These lawsuits keep happening, but nothing is happening.

If these universities lose the lawsuit, they will just pay the fine and then keep doing it. They get all of this funding, they do not risk going under because they had to pay out a couple milly for banning whites.

Campus Reform:

A nonprofit filed a complaint Sept. 16 against Western Kentucky University (WKU) for “creating, promoting and awarding” two athletic scholarships available only to non-white applicants.

The Legal Insurrection Foundation’s (LIF) Equal Protection Project filed the complaint with the U. S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights. Founded by Cornell Law School professor William A. Jacobson, LIF is a leading national free speech and free expression investigative media organization.

The complaint claims that WKU’s Athletics Minority Fellowship (AMF) and Distinguished Minority Fellowship (DMF) violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, as well as Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“The unlawfulness of such racial preferences was confirmed recently by the United States Supreme Court in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harv. Coll.,” the complaint states.

In June, the Supreme Court ruled in Students for Fair Admission v. Harvard that race-conscious admissions violate the Equal Protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution, Campus Reform reported.

The AMF awards $2,000 per academic year to those who “identify as an underrepresented ethnic minority.”

“Recipients will gain valuable experience in multiple areas of athletic administration … which will help position them for potential job opportunities in college athletics after graduation,” the website states.

“WKU Athletics seeks to offer at least four undergraduate scholarships in the 2023 to 2024 school year for students interested in careers focusing in collegiate athletics,” WKU’s website states. “The WKU Athletics Minority Fellowship program will be dedicated to enhancing the success of students of color – excluding student-athletes on athletic scholarship – within the athletic department’s administrative areas.”

The DMF program also requires students to be part of a minority group, covers nine hours of tuition costs for a graduate degree, and makes students eligible for a minimum $15,000 graduate assistantship stipend. Applicants “Must have Minority Status (African American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, two or more races, or Hispanic/Latino),” the website states.

“The harm from racial educational barriers is that it racializes not just the specific program, but the entire campus,” William A. Jacobson, Cornell Law School professor and founder of the Equal Protection Project, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Sending a message to students that access to opportunities is dependent on race is damaging to the fabric of campus. Universities need to adopt the approach of EqualProtect.org, which is that there is no ‘good’ form of racism, and the remedy for racism is not more racism.”

It’s not just the campus. It’s the whole society.

Remember, a few months ago, after the Supreme Court ruled that it is illegal to ban whites from university admission, Harvard said they were “devastated” that the government was trying to force them to allow whites, and vowed to find other ways to ban them.

That’s how you have to view these programs, by the way: they are banning whites. They frame it in the reverse, that they are choosing to only allow nonwhites, but nonwhites are defined by the fact that they are not white (for various reasons, Asians are defined as white – that’s a whole other thing that we’ve been into before and won’t go into right now).

If you’re banning whites from the Ivy League, you’re not simply “affecting the campus environment,” you are preventing whites from becoming a part of the elite. That is what these schools do: they define who becomes the elite.

That’s not related necessarily to the quality of the education, but to the networks that you are linked into at these schools.

What Jews are doing by banning whites from the Ivy League is ensuring that whites do not have the ability to maintain the levers of power in their own country.

There is no possible way to report all of the sudden and mysterious deaths happening. Most of them are never reported by the news in the first place, or they’re dropped quietly in local media.

Western Journal:

A community in New York has come together to support the family of a local high school student who died suddenly Oct. 14.

Jack Aidan Strehl, 16, was a junior at Arlington High School in LaGrangeville, where he was a shot putter and discus thrower on the track and field team.

His cause of death has not been released.

We know it’s mysterious though.

A GoFundMe campaign organized by Jennifer Sullivan had raised more than $74,000 by Friday morning toward funeral expenses and financial expenses associated with the death.

“Sometimes, there are no words,” Sullivan wrote in the fundraising appeal. “Sometimes, our love and support for a family is all we can do during a difficult time.”

“No family should have to pay for a funeral for their child,” she concluded.

Jack’s obituary referred to him as “an all-American boy” with an “everlasting smile.”

It said he earned his black belt in taekwondo in July 2017 when he was only 11, after just five years of training.

“This was a very proud moment for Jack and his family as it taught him respect, humility, perseverance, self control, honesty, concentration, belief, discipline and appreciation. Jack worked hard at applying these principles throughout his life,” the obituary said.

Jack had worked since age 14 on the maintenance crew at the Links at Union Vale and was an avid dirt bike rider.

A scholarship fund is being set up in Jack’s memory at Arlington High School, according to the Daily Voice.

“Donations may be made payable to the Arlington Education Foundation, 144 Todd Hill Road, Lagrangeville, NY 12540. Please reference the Jack Aidan Strehl Scholarship in the memo field.”

This is being reported in the main media because the guy was semi-notable.

We cannot possibly report on all of the cases of people dying suddenly. You can find many of them by searching the term “died suddenly.” Most of them do not make it to main media, because it is irrelevant people. You have to have some sort of notoriety for your death to be notable. At this point, simply dying mysteriously is not notable, as it is happening constantly, all over the world (everywhere the mRNA vax was distributed, though not in China, Russia, or other places where they took a different vax).

Currently, the “died suddenly” tag is taken up by Megyn [sic] Kelly’s sister, who died of a sudden heart attack at 56 (lol).

There was a Twitter account called “Died Suddenly,” but it was banned for “disinformation,” even though all it did was post news stories without comment about people dying suddenly for no reason. Simply pointing out that this mass die-off is happening at all is considered a threat by the government agents who regulate social media.

We hear the word “reverse-discrimination” used by Boomers a lot and I really hate that terminology. “Anti-White” is far more straightforward and truthful. How else are we to describe the education system going into 2020 if not as being completely Jewed and anti-White to its core?

In 2018, rapper Stormzy launched a scholarship to Cambridge University, that pays for tuition and living costs for two young black students. Earlier this year he announced that he will cover the costs of another two students from black, Asian, or minority ethnic backgrounds.

Two leading private schools are at the centre of a race row after a philanthropist claims they rejected scholarships of more than £1 million for poor white boys, reported The Times.

Dulwich College and Winchester College are believed to have turned down an offer from Professor Sir Bryan Thwaites, 96, to bequeath the funds in his will for fear of breaching anti-discrimination laws.

This based 96-year-old anti-Boomer decided to stand up to Stormzy’s tyranny, forever demonstrating that the generations that came before the 60s are not total useless parasites like the worthless Boomers that came after.

But I digress.

If you’re a poor white lad, you’re totally out of luck. I cannot even fault Nightmare Island for this, when the discrimination against White lads is just as intense (maybe even greater) over the pond in America. Schools and organizations will literally refuse money if they think that this can help White people in any way. They only take money that helps brown people or hurts White people.

The philanthropist in question, Sir Byran Thwaites, had attended both schools on scholarships. He reportedly sought to help disadvantaged white British boys because reports show they perform worse at school than nearly every other ethnic group.

Sir Bryan said:

“If Cambridge University can accept a much larger donation in support of black students, why cannot I do the same for underprivileged white British?”

Stop playing coy. We can all see what’s going on here. But it’s a good thought experiment to switch the races around and do a big think about the implications from time to time for sure.

The philanthropist was referring to last year’s move by grime star Stormzy to set up Cambridge University scholarships to aid black British students.

Thwaites continued:

“In my opinion [Winchester] would gain enormously by being seen to address what is the severe national problem of the underperforming white cohort in schools”.

Asked to comment on the news, Trevor Phillips, former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, was cited by online magazine Standpoint as describing poor white boys as “today’s educational left-behinds”.

Yeah, we all know that White boys are treated like garbage in schools and elsewhere by now. They’re treated like garbage in the popular media and they’re treated poorly at home by their ridiculous harpy mothers who neglect and abuse them, either through intensive coddling or by enacting a sadistic slow-motion revenge aimed at the former husband.

If they have a Boomer dad, they get to put up with neglect and counter-productive advice. They’ll be in the negative for many of their early life years, desperately trying to use the bounty of free information and advice on the internet to try and dig themselves out of the hole that they were starting from.

Now, this particular school appears to be catering to more affluent bougie types, i.e., liberals, so even though there are plenty of White students there, their retarded parents are sure to be the self-hating types who know the correct words to parrot and not make any waves while their kids are getting their fancy education. What the school was 80 years ago when the old man was taught there and what it has become now are worlds apart.

Remember a few months back, we published an article discussing the release of a study where some feminist nutjob claimed to have fondled the genitals of 10,000 dogs in order to prove that gay dogs were oppressed or some shit.

Actually, go back and read that article – it was pretty funny.

We later reported that the author of that paper apparently had faked her PhD.

But as it turns out, the story doesn’t end there.

The paper was actually part of a big project meant to expose how insane these Jew academic papers are. In other words, it was purposely designed to be as ridiculous as possible, and yet it was still published without question.

Wall Street Journal:

The existence of a monthly journal focused on “feminist geography” is a sign of something gone awry in academia. The journal in question—Gender, Place & Culture—published a paper online in May whose author claimed to have spent a year observing canine sexual misconduct in Portland, Ore., parks.

The author admits that “my own anthropocentric frame” makes it difficult to judge animal consent. Still, the paper claims dog parks are “petri dishes for canine ‘rape culture’ ” and issues “a call for awareness into the different ways dogs are treated on the basis of their gender and queering behaviors, and the chronic and perennial rape emergency dog parks pose to female dogs.”

I never suspected that this paper was a hoax, because I’ve grown to expect this level of insanity from the left.

And I’m right to expect it, because the actual publishing of the paper was entirely legitimate – the journal didn’t think this study seemed absurd at all.

The paper was ridiculous enough to pique my interest—and rouse my skepticism, which grew in July with a report in Campus Reform by Toni Airaksinen. Author Helen Wilson had claimed to have a doctorate in feminist studies, but “none of the institutions that offers such a degree could confirm that she had graduated from their program,” Ms. Airaksinen wrote. In August Gender, Place & Culture issued an “expression of concern” admitting it couldn’t verify Ms. Wilson’s identity, though it kept the paper on its website.

All of this prompted me to ask my own questions. My email to “Helen Wilson” was answered by James Lindsay, a math doctorate and one of the real co-authors of the dog-park study. Gender, Place & Culture had been duped, he admitted. So had half a dozen other prominent journals that accepted fake papers by Mr. Lindsay and his collaborators—Peter Boghossian, an assistant professor of philosophy at Portland State University, and Helen Pluckrose, a London-based scholar of English literature and history and editor of AreoMagazine.com.

The three academics call themselves “left-leaning liberals.” Yet they’re dismayed by what they describe as a “grievance studies” takeover of academia, especially its encroachment into the sciences. “I think that certain aspects of knowledge production in the United States have been corrupted,” Mr. Boghossian says. Anyone who questions research on identity, privilege and oppression risks accusations of bigotry.

That it took these academics all this time to realize that the social sciences were “corrupted” just shows how disconnected from reality these people are.

Then again, calling yourself “left leaning liberals” even after witnessing this Jewed-out reality means they’re probably high on the shitlib koolaid themselves to a large extent.

That even these people are dumbfounded by the current state of academia is a testament to how bad things really are.

Beginning in August 2017, the trio wrote 20 hoax papers, submitting them to peer-reviewed journals under a variety of pseudonyms, as well as the name of their friend Richard Baldwin, a professor emeritus at Florida’s Gulf Coast State College. Mr. Baldwin confirms he gave them permission use his name. Journals accepted seven hoax papers. Four have been published.

Mind blowing stupidity.

One of the trio’s hoax papers, published in April by the journal Fat Studies, claims bodybuilding is “fat-exclusionary” and proposes “a new classification . . . termed fat bodybuilding, as a fat-inclusive politicized performance.” Editor Esther Rothblum said the paper had gone through peer review, and the author signed a copyright form verifying authorship of the article. “This author put a lot of work into this topic,” she said. “It is an interesting topic, looking at weight and bodybuilding. So I am surprised that, of all things, they’d write this as a hoax. As you can imagine, this is a very serious charge.” She plans to remove the paper from the Fat Studies website.

A hoax paper for the Journal of Poetry Therapy describes monthly feminist spirituality meetings, complete with a “womb room,” and discusses six poems, which Mr. Lindsay generated by algorithm and lightly edited. Founding editor Nicholas Mazza said the article went through blind peer review and revisions before its acceptance in July, but he regrets not doing more to verify the author’s identity. He added that it took years to build credibility and get the Journal of Poetry Therapy listed in major scholarly databases. “You work so hard, and you get something like this,” he said. Still, “I can see how editors like me and journals can be duped.”

Affilia, a peer-reviewed journal of women and social work, formally accepted the trio’s hoax paper, “Our Struggle Is My Struggle: Solidarity Feminism as an Intersectional Reply to Neoliberal and Choice Feminism.” The second portion of the paper is a rewrite of a chapter from “Mein Kampf.” Affilia’s editors declined to comment.

The trio say they’ve proved that higher ed’s fixation on identity politics enables “absurd and horrific” scholarship. Their submissions were outlandish—but no more so, they insist, than others written in earnest and published by these journals.

Yeah, and this isn’t the first time academic journals have been conned with hoax papers, too. Alan Sokal did something similar in the 90s. But back then, it was the ridiculous “post-modernists” that were mocked.

This is one of the first time the Jew “social justice” crowd is humiliated with such a monumental expose of their intellectually bankrupt “scholarship.”

Whenever leftists claim that “they have science on their side,” never forget that these kinds of clown papers are what they’re referring to. It’s all Jewish hoax “science.” Totally devoid of scientific merit, or even intellectual rigor – the only criteria for acceptance is that the “research” is damaging to White civilization.
