A woman headed home on the Expo Line late Monday night got an unwelcome show – a man touching and exposing himself through his shorts.

So she responded by taking out her cell phone and recorded video of the man reclining on the seat with his back against the train, one foot up on the seat, his elbow resting on his knee.

The lewd display happened at about 10:45 p.m. Monday out of the Expo Line Sepulveda station. The man wore sunglasses, a black T-shirt and what appeared to be green shorts.

As soon as he exited the train on Bundy, the passenger alerted the train’s conductor, but he said he couldn’t do anything to detain the man. So she filed a police report with the LAPD.

On July 26, officers were called to the Ralph Ellison Public Library, located along N.E. 23rd St., after callers told dispatchers that a man was exposing himself and masturbating while children were out in front of the library.

When police arrived, they spotted 41-year-old Freddie Wisner, who is reportedly known for causing these types of disturbances.

According to the arrest affidavit, Wisner told officers that if he was going to jail “then he was going to get naked in the back seat.”

When Wisner learned that he was going to jail, the report states that he “began to pull his pants down” and started climbing all over the back seat.

Sheeit he aint tryna get arrested yet he jus got der.

Police are looking for an alleged flasher who exposed himself to a woman outside a library.

According to officers, the suspect struck around 5 p.m. at the Bellaire library.

Police say the man was wearing an NFL shirt and had multiple tattoos, including the image of a gun on his neck.

Yeah, you’ll have that.

LA Monitor:

Los Alamos police were searching Thursday for a young man who reportedly exposed himself to two women at the Mesa Public Library Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened at 4:30 p.m. on the first floor of the library.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic man wearing an oversized white shirt, shorts and red shoes. He had dark hair, dark eyes and his hair was styled in a “man bun,” police said.

Police said the suspect did more than expose himself, but did not provide additional details
