The West is not only tearing down their historical heroes.

They are tearing down their living heroes.

They are building statues to George Floyd while men of valor are having their lives destroyed for being good and honorable.

AP:

Australia’s most decorated living war veteran unlawfully killed prisoners and committed other war crimes in Afghanistan, a judge ruled Thursday in dismissing the claims by Victoria Cross recipient Ben Roberts-Smith that he was defamed by media.

Federal Court Justice Anthony Besanko ruled that the articles published in 2018 were substantially true about a number of war crimes committed by Roberts-Smith, a former Special Air Service Regiment corporal who now is a media company executive.

Besanko found Roberts-Smith, who was also awarded the Medal of Gallantry for his Afghanistan War service, “broke the moral and legal rules of military engagement” and disgraced Australia through his conduct.

The ruling is regarded as a significant win for press freedom against Australia’s extraordinarily restrictive defamation laws following a hard-fought trial over 110 court hearing days that is estimated to have cost more than 25 million Australian dollars ($16 million) in legal fees.

Proven allegations included that Roberts-Smith, the son of a judge, used a machine gun to shoot a prisoner with a prosthetic leg in the back at a Taliban compound codenamed Whiskey 108 in Uruzgan province in 2009. He kept the man’s prosthetic as a novelty beer drinking vessel.

If Australia were a sane society, this man would be king right now.

The man was one of two unarmed Afghans that Roberts-Smith’s patrol had dragged from a tunnel. Roberts-Smith pressured a “newly deployed and inexperienced” soldier to kill the second, older man to “blood the rookie,” the court found.

The proven accusations also included that Roberts-Smith killed an unarmed, handcuffed farmer named Ali Jan by kicking him from a cliff top and into a riverbed at the Afghan village of Darwan in 2012. Roberts-Smith then directed a soldier under his command to shoot Jan dead.

Also found to be true were accusations that Roberts-Smith, who stands 2.02 meters (6 feet, 7 inches) tall, bullied soldiers and assaulted Afghan civilians.

Yeah, well, – bullying and assault are part of war.

He didn’t start this war.

Why are the Jews who started the war not being punished?

You’re going to punish the soldiers for bravely doing their job?

Two of six unlawful killings Roberts-Smith was accused of involvement in were not proven to the civil court standard of balance of probability, the judge found.

Reports of domestic violence allegedly committed by Roberts-Smith were also found to be unproven and defamatory. But the judge found the unproven allegations would not have further damaged the veteran’s reputation.

Had such war crime allegations been made in a criminal court, they would have had to be proven to a higher standard of beyond reasonable doubt.

Roberts-Smith, 44, had denied any wrongdoing. His lawyers blamed “corrosive jealousy” by “bitter people” within the SAS who had run a “poisonous campaign against him.”

The civil case made claims of defamation against The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and The Canberra Times over their articles.

Nick McKenzie, one of the reporters responsible for the contentious articles, praised the SAS veterans who had testified against the national hero.

“Today is a day of justice. It’s a day of justice for those brave men of the SAS who stood up and told the truth about who Ben Roberts-Smith is — a war criminal, a bully and a liar,” McKenzie told reporters outside court.

“Australia should be proud of those men in the SAS. They are the majority in the SAS and they stood up for what was right and they have been vindicated,” McKenzie added.

…

Roberts-Smith is one of several Australian military personnel under investigation from Australian Federal Police for alleged war crimes in Afghanistan.

The first criminal charge for an alleged illegal killing in Afghanistan was made in March. Former SAS trooper Oliver Schulz was charged with the war crime of murder in the death of an Afghan who was shot in 2012 in a wheat field in Uruzgan province.

Have soldiers do police work in a country where the enemies have no uniforms and strap themselves with explosives, then condemn them for “war crimes” when they do what’s necessary to not get blown up. Genius.

Australian Special Air Service Association chair Martin Hamilton-Smith described the ruling as a “very disappointing day” for the elite regiment. He said if more veterans were to be prosecuted for war crimes, they should be charged without delay.

“The only way you’ll get to the real truth of this is to get it into a criminal court where both sides of the story can be told and the facts established beyond reasonable doubt,” Hamilton-Smith said.

Roberts-Smith became a national hero in 2011 when he was awarded the Victoria Cross, Australia’s highest award recognizing gallantry in the presence of an enemy. He met Queen Elizabeth II several times as a distinguished Australian.

He was awarded the medal for attacking a machine gun nest during a battle at Tizak, Kandahar, in 2010. Roberts-Smith was credited with killing two machine-gunners and an insurgent about to launch a rocket grenade. No war crime allegations stem from that battle.

It’s the Jews that are pushing this “soldiers are evil for not being peaceful when we sent them to fight a war for us” narrative.

It’s insane.

Soldiers have never been held responsible for the decision of a government to go to war. Nothing this man did was an outrage. Shooting a prisoner is maybe not good, but it happens. Everyone knows it happens.

We don’t know this man actually did that. I don’t know how you could ever prove it.

Regardless: the war was stupid and pointless, manufactured by the Jews, but the solider is no less a hero for going and fighting under the premise that he was defending his country.

He should be celebrated, he should hold an honored status in society.

The only thing we can say: this can’t possibly go on forever.

You can’t just destroy everything good, punish and ruin every good man, and expect society to keep on functioning.

Australia: Former SAS Member Charged with War Crime for Shooting Afghan Civilian https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/03/21/australia-former-sas-member-charged-with-war-crime-for-shooting-afghan-civilian/ Tue, 21 Mar 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Well, you know what?

This was a war. Soldiers kill people in wars.

If the wrong people got killed – and they definitely did (everyone that was killed was wrong, actually) – then the people who sent the soldiers in should be the ones facing punishment.

Frankly, I would support every American political leader from the Bush and Obama Administrations being deported to Afghanistan to face Taliban justice.

But the soldiers can’t be blamed.

The Guardian:

A former SAS soldier accused of killing an Afghan civilian during a mission in southern Afghanistan more than a decade ago has been arrested and charged with the war crime of murder.

Oliver Schulz, 41, was arrested in the southern highlands of New South Wales by Australian federal police and NSW police. He has been remanded in custody and is expected to appear at Sydney’s Downing Centre local court in May.

In a statement, the Australian federal police said: “It will be alleged he murdered an Afghan man while deployed to Afghanistan with the Australian defence force.

“The maximum penalty for a war crime – murder offence is life imprisonment.”

Footage broadcast by the ABC’s Four Corners program shows an Australian trooper, allegedly Schulz, shooting dead a prone Afghan man, who is lying with his hands up, in a wheat field in southern Afghanistan’s Uruzgan province.

Schulz was a trooper with the SAS’s 3 Squadron, serving in Rotation XVII, in 2012.

Schulz’s arrest is the first war crime charge of murder to be laid against a serving or former Australian Defence Force member under Australian law.

Schulz’s arrest follows a four-year investigation by the inspector general of the Australian defence force, Maj Gen Paul Brereton, which found “credible” evidence to support allegations that 39 Afghan civilians were unlawfully killed by Australian special forces soldiers.

The Office of the Special Investigator was especially established by government to investigate the Brereton report’s findings for criminal investigation.

The AFP said: “The Office of the Special Investigator and the AFP are working together to investigate allegations of criminal offences under Australian law related to breaches of the laws of armed conflict by Australian defence force personnel in Afghanistan between 2005 and 2016.”

Last month, before parliament, the head of the OSI said the agency was investigating “between 40 and 50” alleged offences by Australian special forces soldiers in the Afghan conflict.

Martin Hamilton-Smith, former SAS officer and the national chairman of the SAS Association, said the organisation “welcomed the fact that this will now go to court”.

“We take the accusations very seriously and commend those who referred them, because they are members of our association as well,” he told The Guardian.

“But we make the point that the defendant has the right to the presumption of innocence, and to have these allegations tested before a properly constituted court, so that the truth can be established.”

Listen: everyone killed in Afghanistan was a civilian. The Taliban had a civilian militia. They did not have a Western style army.

This is just total bullshit.

I don’t care if he did kill a rando. It’s a war and he’s a soldier.

This is very obviously just a way for the leaders to avoid being blamed.

A while back, China released video of Australian soldiers doing some nasty deeds, and instead of taking responsibility for this stupid fake war they started against innocent people, the government is blaming the poor saps they sent in to kill people.

“Yes, we sent you into this random country to kill random people, but you killed them too bloody hard, mate.” c

Accusations of Consorting with Russian Hackers are No Different Than Accusations of Consorting with the Devil https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/02/16/accusations-of-consorting-with-russian-hackers-are-no-different-than-accusations-of-consorting-with-the-devil/ Sun, 16 Feb 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

Recently, a women’s ad for the Scandinavian airline SAS was criticized for saying that Scandinavians have no culture and are more or less totally worthless, existing only as a result of stealing ideas from other people.

It was an extremely bizarre and blatantly hateful attack on the cultures of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, in a very aggressive and rude way.

The commercial, released on YouTube by the company, also inexplicably featured an African Negro saying “our viking ancestors.” This is almost too dumb to be offensive, but the bafflement it caused was in itself enraging.

“We wuz vikangz.”

After the video was released, comments were closed and the upvote/downvote ratio became extreme, showing the massive dislike for the mean-spiritedness of the weird ad.

At time of writing, the video has 15,000 downvotes, though it had previously had as many as 35,000 downvotes.

If the people speak and women don’t like what they said, Russians possessed them.

The Swedish media has responded to the controversy by blaming Russian hackers for the backlash. Fria Tider reports that the paper Aftonbladet claimed that those who responded negatively to the video were “trolls” who are working for Vladimir Putin.

Aftonbladet’s Jenny Wennberg, who is an archetypal “dog-faced pony soldier,” published an op-ed with the title “True Sweden Friends Do Not Run Putin’s Affairs.”

Aftonbladet’s Jenny Wennberg: “True Sweden Friends do not run Putin’s affairs,” the Swedish woman cries out as she destroys Sweden.

Stopping short of accusing every person who reacted negatively to the video of being a Russian agent, she said that many were simply “useful idiots” who had fallen into a trap laid by Putinist agents.

She referred to the alleged phenomenon of Russians telling Swedes they should have pride in their nation and history as “the magic war.”

Choose you must the wizard to whom allegiance pledge you: for begun, the magic war has.

“The fact that there are Swedish actors running cases for foreign power is very worrying. Equally worrying is the Swedes’ naivety for how our own actions in social media play a role in impact campaigns against Sweden,” the Swedish woman wrote.

This serves to perfectly demonstrate how the Russian hacking hoax is used to strip people in Western nations of their agency. No one is allowed to have an opinion that differs from that of the establishment, or it is a fake opinion which they only think they believe because their minds have been hijacked by some as yet unclear form of Russian magic.

The similarities to the medieval technique of accusing people who went against the established norms of society of being in league with the devil are astonishing. There is no need of any evidence that someone is a Russian stooge, and in fact there cannot be any evidence because all of this takes place in the ethereal spaces of the internet, just as communications with the devil took place within the ether.

No one had solid proof of the devil running his operations in the human realm. Yet everyone knew it to be so.
Is there any doubt that white women would support burning men alive for posting messages against feminism and multiculturalism on YouTube, with the justification that they were in league with Russian hackers?

This is, the Russian hacker theorists allege, an otherworldly force that takes over a man’s body and makes it so that his actions are not his own. Due to his sins, he has been brought under the control of an evil power.

However, the difference between accusing someone of being in league with the devil and accusing someone of being in league with Russian hackers is very clear, whether or not you believe in the devil or Russian hackers. In order to qualify as being in league with the devil, a person would need to be demonstrating a very clearly defined set of behaviors, which violated the stable moral order of the time. Conversely, in this modern paradigm of witch-hunting, any kind of behavior can result in accusations of being in league with the Russians – all the behavior has to do is violate the agenda of the establishment, which does not operate with a clear moral framework.

If women were caught dancing naked in a field and engaging in lesbian acts, they would be accused of consorting with the devil.
However, if they were burned, they were being burned for the anti-social activities that could damage the society. The allegations of a relationship with the devil were simply used to justify such drastic measures used to keep the larger society safe.

That having been said, I do not feel there is even a strong need to explain how accusing someone of being in league with the devil was more logical than accusing someone of being in league with Russian hackers, as I do not believe that there are very many people in this, the third decade of the second millennium after Christ, who believe that accusations of consorting with the devil are enough to convict a person. Yet, the analogy between the two phenomena is so obvious that I do not believe anyone could deny it once it is pointed out to them, and so those who make these accusations of a consortium with Russian hackers are put in a position where they must de facto defend demonic possession theory. Because they certainly aren’t able to defend the idea that there is some difference between the two methodologies (other than the fact as stated that demonic possession theory is more stable and reasonable, given its consistent basis of application).

We all have a right to believe what we believe is the right thing. These claims of being the stooges of Russian hackers are cruel and dehumanizing. I believe Scandinavia has a wonderful, historical culture, which they have a right to be proud of, and I don’t think that Scandinavian women have a right to destroy the cultural identity of Scandinavia in their weird quest to create whatever this new society they envision is. Many people feel this way. It has nothing to do with Russia. We are human beings, and we have a right to our own views.
