 A 17-year-old Russian citizen who was arrested carrying a homemade bomb-like device in Oslo earlier this year has been sentenced to nine months in prison.

I take it it’s obvious to everyone this isn’t actually a Russian, but a Moslem from Russia, most likely a Chechen.

 The teenager was arrested in the Grønland district of Oslo on the evening of Saturday April 8th this year.

He was carrying a homemade, bomb-like device consisting of lighter fluid and pieces cut from wire mesh fencing.

A bomb made out of lighter fluid isn’t really that strong, but still…

It’s the thought that counts. And when Moslems make bombs, they always – always –  do it to blow up other people, not because they’re bored like the kids in this^ video.

 The Norwegian Police Security Service (Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste, PST) believe the teenager had intended to detonate the device in the Grønland area – an accusation he denies, reports broadcaster NRK.

Javeed Shah, defence lawyer for the 17-year-old, said that his client maintained since his arrest that he was on his way to a forested area at Grefsenkollen in the Norwegian capital, where he intended to test the bomb, when he was stopped by police.

“He is disappointed over the decision of the court regarding the question of guilt, but also happy that the court has given him a considerably lighter sentence than that requested by the prosecution,” Shah told NRK.

And what would’ve been the harsher sentence, you ask…

 Norway’s state prosecution service had requested a two-year sentence be given to the Russian teenager.

Well, at least they didn’t ask for community service, which is standard procedure for Moslem criminals.

Breivik did nothing wrong

The 210 days already he has already spent in custody awaiting trial will be deducted from the sentence.

Shah said that he and his client will consider carefully whether to appeal the sentence.

The 17-year-old was initially arrested on suspicion of breaching Norway’s anti-terrorism laws, but was finally charged with carrying explosives in public – an offence carrying a far lighter sentence.

When a European commits an act of sanity against an invader, the courts are always very eager to know what he was “thinking” while doing it. It seems to not be the case here, for some reason that I totally can’t understand.

 A reconstruction of the homemade bomb by PST was key in reaching a final decision over the charge, having demonstrated the device’s limited potential to cause damage, writes NRK.

So incompetence is now a valid defense for terrorism?

“The reason that two years in prison were not given is that the district court considers that the intended action [detonation of the bomb, ed.] would not have been ‘particularly damaging to society’. We have a different view,” prosecutor Marit Bakkevig told NRK.

The agency found during its investigation of the case that the 17-year-old visited several websites with “jihadi” content.He also wrote to a friend that he had a “plan”, though he did not elaborate on this, NRK reports.

Totally not relevant. At all.

Only a Nazi would think that a Moslem who reads jihadi websites walking around with a bomb in the middle of a European capital is somehow “wrong” or “suspicious” or “unvibrant.”

France’s anti-terrorism prosecutor ordered an urgent court hearing Thursday to try to stop the sale of the latest edition of the picture magazine Paris Match showing gruesome photos of the terror attack in Nice a year ago that killed 86 people.

A guy in charge with prosecuting terrorists is URGENTLY trying to stop the publication of an issue of a magazine. That’s the state the kike vermin and the worthless cucks who follow their orders have brought Europe to.

Victims’ organizations denounced the photos as the Riviera city of Nice prepares for the Bastille Day fete and commemoration of those killed July 14, 2016, when a 19-ton truck barreled into celebrating crowds.

Stephan Gicquel, who heads the leading victims’ association Fenvac, said on BFM-TV that a favorable ruling would be a “strong signal to show … there are limits,” adding that “we don’t need these shock pictures to understand the horror of terrorism.”

The magazine’s executive director, Olivier Royant, said he would defend “tooth and nail” what he said was “the right of citizens, first among them the victims, to know exactly what happened” on the day of the fatal attack.

He said the report, with photos, was a way for his publication “to pay homage to victims … so that society does not forget,” adding that the right of the media to inform is a foundation of democracy.

It’s good to see a Frenchman who doesn’t cuck once in a while, but he clearly has no understanding of how the world works. In current year “democracy” means “you do what the Jews want you to do,” and everything else is fascist.
