Ronnie Lee was left with a deep gash very close to his eye after the Black psycho-bitch set upon him with a broken glass in a nightclub.

A female estate agent who avoided jail for glassing a man – despite it being her 18th conviction for assault – has been given yet another let-off for breaching her suspended sentence.

Yasmin Thomas, 21, left victim Ronnie Lee with a deep gash very close to his eye after she set upon him with a broken glass following a row in a nightclub in Bournemouth, Dorset.

With all her previous convictions for assault and battery before she was 18, a judge branded her history ‘breathtaking’ – saying it was one of the worst he had ever seen of a woman her age.

Yet she walked free from court in August after being handed a 12-month sentence suspended for two years, 80 hours of community service and ordered to go on an anger management course.

Yasmin Thomas has broken the terms of her suspended sentence, yet the judge still refused to jail her, sending her on an anger management course instead.

Thomas, who was fired from her job as a result of her actions, has now been hauled back before the same court after breaking the terms of her ‘compliance sessions’ three times in two months.

However Judge John Harrow, who sentenced her four months ago, said he was prepared to give Thomas ‘a chance’ and allow her to walk free from court.

Ronnie Lee says he is disgusted with the justice system after his attacker was given a suspended sentence for the attack.

With blood spattered over his injured face, this is Ronnie Lee on his way to hospital minutes after being glassed in an unprovoked attack by a woman.

Lucky not to lose an eye, the 24-year-old telesales company director needed four stitches following the assault.

But despite his injuries, his assailant, estate agent Yasmin Thomas, 21, walked free from court this week with a suspended sentence – despite notching up her 18th conviction for assault.

Yesterday Mr Lee said he was disgusted at the leniency of the sentence, which includes an anger management course.

He said: ‘If it was the other way around and I did that to her, I would be going straight to jail.

‘What happens next time if she does something and it’s life threatening? She could end up killing someone.

‘She’s got 18 convictions already. She’s a danger to herself and others around her.

‘If someone had the number of convictions she’s got I would think for at least one of them there would be a lesson learnt. I don’t think the justice system has provided a judgment that will set an example.’

Mr Lee was with his friend Richard Evans at the Bar So nightclub in Bournemouth in February when they were approached by Thomas and her friends.

‘Richard and I went out for a drink to celebrate setting up our new business together,’ Mr Lee said yesterday.

‘We had been at Bar So for about an hour. We stepped on the dance floor and the lady in question, Yasmin, was there.

‘I didn’t know her at all. One of her friends stole Richard’s e-cigarette and threw it on the floor.

‘Yasmin picked it up and tapped me on the shoulder and gave it to me. I was surprised and handed it back to Richard.

‘She then said ‘‘Aren’t you gonna say thank you then?’’ I was confused and didn’t say anything. She threw a drink on my face first and then smashed the glass on my left eye socket.’

Mr Lee suffered a deep cut close to the eye and other smaller cuts to his face.

He said: ‘It was only ten minutes from being on the dance floor to being in the ambulance. A nurse pulled glass out of my cheek and eye and I had four stitches in my eyelid.

‘He told me that if it had been a couple of millimetres closer to my eye I would have been blinded.

The Judge said to her “You have a breathtaking record of violence, one of the worst I have ever seen from anyone your age.” Then he let her walk out of the court with a suspended sentence and an anger management course. No wonder the witch is grinning.

Yasmin Thomas attacked Ronnie Lee with broken glass, leaving him with a deep gash just millimetres from his eye.

A woman who smashed a broken glass into a stranger’s face in a nightclub has been spared jail – despite it being her 18th conviction for assault.

Estate agent Yasmin Thomas, 21, left her male victim with serious eye injuries after she lunged at him with the potentially lethal object.

A court heard she has already been convicted for 17 crimes of assault and battery.

A judge branded Thomas’s criminal history ‘breathtaking’ and one of the worst he had ever seen of a woman her age.

But the female thug escaped with a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, and 80 hours community service after pleading guilty to a charge of causing actual bodily harm.

She was also ordered to attend anger management classes.

Thomas attacked Ronnie Lee, whom she did not know, in Bar So nightclub in Bournemouth town centre after a row over an e-cigarette.

Thomas’s friend had snatched it from a friend of Mr Lee, and had thrown it on the floor.

Thomas has a record of violence which includes 17 previous convictions for assault.

Thomas then picked it up and thrust the device at Mr Lee, demanding: ‘Are you not going to say thank you? Who do you think you are?’

She then lunged towards Mr Lee with a broken glass, causing a serious gash to his left eyelid and two smaller cuts to his face.

The injuries were so close to his eye that Mr Lee feared he would lose his sight.

Tiny shards of glass were later removed from his eye.

Prosecuting, Carolyn Branford-Wood told Bournemouth Crown Court: ‘Miss Thomas, with a glass in her hand, lunged towards Mr Lee, who felt a blow to his left eye and blood trickling down his face.’

The court was told that Mr Lee was ‘very lucky’ not to have suffered any permanent damage following the brutal attack.
