Police in North Carolina have finally cracked the 35-year-old cold-case murder of a 15-year-old girl thanks to advanced DNA testing and genetic genealogy, which helped them identify the long-deceased killer.

At a press conference on Tuesday, officials announced that the suspect in the 1984 murder and sexual assault of Reesa Trexler was a black man in his 40s with a criminal record who passed away in 2007.

While police would not name him, the local newspaper Salisbury Post and the station WBTV have obtained a petition for exhumation that identified the alleged killer as Curtis Blair.

On June 15, 1984, the body of Reesa Trexler was found naked and covered in blood and semen in a bedroom at her grandparents’ house on North Shaver Street in Salisbury.

Trexler had suffered multiple stab wounds to her neck and chest, the worst of which severed her spinal cord.

At the time of her autopsy, a steel blade from the murder weapon was still lodged in her shoulder.

Semen samples were collected from the victim’s body, but DNA testing was only in its infancy at the time.

Trexler’s grandparents were not home at the time of the attack, and her sister Jodie, then aged 13, was at a house next door.

For years, Jodie Texler Laird was rumored to have been involved in her sister’s brutal murder, a claim she has vehemently denied.

Last year, Trexler Laird went on the Dr Phil show and passed a polygraph test to prove her innocence.

Her appearance on the daytime program renewed interest in her sister’s unsolved murder, prompting Salisbury Police Department Sgt Travis Shulenberger in March 2018 to seek the services of Parabon NanoLabs, a DNA technology company in Virginia.

Using semen samples from the crime scene, the laboratory created a genetic data profile and submitted it to a public genetic genealogy database for comparison in hopes of finding relatives who share significant amounts of DNA with the unknown suspect.

After getting several matches, scientists constructed their individual family trees using online genealogy databases, newspaper archives, public family trees, obituaries, and other public records.

After additional research, the lab narrowed down the matches to a final list of suspects, which were presented to the police to continue the investigation, which ultimately led them to Curtis Blair.

Salisbury is where the whole Skripal “Novichok” poisoning went down.

That was the false flag to blame Russians for a fake poisoning. They accused two Russian tourists of the crime WEEKS AFTER they had left the country, assuring that they would never stand trial.

One of the more amusing elements of the whole situation was when NPCs online began saying that the two Russian tourists had to have done it, because why else would anyone go to Salisbury?

It revealed a lot about NPC programming that they don’t consider the beautiful and ancient Salisbury cathedral something anyone would care enough to see.

Especially Russians! Who NPC-bots believe don’t give a lick about English culture. Probably because they themselves do not. And when other people pointed out that ackshully some people do in fact care about this, like, boring history stuff, I assume they too were put on special Alt-Right/White Supremacist/Russian Agent lists.

Another finer tourist detail that went unmentioned during the Skripal saga was the fact that Salisbury is home to the best preserved and original Magna Carta.

The 45-year-old man is in police custody after he tried to steal the historic document by smashing its glass display box in the famous Cathedral at around 5pm on Thursday.

Yulia Skripal issued a statement through the UK police since she cannot really talk to anyone else.

They’re locking her in isolation and are prompting her with what she can and cannot say in phone calls she makes to her family so she doesn’t share information they don’t want her to share.

One would assume that if this was done by the Russians (it wasn’t) they would want her to share her full story as evidence to support their neocon war agenda.

I never thought that the day would come when normies would read headlines with the word “false flag” in them. It seems that regardless of what happens as a result of the Salisbury spy poisoning, there will be thousands of normies who will have googled “false flag” as a result.

Russia has reasons to be suspicious of false flags. They’ve been yelling as loud as they can that the NATO-backed terrorists in Syria were planning yet another fake gas attack to blame on Assad in Eastern Ghouta.

And there is more and more evidence coming out that the infamous “Heavenly Hundred” who died in Ukraine on the Maidan were killed by mercenary snipers who targeted both Berkut and protestors.

And now there is the Salisbury thing.

The Russian Foreign Ministry and Russian Defense Ministry jointly delivered a statement after a meeting with foreign envoys amid the scandal surrounding the poisoning of ex-spy Sergei Skripal.

According to the official, “either the British authorities are unable to protect from a terrorist attack on its territory or staged the attack themselves.”

“Russia owes nothing and can bear no responsibility for the actions or lack of actions on the British soil,” Ermakov added.

Moscow surprised that UK authorities deny consular access to Skripal’s daughter in violation of international norms, Vladimir Ermakov stressed.

Unrelated, but Sputnik needs to get a better team of translators. Fucking hell. I want to root for the Russians, but it is so hard to sometimes when they seem so hapless and always on the defensive. Now there are doubts that Russia even made the chemical agent.

It seems clear that the people who stand to benefit the most from this attack are the countries in the Anglo-Jew Axis.

I think that the Russia bogeyman will be used to stifle internal dissent and manufacture a consensus about going to war with Russia. The Jews fear the rising tide of nationalism and hope to divert it into another White civil war.

A Salisbury man who stabbed a woman he once dated to death then drove to a magistrate’s office and drew a heart with her blood on the wall has been sentenced to life in prison.

Tony Luther pleaded guilty to first-degree murder on Friday after prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty.

Luther told police he blacked out in a jealous rage after finding out 28-year-old Tasha West was dating someone else in May 2013. Prosecutors say he grabbed her hands while they talked and stabbed her at least twice in the chest.

Authorities say Luther was still covered in West’s blood when he drove to the magistrate’s office, drew a heart in blood on the wall and turned himself in.

Police say they have made an arrest in connection to fatal Salisbury home invasion, that happened in April. Maryland State Police say 35-year-old Paul Tatem, of Quantico, has been indicted and charged with first and second degree murder, two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery, two counts of first and second degree assault, attempted first and second degree murder, first degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000, two counts of wearing/carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, and felon in possession of a firearm.

The charges stem from an April 16th incident, where 72-year-old Donald Mariner was found dead in his home on Pemberton Drive. His housemate, a 50-year-old man, had also been assaulted during the apparent home invasion. Autopsy results apparently showed that Mariner was murdered and died from blunt force injuries. Mariner’s housemate survived the alleged attack. Police say the investigation into this murder and assault is on-going, and more arrests are possible.

Tatem has been behind bars since July 1st, when he was arrested on a parole retake and theft warrants. He has been held without bond at the Wicomico County Detention Center since that time, and will remain there.

MSP says multiple departments and units have assisted in the investigation, which led to the Grand Jury Indictment, including Wicomico Bureau of Investigation, Salisbury Police Department, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, Wicomico CAC, Wicomico County Narcotics Task Force, and Maryland State Police units including the Gang Enforcement Unit, Criminal Enforcement Division, Crime Scene Unit, State Apprehension Team, and Salisbury Barrack.

A TURKISH man living illegally in Amesbury has been sent to prison for having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Hanifi Sahin, 24, had a two-month relationship with the young girl before it was discovered by her school.

When he was arrested by police he gave a false name and was found to have forged documents – a Bulgarian passport, driving licence and identity card. It was later discovered that he had come to the UK legitimately as a student in 2010 but had overstayed his permission to stay in the country by about two years.

Sahin knew the girl through a friend and they socialised on Facebook before the abuse started.

At Salisbury Crown Court on Monday, Roderick Hine, defending said Sahin was initially reluctant to start a relationship with the victim but accepts that he is the adult and should take responsibility for what happened. Mr Hine said: “His cultural background is that the parent is approached to see if they approve of any relationship. He talked to her mother and he gave them gifts and made a genuine attempt to be involved with the family. “He wanted to be loved and someone to show him affection; it was not a purely sexual motivation.”

Sahin was found guilty of two offences of sexual activity with a child.

He admitted one further offence of sexual touching, three immigration offences and one charge of criminal damage related to writing his name on a cell wall while in custody.

Judge Andrew Barnett told him: “The law in this country is designed to protect people from themselves. This girl was particularly vulnerable because of her background. “We will never know what psychological harm has been done to that girl; you and you alone are responsible for that.”

He sentenced Sahin, of Smithfield Street, Amesbury to 21 months in prison and banned him from unsupervised contact with a female child under 16 for five years.

He will remain on the sex offenders register for ten years and was ordered to pay a £100 victim surcharge.

A man already in jail awaiting trial on attempted murder charges has been charged with assaulting two county detention center officers, including biting one of them on the face.

Quentin Odell Mathis, 30, was originally charged in May 2011 following a shooting at the Mooresville dragstrip, where authorities say he shot two men. The shooting occurred during an event attended by hundreds of people, including children in the crowd.

Mathis has been in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $1 million bond since he turned himself in to Charlotte authorities in May.

On Sunday, Rowan Sheriff’s deputies were conducting a random search at the jail. When Mathis refused to move aside, officers said he and other inmates in the area would be placed on “lockdown,” said Capt. John Sifford.

Deputy J.L. Kemph placed his hand on Mathis to get him to move and Mathis punched the deputy, Sifford said.

According to reports, Mathis began pushing the deputy, who fell backward onto the floor; Mathis then began biting Kemph on the arm, the face and top of his head.

Mathis told Kemph he would bite the deputy’s eye, a report said.

Mathis also “forced” another deputy, S.L. Hopkins, against a wall by pushing him. Other officers used a Taser to subdue Mathis.

Mathis was given an additional $7,500 secured bond. He is charged with felony assault inflicting serious injury on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer.
