Six former employees for the Bay Area Rapid Transit agency who lost their jobs when they did not get Covid vaccines for religious reasons have been awarded more than $1 million each, according to court documents related to a lawsuit the California workers filed.

A federal jury awarded the six ex-BART workers between $1.1 million and more than $1.5 million each, court records show.

The judgments were awarded Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

The Pacific Justice Institute law firm, which represents the plaintiffs, said in a Thursday statement that BART failed to prove an “undue hardship in denying any accommodations to the employees” who sought them based on religious reasons.

Los Angeles removed its Covid vax mandate for employees just a few months ago. Lots of places still have them, even today.

Kevin Snider, who served as lead attorney, said the workers didn’t compromise their religious convictions for their jobs.

“The rail employees chose to lose their livelihood rather than deny their faith,” he said in a statement. “That in itself shows the sincerity and depth of their convictions.”

One of the plaintiffs had worked for BART for more than 30 years, including a decade-long stretch with perfect attendance, their legal team said.

A representative of BART declined to comment Friday afternoon.

A class-action lawsuit filed in October 2022 said BART granted the vaccine religious exemption for some, but denied accommodations in every instance. Failing to provide accommodations, according to the lawsuit, violated California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act.

On October 14, 2021, BART issued a policy requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid as a condition of employment, the suit said.

Between then and February 2022, about 179 employees submitted requests for religious exemptions, and 70 were approved, the suit said. But none of the 70 who received an exemption were granted an accommodation, the suit said.

However, one in three BART employees seeking medical exemptions were granted an accommodation, according to the suit.

The system of needing an exemption was bizarre and ridiculous. It’s totally Jewish legalism to say “well, the Constitution says you have freedom of religion so if your religion says you can’t be vaccinated that may be a valid reason.”

Anyone should have been able to say, “no, actually, I’m not interested in that injection.”

Forcing people to take this fake vaccine was simply the government dancing on the grave of America. No serious people would ever allow the government to inject things into their body against their will.

Canadian journalist Ian Vandaelle has died at the age of 33 after an unexplained illness, according to a social media post by his partner and fellow journalist Stephanie Hughes.

Vandaelle drew the ire of unvaccinated Canadians after he advocated for vaccine mandates during the Covid-19 pandemic, advocating for both the “carrot” and the “stick” approach.

“Incentivize getting the vaccine however we like … and require vaccination to do … non-essential things. Wanna go to a bar to watch the game? Passport,” Vandaelle wrote on X (Twitter) in 2021.

While employed by BNN Bloomberg, Vandaelle wrote articles with headlines such as Vaccines, not stimulus will ease Canada’s COVID hit.

Friends and colleagues of Vandaelle report being “saddened” by the news of his death. However, critics of the vaccine mandates were less kind, with some describing his passing as “karma.”

Yeah, well, we say “the wrath of God” here, but I suppose it’s a similar concept.

Just 14 percent of unvaccinated Greeks aged 60 and above paid the administrative fine imposed by the government in January, according to data from the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE).

Holdouts were fined 100 euros a month (in January the fine was 50 euros as the measure went into effect mid-month) in a bid to boost lagging inoculation levels and ease pressure on healthcare amid the coronavirus pandemic.

However, of the 317,962 individuals notified by tax authorities to pay the fine, only 44,000 had done so by the March 15 deadline.

A late payment surcharge will be applicable in these cases. Outstanding debtors face confiscation of property assets.

The fines for unvaccinated over-60s will be terminated in mid-April, the government said last week.

Germany’s health minister denounced the country’s unjabbed population in a public demand for compulsory vaccination on Thursday.

Karl Lauterbach, Germany’s left-wing Federal Health Minister, salmmed the unvaccinated during a parliamentary debate on Thursday, in which he once against pushed for the implementation of forced vaccination in Germany.

According to a report by Die Welt, Lauterbach blamed unvaccinated people in Germany for the country’s current health situation, claiming that the Federal Republic faces having its health system overloaded.

“The unvaccinated bear the responsibility that we do not get any further,” Lauterbach alleged.

“The whole country will be held hostage by these people,” he continued, adding: “We can no longer afford that”

“2022 is the first year in which we can end the pandemic in Germany with compulsory vaccination,” he went on to say, calling for parliament to vote to make vaccination against the Chinese coronavirus mandatory.

Lauterbach was not the only one calling for Germans to be forced to get the jab, with the health minister’s Green party coalition partner, Robert Habeck, calling for mandatory vaccination in order to, paradoxically, restore “freedom” to Germany.

“People in this country are fed up,” he said as he pushed for a vaccine mandate. “Let’s finally get this pandemic over with, let’s get rid of the virus and then let’s go back to freedom.”

“The freedom interpretation of the few must not lead to the permanent restriction of freedom of the many,” he went on to explain, alluding to the fact that the state would be forcing some people who have not yet received a vaccine to get jabbed.

The pair were met with some resistance in the German parliament, with politician for the right-populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party lambasting those calling for mandatory jabs.

“You’re riding a dead horse, please get off,” AfD’s parliamentary leader, Alice Weidel, told forced vax advocates.

“There is no legitimate and constitutionally permissible justification for introducing mandatory vaccination against Covid-19.”

AfD are the “far-right” party, so they’re constantly denounced as “fascists” by European media.

It’s funny how we are supposed to believe all of these stereotypes about “fascists,” and at the same time believe they are evil for supporting too much freedom for the individual.

This is far from the first time that Lauterbach and his colleagues have called for mandatory coronavirus jabs.

Lauterbach himself has repeatedly demanded the measure be implemented, having previously stated that he has “no plans” to “open everything” on a Federal level despite many other European countries having completely scrapped all of their COVID-19 restrictions.

However, while he has repeatedly called for forced vaccination in the past, Lauterbach’s most recent call for mandatory jabs is strange in that it seems to contradict what are reportedly his less public views on the Wuhan virus.

According to a report by Bild, the German health minister has expressed very different views to those he is usually heard spouting in a recent letter regarding the state of the German pandemic.

Accusing the minister of being in “fear-monger mode”, the publication claims to have seen a letter in which Lauterbach claims that the pandemic has progressed well, and that an “an overloading of the [German] health system” is no longer expected.

Last year, there was a clip of this guy just suddenly fainting at a press conference, but that appears to have been scrubbed clean off the internet.

I guess it was fake news from the Russians or something.

We said from the beginning of the end of the coronavirus earlier this year that it would eventually come back in full force. We’re seeing a lot more stories about it now, with new variants and new mask mandates in various countries and so on.

Maybe the unvaccinated should just be killed?

After all, they’re going to die anyway from the deadly coronavirus.

The head of hospitals in Paris has raised the question of whether Covid patients who have refused to be vaccinated should be charged for emergency treatment if they become seriously ill with the virus.

Martin Hirsch said the door to hospital treatment was open to all people but questioned whether this had to go hand in hand with “responsibility, allowing everyone to benefit,” in what he said was a “delicate debate”.

“When a free prevention tool is available, can be used, is recognised as something useful by the scientific community, and you refuse it, do you do so without suffering any consequences? Or do we say we will treat you, but there is no reason why you should have no consequences when there will be for other patients who are having difficulty getting treatment and can do nothing about it,” Hirsch told the television programme C à vous.

His comments have provoked outrage and calls for his resignation, including from a number of candidates in the April presidential election.

The unvaccinated are literally according to their own data less likely to “hospitalized with covid.”

No Science representative at this time is making the claim that the vaxed are less likely to get sick. Maybe Fauci still says that, I don’t know, but no one else does.

Obviously, the vax is causing the illness.

That’s the only possible explanation as to why you would be more likely to get sick if you are vaxed.

A 1,600-hectare (4,000-acre) gated community, dubbed El Paraíso Verde, or the Green Paradise, is being carved out of the fertile red earth of Caazapá, one of Paraguay’s poorest regions.

The community’s population – consisting mainly of German, Austrian and Swiss immigrants – will eventually swell from 150 to 3,000, according to the owners.

The project’s website bills it as “by far the largest urbanization and settlement project in South America”, describing the colony as a refuge from “socialist trends of current economic and political situations worldwide” – as well as “5G, chemtrails, fluoridated water, mandatory vaccinations and healthcare mandates”.

Immigration to the colony has stepped up since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, with residents interviewed on its YouTube channel attributing their move to scepticism about the virus and vaccines.

Caazapá, a rural region dominated by cattle ranching in the heart of lush eastern Paraguay, saw a jump from four new German residents in 2019 to 101 in 2021, according to official figures. “Anti-vaxxer” immigrants have also been reported settling in other parts of Paraguay.

One German citizen who lives nearby and who does business with Paraíso Verde, cited discredited conspiracy theories about coronavirus vaccines to explain the surge. They claimed that Paraguay’s accommodating immigration laws have proved attractive to Germans who want to “escape the matrix” and flee the “deep state and one world order”.

“Many older people are coming. They understand that many people are dying in care homes [after vaccination],” said the German, who asked not to be named. “And the others, in their 40s, are trying to bring their children over here to escape.”

But the appearance of an insular colony of Europeans has been watched with concern by some in the nearby the regional capital, also named Caazapá.

“Why are they here? We don’t know, but we want to find out,” said Rodney Mereles, a former municipal councillor.

On its YouTube channel, Paraíso Verde shares videos describing the pandemic which has killed some 5.5 million people as “non-existent”, promoting false, dangerous Covid “miracle cures”, and advertising Paraguay as a country without pandemic restrictions – despite the government’s clear health protocols.

Even as Paraguay recorded the world’s highest Covid death rate per capita in June 2021, the colony shared videos of large parties in violation of restrictions.

The presence in Caazapá of a large group of Covid skeptics worries local health authorities. Dr Nadia Riveros, Caazapá’s head of public health, said the pandemic had been devastating for the region, which has no ICU beds and only one fully equipped ambulance.

“We don’t want to go through that again. I think foreigners, wherever they’re from, should have to get vaccinated before entering the country,” she said.

And as Paraguay faces a quickly escalating third wave of Covid while struggling to improve on the second-lowest vaccination rate in South America, the health ministry announced this month that non-resident foreigners entering the country must now present vaccination certificates.

At least six German nationals without vaccination certificates have been refused entry since this new regulation came into force.

Oh.

So I guess I can’t emigrate.

And the UN will just tell them to shut this down.

The best bet, overall, still remains small towns in rural America. Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Arkansas – and so on. Or, some third world shithole where you can just go deep cover. But if you’re going to do that, you can’t build a community and publicly announce “we’re doing no vax.” All you’re doing is making yourself a target.

They definitely don’t want this sort of thing spreading.

They don’t care if the system collapses.

In fact, that just makes it easier to say “the system is overwhelmed.”

Mark Harper, the chairman of the Covid Recovery Group of Tory MPs, has urged Number 10 to reconsider its approach to mandatory vaccination for NHS staff.

“NHS staff who are unvaccinated will start being sacked, without redundancy payments, from February 4,” Mr Harper wrote.

“The Government is still ploughing on, regardless of the consequences on staffing levels. It’s nonsense. Ministers must change course.

“You can see… in black and white the Govt’s own analysis of how their policy will involve sacking tens of thousands of NHS and social care workers.”

The NHS will begin sacking staff who have not had a Covid vaccine in just over two weeks, new guidance has revealed. By April 1 all frontline staff will be required to have had two jabs, at a time when more than 80,000 – six per cent of the workforce – remain unjabbed.

The biggest problem with the coronavirus narrative is that the coronavirus does not exist.

That thing, which we said in March of 2020, has effectively been confirmed by the authorities now, with them saying that 75% of the people “hospitalized for the virus” were actually hospitalized for something else. If you look at the running number of coronavirus deaths over this two year period, and subtract 75%, you’ve basically got a normal flu season.

If the virus does exist, it is only doing the exact same thing as previous respiratory viruses have already done since forever, meaning it is a redundant virus.

The inability to produce any evidence that the virus exists, combined with the faking of the hospitalizations and deaths, proves that this was all a big hoax.

But of course – more people are dying in 2021-22!

As they’re telling us fewer people are dying from the virus, more people are dying total. That’s called “all cause mortality,” and it is definitely going up.

Part of that is drug overdoses and suicides, heart attacks from the lack of exercise and the stress. The stress alone of this whole hoax increases cortisol levels, which just generally degrades health.

Another big part is the masks. No one can say that forcing people to restrict their breathing for most of the day is not going to cause an increase in poor health outcomes. Then there’s the isolation, which causes people’s immune systems to basically go into remission – in normal life, before the hoax, you were touching doorknobs and then rubbing your eyes, you were breathing everyone else’s air – you were constantly coming into contact with germs, and your immune system was staying fit fighting them off.

But of course, the biggest reason for the increase in death is the safe and effective deadly vaccine that the majority of the population has been coerced into taking.

So, yes – the hospitals are going to be overwhelmed this time around.

Well, the CEO of Pfizer has admitted that the vaccines don’t even work.

The fact checkers are saying that he didn’t really say that, because he was only referring to the Omicron variant. But the Omicron variant is now the “dominant variant,” according The Science.

But the fact that the vax is admitted to not work anymore by the man who created and marketed it doesn’t mean that the demonization of the unvaxed can ever slow down.

It’s almost like this isn’t about public health at all, huh?

When a young woman with stage 4 colon cancer had her surgery postponed for the third time because hospitals are packed with unvaccinated COVID-19 patients at death’s door? Death has an open-door policy, never more so than now.

And will your children forgive you? The always humane Financial Times columnist Simon Kuper wrote about “disenfranchised grief,” a psychological term to describe the feelings of mourners who keep quiet about their suffering because the cause of death is stigmatized. Can a little girl tell people that her unvaccinated dad died of COVID-19?

For each unvaccinated American death, Kuper says, about nine people lose a grandparent, parent, sibling, spouse or child. But a child’s suffering is greatest. Children come first with all of us. Don’t they?

“Imagine the fear, stress and confusion of a child being raised by anti-vaxxers now,” Kuper writes. “The virus is everywhere like never before and is slaying people around you. It would be natural to start wondering whether the rest of the world is right and Mummy and Daddy have joined a death cult. It’s an experience that may set these children apart into the 22nd century.”

Canadian journalists, perhaps out of civility, have hesitated to hit hard on unvaccinated patients. But the CBC reports that between Dec. 14, 2020, and Dec. 18, 2021 — one full terrible year — about 80 per cent of people hospitalized with COVID-19 and 76 per cent of those who died were unvaccinated.

Canada is probably looking at a European style mandate. They already have it in some areas.

This isn’t going to change.

There is no amount of logic or reason that is going to stop the flood of attacks on the pureblooded.

These people are a cult.

Everything bad that happens to the vaccinated is blamed on both the non-existent virus and the pureblooded, even if clearly caused by the vax.

Although to be fair, the whole “dictator” thing isn’t actually even relevant, since what Duterte is doing is still not as bad as what “democracies” are doing. He hasn’t actually put anyone in jail, he just makes these sorts of statements.

On Thursday, daily Covid cases in the Philippines hit their highest level since September, with 17,220 new infections recorded, according to the health ministry.

That daily case number is more than triple the number recorded earlier in the week, with the country having experienced the second-highest number of Covid infections of any state in Southeast Asia. Officials stated that most of the new cases were caused by the spread of the Omicron variant.

Duterte has previously been vocal about his anger at anti-vaxxers, warning last year that, if people refuse to get jabbed, they could face prison time or a forced injection of Ivermectin, an anti-parasite drug that, among other things, is used to treat animals.

“If he refuses, if he goes out of his house and goes around the community, he can be restrained. If he refuses, the captain is empowered now to arrest recalcitrant persons,” Duterte said, referring to those who fail to get vaccinated.

Half the population is still unvaxed, which means they’re really winning the “general common sense” Olympics.
