A wide range of No Cow protein bars are contaminated with lead and toxic “forever chemicals”, recent filings with the California department of justice charges.

The filings, made by the Environmental Research Center (ERC), a San Diego-based consumer protection non-profit, states that its testing found PFOA, a dangerous PFAS compound, and lead in eight flavors of No Cow bars.

The filings allege that No Cow is violating California’s Proposition 65 law, which, among other provisions, requires companies to alert consumers when toxic chemicals are used in goods.

No Cow has been in violation of the law since the company introduced the bars in 2021, the filing claims, and will remain so “until clear and reasonable warnings are provided to product purchasers and users or until this known toxic chemical is either removed from or reduced to allowable levels in the products”.

The filings do not provide lead and PFOA levels, but the Environmental Protection Agency states that virtually no level of exposure to either substance in drinking water is safe, while no level of exposure to lead through any route is safe.

This is the same thing with those sickening new paper straws containing much worse chemicals (PFAS) than the old polypropylene plastic straws.

Governor Newson’s California has spent more than $24 billion over five years to try and address the Golden State’s massive homelessness problem but did not track the results of the effectiveness of its efforts, according to a new report.

On Tuesday, a state audit was released on the effectiveness of California’s homeless and housing programs during the 2018-2023 fiscal years that revealed despite the billions spent, the problem only got worse.

Rep Kevin Kiley (R-CA) said, “In summary: California spent $24 billion on homelessness, no one bothered to ask if it was doing any good, and the problem got much worse.”

According to KTVU, approximately 171,000 people are homeless in California, which is roughly 30 percent of all of the homeless people in the US.

That’s because junkies from all over the country move to California because they cater to street junkies.

They say they’re creating a utopia by promoting street junkies.

No one really understands it and they won’t explain it at all.

According to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, that number is even higher with half of all “unsheltered” homeless people located in California.

The report revealed that the California Interagency Council on Homelessness, which coordinates homeless agencies and allocates resources for programs, hasn’t tracked spending and results since 2021, but still received funding from the state.

Two of the state’s major cities, San Jose and San Diego, were both revealed to have failed to track revenue and spending because of a lack of spending plans.

Additionally, the council did not develop a way to collect and evaluate data on the outcomes of the programs and has only reported on homelessness spending once since its creation in 2017.

According to the audit, the Council “has not established a consistent method for gathering information on homelessness programs’ costs and outcomes, leaving the state without information that would allow decision-makers to make data-driven decisions.”

While tents continue to line streets and disrupt businesses across the state, the report noted that data on the number of people participating in homeless programs and the inventory of available beds in the state system isn’t accurate or reliable.

According to the report, until there is accountability “the state will continue to lack complete and timely information about the ongoing costs and associated outcomes of its homelessness programs.”

Out of the more than 30 programs the state funds to address homelessness, the audit revealed after assessing five initiatives that only two of them are “likely cost-effective.”

The other programs, which together received over $9.4 billion since 2020, could not be assessed due to a lack of data.

Maybe they don’t really think street junkies create a utopia, and they’re just trying to get rich?

A “minimum” of 125,000 migrants have been released from detention “without proper vetting” onto the streets of San Diego in just six months, according to a county leader.

San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond told The Post how Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents are “completely overwhelmed” by the surge of border crossings in Southern California — which he warns will have “dire consequences” for the rest of the country.

“Over 125,000 migrants have been dropped in San Diego County since September 2023,” he told The Post, citing figures he says were provided to his office by CBP.

“That’s just the minimum we know about and doesn’t include families, boat arrivals, or elderly people who are processed differently.

“The numbers have gone through the roof.”

According to Desmond, migrants are “just walking across the border unimpeded and no one is stopping them” because of a lack of resources.

Emboldened by new California laws that make it nearly impossible for cops to bust prostitutes, sex workers in Los Angeles’ red light district stalk for business wearing no more than thongs, G-strings and high heels in broad daylight.

A 40-block area of Figueroa Boulevard in South LA sees hundreds of prostitutes, some barely out of their teens, plying their trade since Gov. Gavin Newsom passed the controversial Safer Streets for All Act, which decriminalized loitering with the intent to work as a prostitute in January.

“Before, this type of activity only happened at night where most citizens wouldn’t see it, but now it’s 24/7,” one source told The Post.

“Now you can drive by at 2 p.m. and see it. Families drive by and see 10 girls on the corner, condoms on the ground.

“You go by the alleys and you see a guy in the middle of the alley and a woman performing [fellatio]. And a mom and her kids have to pass by that. It’s ridiculous, all in the open broad daylight. God only knows the impact it has on those kids who have to see this.”

Los Angeles Police Department sources who work the area told The Post that prostitutes will perform sex acts for as little as $40 and many are selling their bodies for $160 or less at a time.

However, some sex workers who trawl Figueroa have claimed they make up to $1,000 a night and have regular clients who fly them away to exotic locations.

As part of the loitering rules, officers are no longer allowed to stop the women to offer them help, unless they look underage.

In those circumstances, they will take the women to the station and refer them to the Department of Children and Family Services.

Although the girls get sent to a shelter or another program, the LAPD sources say they usually see them back on the streets a few days later.

This shit is pretty hardcore.

A teacher from Madison High School in San Diego claimed fascists are synonymous with the “modern-day Republican Party” and “white, Christian, heterosexuals,” according to a student at the school. Speaking on the condition of anonymity out of fear of retaliation, the high school student detailed the teacher’s unhinged definition of a “fascist.”

The school began the 2022-23 year on Aug. 29. The alleged incident occurred at the high school last Thursday.

“Immediately, I walk in and notice on the board, it says, ‘The Republican Party is the fascist party, and it does not fit the mold of a Democratic Party,'” the student told me. “It’s the first thing I saw when I came in.”

The student took a picture of this and shared it with me. It read, “As it is currently constituted, the Republican Party is now a fascist organization that no longer fits the category of a conventional Democratic Party.”

But the teacher didn’t stop there. He continued with his radical left-wing indoctrination by listing whites, Christians, and heterosexuals as groups that are “fascist.” The student took a picture during the class that shows how the teacher defined “fascist.” On the classroom’s white dry-erase board, the teacher wrote the word “fascist,” underlined it, and listed the words: Trump, heterosexual, white, Christian, and hatred of foreigners, immigrants, and minorities, among others.

“Then, he goes to this board and writes ‘fascist’ on it, and this really struck me. He immediately made the comparison of the Republican Party to the Nazi Party. And that was really offensive to me,” the student said. “He listed the Republican Party and the Nazi Party as similar. And that’s just ridiculous, and I took offense to that. So I took a picture of it.”

Then, the teacher continued to insult and denigrate different groups of people, according to the student.

“He goes on to insult white people and Christian people, automatically putting them under … that they’re automatically fascist,” the student said.

When I asked the student if the teacher said anything specifically about insulting whites and Christians, the student expanded on what the teacher said.

“He just kind of put up that they’re fascists, and they support a fascist government,” the student said. “Immediately — he didn’t even ask the class about it. He just made the assumption right away that whites and Christians automatically support a fascist government.”

This happened in an English class at the high school. I asked the student to elaborate on what learning about fascism has to do with the class’s syllabus.

“We were supposed to be learning how to make an argument for an argumentative essay,” the student said. “And the first thing he turns to is that. Then, he just got to the definition of fascism and what he thinks. He put down the Nazi Party and the modern-day Republican Party, which is just ridiculous.”

You see, leftists actually plan out their agenda to indoctrinate the youth.

Frankly, I hate to say this, but most male high school teachers are probably homosexuals. I wish we had a country where men could instruct young boys without that being the assumption, but right now that is the assumption.

A California school board president has bluntly defended the reintroduction of mask mandates — insisting that those who don’t like it can “choose” to stay away from classes.

Dr. Sharon Whitehurst-Payne, president of San Diego’s unified school system, was repeatedly pressed on KUSI News about parents and pupils who disagree with the controversial decision to bring back the mandates.

“They really should wear the mask,” she insisted bluntly of the divisive mandate now mostly abandoned across the US.

Those already signed up for summer school who disagree “should just make it known that they don’t feel comfortable and at that point just not return,” she said bluntly.

“Students will have that option to say, ‘I don’t want to return to school, I choose to do something else,’” she said.

Locals should also be prepared for the policy to continue in the fall “if the rates are still high,” warned Whitehurst-Payne — stressing that dissenters will have to stay away then, too.

Those unhappy with the policy “can opt not to return to the regular school but to go to the school where they don’t have to go to school at all, other than via Zoom,” she said.

The San Diego board’s decision — implemented Friday — has renewed the bitter debate over masking kids in classrooms in the area.

One board trustee, Richard Barrera, dismissed critics by telling KUSI that “actual experts” formed an “absolute consensus” that wearing masks indoors “is absolutely an effective and a critical strategy” at preventing the spread of COVID-19.

However, emergency medicine and disaster specialist Dr. Kelly Victory laughed off his comments to the same station while challenging board members to a public debate.

“I have over 200 published scientific studies refuting the effectiveness of masks in stopping the spread of respiratory viruses,” she told KUSI.

Pamela Broudy was set on enrolling her eighth-grade daughter at Patrick Henry High School this fall. Her older son, a junior, is already enrolled there, and the school has done well for him — he’s enrolled in five AP classes and he has been in the school’s gifted program.

Then Broudy learned last month that the high school’s principal had quietly eliminated several advanced courses from the school’s catalog, including advanced English, advanced history and advanced biology, according to the school’s course listings.

If the principal doesn’t bring them back, Broudy said, she will enroll her daughter at a private school instead.

“My daughter’s coming from a private school who didn’t have learning loss (during the pandemic), and now she’s going to be bored to tears,” she said.

Broudy is one of many parents who are up in arms after they found out Patrick Henry High School’s principal, Michelle Irwin, has been cutting several honors, advanced and gifted education courses without their knowledge or input.

Michelle Irwin: she doesn’t always have sex with students, but when she does, they’re black bucks who are also math geniuses. 

Irwin cut the courses for equity reasons, according to an email she wrote to parents. She told parents she wanted to move away from “stratifying” classes and remove the stigma from non-honors courses. She has also cited racial disparities in honors course enrollment — a problem that is mirrored nationwide.

But parents question whether cutting honors courses is the right solution.

What’s the right solution then? Sending blacks back to Africa?

We wouldn’t be able to survive without the diversity.

The controversy has rattled Patrick Henry, a racially diverse school in the middle-class neighborhood of San Carlos that is also San Diego’s largest high school, with more than 2,500 students.

Parents emailed complaints to the principal, San Diego Unified School District leaders, journalists and school board members. They created a Facebook group that now has 300 members to exchange information. Some parents, like Broudy, said they are planning to leave Patrick Henry for a charter or private school, which parents say may cause a “brain drain” of high-achieving students from the campus.

Imagine thinking pulling all white and Asian students from a school would cause a brain drain. White people are so stupid.

Most whites literally don’t even know that their entire race was created in a lab by a black man named Yakub.

“Parents who have the means to send their kids to another school are going to do so … because they’re losing faith that their kids will be prepared to be successful,” said Happy Feliz Aston, a parent of a fourth- and sixth-grader in the Patrick Henry High School cluster.

Parents are concerned that the course cuts will hurt their children‘s chances of getting into their preferred colleges. Honors courses boost grade point averages with a weighted credit, and college admissions officers consider how many advanced courses a student has taken.

If these women are worried about GPA to get their kids into good colleges, then maybe they should have had sex with black men?

Black people are so intelligent that universities don’t even consider their test scores.

It’s called “Affirmative Action” – it is “affirmative” that black people are so intelligent that checking their GPA is a waste of time, because they already know the numbers are going to be off the charts.

“Unilateral decisions to eliminate these classes unfairly disadvantage the students at Patrick Henry because their competition around the nation, not just in California, is having these classes,” said Lauren Hotz, a parent of two Patrick Henry sophomores.

Irwin and district officials argued that the advanced and regular classes share a curriculum and are essentially the same, so district officials said it was disingenuous to have one class labeled “advanced” and another labeled “regular.”

See, they’re the same exact class anyway.

Advanced exists for no reason, other than to promote the Hitlerian doctrine that whites are an “advanced race.”

San Diego Unified School Board Trustee Richard Barrera said that in the district’s efforts to address inequities, the district is not taking anything away from students — it’s not watering down curriculum, it’s not lowering standards and it’s not taking away chances for students to earn weighted GPA credit, he said.

“We believe in expanding access to opportunities for all of our students, and when we expand access … that doesn’t mean that we’re taking anything away from students who have already had access to those opportunities,” Barrera said.

Experts have long known that honors, gifted, Advanced Placement and other selective academic programs enroll disproportionately lower numbers of students of color.

Latino students made up 54 percent of California’s public school students in 2017 but they represented only 43 percent of students who were enrolled in at least one AP course, according to the U.S. Civil Rights Data Collection. Black students made up 6 percent of the state’s enrollment but just 4 percent of students who were enrolled in at least one AP course.

A similar trend is happening at Patrick Henry, according to limited data presented by Irwin at a school council meeting earlier this year. White and Vietnamese students made up a disproportionately higher percentage of enrollment in Honors American Literature and Honors U.S. History, while Latino students were disproportionately lower, according to Irwin’s data.

Vietnamese people are white supremacists – who also, coincidentally, never built a flying pyramid.

The underrepresentation is a problem because enrollment in advanced courses is associated with a host of academic benefits, such as better attendance, fewer suspensions and higher graduation rates. Participation and success in honors and AP courses are also key factors considered in college admissions.

Experts say the disparity in enrollment is not because Black and Latino students are less capable, but because educators often enforce prerequisites, such as a teacher’s recommendation, for honors courses that end up shutting out students of color due to bias.

San Diego Unified leaders have not recently announced any system-wide policy changes on honors and advanced classes. But in recent years they have taken other steps that move away from the classification of students.

For example, the district has cut classes specifically for gifted students, and enrollment in the district’s gifted programs has shrunk over time. And the district rolled out a new math initiative called “enhanced math,” which is meant to make general math instruction more rigorous for all students without using an “honors” or “accelerated” label.

District officials said they are wary of labels such as “honors” and “advanced” that could be excluding students of color.

Black people are both honorable and advanced.

Back in January, eight gorillas at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park tested positive for COVID-19. Global Conservation and Wildlife Health Officer Nadine Lamberski told Insider in an interview that the “alarm bells” first went off when the zoo’s 49-year-old silverback gorilla named Winston started coughing a few days after finding out one of their wildlife care specialists had Covid-19.

“As soon as we knew that an employee was positive, we were on high alert, so just that one or two coughs really sent the alarm bells off, and we immediately started to get the permissions necessary to submit samples for diagnostic testing,” Lamberski said.

Alarm bells, alarm bells, alarm bells.

Stupidest buzzword of all, frankly.

I hate focus group language almost as much as I hate the people who use it.

“We really had to divide and conquer it, and everybody had a different role,” she said. “We had our wildlife care specialists trying to figure out, you know, if we could separate the animals, and what if one animal was severely ill and had to have intensive care? Was that even possible?”

“So again, we had a lot of people doing a lot of things simultaneously because we wanted to be prepared for any outcome,” she continued. “You know, we were hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.”

The gorillas had made a full recovery by mid-February, and Lamberski said she worked on trying to obtain vaccines to prevent further infection in the gorilla troop and other apes at the zoo.

So basically, a gorilla coughed, then they tested them using a fake test, then they decided to vaccinate them all for coronavirus.

Weird story.

The public narrative is “coronavirus is everything.” So they throw stuff like “gorilla coronavirus, vaccine now” out in the media to boost the narrative.

This is just absolutely shameful military incompetence.

Imagine if you were one of the engineers who works year after year for the military industrial complex to churn out these advanced weapons platforms.

Now, imagine having to watch them burn to a crisp, because Obama was worried about the military being too white and so replaced everyone with grossly incompetent lesbo-mulatto dominatrix sergeants who cannot even manage to not set themselves on fire.

Truly, this is like a scene out of post-colonial Africa, where the natives couldn’t even maintain the railroads after the Europeans went home.

Except this time, it is your country, your institutions, which are crumbling under the hopeless mismanagement of jungle people.

More than 400 sailors are working to put out the massive fire that continues to rage aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard in San Diego and Navy officials are unclear how long the blaze might continue to burn.

The fire has brought down the amphibious assault ship’s forward mast and caused other damage to the ship’s superstructure that rises above its flight deck.

“There is a tremendous amount of heat underneath and that’s where it’s — it’s flashing up — also forward, closer to the bow again there’s a heat source and we’re trying to get to that as well,” Rear Adm. Philip Sobeck, the commander of Expeditionary Strike Group 3 said at a news conference Monday in San Diego.

Sobeck said that the temperatures in the fire’s heat sources are reaching as high as 1,000 degrees. With temperatures that high, the sailors are rotating in on 15-minute firefighting shifts.

Asked if he believes the ship could be saved, Sobeck said, “I feel absolutely hopeful because we have sailors giving it their all.”

He also expressed confidence that the fire will not get close to the ship’s supply of one million gallons of fuel, which lies two decks below the blaze.

Yeah – you might want to empty out the one million gallons of fuel that is currently two decks away from your uncontrolled fire.

Because it would be a shame if, you know, that exploded in a giant mushroom cloud, incinerating everyone nearby.

Sobeck acknowledged that the ship’s Halon fire suppression system — which could have put out the initial fire — was not activated because it was also receiving maintenance.

“We again augment that with firefighting elements from the pier and the shipyard,” said Sobeck.

Teams of sailors were pouring water onto the ship from the pier and from tugboats along its side. Navy helicopters have also dropped 415 buckets of water on the ship to contain the fire, much as they have done in the past to help put out wildfires.

There were 57 sailors injured after the fire started aboard the ship on Sunday, most have been treated for exhaustion and smoke inhalation. A U.S. official told ABC News that the last five individuals who remained hospitalized have been released from the hospital.

Sobeck had no information about how the fire started, but said it originated in the “lower V” part of the ship’s aft section, which normally holds equipment used by Marines when they are aboard the vessel. Since the ship has been in maintenance, it has been used to hold maintenance supplies, including lots of cardboard boxes.

“Because the ship was in the shipyard, there is lots of scaffolding and lots of debris in the way,” Sobeck said, explaining that it has hampered firefighting efforts.

Looking much like a smaller version of an aircraft carrier, the USS Bonhomme Richard is one of nine amphibious assault ships in the Navy. When on deployment, the ship carries a variety of Marine aircraft, including tilt-rotor Ospreys, Super Cobra attack helicopters and vertical take-off versions of the F-35 Lightning fighter jet.

The extensive fire damage will leave the Navy with the difficult choice of trying to put the ship back in service — a process that could take years — or deciding to take the ship out of commission.

Imagine a war under these circumstances of preparedness, with a Navy that is constantly crashing its ships or setting them on fire in the dock.

Actually, I just imagined it – it wouldn’t matter.

Long range missiles work. Everything above the surface would get nuked in a day.

Carriers are retardedly expensive platforms that are only good for “force projecting” onto the third world. They are big, slow targets, and completely outranged by anti-ship missiles, which the Chinese and others have in abundance.

If you ever wondered why George W. Bush didn’t invade Iran – well, the Pentagon simulated that scenario in 2002, and they got owned by asymmetrical red team tactics. Specifically, owned because of the vulnerability of the current “Is this still 1945?” Naval doctrine.

Nuclear submarines and long-range sub-drone nukes (Russians are already developing these) would actually survive a modern war, and are better investments.
