BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Federal Judge Blocked Democrat Deep State Justice Department Operatives In Their Latest Attempt To Hijack & CLOSE Infowars! Alex Jones Is LIVE Covering This! MUST-WATCH https://t.co/ZkGQN1pZCB

— Alex Jones (@RealAlexJones) February 5, 2025

I’m not a lawyer, but this decision means that Alex Jones can continue operating.

The crisis actors who sued him for calling them out as hoaxing a fake mass shooting are demanding he give them everything he owns for hurting his feelings, and several courts said he should do that, but every judge who has been forced to deal with the since then wants nothing to do with it, and just passes it down the line.

The Guardian:

A bankruptcy judge has blocked a proposed settlement between the families of the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting victims who sued conspiracy theorist Alex Jones over his false remarks about the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook elementary school.

On Wednesday, judge Christopher Lopez of the US bankruptcy court for the southern district of Texas said he was unable to approve the proposed settlement between the families and Jones’s bankruptcy trustee. Lopez claimed that their efforts to divide Jones’s assets exceeded his court’s authority.

Bankrupting a man over political statements exceeded the court’s authority.

The initial judgement marked the end of the First Amendment.

If you cannot accuse political actors of lying, what are you allowed to say?

The decision complicates a proposed sale of Jones’s Infowars platform, and could spur divisions between families who sued Jones and won nearly $1.3bn in Connecticut courts and those who won $50m in Texas courts. The two groups of families had proposed a settlement that would guarantee the Texas families a 25% share of Jones’s future payments to the Sandy Hook families, with the Connecticut families taking 75%.

…

Lopez said he blocked the settlement because the families were asking him to divide up assets of Free Speech Systems, the parent company of Jones’s website Infowars, which was dismissed from bankruptcy last June.

In statements prior to Lopez’s order, Jones bankruptcy lawyers, according to the Connecticut Post, said: “The actual goal of this settlement motion is to grab the dividend money before the appellate courts make a decision in the pending appeals, so that if the judgments are reversed there will be no way that Alex Jones may recoup those funds.”

The whole thing needs to be overturned.

Alex never even got a real ruling, he was issued “default judgements” for reasons that (as stated) didn’t even make any sense.

The reality is that if the case had actually gone before a jury, it would have been ruled that Jones had significant reason to believe these people were actors, and even if he didn’t believe that, there is no way to prove he didn’t believe that, and these are public figures who put themselves in the position of being political actors and therefore they do not have strict defamation protections under US law.

In order for something to be “defamation” you have to be lying on purpose. And as was seen with Donald Trump (most of all in American history), if the person you are lying about on purpose is a political actor, it is effectively impossible to be convicted of defamation.

It is very obvious from watching his broadcasts on the topic that Jones actually did believe these people were crisis actors.

Whether you believe that or not, it is obvious that someone could believe it. Especially someone like Alex Jones, who believes every conspiracy (unless it’s related to the Jews).

Just watch any of the conspiracy videos about Sandy Hook.

Maybe it’s wrong, and everything about the shooting was totally exactly as the government said it was. Honestly, I don’t really care either way, because even if kids got shot by some autistic DDR-master, that doesn’t somehow nullify the Second Amendment (or the First!). But if you watch one of the conspiracy videos, you can see how someone would believe it, and therefore it is not viable to claim that anyone who says they believe it is lying because they want to hurt grieving parents who are going on every TV show calling for gun control.

Most of the families suing Jones are Jews.

These are the primary judges who ran the Alex Jones Sandy Hook cases:

The court system in America was designed by honest men to be run by honest men, and when you have Jews and women involved, it simply does not work. If we’re going to have Jews and women’s rights, we are going to need an entirely new Constitution. This situation is otherwise nonviable.

Previously: Judge to Decide If The Onion Can Buy Infowars Following Shady Auction Supported by Sandy Hoaxsters

Hey – Alex made it out alive!

Apparently, this will mean the company owned by his people can buy infowars and he can continue to operate it.

Although, the reality is, these legal attacks are never going to stop. You never get to a point where this is over.

Reuters:

A U.S. bankruptcy judge on Tuesday stopped the parody news site the Onion from buying conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ Infowars website, ruling that a bankruptcy auction did not result in the best possible bids.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez rejected Jones’ claims that the auction was plagued by “collusion,” at the end of a two-day hearing in Houston.

But he said the court-appointed bankruptcy trustee who ran the auction made “a good-faith error” by quickly asking for final offers for Infowars instead of encouraging more back-and-forth bidding between the Onion and a company affiliated with Jones’ supplement-selling businesses, which was the runner-up.

So, the bankruptcy trustee didn’t know how to run an auction?

That seems like quite a stretch, but okay.

“This should have been opened back up, and it should have been opened back up for everybody,” Lopez said. “It’s clear the trustee left the potential for a lot of money on the table.”

Lopez said neither of the two offers for Infowars were enough money given the scope of Jones’ debts, and told the trustee to work to resolve some of the disputes between the creditors before making a new attempt to sell Infowars.

The Onion was named the winning bidder for Infowars in a November auction, but Jones and First American United Companies, the Jones-affiliated company, had argued the sale process was tainted because the Onion received too much credit for having the support of families that won large court verdicts against Jones.

This isn’t really over.

There is still an opportunity for some other party to come in and outbid Jones. But then it’s possible that Elon Musk will come back into this situation and outbid the out-bidder.

Though I’ve said from the beginning of this drama that Infowars.com doesn’t really matter that much, given the situation. The site gets a fair amount of traffic and allows Jones to sell his various snake oils, but Elon has allowed him free reign on Twitter, where he broadcasts his show, and that is where most of the traffic is.

The real issue is the court trying to make Jones give up his Twitter account. Without either infowars or Twitter, he would be completely silenced.

It’s so cartoonish that the civil court system now functions as a “legal” method to bypass the First Amendment and shut down freedom of speech. But it does function that way and has for several years. Trust me.

Concerned Federal Judge Extends Hearing Investigating Bizarre Auction of Infowars to The Onion for Another Day Alex Jones Breaks Down the Latest

AJ’s explanation above probably makes sense technically, though his speech does not tend to make sense in practice. He’s become very difficult to follow.

I’m not even blaming him for that. Although I was previously pretty critical of his shilling for Jews, I’ve been on his side since the hammer came down on him. I support anyone who is targeted by the Jews and the Jewnited Snakes “government” criminal gang. Whatever disagreements I might have with an individual are set aside once the hammer comes down. That’s a hard line for me (unless the person is a fed or works with feds, in which case I hope they choke).

So I’m not attacking Jones for not making sense when he talks. He has substance abuse problems, as do most people targeted by Jews, and he is under extreme stress and probably doesn’t sleep very much. You wouldn’t expect him to make sense when he talks.

But the basic story, that Infowars was sold without a real auction, is accurate.

AP:

A bid by The Onion satirical news outlet to buy Alex Jones’ conspiracy theory platform Infowars returned Monday to a Texas courtroom, where a judge heard arguments on whether a bankruptcy auction was properly run as Jones alleges collusion and fraud.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez in Houston is looking into the November auction and how a trustee chose The Onion over the only other bidder — a company affiliated with Jones that offered twice as much money as The Onion. The judge said the hearing would last into Monday evening and pick up again on Tuesday afternoon.

“Affiliated with Jones” simply means it’s the one he wants to buy it. It doesn’t mean he owns the company. That language is convoluted on purpose, so it sounds like he’s trying to buy back his own site.

But the AP admits the bid was twice what The Onion offered.

The sale of Infowars is part of Jones’ personal bankruptcy case, which he filed in late 2022 after he was ordered to pay nearly $1.5 billion in defamation lawsuits in Connecticut and Texas filed by relatives of victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Connecticut. Jones repeatedly called the 2012 shooting that killed 20 children and six educators a hoax staged by actors and aimed at increasing gun control.

The court never determined whether or not these people are crisis actors, because the court decided to issue default judgments to Jones, prohibiting any kind of trial.

American-Jew courts can just do whatever they want to anyone. Trust me.

Most of the proceeds from the sale of Infowars, as well as many of Jones’ personal assets, will go to the Sandy Hook families to help satisfy judgments issued by juries and judges in state courts in Connecticut and Texas. Some proceeds will go to Jones’ other creditors.

The Onion, which wants to turn Infowars’ website and social media accounts into parodies, offered $1.75 million for Infowars’ assets in the auction, while First United American Companies — which runs a website in Jones’ name that sells nutritional supplements — bid $3.5 million.

The Onion’s bid also included a pledge by many of the Sandy Hook families to forgo some or all of the auction proceeds due to them to give other creditors a total of $100,000 more than they would receive under other bids.

The trustee, Christopher Murray, chose The Onion, saying its proposal was better for creditors because they would receive more money.

…

Jones’ lawyer, Ben Broocks, questioned Murray’s rationale for choosing The Onion and alleged that a recent deposition of the trustee showed improprieties. He also questioned the validity of The Onion’s bid, saying it was technically valued at $7 million because of the incentive offered by the Sandy Hook families.

It was just a big scam.

The goal of the court was never to follow the law, but to do whatever possible to hurt Alex Jones. He might not talk about the Jews, and in fact he covers up their crimes, but he talks about a lot of other things that Jews do not want to be in the public consciousness.

He was very popular and still is, and they want to shut down his ability to engage in speech. There is no legal framework for “ban this individual from speaking,” so they do all of these legal gymnastics to do that.

Elon Says Court Cannot Sell Alex Jones’ Twitter Account https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/11/30/elon-says-court-cannot-sell-alex-jones-twitter-account/ Sat, 30 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000

I’ve followed the Alex Jones trials quite a bit, but even whilst having the background on what is going on, the latest developments have been quite confusing.

The court ordered all of Jones companies to be “auctioned,” and then instead of doing an actual auction, they just sold it all to The Onion without even disclosing the amount. Some judge said they weren’t allowed to do that, but then I guess they did it anyway?

Elon implied he wanted to buy all of Infowars and then be the owner and hire Jones as an employee, but he is apparently not pushing that anymore, and is just saying the court can’t sell Jones’ Twitter account because all of the accounts are owned by Twitter.

CNN:

Elon Musk’s X is intervening in the bankruptcy sale of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ Infowars, in what is believed to be the first time a social media platform has stepped in to a legal dispute over account ownership.

Jones’ Free Speech Systems, the parent company of Infowars, was recently auctioned off to help pay some of the nearly $1.5 billion Jones owes the families of Sandy Hook massacre victims after he was found guilty of defamation. The satirical news site The Onion was declared the winner of the auction, with the backing of some of the families, in a seven-figure bid that Jones and his allies are challenging in court.

The sale includes Infowars’ website, studio equipment, online dietary supplement store and social media accounts, which are followed by millions of users.

In past legal disputes over account ownership, social media companies have left it to the courts and parties involved to work it out. But in this case, X is stepping in, objecting to Jones and Infowars’ X accounts being part of the sale.

“Elon Musk, hands down, is a hero,” Jones said on a recent episode of his Infowars show, praising the billionaire X owner for intervening in his case.

In a filing this week with the Texas bankruptcy court, attorneys for X said the company does not object to the overall sale of Infowars’ parent company, but “objects to any proposed sale or other purported transfer of any account used by Jones or FSS that is maintained on the X platform (“X”).”

That’s because X says its terms of service make it clear that accounts cannot be sold, and are ultimately owned by X. While that’s not unusual for a social media platform’s terms of service, technology companies usually enforce those terms quietly and do not step in to public court battles, said Eric Goldman, an associate dean and professor of tech law at Santa Clara University School of Law.

Well, I’m glad there’s a Goldman here to explain this to me, because these courts are so Jewish, no non-Jewish observer is capable of penetrating their happenings.

The idea that you can be charged $1.5 billion for speech that hurts someone’s feelings is very far beyond the scope of what I am able to process in my goy brain.

We are told that Americans have freedom because we have freedom of speech. These people will start talking about how it’s illegal in China to call the leader Winnie the Pooh. That particular thing isn’t actually illegal in China, but there are speech laws in China. But there are no laws in China that if you make fun of someone, you have to pay $1.5 billion and lose all of your personal wealth. No country other than America does this, which would appear to mean that America is less free speech than any other country in the world, with the one exception being North Korea.

China, Russia, or any of the other countries called “autocracies” have a lot more freedom of speech than America.

A country can decide on its own speech laws, but American law is a secret. I’m sure if Jones had been told that hurting the feelings of Sandy Hoax actors would cost him $1.5 billion, he would not have made fun of these people. But no one warned him. It is a secret law, which was only made clear nearly 10 years after he made the statements.

AP:

The satirical news publication The Onion won the bidding for Alex Jones’ Infowars at a bankruptcy auction, backed by families of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims whom Jones owes more than $1 billion in defamation judgments for calling the massacre a hoax, the families announced Thursday.

“The dissolution of Alex Jones’ assets and the death of Infowars is the justice we have long awaited and fought for,” Robbie Parker, whose daughter Emilie was killed in the 2012 shooting in Connecticut, said in a statement provided by his lawyers.

The sale price was not immediately disclosed.

Jones confirmed The Onion’s acquisition of Infowars in a social media video Thursday and said he planned to file legal challenges to stop it. An email message seeking comment was sent to Infowars.

It was not immediately clear what The Onion planned to do with the conspiracy theory platform, including its website, social media accounts, studio in Austin, Texas, trademarks and video archive. The Chicago-based Onion did not immediately return emails seeking comment Thursday.

This is a circus.

Alex Jones supposedly “lied” about public figures pushing a political agenda, then the court refused to hear his case, issuing default judgements.

I’m sure most people dislike Alex because he’s a shill for Jews, but in tis case, it does not matter. This is an attack on everyone.

It’s proof that America is not a free country, it’s a joke country where the government does whatever they want to whoever they want.

The only thing you can do is hope they don’t decide to come for you.

The behavior of these Sandy Hoaxsters proves no one died.

If someone did a radio show saying your grandpa didn’t really die, he was an actor, and he’s still alive, would you become unhinged and try to sue him for a billion dollars?

This is not normal behavior, to ride the corpse of your dead child to a fortune. No one with actual dead kids would do this.

Of course, Jones also got default judgements, so the “evidence” for the alleged event could never be put on trial.

It did not happen.

New York Post:

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is seeking to protect his personal social media accounts from being sold in the upcoming auction of his Infowars media platform to pay more than $1 billion he owes relatives of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, claiming selling those accounts would violate his privacy and deny him a chance to make a fresh start after bankruptcy.

The trustee overseeing the liquidation and selloff of the assets of Infowars and its parent company Free Speech Systems, asked a federal judge on Friday to include the social media accounts as part of the auctions scheduled for November and December.

The judge delayed a decision on the matter for at least a week.

Jones’ lawyers argue the personal media accounts that use his real name are not owned by Infowars or FSS, but are controlled by him personally, and should be considered part of his “persona” that cannot be owned by someone other than himself.

That seems fair.

But it would have been very fair to not sue him for saying an opinion about a massive public spectacle.

This is not about fairness.

They argue that trustee Christopher Murray does not have a right to the social media accounts as property that can be sold, and warned that a purchaser could face lawsuits as to whether they were rightfully obtained.

…

The trustee is also seeking to be allowed to sell off the rights to royalties from Jones’ book “The Great Reset: And the War for the World” published in August 2022, and his video game “Alex Jones NWO Wars” released in 2023, that features Jones as the hero in a shooting game.

Despite the pending loss of his company, Jones has vowed to continue his talk shows through other means, possibly including a new website and his personal social media accounts.

He also has suggested that Infowars’ assets could be bought by his supporters, allowing him to continue hosting his show as an employee under the Infowars brand in the company’s home city of Austin, Texas.

Maybe we should buy Infowars and tell Alex he can have it back if he agrees to talk about the Jews?

Anyway, it doesn’t even matter – he’s just going to continue to be sued over and over again. As soon as he figures out some new arrangement, there will be a bunch more lawsuits. This entire country is dictated to by corrupt judges.

America is a stupid, fake country. These faggots tell you they care about “freedom,” but in reality, they just mean “gay sex.”

There is no actual freedom.

They will claim there is a “virus” and lock you inside your house, then attempt to bully you into taking an experimental gene therapy cocktail. The Jewmericans do not allow freedom of speech or freedom of thought.

They will call their ass-pals in France to arrest people who provide free speech platforms. If you run a journalistic endeavor that they dislike, they will just sue to oblivion in civil court and strip you of everything.

Alex Jones did not actually lose any of these lawsuits. If they would have went to trial, the court would have found that the families were actors and no kids died, so the courts just gave him a series of “default judgements.” This means the judge just arbitrarily decided he was guilty without any due process.

America is a hoax and a scam, just like Sandy Hook.

AP:

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones ‘ Infowars media platform and its assets will be sold off piece by piece in auctions this fall to help pay the more than $1 billion he owes relatives of victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, under an order expected to be approved by a federal judge.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez in Houston said during a court hearing Tuesday that he will approve the auctions that start in November. But he said he first must change a previous order to make it clear that the trustee overseeing Jones’ personal bankruptcy case controls all the assets of Infowars parent company Free Speech Systems, which is owned 100% by Jones.

Despite the pending loss of his company, Jones vows to continue his talk shows through other means, possibly including a new website and his personal social media accounts. He also has suggested that Infowars’ assets could be bought by his supporters, allowing him to continue hosting his show as an employee under the Infowars brand in their home city of Austin, Texas.

…

In June, Lopez converted Jones’ personal bankruptcy reorganization case into a liquidation, meaning many of his assets will be sold off to pay creditors except for his main home and other exempt property. The same day, Lopez also dismissed Free Speech Systems’ bankruptcy case after Jones and the families could not reach agreement on a final plan.

The sell-off order Lopez intends to approve would put Infowars’ intellectual property up for auction on Nov. 13 including its trademarks, copyrighted material, social media accounts and websites. Jones’ personal social media sites, including his account on the social platform X, which has 2.8 million followers, would not be included.

However, the trustee overseeing Jones’ bankruptcy case, Christopher Murray, said Tuesday that he may soon seek court permission to also liquidate Jones’ personal social media accounts and his other intellectual property — which Jones’ attorneys have opposed. That issue could develop into another court fight in the bankruptcy case. Murray also is expected to sell many of Jones’ personal assets.

The Sandy Hook families who won the Connecticut lawsuit want Jones to lose his personal social media accounts. Their lawyers further contend that the families should get a chunk of all of Jones’ future earnings to help pay off his more than $1 billion debt.

Alex Jones did nothing but say these people were lying. Then the government came in and said “you have to give these random people your entire life’s work because it is illegal to say they lied.”

Jones was a target because he supports traditional American ideas, and in America, supporting traditional ideas makes you a “dissident,” because the government is run by Jews who hate America.

It’s ridiculous and vile that any country would function like America functions. There is no country on earth more corrupt. If you disagree with that, you are presumably brainwashed into believing jingoistic gibberish from the Jews. Try to break it down – find another country where you get Jewed like this simply for supporting the traditional values of this country. There is no other country.

Sandy Hook was a complete hoax.

However, even if it was real, that would mean nothing. This is a massive media event which was used to attempt to shift the public perception of gun control. It was framed as a monumental turning point in American history. If you can’t question that, you can’t question anything.

You literally cannot question anything in this fake country. If you want to do like Matt Walsh, and say “actually, Martin Luther King was right, we shouldn’t have any races,” you have to go work for a Jew who can oversee your work and make sure it’s all kosher. But that’s as far as you can go. If you start going outside of the “safety” lines drawn by the Jews for fake dissent, they will crush you.

The country is a farce.

Everyone in this government belongs in jail.

The last news I heard about Alex Jones was that he had managed to hold onto Infowars for the time being.

That was about a week ago.

Part of the issue is that, like with Harvey Weinstein, even if he gets sane treatment from some court, he’s got several other courts coming down on him that he’s not going to get sane treatment from.

New York Post:

A US bankruptcy court trustee is planning to shut down conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ Infowars media platform and liquidate its assets to help pay the $1.5 billion in lawsuit judgments Jones owes for repeatedly calling the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting a hoax.

(It’s never been proved it wasn’t a hoax. All of the judgements against him were default judgements where he was never allowed to present a case.)

In an “emergency” motion filed Sunday in Houston, trustee Christopher Murray indicated publicly for the first time that he intends to “conduct an orderly wind-down” of the operations of Infowars’ parent company and “liquidate its inventory.”

Murray, who was appointed by a federal judge to oversee the assets in Jones’ personal bankruptcy case, did not give a timetable for the liquidation.

Jones has been saying on his web and radio shows that he expects Infowars to operate for a few more months before it is shut down because of the bankruptcy.

But he has vowed to continue his bombastic broadcasts in some other fashion, possibly on social media. He also had talked about someone else buying the company and allowing him to continue his shows as an employee.

Wh0?

I don’t have that money. If I did I would buy it and replace all his pill ads with psychedelic Hitler propaganda.

Murray also asked US Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez to put an immediate hold on the Sandy Hook families’ efforts to collect the massive amount Jones owes them. Murray said those efforts would interfere with his plans to close the parent company, Free Speech Systems in Austin, Texas, and sell off its assets — with much of the proceeds going to the families.

On Friday, lawyers for the parents of one of the 20 children killed in the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, asked a state judge in Texas to order Free Speech Systems, or FSS, to turn over to the families certain assets, including money in bank accounts, and garnish its accounts. Judge Maya Guerra Gamble approved the request, court records show, prompting Murray’s emergency motion.

Ah.

The parents, Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, whose 6-year-old son, Jesse Lewis, was killed in the shooting, won a $50 million verdict in Texas over Jones’ lies about the shooting being a hoax staged by crisis actors with the goal of increasing gun control. In a separate Connecticut lawsuit, Jones was ordered to pay other Sandy Hook families more than $1.4 billion for defamation and emotional distress.

Imagine if someone killed your relatives and you knew they were dead and thought the person was insane.

How much would that bother you?

I have dead relatives, and I can’t see it being much of a bother.

This is just “lawfare.”

Even though Jones doesn’t talk about the Jews, he talks about stuff you’re not supposed to talk about, and he was a big time Trump shill.

There is no freedom in America.

If they think it’s bad optics to arrest you, they will just find some other way to destroy you.

No one really knows what this means. In theory, Alex Jones will never be able to make money ever again, and will not be able to keep any of the money he has now.

These people will hunt you, they will destroy you.

These trials were insane, where Alex was issued default judgements, without even being able to present his case. The fact that they were not dismissed in the first place was unbelievable. It is a well known fact that it is virtually impossible for public figures to sue for defamation, as once you make yourself a public figure, people have a right to form all kinds of opinions on you.

The argument was that these “families” of the “dead kids” were somehow not public figures, even though they were in public – on the TV – demanding gun control.

Iranian homosexual crime boss Oliver Darcy writes for CNN:

Right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on Thursday moved to liquidate his personal assets, agreeing to demands from the families of Sandy Hook victims whom he owes more than $1.5 billion in damages over his lies about the 2012 school massacre.

It’s not proved they were lies.

None of this was ever dealt with in court.

If Alex would have been able to present the facts of the event in court, the reasons why he had questions as to the veracity of the events as told by the media, most people would have come to the conclusion that it was at least reasonable to be asking questions.

The seismic move paves the way for a future in which Jones no longer owns Infowars, the influential conspiracy empire he founded in the late 1990s. Over the years, Jones has not only used the media company to poison the public discourse with vile lies and conspiracy theories, but also to enrich himself to the tune of millions of dollars.

Even if he was making millions telling lies, he has a right to do that. It’s not illegal.

Prior to Thursday, Jones had resisted converting his personal bankruptcy into a Chapter 7 liquidation. But facing mounting legal pressure, he reversed course and caved to the demands of the Sandy Hook families, who have still not seen a penny from Jones since juries in Connecticut and Texas found him liable in 2022 for defamation and emotional distress. His lawyers said in a filing that there was “no reasonable prospect for a successful reorganization” and that continuing down the path would only result in additional expenses incurred by Jones.

I don’t know what any of that means.

It’s not clear how they’re even able to put pressure on him, other than putting liens on properties, which he could just keep disputing indefinitely.

The legal maneuver ultimately “means [Jones’] ownership in Free Speech Systems is going to get sold,” Avi Moshenberg, an attorney who represents some of the Sandy Hook families, told CNN on Thursday night, referencing the parent company of Infowars.

You might recognize the name “Avi Moshenberg” as a Chinese name.

Most of the families of the supposed dead children were also Chinese communists.

This was a big Chinese communistic conspiracy against Alex Jones, because he exposed them.

“Converting the case to Chapter 7 will hasten the end of these bankruptcies and facilitate the liquidation of Jones’s assets, which is the same reason we have moved to convert his company’s case to Chapter 7,” Chris Mattei, another attorney representing Sandy Hook families, told CNN.

Jones technically has not controlled the Infowars business for some time, given that Free Speech Systems has also filed for bankruptcy protection. The company’s business has, thus, been under the supervision of a court appointed restructuring officer.

A hearing is scheduled for next Friday to determine the fate of Free Speech Systems’ bankruptcy.

But regardless of what happens in that case, Thursday’s legal move sets the stage for a court-appointed trustee to liquidate Jones’ personal assets, which includes his stake in Infowars.

The liquidation of Jones’ assets does not mean that Infowars will cease to exist. Several outcomes are possible. The court-appointed trustee could sell the business to another owner, for instance.

Note that this story hasn’t been confirmed by anyone yet. But I suspect it’s basically true.

If Elon Musk was a real ride or die nigga, he would buy Infowars and then make Alex the CEO. Most likely, that will not happen.

However, it can’t possibly be worth that much. They are talking about him making tens of millions of dollars, but if that is even true (and the evidence is sparse), it was from selling supplements, not from doing a radio show. He didn’t even have any third party ads anymore. They were all his own ads for his supplements.

So the only value of Infowars is as a platform for Alex Jones to sell magic pills. There is no other value to the organization. “Liquidating it” would simply involve selling off the equipment from the studio, and the studio itself (if he owns that).

I will say again what I’ve said a billion times: when these people come down on you, your only choice is to flee the country to somewhere that is not friendly to the United States. At this point in time, that is starting to include like, most countries (although a lot still have extradition treaties, those are only relevant if actual crimes have been committed, and are not relevant to civil lawsuit bullshit).

I checked Alex’s Twitter and he’s not talking about this. He’s mostly talking about Joe Biden’s D-Day shitting incident.

Just for the record: no one died at Sandy Hook.

Court Orders Alex Jones to Pay $1.5 Billion to Sandy Hoaxsters Despite Filing for Bankruptcy https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/10/22/court-orders-alex-jones-to-pay-1-5-billion-to-sandy-hoaxsters-despite-filing-for-bankruptcy/ Sun, 22 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000

This is the single goofiest lawsuit and judgement ever in all of history, and demonstrates on its own that America is an utterly ridiculous country.

Like, if the only thing you knew about America was that this lawsuit happened and no court overruled it, you would think it was a fake, joke country.

The Guardian:

A Texas judge has ruled that the Infowars host, Alex Jones, cannot use bankruptcy protection to avoid paying nearly $1.5bn to families who sued over his conspiracy theories that the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre was a hoax.

The decision is another significant defeat for Jones in the wake of juries in Texas and Connecticut punishing him over spreading falsehoods about the nation’s deadliest school shooting. US district judge Christopher Lopez of Houston issued the ruling on Thursday.

Jones filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last year and more recent financial documents submitted by his attorneys put his personal net worth around $14m. But Lopez ruled that those protections do not apply over findings of “willful and malicious” conduct.

“The families are pleased with the court’s ruling that Jones’s malicious conduct will find no safe harbor in the bankruptcy court,” said Christopher Mattei, a Connecticut lawyer for the families. “As a result, Jones will continue to be accountable for his actions into the future regardless of his claimed bankruptcy.”

An attorney for Jones did not immediately return a message seeking comment on Friday.

After 26 people were killed by a gunman at Sandy Hook elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut, in December 2012, Jones made a false conspiracy theory a centerpiece of his programming on his flagship Infowars show. He told his audience last year he was “officially out of money” and has asked them to shop on his Infowars website to help keep him on the air.

But Jones’s personal spending topped $93,000 in July alone, including thousands of dollars on meals and entertainment, according to his monthly financial reports in the bankruptcy case. The spending stuck a nerve with Sandy Hook families as they have yet to collect any of the money that juries awarded them.

It’s a pretty good life, spending $100,000 a month on meals and entertainment.

He’s probably going to be able to keep it going. It looks like he can drag it out for a long time, and then service the judgements in a way that still allows him to live very lavishly.

Honestly, Alex Jones is really a Jew-lover. He just attacked Nick Fointays again, defending the Jews.

He says he’s ten times more attacked than Fointays, but I went to his site and found this:

You do not find the VISA logo on Nick Fointays’ website. I can tell you that. I also doubt that Fointays eats $93,000 worth of food a month.

Seriously, what even is that? King Kong couldn’t eat that much food.

He must be into some kind of wine or bourbon or something. Or he eats bizarre, Chinese style illegal wet market shit he has to import through the black market. I can picture Jones eating a pangolin.

I don’t even blame the guy for being rich. I think that kind of spending is heinous, regardless of how rich you are. But the issue is that he is rich because he doesn’t talk about Jews. I’d have $14 million and be eating pangolin if I had a VISA button on my website, was allowed to own a .com website, and so on. He keeps that VISA button on his site because he willfully denies the Jewish problem. That button would disappear if he said certain sentences.

It’s frustrating, to have him go out there and talk about how he’s the most targeted and most censored man. Because, sorry, it is a contest, and I’m that guy. And this guy Fointays is number 2. It’s a kind stolen valor when Jones makes these claims.

I really appreciated a few months ago when Darren Beattie was on Tim Pool and noted that actually, I’m the most censored. No one has to support me, I’ve never asked for that, but people should know that there are things they can do to you worse than what they did to Alex Jones.

But that’s not really the moral of the story. Jones’ personal character is not what is at issue. What is at issue is that a man was told to pay $1.5 billion for saying he thought something in the news was fake.
