White flight from US cities, as non-White immigrants are brought in and they become minority White.

El Paso, Texas, is the number #1 city where inhabitants are leaving. It went from being 40% White in 1970 to just 14% White in 2010.

New York is number #2, where Whites went from being 92% in 1940, to just 33% in 2010.

And New Haven is at number #3, where Whites went from 70% in 1970, to just 32% in 2010.

This theme is common among the top 20 metropolitan areas, featured in the map above.

Michael Stoll, a professor of public policy and urban planning at the University of California Los Angeles, says that some White Americans moved out of the cities due to property prices and lack of jobs, and then non-White immigrants are being moved in instead.

And that is probably why HUD is being granted the legal authority to sue areas which don’t do as they say, and get rid of all those big bad White neighborhoods.

You see, it’s hard to “diversify” us evil racist Whites, when there is White flight. These anti-Whites cannot stop White flight without stepping over freedom of movement. The only thing they can do is to make sure they chase us around the country, like a game of tag, only involving White genocide.

You heard it here first folks: “Diversity” doesn’t stop until every last White area is gone. It’s nothing more than a policy of White genocide.

A key part of President Obama’s legacy will be the fed’s unprecedented collection of sensitive data on Americans by race. The government is prying into our most personal information at the most local levels, all for the purpose of “racial and economic justice.”

Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.

This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.

Big Brother Barack wants the databases operational before he leaves office, and much of the data in them will be posted online.

So civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups will be able to exploit them to show patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even if no other evidence of discrimination exists.

Housing database

The granddaddy of them all is the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development rolled out earlier this month to racially balance the nation, ZIP code by ZIP code. It will map every US neighborhood by four racial groups — white, Asian, black or African-American, and Hispanic/Latino — and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances.

The agency proposes using nonwhite populations of 50% or higher as the threshold for classifying segregated areas.

Federally funded cities deemed overly segregated will be pressured to change their zoning laws to allow construction of more subsidized housing in affluent areas in the suburbs, and relocate inner-city minorities to those predominantly white areas. HUD’s maps, which use dots to show the racial distribution or density in residential areas, will be used to select affordable-housing sites.

HUD plans to drill down to an even more granular level, detailing the proximity of black residents to transportation sites, good schools, parks and even supermarkets. If the agency’s social engineers rule the distance between blacks and these suburban “amenities” is too far, municipalities must find ways to close the gap or forfeit federal grant money and face possible lawsuits for housing discrimination.

Civil-rights groups will have access to the agency’s sophisticated mapping software, and will participate in city plans to re-engineer neighborhoods under new community outreach requirements.

“By opening this data to everybody, everyone in a community can weigh in,” Obama said. “If you want affordable housing nearby, now you’ll have the data you need to make your case.”

The kicker is that this integration program is objectively not about helping Blacks, but only about hurting Whites.

White people are not successful because Black people are failures, which is the implicit, underlying argument attached to all of this “White Privilege” gibberish. Obviously, Whites would be doing better if Blacks behaved like normal people, and as such, Whites in America have absolutely no reason to try and make Blacks fail, and a vested interested in having them act normal.

If Blacks acted like normal people, Whites would:

• Not feel under a constant threat of violence from Blacks
• Not have to pay money to give Blacks free everything
• Be able to employ Blacks willingly, rather than because they are being forced to by the government; if they acted like normal people, they would be a benefit, rather than a hindrance to businesses that hire them
• Be able to live where they wanted, without fearing Blacks will move in and destroy their neighborhoods
• Not be under constant pressure to feel guilty for Blacks
• Live in a country with a generally strong economy and social order

And the benefits to Whites of Blacks continually failing:

• I can’t think of anything
• Seriously. Not a single thing.

So the whole “Blacks fail because Whites want them to” argument is a complete farce. A canard, which they have never presented evidence for, have not even presented a mechanism through which this scenario could potentially take place. Instead we get nigh metaphysical concepts like “microaggressions” and then we are told that they solution is to fill-up White neighborhoods with Black people.

Anyone looking at it objectively, regardless of their personal orientation, is going to come to the same conclusion: It is an insane solution to a problem which doesn’t even exist.

And here’s another thing: I guarantee if you went to every single Black who lives in Section 8 housing and asked them “hey, do you want your free housing to be moved to the middle of a White neighborhood?” at least 99% would say “no.” I think you would genuinely have a difficult time finding a single Black who would support that agenda.

Blacks have never been shy about making it clear they prefer to live with other Blacks. A particularly funny example of this took place last year when Trader Joe’s tried to build an organic grocery store in a Black neighborhood in Portland and Blacks protested it, saying it would bring in too many White people.

Trader Joe’s cancelled the project.

And what is the theory behind this HUD mass integration program?

That living around Whites will make White success rub off on Blacks? Besides the fact that this is yet another metaphysical, voodoo-type theory, isn’t this an admission that Blacks are incapable of achieving anything on their own?

The only way to look at the HUD integration program is as a direct attack on White America, for the purpose of hurting American White people.

Obama is not pro-Black. He is anti-White.

No longer will your taxes save your from the diversity wave.

All zip codes will be culturally enriched, which means all the wonderful crime and chaos that comes right out of these ghettos will be coming to a town near you. Obongo talks about giving all these minorities a “fair chance,” yet these people already have the same exact opportunities as we do, in fact, even more then we do. They just don’t take them.

The implication is that if brown people are close enough to Whites, maybe they can feed off of their energy. But this has never worked before.

How is it that England sent their worst elements of society to a penal colony and these criminals turned it into Australia?

White people traveled the planet and established the greatest empires on earth from scratch. But these “minorities” can’t maintain their own countries, nor can they even maintain cities HANDED to them. All they do is destroy everywhere they go.
