Glyphosate is safe and effective.

The government regulates the hell out of small businesses, to the point where it is virtually impossible for a person who isn’t extremely intelligent to start any kind of business.

Meanwhile, big corporations are allowed to knowingly give you cancer for decades.

Bayer was ordered on Friday to pay $2.25 billion to a Pennsylvania man who said he developed cancer from exposure to the company’s Roundup weedkiller, the man’s attorneys said.

A jury in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas found that John McKivision’s non-Hodgkins lymphoma was the result of using Roundup for yard work at his house for a period of several years. The verdict includes $250 million in compensatory damages and $2 billion in punitive damages.

“The jury’s punitive damages award sends a clear message that this multi-national corporation needs top to bottom change,” Tom Kline and Jason Itkin, McKivision’s attorneys, said in a joint statement.

Bayer in a statement said it disagreed “with the jury’s adverse verdict that conflicts with the overwhelming weight of scientific evidence and worldwide regulatory and scientific assessments, and believe that we have strong arguments on appeal to get this verdict overturned and the unconstitutionally excessive damage award eliminated or reduced.”

Bayer added that some previous damages awards had been reduced by more than 90 percent.

The verdict comes after five other recent wins late last year by plaintiffs suing Bayer over Roundup, though the company won the most recent such trial in December, as well as a string of earlier trials. In all, it has won 10 of the last 16 Roundup trials.

Around 165,000 claims have been made in the U.S. against the company for personal injuries allegedly caused by Roundup, which Bayer acquired as part of its $63 billion purchase of U.S. agrochemical company Monsanto in 2018. Most plaintiffs, like McKivision, allege that the product caused them to develop non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

Bayer has said that decades of studies have shown Roundup and its active ingredient, glyphosate, are safe for human use.

Roundup is one of the more obvious cases of corporations knowingly poisoning people. But virtually all industrial products are made in the cheapest – and therefore, often the most poisonous – manner possible.

The government does not regulate these corporations. They are allowed to poison you.

You have to be aware of this. Worse than giving you cancer, these chemicals that are everywhere in our environments can turn you into a mutant beast.

Spraying the food production area with poison is a sign of advanced intelligence.

We have too many people on earth, because of black people, and making food is too expensive, because we have to power everything with damn windmills because of the ozone layer.

More than 80% of urine samples drawn from children and adults in a US health study contained a weedkilling chemical linked to cancer, a finding scientists have called “disturbing” and “concerning”.

The report by a unit of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that out of 2,310 urine samples, taken from a group of Americans intended to be representative of the US population, 1,885 were laced with detectable traces of glyphosate. This is the active ingredient in herbicides sold around the world, including the widely used Roundup brand. Almost a third of the participants were children ranging from six to 18.

Academics and private researchers have been noting high levels of the herbicide glyphosate in analyses of human urine samples for years. But the CDC has only recently started examining the extent of human exposure to glyphosate in the US, and its work comes at a time of mounting concerns and controversy over how pesticides in food and water impact human and environmental health.

“I expect that the realization that most of us have glyphosate in our urine will be disturbing to many people,” said Lianne Sheppard, professor at the University of Washington’s department of environmental and occupational health sciences. Thanks to the new research, “we know that a large fraction of the population has it in urine. Many people will be thinking about whether that includes them.”

Sheppard co-authored a 2019 analysis that found glyphosate exposure increases the risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and also co-authored a 2019 scientific paper that reviewed 19 studies documenting glyphosate in human urine.

Both the amount and prevalence of glyphosate found in human urine has been rising steadily since the 1990s when Monsanto Co. introduced genetically engineered crops designed to be sprayed directly with Roundup, according to research published in 2017 by University of California San Diego School of Medicine researchers.

Paul Mills, the lead researcher of that study, said at the time there was “an urgent need” for a thorough examination of the impact on human health from glyphosate in foods people commonly consume.

It really doesn’t even matter at this point.

At 42, Dewayne Johnson developed a bad rash that was eventually diagnosed as non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Four years later Johnson — now near death, according to his doctors — has been awarded a staggering sum of $289 million dollars in damages in a case against agricultural giant Monsanto.

The former school groundskeeper sued the company, arguing that an herbicide in the weed killer Roundup, likely caused the disease. His lawyers also contended Monsanto failed to warn consumers about the alleged risk from their product.

Nobody could have known that poison could be dangerous. After all, we’re talking about insect poison, here, so how could it hurt a human – or in this case, an Australopithecus?

NOT an insect.

On Friday, a San Francisco jury agreed. They deliberated for three days before awarding Johnson $250 million in punitive damages and $39 million in compensatory damages.

But seriously though, 39 million dollars is wildly inflated for the worth of one life.

Liberals, of course, balk at the idea that a life might have a monetary value. But it does. Just ask them if they think it would be a good idea to spend 500 billion dollars in medical fees to save the life of one man. No one would think that made any sense. So everyone acknowledges that a single life has a limited monetary worth.

The reality is that money represents human suffering. Working is suffering. It demands effort, discipline, self-denial. So the “suffering value” of one life must be weighted against the “suffering value” of the money to save it, or in this case to compensate for it.

And clearly, a middle aged negro isn’t worth 39 million dollars. White people are going to be suffering to provide this money.

A more reasonable compensation, in this case, would be $3.50 and a 40 of malt liquor.

“The jury found Monsanto acted with malice and oppression because they knew what they were doing was wrong and doing it with reckless disregard for human life,” said Robert F. Kennedy Jr., one of Johnson’s attorneys, according to the Associated Press.

“This should send a strong message to the boardroom of Monsanto,” Kennedy added.

Johnson’s is the first of hundreds of cancer-patient cases against Monsanto and could be a bellwether of what lies ahead for the company.

I mean, sure. Mosanto is one evil company. Their crap is poisoning the earth.

This is not normal.

However, the reason why their products are used is that they allow increased agricultural productivity, which we absolutely need… in order to feed the third world.

If our governments didn’t have this ridiculous policy of artificially propping up shithole countries, we could just use permaculture and other natural farming methods that actually enrich the soil rather than depleting it, and produce healthier, poison-free food.

Monsanto is just a cog in the globalist machine.

“We were finally able to show the jury the secret, internal Monsanto documents proving that Monsanto has known for decades that … Roundup could cause cancer,” Johnson’s lawyer Brent Wisner said in a statement, according to The Guardian.

Monsanto has consistently denied that glyphosate-based herbicides cause cancer.

“We are sympathetic to Mr. Johnson and his family,” Monsanto Vice President Scott Partridge said in a statement following the verdict. “Today’s decision does not change the fact that more than 800 scientific studies and reviews … support the fact that glyphosate does not cause cancer, and did not cause Mr. Johnson’s cancer.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if these bastards knew their products were poisonous and still sold them. I mean, it’s pretty obvious that chemicals used to kill weeds, insects and other undesirable life forms is going to be unhealthy for mammals as well.

If the government was really serious about preventing these corporations from poisoning us, they’d just shut them down and jail their owners/administrators, rather than giving them slaps on the wrist when these scandals pop up every few years.

The Jews Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield have much to answer for!

It looks like some serious kikery has been uncovered at the kike founded Ben & Jerry’s ice cream operation. A consumers group found actual weedkiller in their ice cream. Specifically, they found a substance used in Monsanto’s Roundup.

Is it possible that they were trying to kill their own customers? This is a serious question that needs to be asked.

The Organic Consumers Association announced Tuesday that it found traces of glyphosate—a controversial herbicide found in Monsanto’s (MON) Roundup—in 10 of 11 samples of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, which was first reported by The New York Times.

The levels, however, are far below the ceiling set by the Environmental Protection Agency. But the news comes as a surprise to many consumers since the company has been marketing itself as non-GMO since 2014.

Though, according to Ben & Jerry’s website, they based their non-GMO standard on the “mandatory declaration requirements of European regulations and the GMO labeling law passed in [their] home state of Vermont,” which allows their dairy and egg suppliers to use conventional animal feeds that contain GMO grains.

So not only does it look as if they were poisoning their customers but they were lying about their ice cream being non-GMO. This should result in an immediate boycott and legal action.

It looks like eating Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is about as healthy as spraying Roundup weedkiller directly into your mouth!

I’d also like to know how the Environmental Protection Agency thinks it is acceptable to have any sort of weedkiller in ice cream. Perhaps they’d like to explain their thought process on that. I’m sure they have a logical explanation.

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream was originally founded by the Jews Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield. Even though their ice cream company was bought by Unilever in 2000, the two still maintain advisory roles with the company.

I’ve totally avoided having anything to do with Ben & Jerry’s ice cream since it was founded by Jews and has always been vastly overpriced. Now that weedkiller has been discovered in their product, there is every reason in the world to avoid this horrible brand of ice cream. That is unless you desire a slow and agonizing death.
