A Victorian duo who breached Covid-19 restrictions and provided false information to border officials came unstuck at Adelaide Airport after they both used the same name.

Chol Manjok and his nephew Semain Akue Bol, both aged 19, were arrested at the Pullman medi-hotel on August 5 by SA Police officers decked in gas masks and full PPE after failing to remain in their quarantine rooms and wear a mask.

They arrived from Melbourne the day before their arrest and were ordered to isolate at the quarantine facility in Adelaide’s CBD.

Mr Manjok was charged with failing to comply with Covid-19 directions and stating false details at Adelaide Airport as well as disorderly behaviour.

He pleaded guilty to the offences in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

Mr Bol faced two counts of failing to comply with directions — once at Adelaide Airport and the other time in the Adelaide CBD — which he pleaded guilty to.

He was also initially charged with failing to give his identity to an authorised officer at the airport but he pleaded not guilty to the offence.

The charge was later dropped, with the allegation amalgamated with one of his other offences.

Mr Manjok was sentenced to one month and 12 days imprisonment, backdated to August 4, for failing to comply with Covid-19 directions and was fined $300 for stating false information to police.

He will be released from custody within about three weeks.

Mr Bol — who appeared unrepresented — said he came to Adelaide wanting to “start fresh” and find a job and “turn his life around”.

“I want to become a better man — honestly. I didn’t expect any of this,” he told the court.

He was handed a jail term of one month and six days, backdated to the date of the offence, so he will be released in about two weeks.

Of course, the brown people are the only ones who are going to stand up against this.

The are literally rebelling against the tyranny that white people refuse to rebel against.

Women quarantining in UK hotels will have female guards wherever possible, the government has said, after several claims of sexual harassment by members of security staff.

The announcement comes after Labour demanded ministers take action over four women’s claims, reported by the BBC, that they were harassed by guards working for the outsourcing firm G4S during their stays in Covid quarantine.

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) announced the changes to the system on Thursday. However, G4S has made clear it does not have enough female security guards to carry out the job, meaning two male guards would need to work together in a chaperoning system in some cases where women are staying alone.

 

This has prompted criticism from one woman who complained of harassment while quarantining. Sarah, 23, a medical student from Manchester, told BBC News: “Personally I would find two male guards more intimidating than just one lone guard. A group of male guards were talking about me when they clearly saw one male guard was being inappropriate with me. I don’t think it ensures the safety of women, rather it increases possible risk.”

Concern was expressed after the reports surfaced in late June. According to BBC News, the four women said guards mimed having sex while they were alone in a lift, and asked for hugs and selfies.

They also said security guards had asked them whether they were married and travelling alone, and followed them closely while they exercised, and one guard had stationed himself outside a bedroom, despite another guard being on duty there.

This is no different than the Hitler Nazis during the Holocaust.

A Canadian mother, who, along with her four children and the children’s grandmother, were each fined $3,000 after Canadian border agents refused to accept the results of their COVID tests — because the results were 2 hours expired — will fight the charges in court if they are not dropped by the Crown.

“We have rights as Canadians and these rights are being violated. I am ready to fight the good fight,” the mother, a registered nurse (RNBN) who works in chronic care, told LifeSiteNews under condition that her name not be published due to fears of retaliation.

“If the charges are not dropped by the Crown, the next step is to set a court date. Our deadline is April 2, 2021.”

LifeSiteNews reported last month how the mother and her family were returning from the U.S. to Manitoba after having attended the 79-year-old grandmother’s medical appointment and visited family.

They all received negative COVID tests prior to crossing the border by car to return home. Due to car trouble, by the time they reached the border, the tests, which have a 72-hour window of validity, were two hours expired. Border agents not only rejected the tests but went on to slap the family with the maximum fine for failing to “comply with an order reguarding [sic] a treatment measure for preventing the introduction and spread of a communicable disease.”

The family was then hustled off to a government-run COVID quarantine facility where they were forced to stay until they could receive additional COVID tests.

The mother related details to LifeSiteNews this week about their stay in the quarantine facility.

“We stayed in the hotel, 3 days and 2 nights. We did our schoolwork, prayed, had zoom dancing lessons, and ate our meals,” she said.

“We were escorted outside once a day for a walk around the property. A nurse came to the room for a wellness/symptom check every morning. Finally, we all received our negative results at 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 17. We needed to wait for the quarantine officer to email a ‘discharge’ note for each of us and this happened quickly.”

“We were so happy to get to go home. We were all still puzzled why we needed to go to the hotel in the first place,” she added.

For the next number of days, government agents, empowered by the Quarantine Act, would call the family to make sure they were compliant with the rules related to quarantining at home.

“They called 6 times a day,” the mother related, “one call for each person.”

“They were very concerned about where the non-traveler, my husband, was living in the house. They kept asking how were we keeping separate, even though we all had 2 negative tests each. They also made one house call where we needed to show ID and answer a bunch of questions again.”

The mother did not sit idle at home. She related how she called the border agents numerous times, asking why her children had been fined and how the children were expected to pay the fines.

“I explained the situation, focussing on how I did not understand how my 9-year-old, or 12-year-old, etc. were expected to pay this fine. Within that week, I received a letter sent by registered mail from the Public Prosecution Service of Canada stating that the ‘the Crown will not be prosecuting your children.’”

The mother said that she wished at the time of the border crossing she had known more about her rights as a Canadian citizen. She would have insisted on the agents respecting her rights.

No one has any rights anymore.

Maybe it’s possible to hassle cops enough that they just don’t bother with you, like the sovereign citizens do when they start telling the cops or the judge how they’re not drivers, they’re travelers, and they don’t need a license to be a free traveler on the land.

Just in general, if you refuse to comply with anything, and claim you have rights, authorities are more likely to let you go and then go harass someone more compliant. But that doesn’t mean you actually have any rights, and it isn’t something that will always work.

Probably, it’s about time for people to stop pretending that they have rights under the Virus Regime, because the whole point of the Virus Regime is that they don’t have any rights.

There isn’t actually any virus. There is the flu, and then there are people dying from heart attacks and cancer or whatever. The entire point of this whole fake pandemic is to dehumanize everyone and get them used to not having any rights.

The public was further outraged when Governor Vincenzo De Luca announced on Friday that an “immediate” lockdown for up to 40 days was essential to stop the spread of the coronavirus. “The current data on the infection rate suggests that any type of partial measures is ineffective,” he said, explaining that it was vital to close down “everything,” except for businesses providing essential services, and to block movement between the regions.

A painter has been jailed in New Zealand after he broke lockdown rules by entering a coronavirus quarantine facility and hugging a friend who was isolating.

Jesse Courtney Welsh, 33, from Morningside, Auckland, received a six week prison sentence after hugging a friend who was isolating after returning home from Australia, according to the New Zealand Herald.

Welsh appeared at Whangārei District Court yesterday after previously pleading guilty to being unlawfully in an enclosed yard.

He also faced charges of careless driving and failing to stop.

Police withdrew the charge for failing to comply with a Covid-19 order because it had been wrongly laid.

Sentencing judge Keith de Ridder said: ‘This was not an example of people under severe stress because of a family death or some other reason. You knew full well about the quarantine rules and was not just content with talking to him, but hugged him as well.’

Welsh is now isolating and has had three coronavirus tests, all of which have returned negative.

Why jail this man? Couldn’t they just force him into a couple of weeks of quarantine?

If the goal of the government really is to keep the population safe from the virus, why jail people for breaking quarantine social distancing rules at all? Why not just say “oh, now that you broke the rules you’ll have be quarantined to make sure you didn’t catch the virus.”

It would be a bit less grim than criminalizing human contact.

A Hardin County couple is now on house arrest after one of them tested positive for COVID-19 and decided not to sign documents agreeing to self-quarantine.

Last week, Elizabeth Linscott got tested for the COVID-19 because she was planning to visit her parents in Michigan.

“My grandparents wanted to see me, too,” Linscott said. “So just to make sure if they tested negative, that they would be OK, everything would be fine.”

After testing positive but without showing any symptoms, Linscott said the health department contacted her and requested she sign documents that will limit her traveling anywhere unless she calls the health department first. She said she chose to not sign the documents.

 “My part was if I have to go to the ER, if I have to go to the hospital, I’m not going to wait to get the approval to go,” she said.

But Linscott said she would take necessary precautions if she needed to go to the hospital, like letting workers know she has recently tested positive for COVID-19.

A couple of days after she denied signing the Self-isolation and Controlled Movement Agreed Order, Linscott said the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department arrived at her home without warning. Her husband, Isaiah, was home.

”I open up the door and there’s like eight different people,” he said. “Five different cars and I’m like what the heck’s going on? This guy’s in a suit with a mask, it’s the health department guy and he has three different papers for us. For me, her and my daughter.”

The couple was ordered to wear ankle monitors. If they travel more than 200 feet, law enforcement will be notified.

“We didn’t rob a store, we didn’t steal something, we didn’t hit and run, we didn’t do anything wrong,” Elizabeth Linscott said.

These vestiges of old thinking have no place in our new society.

This is an extreme case today, but it’s something that could happen to any of us and likely will in the not too distant future.

They are making an example of this couple, to try to send a message to the rest of society: “do what you are told, don’t ask questions or you will be punished in bizarre ways you were not expecting.”

The coronavirus lunacy has the goal of breaking our will. They are getting us accustomed to having no choice in what happens in our lives and having no recourse when something happens that we do not like. They have framed it as the worst crisis ever, an invisible enemy that is killing everyone. Anyone can be an ally of this enemy by not doing everything they are told exactly when they are told to do it. If you are an ally of the invisible enemy, you support killing random people, and no punishment is too harsh for such a fiend as thee.

The chance to stand up and fight this was back in February and March, when we were telling people to stand up and fight it. People made the decision not to, either because they believed in the virus or they thought we were insane, pushing something extreme that couldn’t possibly happen in real life – an endless virus regime.

Yes, that is the government telling you to have sex wearing a surgical mask to prevent giving the person who you presumably live with the coronavirus during sex.

This is a thing, which has now happened, in real life.

How about “apparent shared presence involving sense input in a comically nightmarish vision of rapidly spiraling ultimate doom”?

We know that coronavirus is only about as dangerous as the flu, but the government continues to tell people that it is some kind of dangerous Doom Virus in order to justify that they’ve taken away all of your rights and all of these insane measures that they’re pushing.

At the same time, the government is still allowing people to come from other countries that supposedly have this allegedly dangerous viral threat, because the government clowns don’t believe in their own narrative about the coronavirus.

Imagine that the American people are not allowed to leave their homes, but people are allowed to fly in from other countries. This makes nothing approaching coherent sense if you believe in the narrative being pushed by the government and media.

The whole “be afraid, stay home” thing is a blatant stratagem to take away your rights and humiliate you.

Flights are continuing to land in the US from Wuhan and the rest of China and Europe despite the travel ban put in place to stop the spread of coronavirus.

According to Flight Tracker data, people are arriving into the US every day from the countries that have been blamed for sparking the outbreak across America, with flights even touching down from Wuhan where the global pandemic originated.

This comes as warnings mount that passengers are not being screened properly for the deadly virus on arrival into the US and as questions are being raised over how – if at all – the mandatory 14-day quarantine for returning travelers is being enforced.

According to Flight Tracker, five flights had landed into New York airports JFK and Newark from London, UK, airports by 4:30p.m. ET since the start of the day Wednesday.

More flights are also scheduled to land later into the evening and night.

The data also revealed flights continue to arrive from China – with a China Southern Airlines flight on schedule to land Wednesday night in JFK from Wuhan.

In LA, a China Eastern flight from Wuhan also touched down in LA International Airport Wednesday afternoon.

Direct flights from Wuhan. On both coasts.

Let that sink in.

Surely, China has basically beaten the virus, but they’ve done that by not worrying about it and just telling people to wear masks and stay home if they’re feeling sick. The idea that the government believes the absolutely nonsensical hysteria promoted by Anthony Fauci but also believes it is fine to let people fly in from Wuhan directly and not even do testing or quarantine is not close to believable.

What this means is that they do not believe Anthony Fauci and are simply pretending to believe him in order to push another agenda on the masses.

President Trump ordered bans on flights from several nations back in March as cases and deaths started to ramp up across the nation and he pointed the blame at international travel.

Foreign nationals who have visited countries including China, Iran, the UK, Republic of Ireland and several places in Europe in the previous 14 days are now banned from entering the US.

However, American citizens, green card holders, certain family members and other exceptions who have been to these high-risk countries can still fly into the US.

All arrivals from these areas – considered coronavirus hotspots by the US government – are sent to one of 13 airports that are able to screen them for the virus.

They are then required to quarantine at home for 14 days and provide contact details to airport officials.

A glamorous Russian blogger says she has proved that the US is open for foreign tourism again, despite the pandemic, according to video obtained by DailyMail.com.

Sofia Semyonova, 33, a fitness model, told how she traveled on a crammed Aeroflot flight with 500-plus passengers with ‘no social distancing’ from Moscow to New York City.

She used her B2 tourist visa to enter America from Russia’s coronavirus epicentre ‘in 30 seconds without any extra questions’.

After taking time to pose for pictures in a deserted lockdown New York, she flew to Miami on a domestic flight for her vacation.

Her trip from Moscow was on the Russian state airline Aeroflot, which had claimed it was not flying scheduled services until August. Russia currently is reporting  309,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with just under 3,000 deaths.

The airline today declined to comment on this May 14 flight and the apparent lack of social distancing.

In contrast, tourists who have visited any countries in the European Union, the UK, China and Iran in the past 14 days are not currently permitted to enter the US.

Semyonova showed her one million followers the empty New York streets saying that it was on lockdown until June. The Big Apple does not require people to carry passes that Muscovites have been required to use when they go out.

‘The US doesn’t have any 14-day quarantine upon arrival,’ she said.

‘No one even measured my temperature either in the US, nor in Russia.’

The actions of these government people are not aligned with any of their statements.

They say that the virus is dangerous and that everyone must avoid human contact, yet they’re still letting people fly into the country. What purpose does the lockdown serve in curbing the spread if they’re going to allow the import of new cases of the virus anyway?

On the one hand they’re lying about the threat posed by the virus, which we know is about as threatening as the flu, and telling everyone to obey their weird demands in order “to save lives,” even though the only ones that can be considered at risk are very old people and the chronically ill. But on the other hand, they’re not even taking it seriously themselves. They allow people to crowd supermarkets. They allow flights from what are supposed to be dangerous places to land without even checking the passengers.

It may be the weirdest, most destructive kind of joke ever.
