A 14-year-old rescued orphan from Ukraine has been denied a life-saving kidney transplant because her parents will not have her “vaccinated” with a COVID injection.

“I feel the same about this for my daughter Yulia as I do any of my eight biological children or other adopted children. Yulia is my child, and I am afraid that the COVID shot will kill her,” Chrissy Hicks told National File, adding that she has “done the research” on the issue and has a medical background.

Yulia has Senior Løken syndrome, a rare genetic condition in which the kidneys and eyes gradually fail. She is currently on dialysis and needs a kidney transplant to live.

Despite previously being told by a doctor at Duke Children’s Hospital that so-called COVID “vaccines” were not required for kidney transplants, Chrissy and Lee Hicks were informed in November that Yulia needs the jab to receive a kidney transplant.

Chrissy explained that on October 7, she and her husband spoke to “many doctors” at Duke and told LifeSiteNews that they were given conflicting accounts of the requirements for kidney transplants.

While Dr. Eileen Tsai Chambers, a pediatric kidney transplant specialist, said the COVID jab was required for such a transplant, Dr. Daniel Chang said the jab was “highly recommended” but not mandatory, and that “families had gotten transplants without it.”

Then, on November 9, wellness coordinator Catherine Thomas emailed the parents, informing them in a first email about what was “recommended” for the transplant surgery, and in a second email with “different verbiage,” what was “required” for the operation.

Chrissy told LifeSiteNews that the selection criteria for kidney transplants did not specifically mention COVID “vaccination” but indicated that “medical recommendations” were to be adhered to.

On November 10, Yulia was flat-out denied a kidney transplant by the hospital committee charged with its oversight because her parents would not have her “vaccinated” against COVID.

The denial culminated in a phone call on November 29 during which Chambers told the Hicks that COVID shots are now “recommended” for pediatric kidney transplants because the CDC now “recommen[ds]” the shots for “all ages.”

“Because otherwise it wouldn’t be medically safe for her to be transplanted,” Chambers told the parents.

Lee maintained that they themselves were willing to take on any risk involved in the surgery, Yulia being unvaxxed, but Chambers insisted, “The risk is on our center as well because we have seen people, not here but at other places not getting vaccinated, and they have a poor transplant outcome.”

Chambers later admitted that at Duke, before the jab was available, they were able to give patients “other treatments that were okay,” and that the patients are “still okay.”

Chang said during the call that the immunosuppressive treatments given to patients after kidney transplants renders them “vulnerable,” in an apparent attempt to help justify the jab requirements.

“So if it shuts down natural antibodies how does it not shut down antibodies from the vaccine?” Chrissy asked.

“That’s a great question. That’s why we want them to get vaccinated before the autoimmune suppression,” responded Chambers, adding that “transplanted patients” have a less “normal” immune response to the vaccine than those on dialysis, which she suggested is why Yulia should be jabbed before the surgery and not afterward.

“But that doesn’t answer the question,” Chrissy responded, maintaining that “immunosuppressive drugs should shut down” any antibodies, whether they are naturally occurring or induced by the jab. “I don’t understand how the vaccine is giving any extra protection,” she added.

“Well, because it boosts her immunity,” replied Chambers, without any further attempt at an explanation.

The Hicks underscored the fact that while Chambers kept describing the COVID injection as a “recommendation,” they were in fact communicating that it was a “requirement.”

“You’re basically saying it’s a requirement. It’s not really a recommendation,” Lee pointed out to Chambers.

“Well, I can’t require you to do anything. I can recommend these things. But if you don’t follow our recommendations then Yulia can’t be a transplant candidate here,” she retorted.

Chrissy told LifeSiteNews on Thursday, “The reason why we’re bringing this to the public is because this is really bigger than Yulia, it’s bigger than us. This is about medical freedom that we’re losing in America every day. The line has been drawn in the sand. And if we don’t stand up now, the time may come where we can’t stand up.”

“If we don’t have the right to choose what is injected into our body, then we’ve lost our rights altogether,” Lee added.

“We hope that whatever we find out or whatever we can change will help other families in our situation as well,” Chrissy said.

A GiveSendGo fundraiser has been set up to help pay for travel and lodging expenses not only for Yulia and her mother but also her potential donor, since the family is now forced to look for transplant opportunities out of state.

LifeSiteNews reached out to Duke Children’s Hospital for comment but did not receive an immediate response.

We can say this: if the medical system is aggressively discriminating against the sacred Ukraine people, we don’t have any hope.

We all need to be as healthy as we can be, because the medical system is going to start refusing all of us treatment. Probably they will refuse even very basic treatment.

A court in New Zealand has taken custody of a sick baby whose parents wanted only “unvaccinated” blood used in heart surgery.

Doctors can make the medical decisions for the four-month-old baby, a judge at the High Court in Auckland ruled.

New Zealand’s health authority, Te Whatu Ora, went to court seeking temporary guardianship of the boy in order to authorise the use of vaccinated blood during the operation.

The boy, who is in hospital, has a congenital heart defect and needs life-saving surgery.

His parents said they were unwilling to go through with the surgery unless there was a guarantee the blood would come from donors who had not been vaccinated for COVID-19.

They said they were concerned about the possible health impacts of their child receiving blood from vaccinated donors.

The boy’s parents said they had other willing donors lined up who had not been vaccinated against COVID-19.

However, the boy is likely to need plasma products which are formed from pooling blood from various donors. Doctors said it was “simply impractical” to get this from directed donors, news website Stuff reported.

New Zealand’s blood service argued that allowing the parents to handpick the donors would set a dangerous precedent for patients demanding to choose where their blood came from.

The court granted Te Whatu Ora’s application, meaning the surgery can go ahead using blood from vaccinated people.

Guardianship was given to the court and two medical specialists were made agents of the court so they can make decisions about the boy’s surgery. The boy’s parents will retain guardianship in all other matters.

There you have it.

They kidnapped the baby and injected him with vaxie blood.

It’s no mystery why you wouldn’t want vaxie blood in your kids’ veins.

But all the people making these decisions are vaxies themselves.

New Zealand’s health service has made a court application over the guardianship of a four-month-old baby whose parents are refusing to allow his life-saving heart surgery to go ahead unless non-vaccinated blood is used.

The parents of the baby discussed their son’s health situation and their medical preferences in an interview with an anti-vaccination campaigner.

In the interview the parents say their baby has severe pulmonary valve stenosis, and that he needs surgery “almost immediately”, but that they are “extremely concerned with the blood [the doctors] are going to use”.

“We don’t want blood that is tainted by vaccination,” the father said. “That’s the end of the deal – we are fine with anything else these doctors want to do.”

The vaccines to prevent severe disease and death from Covid-19 have been found to be extremely safe and effective, with millions of people around the world vaccinated.

According to the blood service, NZ Blood, any Covid-19 vaccine in the blood is broken down soon after the injection.

In a statement, Dr Mike Shepherd, Auckland’s interim director at the health service, Te Whatu Ora, said he knows it can be worrying for parents who have an unwell child and are making decisions about their care.

Te Whatu Ora filed papers in the Auckland high court on Monday under the Care of Children Act. It asked that the baby’s guardianship be moved from his parents so consent could be given to use donated blood, the NZ Herald reported.

“The decision to make an application to the court is always made with the best interests of the child in mind and following extensive conversations with whānau,” Shepherd said.

“As this matter is before the courts, we will not be commenting further.”

On Wednesday, the parties appeared at the court to set a date for an urgent hearing, while a group of 100 anti-vaccination supporters gathered outside the building.

Te Whatu Ora’s lawyer Paul White told the court that medical professionals have said a child with such a condition would have been treated several weeks ago in normal circumstances; while the parents’ lawyer Sue Grey – another prominent anti-vaccination campaigner – said the parents wanted better care than what the state was offering.

“Because they label my clients as conspiracy theorists, [their position] is that anything my clients say can be ignored,” she said.

NZ Blood said: “All donated blood also gets filtered during processing, so any trace amounts that may still be present poses no risk to recipients.

“We do not separate or label blood based on a donor’s Covid-19 vaccination status.” It added there was no evidence that previous vaccination affected the quality of blood for transfusion.

Yeah, well – I’ve seen some evidence.

CNN wins again, managing to successfully silence people who don’t agree with their safe and effective death shots.

Instagram and Facebook suspended Children’s Health Defense this week after the anti-vaccine group led by Robert Kennedy Jr. repeatedly violated rules prohibiting misinformation about COVID-19.

A nonprofit, Children’s Health Defense is one of the most influential anti-vaccine organizations active on social media, where it has spread misleading claims about vaccines and other public health measures designed to control the pandemic.

In a statement, Kennedy compared Facebook’s actions to government censorship, even though Facebook is a private company that can set and enforce its own rules about misinformation.

“Facebook is acting here as a surrogate for the federal government’s crusade to silence all criticism of draconian government policies,” Kennedy said.

Children’s Health Defense had hundreds of thousands of followers at the time of the suspension, according to a statement from the organization, which also noted that it has sued Facebook over its moderation policies.

Public health advocates and misinformation experts have criticized Facebook for not acting more swiftly to contain potentially harmful misinformation about COVID-19 and vaccines.

Karen Kornbluh, director of the Digital Innovation and Democracy Initiative at the German Marshall Fund, said too many groups like Children’s Health Defense have been allowed to flourish on social media for too long. She noted that the group remains on Twitter.

“Today’s step is too late and too little,” Kornbluh said, adding that tech companies must address the reasons misinformation spreads so readily on social media.

Several state affiliates of Children’s Health Defense remain on Facebook and Instagram despite the ban of the national organization. Kennedy was kicked off Instagram last year but continues to keep an active account on Facebook.

That last bit is of course the AP itself demanding that more people be banned for not supporting these safe and effective death shots.

People don’t understand: the media is behind the bannings. You can say that the ADL, SPLC, and Twitter bluecheck trannies are the ones provoking it, but they are only as relevant as the media makes them. If instead of citing Jews, the media cited  Daily Stormer as the official on what is socially acceptable, society would look much different. The media is in control, period.

The media wants a total monopoly on the narrative. At first, they were destroying competition – like Daily Stormer – now they’re just destroying anyone who disagrees with them about anything.

You can say “oh well, but Jews also run the media” – this is obviously true, but when you look at the actual mechanics, it is the media doing the censorship.

Understand: it would have been really easy for him to get a fake vax card. I’m sure there were people in the league itself saying “come on, just get the fake vax card.” Instead, he decided to be a hero.

Novak Djokovic pulled out of next week’s hard-court tournament in Cincinnati on Friday because he has not gotten any COVID-19 vaccine shots and so is not allowed to travel to the United States.

That is also why Djokovic is not expected to be able to enter the U.S. Open, the year’s last Grand Slam tournament, which begins in New York on Aug. 29.

Djokovic is a 35-year-old from Serbia who owns 21 major championships, one behind Rafael Nadal for the men’s record. Djokovic has said he won’t get vaccinated against the illness caused by the coronavirus, even if that prevents him from playing in certain tournaments. He missed the Australian Open in January after being deported from that country and needed to sit out two events in the United States earlier this year, along with a tournament in Montreal this week.

Unvaccinated foreign citizens can’t go to Canada or the U.S. currently; the Cincinnati tournament’s news release announcing Djokovic’s withdrawal cited “travel restrictions.”

Djokovic has said he was still holding out hope of being able to enter the U.S. Open, but that would require a change of government policy, which the U.S. Tennis Association says it will adhere to.

Djokovic is a three-time champion at the U.S. Open and was the runner-up last year to Daniil Medvedev.

I don’t really believe that these other players got the vax.

Tennis is somewhat like an intellectual sport. These aren’t dumbass football players. Anyone with any kind of basic intelligence can see that there are zero benefits and a whole helluva lot of risks to this “vaccine.” They can all get fake cards if they want them. Anyone can get a fake card, frankly. It probably costs $1000. But even if it cost $1 million, top tier athletes could afford it.

A judge in the Canadian province of Alberta has ruled that a woman did not have her rights violated when she was denied an organ transplant due to not being vaccinated against the Wuhan coronavirus.

Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Paul Belzil ruled that Edmonton, Alberta woman Annette Lewis had not had her fundamental character of Rights and Freedoms rights violated by being denied an organ transplant over her vaccination status.

According to Justice Belzil, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has no bearing on the treatment decisions of doctors for organ transplants, despite the transplant being diagnosed by medical professionals as the only way for Ms Lewis to survive a progressive disease she suffers from, broadcaster CBC reports.

Doctors diagnosed Lewish with her disease in 2018 and in 2020 urged her to receive various vaccinations, which she agreed to, however, she did not agree to receive the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine and was told without the vaccine she would not receive her potentially life-saving transplant.

“Taking this vaccine offends my conscience,” Lewis said an a sworn affidavit and added, “I ought to have the choice about what goes into my body and a life-saving treatment cannot be denied to me because I chose not to take an experimental treatment for a condition — COVID-19 — which I do not have and which I may never have.”

While Justice Bezil agreed that Lewis was the sole arbiter of what she put into her own body, he claimed that no one has an inherent right to an organ transplant.

“The proposition that treating physicians exercising clinical judgment would be subject to the charter would result in medical chaos with patients seeking endless judicial review of clinical treatment decisions,” he added.

The court ruling is not the first involving the rights of unvaccinated people in Canada in recent months. Last December, a father had his visitation rights with his daughter suspended in the French-speaking province of Quebec after a judge ruled he could not see his daughter due to his vaccination status.

“It would normally have been in the best interests of the child to have contact with his father, but not in his best interest to have contact with him if he is not vaccinated and is opposed to sanitary measures in the current epidemiological context,” Superior Court Judge Jean-Sébastien Vaillancourt said in his ruling.

In February Court of Queen’s Bench Judge Nathalie Godbout issued a similar ruling temporarily denying a father custody of his three children because he was also unvaccinated.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has defended vaccine mandates and other restrictive measures, arguing in an interview last month, “It was their choice and nobody ever was going to force anyone into doing something they don’t want to do.”

“But there are consequences when you don’t. You cannot choose to put at risk your co-workers. You cannot choose to put at risk the people sitting beside you on an aeroplane,” he added.

Roughly 40,000 National Guardsmen and 22,000 Reservists will be barred from service for refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19, the US Army announced Friday.

The decision effectively cuts off pay and benefits to the combined 62,000 service members and prohibits them from participating in training.

“Soldiers who refuse the vaccination order without an approved or pending exemption request are subject to adverse administrative actions, including flags, bars to service, and official reprimands,” an Army spokesperson said in a statement to Military.com.

The Guardsmen and Reservists had until last Thursday to receive the vaccine. The deadline was the latest of all the armed services, which required members to get vaccinated last year, according to the outlet.

If the soldiers continue to refuse the vaccination requirement without a valid medical or religious exemption, they could face further action including “separation” or mandatory discharge.

Part-time service members who have pending exemption cases can continue to participate in training exercises and collect pay and benefits. However, the Army has approved very few medical exemptions and religious exemptions to date, Military.com reported.

Just six out of 53 Guardsmen who requested a medical exemption were approved by the Army and none of the 3,000 requests for religious exemptions made by Guardsmen and Reservists have been granted, according to the outlet.

About 13 percent of National Guardsmen and 12 percent of Reservists were unvaccinated the day after the deadline passed.

The unidentified dad has an immunocompromised 10-year-old daughter but he and his new partner have refused to get the Covid-19 vaccine, leading Justice Nathalie Godbout of the Court of Queen’s Bench to order him to stay away from all three kids.

Godbout wrote that the she was ruling ‘with a heavy heart’ but that the pair were ‘well-positioned to transmit the virus’ to the children despite their best efforts, especially to the father’s at-risk daughter, who needs specialized care for non-cancerous tumors in her blood vessels.

Her ruling last Monday also made sure to debunk the fathers ‘research’ on the Pfizer vaccine.

‘His own anecdotal research on such a highly specialized topic carries little to no weight in the overall analysis when measured against the sound medical advice of our public health officials,’ Godbout wrote.

‘It is no contest: the current science in the face of a highly contagious virus far outweighs Mr. F.’s layman wait-and-see approach,’ she added.

Despite losing in-person access to his kids, Godbout granted the father ‘generous’ visiting rights via Zoom.

If he decides to get the jab, he can return to court to ask for a change to the decision.

According to the attorney who represented the mother in the case, the three children have already received their first doses of vaccine after Godbout ruled that the mother could get her children vaccinated without their dad’s permission.

‘She was ecstatic in some regards,’ said Grant Ogilvie, her lawyer. ‘But this isn’t a case where she wants to take the children away from their father. This is what’s best for the children, period. She’s acknowledged this is going to have an impact on the children, but she said, ‘I have to do what’s best for them.”

She’s not a vindictive cunt, you see.

A three-year-old Cypriot toddler with a serious heart disease was refused necessary surgery in three separate countries because his parents are not vaccinated against the Chinese Coronavirus.

The child is now finally awaiting surgery in Greece.

According to a report by Politico, hospitals in Cyprus were unable to conduct the surgery, and so the young child was scheduled for the procedure in a hospital in Frankfurt.

However, a day before the boy was to be taken by air ambulance to Germany, the hospital cancelled the procedure over the fact that the parents were not jabbed against COVID-19.

A suggestion from the Cypriot authorities that the child instead travel for the surgery with a legal guardian instead of his parents was also refused.

Politico reports that the child was then refused surgeries in both the UK and Israel over his parents’ unjabbed status, both of whom subsequently received jabs on Thursday.

Alexey Matveev, the father of the boy, expressed his confusion regarding the decision after the Frankfurt hospital refused surgery.

“I know that unvaccinated patients are admitted to hospitals in Germany,” Matveev said.

“I didn’t know that I had to be vaccinated for my child being to be operated on in that hospital,” the Russian national continued. “If I knew it of course I would have done it … I am healthy and did not want to be vaccinated.”

Shoppers who refuse to show their vaccine passports when entering a large retail location will only be allowed to enter the premises if they agree to be accompanied by an employee who will ensure that they do not purchase anything not approved for unvaccinated consumers by the government.

Well-known Canadian YouTube personality Viva Frei, who is a lawyer, visited a local Walmart to test the new regulation and posted a video about it. Frei ran for the People’s Party of Canada in the September 2021 election in the Montreal area, and has been an outspoken critic of his province’s response to the declared pandemic.

He was initially refused entrance for not showing proof of vaccination, but he protested that it was his right to buy essential goods like medicine even without showing his papers.

“I’m allowed to go to the pharmacy without showing my vaccination passport,” he said. “I would like a Tylenol for the headache that this is all giving me.”

Frei had expressed in the past that he had taken the first round of COVID injections, but he is vehemently against vaccine-based segregation.

The ministerial decree applies to stores with a surface area of 1,500 square metres or more, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations. The intent on behalf of the provincial government is that the expanded vaccine mandate coerces more people to get receive an experimental and abortion-tainted COVID jab.

The decision is not popular with all retailers, however, as some feel they are unfairly burdened, especially hardware stores that have been deemed essential since the pandemic was declared.

Patrick Delisle, head of marketing for Quebec hardware chain Canac, told reporters, “There are several reasons we’re disappointed. … First of all, we would’ve liked to be treated as an essential service — we’ve been essential since the beginning of the pandemic.”

“We’re not going to ask someone who’s dealing with water damage [in their home] if they’re vaccinated or not,” he added. “It’s really frustrating to have to manage clients living situations like that … it’s not our job.”

It’s obvious that the next step will be to tell the unvaxed that they have to pay someone to go to the grocery store for them.

Please stop thinking that because Boris Johnson said you won’t be required to wear masks anymore that this is over.
