We really need some new frank polls about Black Lives Matter.

People supported them in the middle of the George Floyd hysteria, but with them now rioting over increasingly idiotic events, and with the ongoing violence and threats against normal people, they have to be rapidly losing support.

Their recent riots have been pretty low energy.

Rochester police dispersed demonstrators from in front of City Hall on Wednesday morning as protests over the suffocation death of Daniel Prude continued.

Protesters who gathered outside the downtown building Tuesday had said that they would remain there until police officers involved in Prude’s detainment in March were arrested and fired.

A line of helmeted officers swept through the area around city hall at about 8 a.m. Dozens of chanting protesters remained on the scene for several hours. Police said 16 people had been arrested cited for disorderly conduct.

The city has been roiled by protests since police body camera videos were made public by Prude’s family earlier this month. The videos show Prude handcuffed and naked with a spit hood over his head as an officer pushes his face against the ground, while another officer presses a knee to his back. The officers held him down for about two minutes until he stopped breathing. He was taken off life support a week later.

This man was high on PCP, and he was saying he had coronavirus and was spitting on the cops.

It’s unfortunate that he died, I’m sure, but it isn’t reasonable to behave this way and expect to be pampered like a baby.

Remember: BLM is rioting in Pennsylvania because a cop shot a man who was rushing him with a knife.

None of this is reasonable anymore. These blacks are out of control, and they are working with actual violent Jewish communist groups who are saying they’re going to overthrow the government and install a Bolshevik-type regime.

It’s become a bunch of abject nonsense.

It’s almost like black people are just looking for an excuse to riot.

I would say this is genetic, but from what I’ve seen of Africa, the blacks are all flying around in spaceships and using high tech.

So with the genetics explanation ruled out, the only remaining explanation is that they act like this because white people hate the color of their skin.

The jogger who died was high on PCP, and involved in a total freakout situation.

To me, and probably to most white people, if you take PCP and get arrested and then have a nude freakout, you probably can’t really expect cops to be nice to you.

Hilariously, the situation was complicated by the two big hoaxes:

1. The cops put a bag over his face because he was spitting and they were trying to prevent the coronavirus, and
2. He thought the cops were planning to kill him, because the media is saying nonstop that cops are murdering black people (plus he was on PCP, which tends to make people a wee bit paranoid)

He lived for a week before dying in the hospital.

The footage showed a group of officers putting a mesh hood over Prude’s head – apparently to prevent his spit from possibly transmitting the novel coronavirus – as he kneels naked and restrained on the street.

The video footage also shows officers forcing Prude’s face down on the ground. Prude can be heard shouting, “Take this … off my face!” and “You’re trying to kill me!” in response to the hood. Officers are heard saying “Calm down” and “stop spitting.”

He died a week later at the hospital.

Seven police officers were suspended on Thursday over the arrest. The medical examiner ruled his death a homicide caused by “complications of asphyxia in the setting of physical restraint”, with intoxication by the drug PCP, a contributing factor.

Basically, the situation right now is that it is officially impossible to enforce any kind of law against blacks.

We’re just going to have to let them do whatever they want.

They pretty much have all the evidence they need to prosecute him, but that doesn’t stop a dindu nuffin from claiming he dindu nuffin.

The 18-year-old charged in the shooting death of another man at a Rochester Apartment complex earlier this year entered not guilty pleas Tuesday.

Robert Bryant Salley, Jr., pleaded not guilty in Olmsted County District Court to second-degree murder without intent and two counts of possession ammo/any firearm as an adjudicated delinquent for crimes of violence.

Salley is charged in the Jan. 10 shooting death of 24-year-old Trevor Boysen. Salley has been held on $2 million bail since Jan. 13. During the hearing Tuesday, Salley also made a demand for a jury trial.

Rochester Police Capt. Casey Moilanen said days after the incident that police found six shell casings in the parking lot of The Quarters Apartment Complex, 832 21st Ave. SE, following the shooting death of Boysen.

Moilanen said the incident leading up to the shooting appears to have been a “prearranged drug deal.”

Rochester police responded to a call concerning several shots being fired at the apartment complex at about 2:03 p.m. on Jan. 10, and a person was seen lying in the parking lot and not moving. Reports also indicated that another person was seen running from the scene.

About an hour after the initial call, police arrested Salley in the area of Oak Terrace Estates, on Marion Road Southeast.

He is representing himself in court.

And, by the sound of it, he’s already off to a promising start.

The trial of the man charged with the 2018 murder of a Rochester man started Feb. 3.

Malcolm Woods, 28, of Rochester is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and second-degree intentional homicide in the 2018 shooting death of Brandon Arndt, 38, of Rochester.

According to the criminal complaint, in the early morning of Sept. 10, 2018, Woods went to Arndt’s mobile home that he shared with his mother around 4 a.m. and banged on the door.

When Arndt opened the door, Woods shot him point-blank in the face with a .40 caliber handgun.

“This was a senseless premeditated execution,” said assistant county attorney Erin Gustafson. “Brandon was known as being generous and helpful.”

Woods is representing himself in the trial. In his opening statement, he claimed that he did not intend to kill Arndt and that he wanted to talk to him and “beat him up.”

Arndt struggled with kidney issues due to spina bifida. After nine years on dialysis, he received a kidney transplant in January 2018.

The trial is expected to last up to two weeks.

Rochester police identified the person shot and killed Friday as 24-year-old Trevor Boysen, of Rochester.

Robert Bryant Salley Jr., 18, has been arrested for 2nd-degree murder and for being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to Rochester police.

Officers responded to a shooting on in the 800 block of 21st Ave SE. and found Boysen deceased in the parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Witnesses described a subject that was running from the area where the victim had been shot. Officers attempted lifesaving efforts on the victim, however, he was unable to be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene.

At approximately 2:51 p.m., officers located and arrested the suspect at 1618 Marion Road SE. When the suspect was arrested, the handgun suspected of being used in the shooting was recovered.

Many cops who respond to these nigger “domestic incident” calls don’t survive the inevitable chimping that ensues.

The man accused of stabbing and seriously injuring a Rochester police officer last month has been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury.

Keith Williams, 28, of Rochester is facing the following felony charges: attempted aggravated murder, attempted second-degree murder, aggravated assault of a police officer and first-degree assault.

Williams is accused of stabbing Rochester Police Officer Dennison “Denny” Wright, a 23-year department veteran who was responding to a domestic incident call at Williams’ Peck Street home on Oct. 4.

According to court records, Williams allegedly stabbed Wright “multiple times upon his face, left eye and lower body, causing serious physical injuries (that) were deemed to be life threatening.”

Wright suffered serious injuries to his face and was treated in the intensive care unit at Rochester General Hospital before being transferred to the rehab unit. He was discharged on Oct. 25, three weeks after he was stabbed.

Wright has spent his entire career as a patrol officer in the city’s Clinton Section in northeast Rochester, Investigator Jackie Shuman said last month. Wright also is a field training officer and has trained many RPD recruits from the police academy, she said.

Chief La’Ron Singletary said Wright is well-known in the community. He would frequently read to students at School 8.

Wright had responded to 37 Peck St. for a domestic disturbance call shortly before 12:30 p.m. Williams allegedly was hiding under a bed when the officer arrived, but then got up and tried to run out, according to police. The stabbing occurred when Wright attempted to stop Williams.

Williams was arraigned on charges of attempted aggravated murder and aggravated assault of a police officer, both felonies, on Oct. 8 in City Court and was remanded to the Monroe County Jail without bail.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a Rochester, NY, teen who was abducted over the weekend — and might be headed to New York City, according to police and reports.

Rochester police told local media they believe 14-year-old Joanna Coates is in imminent danger.

The teenager was abducted from LaSalle Street around 7 p.m. Saturday, according to RochesterFirst.com. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall with blue eyes and purple hair, and was last seen wearing black leggings, a blue Nike shirt and Timberland boots.

Authorities believe she is with Robert Gonzalez, 41, who was last seen heading southeast, possibly to New York City.

A New York man was sentenced to life in prison Friday for executing an Augusta couple on Christmas morning three years ago.

The state sought two life sentences — to be served concurrently — for the intentional and knowing murders of an Augusta couple, Eric Williams, 35, and Bonnie Royer, 26, early on Dec. 25, 2015.

The judge imposed a 75-year term for Williams’ death and a life sentence for Royer’s death, to be served concurrently.

In a sentencing memo, prosecutors called the case “a poster child for the devastation caused by out-of-state drug dealers coming to Maine and enlisting addicts to do their bidding.”

Marble was convicted by a jury July 18 in Cumberland County Superior Court and, after the jury verdicts, Justice Michaela Murphy convicted Marble of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Twenty people, mostly members of Williams’ and Royer’s families, watched the hearing, and several addressed the judge.

Most of the same family members had been present each day at Marble’s trial and other court hearings in the case, which began in Augusta and was moved to Portland.

“Eric was murdered execution-style; there was no mercy, he was just plain shot,” said Jeff Williams, Eric’s father. “The loss of our son is beyond words.”

Three people facing second-degree murder charges in connection to the shooting death of Brandon Arndt were allegedly involved after Arndt’s neighbor and a relative of those accused suffered from a severe medical condition.

Speaking Monday, Rochester police laid out what they believe to be the motive in a case that had been under investigation since early September. Kielah Parsons, Malcolm Woods and Darien Kristopher Klindworth-Woods are facing second-degree murder charges.

Authorities say at around 2 p.m. Sept. 9, an elderly female who lived next to Arndt had a life-threatening medical condition. On Sept. 8, police said Arndt had heard the woman crying for help and he gave her water and medicine and offered to call 911. The woman declined calling 911, authorities said.

Police say family members were upset and thought Arndt had something to do with her medical condition.

Surveillance video from convenience stores, residences, downtown and St. Mary’s hospital led police to believe that some of the family members left the hospital around 3 a.m. the morning of the murder.

Parsons, Woods and Klindworth-Woods are all grandchildren of the medical victim.

Klindworth-Woods was taken into custody in north Mankato, Parsons was located during a traffic stop on 4th St. and 3rd Ave. SE. in Rochester. Woods was located walking in the 2300 block of Valleyhigh Dr. NW. on Friday afternoon.

A Rochester man, found guilty of killing a mother and daughter who were pet-sitting for a neighbor, will spend the rest of his life in prison.

The judge sentenced Dante Taylor to the maximum, life without parole, for the murders of Terri Moulton and her daughter Stacey Moulton. The two women were found dead in a home in Sodus last year. They had gone to the house to check on a friend’s cat. Prosecutors say they walked in on Taylor burglarizing the home. Taylor was on parole at the time.

The courtroom was filled with family and close friends who came to see justice done. Chuck Moulton, the husband and father of the victims, was in the front row. He wrote a statement that was read in court in which he said he was a casualty in this horrific tragedy and saying he could write a book expressing the life he feels.

In asking for the maximum sentence, District Attorney Rick Healy said Taylor is lucky the state doesn’t have the death penalty. “He took two innocent lives in this case. He gets life without parole. Does that punishment fit the crime?”

Defense attorney Joseph Damelio said, “He’s maintained from the very beginning that he’s a working man, that he was supporting his family and that he didn’t commit these crimes.”

Terri Moulton’s cousin Scott Briggs said, “He got the maximum sentence. He deserves it. He doesn’t deserve an appeal. He’ll file one. But I hope he never succeeds. And we’re going to move on and do the best we can.”

Before he had even left the courthouse, Taylor’s attorney had filed the appeal.
