What year is it?

How is it legal to think that “being French” means anything other than owning a passport that says “France”?

Oh right – it isn’t legal.

Free West Media:

French author Renaud Camus was convicted of criticizing immigration and was given a two month suspended sentence. Camus was also ordered to “compensate” two anti-racist associations by paying them €1 800.

The French writer had previously been convicted of inciting racial hatred in 2014. The author of the Le Grand Remplacement, describing the colonization of France (and more generally of Europe) by Islamic migrants, is no stranger to controversy.

Italian weekly La Verità reported that he was given a suspended sentence of two months and told to pay two anti-racist associations which were civil parties to the case – SOS Racisme and Licra – a hefty sum of money.

Licra was founded by this Jew in order to defend another Jew who had assassinated a leader of the anti-Soviet Ukrainians who was exiled in France at the time (this guy).

The organization gets half a million euros a year from the government.

SOS Racisme is a group of mostly sandmonkeys who are run from the shadows by the Jews.

So basically, they’re the French equivalents of the ADL and the NAACP respectively.

The judges found him guilty of “public incitement to hatred or violence by reason of origin, ethnicity, nation, race or religion through words, writings, images or public media by electronic means”.

The magistrates of the court of Auch cited the French intellectual’s speech delivered on 9 November 2017 in Colombey-les-deux Eglises, for the Conseil national de la résistance européenne, which Camus himself had shared on social networks.

“Immigration has become an invasion. The irreversible colonization is the demographic colonization, through the replacement of the population”.

He added: “Ethnic replacement, the Great Replacement, has been the most important event in the history of our country since it existed, since with other people the history, if it continues, will no longer be that of France.”

There are no French jihadists, he stressed, and “if they are jihadists they are not French”. What is needed is a National Council of Resistance, of European Resistance, because all European nations are invited to lead the struggle,” he said at the time.

He said absolutely nothing that isn’t objectively, demonstrably true.

What’s more, if he had said these things in a positive way, he would’ve been applauded.

Because Le Grand Remplacement is only a conspiracy theory if you’re against it, for some reason…

He said no one would find a word on racism in any of his books. He has neither been approached by so-called white supremacists: “I have nothing to do with them. They, on the other hand, have something to do with me, because, like me, they protest against the great replacement. But I disapprove of them, especially when they become terrorists.”

He concluded: “I am absolutely non-violent.”

Keep saying that over and over again.

I’m sure the people trying to exterminate your entire kind will eventually be nice to you, from their militarized ethnostate they set up for themselves in the desert.

Where are you gonna run to, Pierre?

French Writer Renaud Camus May Face Prosecution Over “Condoms for Africa” Tweet https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/04/27/french-writer-renaud-camus-may-face-prosecution-over-condoms-for-africa-tweet/ Sat, 27 Apr 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Diversity Macht Frei

Renaud Camus, the French writer who coined the phrase “Great Replacement” has again been indicted for wrongspeech in France.

The complaint was over a tweet he posted last week which translates as follows:

“A box of condoms offered in Africa, that’s three fewer people drowned in the Mediterranean, a hundred thousand euros in savings for the French benefits system, two prison cells freed up and three centimetres of ice shelf preserved.”

Back in the 70s, the Jews successfully lobbied for reforms to speech laws that would allow third parties to file complaints, rather than just the people directly affected by the supposed wrongspeech. Since then, the limits of free speech in France have largely been determined by Jewish “anti-racism” organisations.

In this case, the organisation filing the complaint is LICRA (International League Against Racism and Antisemitism), a quintessentially Jewish organisation that has brought in a few browns to make it look real. It started life as the “League Against Pogroms”, its mission being to secure the acquittal of a Jew who had murdered a visiting Ukrainian dignitary, with the claim that he had been involved in pogroms. The Jew did indeed get away with murder on that occasion and Jews have been getting away with murder ever since.

Camus makes a point of public advocacy using his own name, disdaining anonymity. This is noble. But its practical result is criminal conviction. We’re living in a system that isn’t fair, that is, in fact, genuinely genocidal and tyrannical. We have a ruling class committed to bringing about our ethnic extinction, one that seemingly sincerely believes the mere assertion of our right to exist constitutes some strange species of wickedness that merits the severest persecution. Trying to play the game as if this were a contest of honour between gentlemen is only likely to have unhappy results.

France: Renaud Camus Convicted of “Incitement to Hatred” Against Muslims https://www.anglinarchive.com/2014/04/11/france-renaud-camus-convicted-of-incitement-to-hatred-against-muslims/ Fri, 11 Apr 2014 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Stormer

In France, it is illegal to speak or write in a way that could potentially cause a person to feel a certain specific range of emotions.

From L’Express:

Theorist of the “Great Replacement” which, according to him, menaces French civilisation, the writer Renaud Camus was condemnded this Thursday to pay a fine of 4000 euros for provocation to hatred or violence for remarks madeon 18 December 2010 during the “International hearings on islamisation”.

In addition, he was sentenced to pay 500 euros in damages and interest to MRAP (Mouvement contre le racisme et pour l’amitié entre les peuples) [Movement against racism and for friendship between peoples], which originated the complaint. The 17th Chamber of the Paris Correctional Tribunal judged that the contentious remarks “constitute a very violent stigmatisation of Muslims, presented as ‘thugs’, ‘soldiers’, ‘the armed wing of the conquest’, or even ‘colonists looking to make life impossible to the indigenous people,to force them to flee, to evacuate the terrain”, “or, even worse, to submit in place”.

The tribunal judged that the remarks of the writer in “a stigmatisation of uncommon excess” present, “without anything other than purely formal moderation or restraint” Muslims “as warrior invaders whose sole objective is the destruction and replacement of the French people and civilisation by Islam”. In front of the tribunal, Renaud Camus said he was not “particularly Islamophobic”, but maintained his theory of the great replacement according to which “French civilisation was disappearing under the effect of mass immigration”. In front of the judges, Renaud Camus denied any call to violence, preaching “political action”, but “without being explicit aboutthis and developing the content and the modalities of such action”, said the tribunal.

The judges therefore concluded that the author incited “in a manner that is as obvious as it is irresponsible, to resist the invader who wants to subjugate him and ensure his survival himself and by his own means, in a state of emergency and without waiting for the hypothetical political action vaguely announced by Renaud Camus”. The tribunal also sentenced Luc Roche, teacher of philosophy at a secondary school in the centre of France, to pay 2000 euros on the same charge and to pay 500 euros in damages and interests to MRAP. Renaud Camus and Luc Roche were sentenced to jointly pay 1000 euros to the association for the costs of justice.
