This woman was literally just trying to help people out if they didn’t want to take the vax. She also didn’t believe they needed it.

And that is illegal.

A German doctor has been sentenced to two years and eight months in jail for issuing mask and COVID shot exemptions.

The 67-year-old Dr. Bianca Witzschel was also banned from working as a doctor for three years and fined around €47,000 ($ 50,472), which the court claims is equal to the amount that she reportedly made for issuing around 1,000 exemptions.

Apollo News reports that Witzschel is said to have issued “fake” certificates that exempted patients from wearing masks or receiving the experimental COVID jab in 1,003 cases across Germany between 2021 and 2022.

The court also punished Witzschel for the possession of a stun gun without a license.

The ruling also mentioned the fact that the 67-year-old is said to have identified herself as a member of the “Reichsbürger” movement – a group that is said to reject the modern German state – and to have been part of the “Indigenous People of the Germanites.”

The German judge completely disregarded overwhelming evidence that the experimental COVID injections have caused millions of deaths and serious injuries and the dramatic recent pronouncement from a former Japanese government minister apologizing for such deaths, as well as widespread evidence that masks do not stop the spread of COVID and can actually harm users.

The case of the doctor was treated like that of an exceptionally dangerous, violent criminal by German authorities. Witzschel had been held in custody since February 28, 2023. The first day of the trial took place on November 14, eight months after her imprisonment. The trial began not in the usual criminal courtroom at Dresden District Court but in a high-security wing of the Dresden prison on Hammerweg. In addition, Witzschel was led into the courtroom by several security officers on the first day of trial, Apollo News reported.

In the run-up to the court case, authorities had already carried out large-scale searches of witnesses’ homes. The police searched 140 private homes, mainly in Bavaria. A total of 174 exemptions were seized. According to Apollo News, 360 police officers were involved in the house searches.

After Witschel was arrested in February 2023, journalist Boris Reitschuster compared the immense effort and resources that the German authorities put into her case to much worse, violent criminals who often receive more lenient treatment.

“If the state almost regularly lets serious criminals go free because the justice system is overwhelmed and child molesters, for example, get off without prison sentences time and time again, while at the same time crimes with a political background are prosecuted excessively, then critical journalism must contrast this,” Reitschuster wrote.

According to the state-funded news show “Tagesschau,” supporters of Witzschel had to be escorted out of the courtroom when the judge read the verdict, as they started complaining loudly and sang the German national anthem.

Those politicians advocating for an AfD point out that the Federal Constitutional Court has argued in the past that the far right NPD was not eligible for a ban because it did not have the power to implement its goal. However, with the AfD growing in popularity, the Karlsruhe court may view the matter differently.

Following the end of the Second World War, Germany’s democracy was structured in such a way that would allow any party that “threatens” the constitutional order to be banned by the country’s top court.

And of course, the ruling party runs the court.

And the ruling party is run by America.

A pensioner believed to be the ringleader of a terrorist group planning to launch attacks on German politicians and power infrastructure has been remanded in custody.

Identified only as Elizabeth R in accordance with German legal norms, the 75-year-old retired teacher from the eastern state of Saxony is suspected of having been what investigators have called the “ideological brains” behind the far-right group, which had planned kidnappings and attacks on power facilities meant to cause blackouts across Germany.

Four men connected with the plots were arrested in April. They were found to be in possession of heavy weapons and to have been trying to obtain explosive materials.

Footage released on Friday showed Elizabeth R climbing out of a police helicopter clutching a paper bag after arriving in Karlsruhe on Thursday, where a judge at the federal court of justice remanded her in custody. She was arrested at her house in Flöha, Saxony, earlier that morning.

Looks dangerous to me

It is as yet unclear how close the group was to realising its alleged aims, or the likelihood of them having succeeded.

Holger Schmidt, a terrorism expert, told German television the existence of online groups who expressed the desire to overturn the German government was not unusual but it was often the case that they had no real intention in putting their plans into action. “But with this group, investigators are taking their threats seriously particularly after they were found to have been in possession of heavy weapons and were trying to get hold of explosive material,” he said.

One of the first aims of the group – which investigators say had close links to the far-right Reichsbürger scene as well as the anti-vaccine and coronavirus denier movements – was to kidnap Germany’s health minister, Karl Lauterbach, and if necessary to kill his bodyguards in the process. They also planned to cause a series of nationwide energy blackouts by attacking power stations.

When the plot was revealed in April after the arrest of the four men, Lauterbach said: “This is a small minority in our society, but they are highly dangerous.”

Insofar as there was a “plot,” it was organized by the German feds.

No one smart enough to organize a plot thinks a plot would work. Everyone smart understands that the core problem is that 90% of the population believes the media, and supports this current democracy system, which means that overthrowing the government wouldn’t do anything even if it was physically possible.
