A Democrat running for local office in Texas was arrested and charged with a felony for allegedly creating social media accounts to post fake racist attacks against himself, local outlets reported.

Taral Patel, the Democratic nominee for Fort Bend County Precinct 3 commissioner, in September 2023 made a post to his Facebook account claiming that his “Republican opponents supporters’ decide[d] to hurl #racist, #anti-immigrant, #Hinduphobic, or otherwise disgusting insults,” attaching screenshots allegedly showing prejudiced statements made by residents of the county. The racist messages were eventually traced back to Patel following an investigation conducted by the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s office and the Texas Rangers, the Houston Chronicle reported.

“We don’t need more sand negroid subhumans who smell like curry and filth in our country,” one comment flagged by Patel reads. “If I see you wearing that dot on your head, I’ll wipe it off myself,” another reads.

Well, that I could believe was real.

Patel’s campaign has garnered endorsements from high-profile elected Democrats like Colorado Gov. Jared Polis and Texas Rep. Joaquin Castro, according to his campaign website. The website also states that President Joe Biden appointed Patel to serve in the Office of White House Liaison during which time he says he was “a key member” of the White House Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Committee.

Republican Commissioner Andy Meyers, who Patel is running against, initially suspected foul play when Patel made his post alleging the racist attacks, according to Houston Public Media. Meyers recognized one of the accounts as having attacked him before and, suspicious of its motivations, hired a private investigator to figure out who was behind it.

When his private investigator came up short, Meyers asked the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s office to look into the accounts posting the messages, Houston Public Media reported. The district attorney’s office issued a subpoena to Facebook and Google and obtained account data that matched Patel’s address, phone number, Texas driver’s license number and bank card number, according to ABC 13.

Texas Rangers arrested Patel on Wednesday for online impersonation, a third-degree felony, and misrepresentation of identity, a misdemeanor, ABC 13 reported. Patel’s total bond was $22,250, which he paid Thursday morning.

A bill that would have prohibited minors from getting married in West Virginia was defeated Wednesday night in a legislative committee.

The Republican-dominated Senate Judiciary Committee rejected the bill on a 9-8 vote, a week after it passed the House of Delegates.

The vote came shortly after the bill’s main sponsor, Democratic Del. Kayla Young of Kanawha County, testified briefly before the committee. She said that since 2000 there have been more than 3,600 marriages in the state involving one or more children.

Currently, children can marry as young as 16 in West Virginia with parental consent. Anyone younger than that also must get a judge’s waiver.

“For now, there will be no floor for the age of marriage in WV, endangering our kids,” Young wrote on Twitter after the vote.

In a rebuke, Cabell County Democratic Sen. Mike Woelfel reminded the committee after the vote that Wednesday was International Women’s Day.

Some of the bill’s opponents have argued that teenage marriages are a part of life in West Virginia.

Kanawha County Republican Sen. Mike Stuart, a former federal prosecutor who sided with the majority, said his vote “wasn’t a vote against women.” He said his mother was married when she was 16, and “six months later, I came along. I’m the luckiest guy in the world.”

The bill would have established that 18 is the age of consent and removed the ability of a minor to obtain consent through their parents, legal guardians, or by court petition. Existing legal marriages, including those done in other states, would have been unaffected.

Jeffrey Younger has lost his court case to prevent his ex-wife from taking their son to California, where he could be medically transitioned. Younger has been trying to stop this from happening for years, and said that he has now reached the end of the line.

He wanted the courts to stop his ex-wife from taking the children to California and to protect his boys from medical mutilation at the hands of their mother, who is a pediatrician. The courts prevented him from forcing the mother to bring the boys back from California. Younger has accused her of using the children to help advertise her “inclusive,” “gender affirming” practice.

“The Supreme Court of Texas denied my Mandamus, effectively terminating my parental rights. My children are now subject to being chemically castrated in California. Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges,” he said.

This after Judge Kim Cooks, on October 24, said that both parents should have a “joint managing conservatorship,” which each able to have “a say in his medical treatment,” The Texan reported.

The custody case was before the Supreme Court of Texas, which ruled against Younger. Younger had issued a petition on December 16 to try to retain his parental rights after his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, took the boys to California.

California has a law in place, starting on Sunday, that children in that state will not be returned to their home state in the event that the home state would prevent the children from being medically transitioned to present as the opposite sex. Younger wanted the boys brought home.

California Senate Bill 107, proposed by State Senator Scott Wiener and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom, will “prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care.”

Younger’s concern, per his petition, is that in California, his son “would be subjected to transgender procedures deemed to be child abuse by official opinion of the Texas Attorney General.” Texas has laws against the medical gender transition of children and teens.

“The Children would lose the protections of injunctions on the Mother that prevent her from chemically castrating the Children or sexually mutilating them in transgender surgeries,” younger said in his petition, according to The Texan.

Younger was married to pediatrician Georgulas. Georgulas and Younger ended up in court fighting over the children when she believed that James, Younger’s 7-year-old, wanted to live as a girl called Luna.

She petitioned the court to prevent Younger from “from signing Luna up as James for any activities or taking her as James or calling her James or using male pronouns related to Luna at any activities outside the home…”

She further asked the court to prevent Younger from “allowing the children to remain in the presence of anyone who is not calling Luna by her chosen name, ‘Luna,’ not using female pronouns to refer to her and otherwise not affirming Luna.”

Georgulas began to believe James was a girl when he asked for a “girl’s toy” from McDonald’s and wanted to wear dresses, as well as began to emulate the female lead characters in Disney’s Frozen. It was a counselor at the GENecis clinic at the Children’s Hospital Center who advised Georgulas to “socially transition” James, according to court documents. Georgulas was affiliated with that hospital.

Younger, who had joint custody in 2019, was and remains entirely against this course of action. When James is with Younger, he does not ask to be called Luna, does not seek out girls’ clothes. Yet a court determined that Younger must use the pronouns and names the ex-wife demanded.

In a video posted to the dad’s website, James is asked, “You’re a boy right?” Heavy reported.

“No, I’m a girl.”

“Who told you you’re a girl?”

“Mommy.”

The child said Anne also put James in dresses. “She buys me headbands. She gets me hair clips…she paints my nails.”

“Do you think you’re a girl?” The child answered in the affirmative.

Georgulas was awarded custody by the Texas courts in 2021. “Dallas County District Court Judge Mary Brown awarded Georgulas full custody of James. Brown also eliminated the requirement that Jeff Younger be notified about James’ medical procedures, except for instances of hormone suppression therapy, puberty-blocking drugs, and gender reassignment surgery. Under that order, Younger must consent to any decisions made under those categories of procedure,” The Texan reported.

Witnesses who knew the boys and could attest that James did not identify as a girl when left to his own devices, were prevented from testifying in the case. One mother of the boys’ friends said, in testimony she wasn’t allowed to give in 2019, that:

“Over the past year, I have observed that James is blissfully happy as a boy. He loves to march around outside and yell, ‘we are the only boy scout troop’ or ‘I’m the Leader of the wolf pack!’ He is always the ring leader, even though he isn’t the oldest of the group. He loves dressing as a super hero and sword fighting. One day we all walked to a playground near my house and on the way home James slipped in some mud and got his clothes dirty. He asked if he could borrow some of my kids clothes and I could wash his.

“Of course I said, ‘no problem’ and grabbed him a pair of shorts from the chest of drawers and tossed them to him. I said, ‘hang on while I grab a shirt from the closet’. He immediately said, ‘Mrs. Sarah, I don’t need a shirt! It’s hot! And boys don’t have to wear shirts if they don’t want to! Isn’t that awesome!’ He was so cute. I said, ‘yes that is awesome!’ As he ran off to play. I did eventually get him to put on a shirt. It was gray with lizards on it and he loved it! He also likes having his hair cut a certain way but told my son Grayson that his mom wouldn’t let him get it too short even though he wanted it to be spikey.”

A teacher from Madison High School in San Diego claimed fascists are synonymous with the “modern-day Republican Party” and “white, Christian, heterosexuals,” according to a student at the school. Speaking on the condition of anonymity out of fear of retaliation, the high school student detailed the teacher’s unhinged definition of a “fascist.”

The school began the 2022-23 year on Aug. 29. The alleged incident occurred at the high school last Thursday.

“Immediately, I walk in and notice on the board, it says, ‘The Republican Party is the fascist party, and it does not fit the mold of a Democratic Party,'” the student told me. “It’s the first thing I saw when I came in.”

The student took a picture of this and shared it with me. It read, “As it is currently constituted, the Republican Party is now a fascist organization that no longer fits the category of a conventional Democratic Party.”

But the teacher didn’t stop there. He continued with his radical left-wing indoctrination by listing whites, Christians, and heterosexuals as groups that are “fascist.” The student took a picture during the class that shows how the teacher defined “fascist.” On the classroom’s white dry-erase board, the teacher wrote the word “fascist,” underlined it, and listed the words: Trump, heterosexual, white, Christian, and hatred of foreigners, immigrants, and minorities, among others.

“Then, he goes to this board and writes ‘fascist’ on it, and this really struck me. He immediately made the comparison of the Republican Party to the Nazi Party. And that was really offensive to me,” the student said. “He listed the Republican Party and the Nazi Party as similar. And that’s just ridiculous, and I took offense to that. So I took a picture of it.”

Then, the teacher continued to insult and denigrate different groups of people, according to the student.

“He goes on to insult white people and Christian people, automatically putting them under … that they’re automatically fascist,” the student said.

When I asked the student if the teacher said anything specifically about insulting whites and Christians, the student expanded on what the teacher said.

“He just kind of put up that they’re fascists, and they support a fascist government,” the student said. “Immediately — he didn’t even ask the class about it. He just made the assumption right away that whites and Christians automatically support a fascist government.”

This happened in an English class at the high school. I asked the student to elaborate on what learning about fascism has to do with the class’s syllabus.

“We were supposed to be learning how to make an argument for an argumentative essay,” the student said. “And the first thing he turns to is that. Then, he just got to the definition of fascism and what he thinks. He put down the Nazi Party and the modern-day Republican Party, which is just ridiculous.”

You see, leftists actually plan out their agenda to indoctrinate the youth.

Frankly, I hate to say this, but most male high school teachers are probably homosexuals. I wish we had a country where men could instruct young boys without that being the assumption, but right now that is the assumption.

More than half of Republicans believe the U.S. is drifting toward another civil war, according to a new poll released Wednesday by the Southern Poverty Law Center, which said it detected evidence of radicalization among both Democrats and the GOP.

The survey, taken in late April and covering 1,500 adults, also found a distressingly high level of support for assassinating politicians whom the respondents believed were “harming the country or our democracy.”

Young Democratic men were the most agreeable to the idea, with 44% saying they could countenance such an assassination. Younger Republican women ranked second, with 40% approving of the idea. Older folks — defined as those 50 and older — were not fans of assassination, no matter their party or gender.

That could explain why 44% of all respondents said the U.S. “seems headed toward a civil war in the near future.” That included 53% of Republicans and 39% of Democrats.

“The mood, overall, is pessimistic,” the SPLC concluded, warning that it saw particularly worrying signs that Republicans, if they make political gains, could erode rights of the “marginalized in our society.”

“No political outcomes are inevitable. But our results show that a substantial effort, on the part of activists, institutions, and government, will be required if we hope to secure a multiracial democracy and prevent partisan violence,” the SPLC wrote in its analysis of its findings.

SPLC’s polling found widespread acceptance of the tenets of the theory, with 48% of respondents believing that “progressive and liberal leaders” are “actively trying to leverage political power by replacing more conservative white voters.”

That included two-thirds of Republicans, but also a surprising 35% of Democrats, and 42% of independents. 

So almost half of Americans literally have functioning eyes and ears.

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox pledged to veto a transgender-sports bill after Republicans passed a last-minute overhaul, replacing a state eligibility panel with an outright ban on male-born competitors in female athletics.

The Republican governor said Friday he was “very surprised” by the substitute language approved just hours before the end of the 2022 legislative session, but he left the door open to revisiting the issue next year.

“We had a deal. We were this close to getting the right thing done, and at the last minute this change was introduced, a complete ban,” Mr. Cox told KATV-TV in Salt Lake City. “We’ve never talked about it, we’ve never debated it, we’ve never had any public input on it.”

He added that “we’ll veto it and we’ll go back and we’ll have this discussion and we’ll give them an opportunity to do it another time.”

The Utah Eagle Forum launched a campaign Monday urging Mr. Cox to sign House Bill 11. But if he follows through with a veto, it will mark the second year in a row that the legislature has tried but failed to address the issue of biological males in female sports.

The Friday night vote was 46-29 in the House and 16-13 in the Senate. Both totals would fall short of a veto override.

The legislation would have established a special commission to evaluate the eligibility of male-born athletes seeking to participate in middle and high school female sports, a first-of-its-kind compromise supported by Mr. Cox.

Under the newly configured bill, the commission would kick in only if the courts reject state laws barring male-born competitors from female athletics. Federal judges have blocked such laws in Idaho and West Virginia pending the outcome of legal challenges.

Utah state Sen. Dan McCay, the Republican who proposed the amendment, cited concerns about fairness for female athletes, including his own four daughters.

“I think this is an effective policy to put a pin in this debate and leave it there before we see a lot of uptick in transgender females participating in sports,” Mr. McCay said on the Senate floor.

Equality Utah called the 11th-hour change “a betrayal of Utah’s LGBTQ community” and thanked the governor for “defending transgender children.”

Republican state Rep. Kera Birkeland, the bill’s House sponsor, said Saturday she would try again next year.

“While H.B. 11 did not play out how I expected or intended, I do not want to undermine the fact that I have poured my heart and soul into finding a way to balance protecting Utah’s female athletes with inclusivity and acceptance for the past two years and will continue to do so,” she said on Facebook.

Mr. Cox would not be the first GOP governor to veto a women’s sports bill. South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed a ban last month on biological males in girls’ and women’s sports, nearly a year after vetoing a similar measure over concerns about an NCAA backlash.

North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum axed such a measure last year, saying there was no example of a male-born athlete seeking to compete in girls’ sports in the state.

Mr. Cox also indicated that it wasn’t an issue in Utah because the state has only four such transgender athletes and “they’re not breaking any records.”

“I care deeply about women’s athletics as well as the LGBTQ community and our trans athletes,” he said. “There’s only four of them, and they’re awesome kids. They’re not breaking any records. I just want that community to know, look, we care about you, we love you, it’s gonna be OK, we’re going to get through this together.”

If there are only four and they’re not even breaking records, we need to up the ante.

There is no reason women should still be in sports at all.

Trannies only.

Former Vice President Mike Pence urged fellow Republicans to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, saying “there is no room in this party for apologists for Putin,” during a speech on Friday night.

Speaking at a fundraiser of the GOP’s top donors in New Orleans, Pence was critical of those in his party who have not condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, which has caused the deaths of thousands of civilians and displaced millions.

“Where would Russian tanks be today if NATO had not expanded the borders of freedom? There is no room in this party for apologists for Putin,” Pence said, according to excerpts from the closed speech obtained by The Associated Press. “There is only room for champions of freedom.”

The former VP’s comments seemed to be a veiled hit at former President Donald Trump, who called Putin’s decision to move forces into Ukraine “genius,” “smart” and “savvy,” in an interview last week, adding that the invasion never would have happened under his watch.

One big thing that this war hoax does is allow the Republican and Democrat Parties to further merge.

I have been watching Fox News and I have been watching CNN, and the only thing I can say is that Fox News is even more aggressive in their support for the war. But overall, they are literally saying the same exact thing, 24/7.

CNN is even using some of the Fox talking points, claiming Joe Biden is weak and needs to do more.

They are all calling for the sanctions that will make gasoline unaffordable for the entire middle class and will basically make it difficult to even buy food. The government will probably have to start handing out rations.

But it was only on Fox News that I heard a host tell Americans they should sell their car and ride a bike for the Ukraine.
