A Portuguese robber and drug dealer was able to stay in the UK because a court ruled that allowing him to be deported would upset his mother.

Fabio Indiai used Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights to argue that if he was forcibly removed from Britain it would harm his mother’s mental health.

I’m not an expert on Portugal, but Indiai doesn’t sound very Portuguese to me.

His full name is “Fabio Abudu Malo Indiai,” which sounds even less Portuguese.

Keep in mind the Portuguese government gives citizenship out like candy, especially to Brazilians, Angolans, Indians and Cape Verdians.

The article protects an individual’s right to a family or private life.

In 2021, Indiai was sent to prison for four years and two months for intent to supply class A drugs after police caught him with more than £1,000 of cocaine, MDMA and ketamine.

Before this, several years earlier in 2012, he had served 18-months in a youth jail for robbery.

He was not deported by the home office in 2014 but after his most recent offences they sought to remove him.

The Times reported that Indiai used Article 8 to challenge the decision and won. The Judge cited the impact on his mother for this decision where he said she was reliant on Indiai for ‘day-to-day support.’

Indiai is not the first person to use article 8 to avoid deportation. In 2021 an Albanian asylum seeker claimed he was the victim of human trafficking and if he was deported it would put him at risk of being re-trafficked.

What people who aren’t scum would want to live in such a shithole?

There are good people there, but they’re all just trapped. Anyone with the ability has already left, unless they are complete garbage.

You can’t just go around stopping crimes.

Two Georgia women — including an assistant manager — are blasting Lululemon for sacking them from their jobs after they called the police while three masked men pillaged the store.

Shocking video shows the brazen thieves burst into the Peachtree Corners store in metro Atlanta earlier this month to grab as many fistfuls of athletic clothing as possible.

“No, no, no, you can march back out,” former assistant manager Jennifer Ferguson can be heard saying.

The looters — who had allegedly struck the store nearly a dozen times prior — momentarily stood in the store doorway and stared at the women before jumping back inside to snatch several more pairs of leggings.

“Seriously? Get out,” the frustrated retail worker says to the men.

“Chill, b–tch, shut your ass up,” one of the thieves can be heard responding.

The women follow the group outside and watch as they pile into their getaway car, but notably do not try to physically stop the thieves — which has caused workers to lose their jobs or face charges in the past.

Instead, they reported the robbery to the Gwinnett Police Department, who later tracked down the thieves and charged them with felony robbery charges.

The move, however, cost them their jobs, they claim.

“We are not supposed to get in the way. You kind of clear path for whatever they’re going to do,” Ferguson told 11Alive.

“And then, after it’s over, you scan a QR code. And that’s that. We’ve been told not to put it in any notes, because that might scare other people. We’re not supposed to call the police, not really supposed to talk about it.”

Ferguson and five-year team member Rachel Rogers — who captured the robbery on camera — said they were openly questioned by a regional manager on their decision to call the police before they were fired from the store.

Ferguson’s husband, Jason, took to Facebook to commend the women and slam Lululemon for punishing their brave

“I am more than proud to announce that my wife went into ‘fight’ mode. She protected herself and the other employees and the store by yelling at them to get out. She defended her space and her people,” he wrote on Facebook.

“This is where my blood begins to boil. These are two exemplary employees, both leaders and looking to advance within the company. And what was their reward? They were immediately terminated without mention of severance or any financial consideration.”

Both women said they weren’t given “specific reasoning” for their immediate terminations other than that Lululemon has a “no-tolerance policy.”

According to Jason, the women were told it would “look bad for Lululemon to be the company calling the police.”

“Are you kidding me? These ladies are heroes of sorts. They did what we all HOPE we could do in a similar situation. They were brave and courageous and honest and good citizens,” Jason added.

The women also claimed they were denied severance for the rule-breaking, which delivered a major blow to the income they rely on.

Atlanta is becoming a utopia much faster than the rest of the country.

I think people thought that when all of these “anti-racist” policies started affecting rich liberals, something would have to change.

However, this scheme to just allow black people to commit violent crime is now officially affecting rich liberals, and nothing is changing. I guess technically we’re now hearing more talk about the idea of having cops. But they are still just releasing blacks onto the streets, and arresting people who defend themselves from blacks.

It’s almost like nothing will ever happen, and we are just locked in to a state of slow decline.

Video of the assault robbery shows a man in a pink jacket violently shoving and stealing something from a woman. He then takes off running down the street as onlookers scream, and another man chases him and tackles him to the ground. The thief escapes the would-be hero and walks away from the scene.

“Greenwich is a safe community. There’s a lot of trust and affection between our police departments and the community. This assault and robbery is a wake-up call,” Republican Connecticut state Rep. Kimberly Fiorello told the Daily Caller in an exclusive comment. “A lot of the perpetrators of crime here are from outside of the town and outside of the state. I’ve spoken to police officers about the rise. This is the overflow of crime from the Adams administration in New York City.”

Earlier in July, Greenwich was ranked one of Connecticut’s 10 safest communities by Safewise, Patch reported. The state as a whole is ranked fourth-lowest in violent crime out of all 50 states, but it has experienced one of the largest increases in property crime since the start of 2022, the outlet noted.

“[The rise in crime] matters to all of the communities around New York City,” Fiorello continued. “Morale is low among police right now. They’re having a hard time recruiting. Greenwich is understaffed. This professional, honorable career is no longer attractive to people.”

Fiorello noted that “everyone” is talking about Monday’s assault and robbery. The victim had reportedly gone into a local Apple store to pick something up, and was attacked from behind as she left. “What happened [Monday] is scary,” Fiorello said. “It’s very alarming.”

A Connecticut man charged in an alleged assault and robbery outside a Chinese restaurant last year told detectives his DNA was dropped onto the crime scene by airplane in an effort to frame him, according to multiple reports.

Gregory Blue, 38, was arrested last Friday in connection with the Dec. 16 incident in the parking lot of the Golden Palace Chinese Restaurant in Montville after authorities linked his DNA to a bloodstain found near the crime scene.

Blue originally said police planted the evidence, but he later changed his story, according to the Norwich Bulletin.

“Blue continued to allege that a phlebotomist who took his blood years ago dropped his DNA at the scene via airplane,” an arrest warrant affidavit said.

Police were originally dispatched to the restaurant after 10 p.m., where an unidentified 45-year-old victim said a man, identified by police as Blue, had asked for a light for a cigarette.

The man said Blue then pulled out what appeared to be a gun and demanded “everything you have, or I am going to kill you,” the warrant stated, according to the paper.

When the suspect briefly pointed the gun away, a fight ensued, and the victim said he was struck in the head with the weapon.

The man then wrestled the gun away before the suspect took out a knife and stabbed him in the side, according to the Connecticut Post.

Soon after, the victim said he was able to bend the knife towards Blue and stab him, leading to a chase that saw the suspect jump a guard-rail and enter a wooded area, the warrant said.

Blue was later identified as a suspect based DNA tests from evidence recovered at the scene, and the victim’s description of him, according to authorities.

Detectives interviewed Blue on June 29 when they came to take a swab sample of his DNA while he was incarcerated at Corrigan Correctional Center in Montville for a separate crime, the paper reported.

During that interview, he denied his involvement in the December incident and accused police and the phlebotomist of planting DNA evidence at the scene of the crime.

Yeah, you can’t trust a phlebotomist.

They’ll go airborne.

A 44-year-old motorcyclist and his partner in France were involved in a fatal collision over the weekend with police investigating allegations they were robbed by locals following the accident.

Sources close to the case, which took place in Villetaneuse, just outside of Paris, claim that local passersby were more interested in filming the fatal crash, taking selfies, and stealing the belongings of the pair than calling emergency services, Le Parisien reports.

I bet those two dead neon-nazis died in a diverse area on purpose, so that some other neon-nazi can write an article about it and say racist and hateful things.

While waiting for the emergency services, the driver of the car, who could be facing potential manslaughter charges, claims that hostile locals stole several things from his vehicle and threatened him. The bags of both the motorcyclist and his companion were also stolen.

The incident comes only a month after a similar case in which an off-duty police officer in Paris was attacked while attempting to help passengers of a vehicle that had been involved in a serious collision. The female officer was attacked by one of the passengers she was trying to help after she had taken pictures of the accident to aid her fellow officers who were on their way to the scene.

Attacks from locals on emergency services elsewhere in France have also caused, sometimes major, problems such as a case in Nice in which local youths harassed a fire crew and attempted to steal equipment from them.

They only did it because they’re poor, end of story.

Crime is caused exclusively by poverty, as Jewish economists have discovered long ago.

Authorities say a group of underage robbers who could be responsible for a disturbing string of crimes in southwest Houston told investigators that they committed the crimes just for kicks.

Investigators with the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office say a group of young suspects have been preying on residents for the last four months. Some of the victims are elderly.

In one case on Sept. 9, 76-year-old Ray Johnson was out for a regular evening walk in the Westbury area when he was beaten with his own walking stick by four suspects. They pointed a gun at him and demanded money.

She was repeatedly asked about Kenneth’s whereabouts and about the location of money. Unable to provide an answer, the elderly woman was cursed and beaten until both arms were broken.

Then, lighter fluid was poured down Dow’s back, and she was set afire.

Telephones were taken from the home, and Ellery pleaded guilty to snatching Dow’s Life Alert device from her neck.

After her attackers left, Dow used water intended for her CPAP machine to extinguish the fire on her back. Despite her broken arms, she crawled across the floor, found a working phone and called 911

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is looking for three men caught on surveillance video hopping over a convenience store counter and stealing thousands of dollars worth of cigarettes.

It happened at the Circle K convenience store at 2810 College Ave. East Tuesday just before 5 a.m.

The men climbed over the store counter, filled trash bags with about 50 cartons of cigarettes, valued at about $7,000 then bolted from the store.

They then left in a gray sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima.

Your sister isn’t safe.

Your granny isn’t safe.

The NYPD is looking for two men who detectives say committed violent robberies in the West 60s earlier this month.

In the first incident, on August 18 at at 10:50 p.m, the two men came up from behind a 69-year-old woman and pushed her to the ground in front of 201 West 66th Street near Amsterdam, stealing her purse, which had a cell phone and credit cards. The victim was taken to Roosevelt Hospital with an injured arm and was listed in stable condition.

In the second incident, on August 20 at 1:20 a.m., a 25-year-old woman was walking near 5 West 63rd Street when two men came up to her on her left side and pushed her to the ground. They stole her purse, which contained $20 and credit cards. She did not report an injury.

The first suspect is described by police as a male, Black or Hispanic with a ponytail, heavy set and last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, two-tone shorts and black sneakers. The second suspect is described as a male, Black or Hispanic; medium build and last seen wearing a white t-shirt, white hat, white baseball cap, holding a yellow t-shirt and carrying a purse.

You know, I was going to blame this on niggas bein’ nigs and incompetent black employees, but I can only blame this on the first thing.

Another robbery at a North Bay Apple store is prompting questions about what security guards are doing. Investigators believe Apple’s security policy might be the reason why these thieves keep coming back.

The Central Marin Police Authority released three photos of the thieves grabbing and running off with electronics from a Corte Madera Apple store on Wednesday.

The thieves run directly in front of a security guard who simply stands by the door and watches them run away. Some commenters on social media suggested the guard should at least stick a foot out to trip the suspects.

But that same guard told this reporter the company policy prohibits them from confronting thieves. They serve only as visual deterrent and their job is to call 911.
