Paul Hildreth

“Innocent until proven guilty” is morphing into “innocent until looking guilty.”

What makes someone look guilty? That’s up to the overlords to decide, of course.

AP:

Paul Hildreth peered at a display of dozens of images from security cameras surveying his Atlanta school district and settled on one showing a woman in a bright yellow shirt walking a hallway.

A mouse click instructed the artificial intelligence-equipped system to find other images of the woman, and it immediately stitched them into a video narrative of where she was currently, where she had been and where she was going.

There was no threat, but Hildreth’s demonstration showed what’s possible with AI-powered cameras. If a gunman were in one of his schools, the cameras could quickly identify the shooter’s location and movements, allowing police to end the threat as soon as possible, said Hildreth, emergency operations coordinator for the Fulton County School District.

AI is transforming surveillance cameras from passive sentries into active observers that can identify people, suspicious behavior and guns, amassing large amounts of data that help them learn over time to recognize mannerisms, gait and dress. If the cameras have a previously captured image of someone who is banned from a building, the system can immediately alert officials if the person returns.

At a time when the threat of a mass shooting is ever-present, schools are among the most enthusiastic adopters of the technology, known as real-time video analytics or intelligent video, even as civil liberties groups warn about a threat to privacy. Police, retailers, stadiums and Fortune 500 companies are also using intelligent video.

“What we’re really looking for are those things that help us to identify things either before they occur or maybe right as they occur so that we can react a little faster,” Hildreth said.

A year after an expelled student killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, Broward County installed cameras from Canada-based Avigilon throughout the district in February. Hildreth’s Atlanta district will spend $16.5 million to put the cameras in its roughly 100 buildings in coming years.

In Greeley, Colorado, the school district has used Avigilon cameras for about five years, and the technology has advanced rapidly, said John Tait, security manager for Weld County School District 6.

Upcoming upgrades include the ability to identify guns and read people’s expressions, a capability not currently part of Avigilon’s systems.

“It’s almost kind of scary,” Tait said. “It will look at the expressions on people’s faces and their mannerisms and be able to tell if they look violent.”

Almost kind of scary?

“Yeh dat white boi be a Nazi. Imma press dis button now.”

First it will be “to look at their faces to tell if they look violent” and soon after it will be “to look at their faces and tell if they’re non-complying uncooperative goyim.”

Before anyone realizes it, there’ll be agents going after what these AIs deem “bad goyim.”

It’s unknown how many schools have AI-equipped cameras because it’s not being tracked. But Michael Dorn, executive director of Safe Havens International , a nonprofit that advises schools on security, said “quite a few” use Avigilon and Sweden-based Axis Communications equipment “and the feedback has been very good.”

…

Schools are the largest market for video surveillance systems in the U.S., estimated at $450 million in 2018, according to London-based IHS Markit, a data and information services company. The overall market for real-time video analytics was estimated at $3.2 billion worldwide in 2018 — and it’s anticipated to grow to more than $9 billion by 2023, according to one estimate .

AI cameras have already been tested by some companies to evaluate consumers’ facial expressions to determine if they’re having a pleasant or unpleasant shopping experience and improve customer service, according to the Center for Democracy and Technology, a Washington nonprofit that advocates for privacy protections. Policy counsel Joseph Jerome said companies may someday use the cameras to estimate someone’s age, which might be useful for liquor stores, or facial-expression analysis to aid in job interviews .

You’re not supposed to discriminate based on skin color or race in job interviews, but discrimination based on facial expressions is okay.

“Your face looks Nazi and white supremacist, so no job for you.”

“People haven’t really caught up to how broad and deep the technology can now go,” said Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst at the American Civil Liberties Union who published a research paper in June about how the cameras are being used. “When I explain it, people are pretty amazed and spooked.”

…

Stanley, with the ACLU, said there’s reason to be skeptical about their capabilities because AI is still “pretty unreliable at recognizing the complexities of human life.”

Facial recognition is not infallible, and a study last year from Wake Forest University found that some facial-recognition software interprets black faces as appearing angrier than white faces.

But that actually means that the facial recognition is working as intended.

Blacks really are angrier than whites, at least in regards to the violence-inducing type of anger. They commit the most violent crimes, so any AI interpreting their faces as angrier than whites’ is definitely onto something.

Of course, that must be corrected because the goal isn’t really to be impartial, prevent crimes and save lives. As long as the Jews are in charge, the goal is white genocide and new tools and technologies will be used to that end.

You people need to stop saying edgy stuff on the internet.

Seriously, you will be arrested by federal cops.

Because there is apparently some new law against “expressing interest” in committing certain crimes. This is as in “the feds nabbed him on expressing interest charges.”

CNN:

Authorities this weekend announced they had foiled three potential mass shootings after arresting three men in different states who expressed interest in or threatened to carry them out.

All three cases were brought to authorities’ attention thanks to tips from the public.

…

In Connecticut, 22-year-old Brandon Wagshol was arrested after authorities said he had expressed interest in committing a mass shooting on Facebook, according to a statement from the FBI and the Norwalk Police Department.

He faces four charges of illegal possession of large capacity magazines, and is being held on a $250,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court September 6.

According to the statement, authorities received a tip that Wagshol was trying to buy large capacity rifle magazines from out of state.

As the FBI and the Norwalk Police Department were investigating the tip, they discovered Wagshol was trying to build his own rifle and had allegedly posted on Facebook about his interest in committing a mass shooting, the statement said. Authorities did not provide details on what the post said.

…

Tristan Scott Wix of Daytona Beach, Florida, was arrested in a Winn-Dixie parking lot on Friday after he sent his ex-girlfriend a series of disturbing texts in which he allegedly threatened to commit a mass shooting, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said. The ex-girlfriend alerted authorities.

In the messages, the 25-year-old said he wanted to open fire on a large crowd of people, the sheriff’s office said in a news release. “A good 100 kills would be nice,” one message allegedly read. Wix also said he already had a location in mind, according to the sheriff’s office.

“A school is a weak target.. id be more likely to open fire on a large crowd of people from over 3 miles away.. I’d wanna break a world record for longest confirmed kill ever,” another message read, according to the sheriff’s office.

Wix wrote that he wanted to die and “have fun doing it,” authorities said.

Volusia County Sheriff Michael Chitwood said on CNN Sunday that authorities had recovered a .22-caliber hunting rifle and 400 rounds of ammo in Wix’s apartment.

The perfect weapon for a mass shooting, but the way. A .22 hunting rifle is known as “Slaughter’s Choice” among mass shooting interest expressers.

Slap a bump stock on one of those babies and you’re going to unleash hell on earth.

And in Ohio, 20-year-old James Patrick Reardon was arrested for allegedly threatening to carry out a shooting at a Youngstown Jewish community center.

An Instagram account belonging to Reardon shared a video that showed a man firing a gun, New Middletown Police Chief Vincent D’Egidio told CNN. The post — which was shown to an officer out on an unrelated call — tagged the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown, D’Egidio said.

It’s unclear whether the man shooting the gun was Reardon or someone else.

Andy Lipkin, the executive vice-president of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation, said the post was accompanied by a caption that read, “Police identified the Youngstown Jewish Family Community shooter as local white nationalist Seamus O’Rearedon” — Seamus being a Gaelic version of Reardon’s name.

The rest of the Instagram account contained anti-Semitic comments, white nationalist content, and images of Reardon or someone else shooting guns, D’Egidio said.

A search warrant was executed and authorities found a cache of weapons and ammunition, D’Egidio told CNN.

Reardon was arrested without incident and booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Saturday on one count of telecommunications harassment and one count of aggravated menacing, according to online jail records. He’s set to be arraigned Monday morning, the police chief said.

So yeah okay um.

Ehhhhh.

None of these people are being charged explicitly with “expressing interest.”

Wagshol is being charged with a weapons violation.

Wix is being charged with… threatening to kill no specific person or people at no specific date and in no specific place in a private conversation. I guess?

Reardon is being charged with posting a meme on Instagram (this appears to be a literal European-style hate speech charge).

What they all have in common is that they were snitched on. They can also – presumably and I hope – all get out of this trumped-up bullshit. Certainly, Wix and Reardon can get out easily because the charges don’t even make sense.

Wagshol is the only one who apparently broke the law, but the details of how the police found this out are not clear, and it appears that they broke the law in trying to go after him.

But what we appear to have here is the beginning of a mass round-up of white people on pre-crime charges.

This is an extremely disturbing development.

Because while these cases may seem slightly more extreme than the posts made by the average internet autist, they are just the start of this wave. It’s the slippery slope and the creeping crawler, and they will start arresting people for much less serious internet posts and accusing them of being terrorists.

Also note that although all of these men owned guns, they will probably start doing it to people who do not own guns. They can just say you had “bomb making supplies” and point to some chemicals under your kitchen sink – they are already accusing a guy of planning to do a mass shooting with a .22 hunting rifle. Or they can say you were “planning to purchase” something, and point to some pictures of guns found in your browser history.

They can apparently pretty much just do whatever the heck they want. But at least for now, they are going to need to be able to point to something.

I know that our community has been known to make some pretty edgy jokes on the internet, and I just want to tell you all: do not heck around. Now is not the time to heck around. If you get arrested and booked for expressing interest, even if it is later determined that expressing interest is not a real crime, your life will still be destroyed. You will still have accusations of interest expression at the top of Google searches for your name for your entire life. And it will cost you all of your money to stay out of prison.

Please note that saying “in Minecraft” or some other such edgy qualifier after a threatening statement DOES NOT in any way clear you of responsibility for a post to incitement. (You might also note that a key proponent of “in Minecraft” funny-guy incitement edge-posting was recently linked to a federal informant posing as a right-winger, if you are astute.)

Given the Wix situation, it also appears that you cannot joke in private conversations about killing people if you are white. At least not in electronic communication. Though probably, you should totally remove any sort of this kind of speech from your entire lexicon.

Post very, very carefully lest you be swooped on.

White Kid Arrested for Pre-Crime for Texting Girl That He Sometimes Thinks About Doing a Mass Shooting https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/08/19/white-kid-arrested-for-pre-crime-for-texting-girl-he-sometimes-thinks-about-doing-a-mass-shooting/ Mon, 19 Aug 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Stormer

Don’t ever tell your thoughts to a woman.

Not even if Donald Trump tells you to do it with subliminal messages.

A woman is a natural snitch and a rat and a histrionic crook.

CNN:

A Florida man has been charged for threatening to commit a mass shooting after his ex-girlfriend alerted authorities to a series of ominous text messages he sent her.

25-year-old Tristan Scott Wix was arrested on Friday in a Winn-Dixie parking lot in Daytona Beach Shores, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Volusia County Sheriff Michael Chitwood said on CNN Sunday that Wix had sent the texts to his ex-girlfriend, who showed the messages to authorities.

“When you look at this kid’s background, he is the profile of a shooter,” Chitwood said. “He lost his job, he lost his girlfriend, he’s depressed, he’s got the ammunition and he wants to become known for being the most prolific killer in American history.”

Wix, of Daytona Beach, wrote about wanting to open fire on a large crowd of people, the sheriff’s office said. “A good 100 kills would be nice,” he wrote in one message, adding that he already had a location in mind. So far, Wix has not told investigators where he wanted to carry out the shooting, Chitwood said.

“A school is a weak target.. id be more likely to open fire on a large crowd of people from over 3 miles away.. I’d wanna break a world record for longest confirmed kill ever,” another message reads, according to the sheriff’s office.

Wix said he wanted to die and “have fun doing it.”

“Ah well even if you told someone, me saying I wanna do it and think about it is not the same as actually doing it lol. Was kinda hoping someone would come into my life worth not doing it for, for the sake of all those people (laughing cry face emoji). I’m not crazy I just wanna die and I wanna have fun doing it, but I’m the most patient person in the world,” Wix wrote in another message.

Chitwood said that authorities recovered a .22-caliber hunting rifle and 400 rounds of ammunition in his apartment. Wix had initially told investigators he did not own any firearms but that he was fascinated with mass shootings, the sheriff’s office said.

Was he going to use a .22 rifle for the mass shooting, Chitwood, you greasy rat?

As far as I’m aware, it isn’t illegal to think about committing a crime.

But maybe it is now?

I guess?

Who knows?

If statements made in private communications are now threats, then I guess anything is on the table.

I’m going to have to look into these charges further. I can’t find the documents right now. But this is certainly an interesting case, as it basically completely upends the entire legal system going back to the Magna Carta.

Patriot Prayer’s Joey Gibson Arrested for Pre-Crime Ahead of Portland Event https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/08/18/patriot-prayers-joey-gibson-arrested-for-pre-crime-ahead-of-portland/ Sun, 18 Aug 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Roy Batty

The model for Patriot Prayer appears to be to simply show up in Antifa-run strongholds like Portland to give the lefties a good punching bag every now and then, to keep them in good form. On an individual level, you have to be a total sucker to sign up for this totally one-sided rout… but to be fair, Patriot Prayer really does do a good job of showing legendary Liberal/Leftist tolerance in action to the masses.

In fact, I’d say that they unironically have a much better media strategy than any Alt-Right organizers – who didn’t seem to have any media plan whatsoever.

At least Joey Gibson understands that Americans don’t like to see women and old men and Christians getting beaten up by fat college kids high on HRT. It may suck for the individuals who take a ride on the short yellow bus to Portland only to get maced and set upon with hammers, but it does make for solid anti-Lefty propaganda.

Joey Gibson was arrested before Saturday’s event in a third world bullying type gesture.

New York Post:

The leader of a right-wing group was busted by Portland, Oregon, police Friday night before a rally expected to draw people from around the country.

Patriot Prayer’s Joey Gibson to urge his followers to “show up one hundred-fold” in response to his arrest, the Associated Press reported.

The arrests of Gibson and five other far-right activists appear to be a signal from cops to organizers to keep their event peaceful, the AP said. Anti-fascist groups have promised to confront the right-wingers at their rally in Oregon’s largest city. Similar events in the past resulted in widespread unrest on Portland’s streets.

This arrest raises more questions than answers.

Was Joey Gibson really arrested because he was planning a rally that the cops didn’t agree with? Because that’s what the article seems to be saying here. “A signal from cops…” means abuse of police force to threaten political dissidents from where I’m sitting.

What department was responsible for this? Portland city cops or the FBI?

Probably Portland’s very own Danielle Outlaw.

And so, apparently, instead of arresting the Antifa people who are doing all the smashing and bashing… the coppers are arresting Patriot Prayer and their associates.

Stepping back and looking at the bigger picture here, we see how Leftists always twist reality to fit their narrative. See, the violence is the fault of the people who are being attacked. If they hadn’t shown up to be attacked, there would be no violence.

In other words, if you object to anything that Antifa does, you are engaging in violence and so trigger Antifa’s right to pre-emptive self-defense AND give the police the right to arrest you for pre-crime, apparently.

Gibson was not involved in planning Saturday’s event but organized similar rallies the past two years that erupted in clashes, He surrendered Friday on an arrest warrant for rioting related to a May 1 confrontation with Antifa activists outside a bar in Portland.

The bottom line is this: Joey Gibson was arrested because what he was doing was effective. His actions woke middle America up to the terror threat that is Antifa.

People started asking questions like:

Q: Why isn’t the mayor of Portland doing anything?

A: Because he is an Antifa sympathizer.

Q: I thought Antifa only fought Nazis?

A: The term “Nazi” means anyone that Antifa doesn’t like.

Q: What about the police?

A: The Cops are pinko scum.

Also: I assume that this sheboon police chief probably broke some laws by abusing her right as a Minority to force Joey to report for arrest, just like the dindu police chief in Charlottesville did with Unite the Right.

There is no doubt a civil liberties infringement case to be made here.

Now, if only we had a conservative president in office capable of directing the DOJ to investigate the situation…

Federal Judge Orders That Guy They Arrested for Google Searches and Accused of Terrorism Released https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/04/27/federal-judge-orders-that-guy-they-arrested-for-google-searches-and-accused-of-terrorism-released/ Sat, 27 Apr 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

Arresting this guy as a terrorist for Google searches and draft emails he never sent was one of the craziest things I had ever seen. It looked as though they had created some kind of new law on the spot to charge him with planning terrorism based on the theory that maybe he could have been thinking about terrorism, theoretically.

Basically, he had searched some terms in Google regarding where politicians live, how much security they have, etc., and had a draft email saying he would like to kill people (unspecific people). He also had a list of names of people he didn’t like. None of that is illegal. It does not in any way amount to a plan to commit terrorism. He had no records of a plan to commit any specific act.

They rushed his house with SWAT and found some guns that weren’t properly registered and some pills he didn’t have a prescription for and announced that he was plotting a terrorist attack.

They dropped all the terrorism-related charges, because they were insane and nonsensical, but then said they were still going to hold him because of pills and guns (even though they only found out about the pills and guns when they raided him on false pretenses, which means all of that should be thrown out because we have a Fourth Amendment).

The fact that a federal judge is ordering him released proves that our justice system at least sort of still maybe works a little bit. But the fact that they ever arrested him in the first place shows that we are teetering on the brink of a situation where anyone can be arrested for anything, without even giving a clear explanation.

CNN:

A federal judge in Maryland said Thursday that Christopher Hasson, a Coast Guard lieutenant accused of plotting a domestic terror attack, will be released from detention.

Hasson had been indicted on weapons and drug charges, but did not face any charges related to terrorism or attempted murder — a point his public defender made as she argued that the government’s continued detention of him was unlawful. He pleaded not guilty last month on the weapons and drug charges.

Judge Charles Day agreed that the government had not met a standard for continued detention but said he still had “grave concerns” about Hasson’s alleged actions, which included amassing an arsenal of guns and tactical gear and searching online for the home addresses of two Supreme Court justices.

Hasson’s defense attorney will propose options for supervised release at a future hearing.

“He’s got to have a whole lot of supervision,” Day said. “Somebody who’s got eyes and ears on him like nobody’s business.”

Prosecutors say Hasson is a white supremacist who had a hit list that included prominent Democratic politicians as well as several journalists from CNN and MSNBC.

Hasson conducted an internet search for “are Supreme Court justices protected” before searching for the home addresses of two unnamed justices, court documents revealed.

The documents say Hasson espoused extremist and white supremacist views, and searched online for the “best” gun with which to kill African Americans.

Prosecutors say that in August 2017 Hasson searched “white homeland” and “when are whites going to wake up.” Months later he allegedly searched “please god let there be a race war.”

Hasson was first charged in February and faces counts of unlawful possession of two improperly registered silencers, possession of a narcotic opioid and possession of 17 firearms as an unlawful user and addict of a controlled substance. If convicted on all four counts, he could receive 31 years in prison. There is no federal domestic terrorism statute under which he could be charged.

Hasson’s public defender Elizabeth Oyer told the court, “I fear that through the vivid imaginations and colorful writing of the prosecutors, the case has developed a profile that does not line up with the facts.”

Oyer referenced President Donald Trump multiple times, comparing her client’s racial slurs and targeting of Democrats and the media to similar views that the President has taken.

Oyer said the list of names Hasson had allegedly assembled didn’t amount to a hit list but “looks like the sort of list that our commander in chief might have compiled while watching Fox News in the morning.”

She added that while the racial slurs Hasson allegedly used in private writings were condemnable, they are now part of the “national vocabulary.”

“Donald Trump uses similar epithets in his everyday language and tweets,” Oyer said.

Thomas Windom, an assistant US attorney, showed multiple photos of Hasson’s guns stashed in a closet feet from his bed, and at one point, lifted a weighted vest that police had recovered.

“This is combat gear. There is no reason to have this,” Windom said. “The defendant intended to … take his weapons and go.”

“There is no reason to have this”?

Is that the new way to attack gun rights?

“If you have weapons, you must be planning terrorism, or why else would you have them”?

Windom also described how Hasson had made the two illegal silencers “clandestinely” with a drill press. The silencers were coated with gunpowder — showing that Hasson had used them, Windom said.

“He intended to use them in a sniper attack,” Windom said. “These are pure killing devices.”

All guns are “pure killing devices.”

That is what a gun is.

A pure killing device.

And that is why our Founding Fathers ensured our right to possess them.

In court Thursday Oyer accused prosecutors of “cultural bias” in their fixation on Hasson’s weapons cache, saying he was a hunter and 30-year member of the military who until 2016 had lived in North Carolina, where gun ownership is more accepted.

Oyer also downplayed the steroids found in Hasson’s possession, saying he had used them in the past but was not taking them at the time of his arrest.

…

Day sympathized with the prosecutors’ position, saying they faced a “very difficult, challenging set of facts,” but ultimately determined that the charges Hasson faced should not warrant continued detention.

“I do not find that detention is appropriate,” Day said.

What an utterly bizarre spectacle.

But understand: these things just keep getting weirder and they keep getting worse. This guy doesn’t have a real lawyer, so he is probably going to get screwed on some trumped up “drugs plus guns” charges (despite the violation of his Fourth Amendment). But the next time this happens, they will push through some new fake terrorism thing.

What they were looking to do here was set a precedent, but it turned out it was just too goofy.

They are no doubt searching for the next target.

So be careful.

Oh and another thing: this guy had emailed the now deceased Harold Covington, who I believe was a federal informant, which is probably what got him on the radar.

If you’re going to email any known far-right figure – even one who is solid – don’t use your real email, or one that can be connected to you at all.

lol @ Queen Maxine.

First Precrime Suspect Held by FBI – Daily Stormer Flier Guy “Might Do Something Violent” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2018/11/14/first-precrime-suspect-held-by-fbi-daily-stormer-flier-guy-might-do-something-violent/ Wed, 14 Nov 2018 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin
Daily Stormer
November 14, 2018

A story about a Stormer-fan from Car, North Carolina putting up fliers is not getting national news coverage, but the tragicomedy appears to be the first instance of a suspect being held by the FBI on suspicion of “precrime” in the wake of the Gunfight at O.K. Synagogue.

For those who don’t know the term, “precrime” was coined by Philip K. Dick in his story “The Minority Report,” which was later made into a film of the same name. The story deals with the concept of a future dystopia where police use a system which mixes telepaths with machines to identify people guilty of crimes before they commit them.

In the wake of the synagogue event, pundits all across TV were demanding this kind of system, where people could be arrested and held based on the theory that they may commit a crime.

WNCN:

A Cary man charged with burning a cross at a town park and making anti-Semitic comments at a synagogue also passed out neo-Nazi fliers around his neighborhood, according to Wake County search warrants obtained by CBS 17.

William Josephus Warden, 20, faces a charge of ethnic intimidation as well as a charge of placing a burning cross without permission.

First problem here was doing something illegal.

None of you should ever do anything illegal.

The “ethnic intimidation” stuff is confusing and arguably not a real crime, but everyone should know that burning a cross in a public park is illegal.

This is also stuff that is going to lead to you getting doxed, as happened to William.

Cary police said Warden went to the Congregation of Shaarei Shalom in Cary on Nov. 3 around 10:15 p.m. He rang their smart doorbell and someone answered the call remotely.

At that point, Cary police said Warden made a “number of disparaging statements against the Jewish religion and people of the Jewish faith.”

Rabbi Seth Klayman said Warden made “typical anti-Semitic tropes” like “get out of the government” and “get out of Cary.”

Wait, “get out of Cary” is a typical anti-Semitic trope? Why have I never heard it?

Seriously though kids – nothing to be gained from this. You just get doxed, even if it isn’t ruled illegal.

The newly-obtained warrants show that Warden was involved in other neo-Nazi incidents in Cary.

According to authorities, a paper flier with a swastika and the words “Aryan Youth” were passed out at homes in the area of Roebling Lane in Cary on the morning of Oct. 16.

On the flier was a link to a Soundcloud music channel. The channel contained “numerous songs bearing titles which suggest a strong anti-Semitic and anti-African ideology,” as well as “a partial image of a swastika flag along with the words ‘Will Warden’ and ‘Morrisville, North Carolina…’ according to warrants.

looool @ “anti-African ideology.”

But yeah – don’t put your real name on the internet, guys.

Come on.

On or around Oct. 18, at least 60 fliers were reported in the same area of Cary. Those fliers contained an image of a swastika and the words, in all capital letters, “…JOIN US IN THE STRUGGLE FOR GLOBAL WHITE SUPREMACY AT THE DAILY STORMER.”

The Daily Stormer is a neo-Nazi message board and website “that advocates for the genocide of Jews,” according to the warrant.

Wait wait wait – I never “advocated for the genocide of Jews,” I simply suggested it as a possible option.

Furthermore, I have completely renounced my previous calls for fake shower room gas chambers, and have embraced instead a call for bringing back the Stairs of Death, where Jews will be forced to carry boulders up stairs until all their bones break. I have also given endorsement of masturbation machines, which can be used to masturbate Jews to death.

This warrant is not accurate, and should state explicitly that the site “has suggested the Stairs of Death and masturbation machines as a potential solution to the Jewish problem.”

As far as fliers go – this is something you can do, but only if you don’t get doxed in the process. That means posting them up – in places where it is legal to do so – not handing them out.

You need to stay safe out there.

But here’s where things get bad and weird.

Cary police notified one of their detectives about the fliers and Soundcloud and that detective then reached out to Warden’s parents, Billy Warden and Lucy Inman, to set up an interview, warrants show.

The detective met Warden on Nov. 1 at a Starbucks in Cary to conduct the interview. An FBI agent was also present for the interview.

Warrants show that the detective reported that “Warden appeared both sincere and unusually candid with his statements” and that he “freely admitted to being the owner of the…Soundcloud account as well as distributing the…fliers.”

COME ON!

DO.

NOT.

TALK.

TO.

THE.

COPS!

How difficult is this?

There is never, ever, ever any circumstance where talking to the cops is going to be good for you. Beyond a routine traffic stop (assuming you’re not drunk), no words from your lips should ever go into the ear of a police officer other than “I demand a state-appointed lawyer.”

Never.

They will tell you “oh well, if you talk to us now we can just get this sorted out” – that is always a trap. It means they don’t have anything on you and want you to admit things. You can always say “I demand a state appointed lawyer” at which point they will almost always say, “you’re not being charged with anything” at which point you say, “am I free to go?”

Note that in this situation, the warrant was issued AFTER his conversation with the Fed. Meaning that the warrant was issued BASED ON WHAT HE TOLD THEM.

How many times does this have to happen before you people get it?

I know it is intimidating to have cops coming to you and I know they can be persuasive. But you have to have this procedure memorized.

Obviously, the meeting at a Starbucks was part of the trick – “oh this is just an informal thing, we don’t think you’ve done anything wrong, you have freedom of speech, we just want to clear some things up” – then the beans are spilled and you’re arrested for some joke charge and held on… precrime theories.

Warden also told the detective that “he belongs to a group of like-minded individuals who live in the area.” Warden refused to identify other members of the group or say how many people were in the group.

According to warrants, Warden did tell authorities that the group is named the “Traditionalist Youth Network” and operates on the social media platform Gab, as well as Facebook.

Also, don’t ever join a group that has the word “traditionalist” in the name, and don’t ever use Gab.

These are both great ways to end up in federal custody.

Gab has been in the news recently after it was revealed that accused Pittsburgh synagogue shooter Robert Bowers was active on the social media platform. Bowers is charged with killing 11 people at the Tree of Life Synagogue.

Warden told authorities that he believed Bowers was “out of options,” but that “he himself is not a supporter of violence, but added that he would not stand in the way of others who commit it,” according to warrants.

The detective reported that Warden told him he would most likely not tell him beforehand if he knew of an impending act of violence against a person and “cited his hatred for Jews and perceived overreach of law enforcement as justification for that position,” warrants show.

The ethnic intimidation incident at the synagogue occurred just two days after Warden’s interview with police and the FBI.

Warden was arrested Nov. 4 after police determined that, based on comments made at the synagogue and images and text found on Warden’s Soundcloud, he “might be intending to conduct an act of violence against a protected class of individuals” and that the “violent act might be imminent and scheduled to occur on Nov. 5, 2018,” according to warrants.

Warden was arrested and placed in the Wake County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond. His bond has since been increased to $75,000, according to arrest records.

There you have it.

Held because he “might do something.”

This is completely and totally insane.

Obviously, they could have arrested him just for what he told them in the interview – but they wanted to make a point that they are holding him for precrime. Because they are now in the process of establishing a precedent for holding people for precrime.

Please, guys.

Listen to me, and do not do any of the things William did.

You don’t want to be in these situations.

Varg Vikernes Arrested for “Pre-Crime” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2013/07/18/varg-vikernes-arrested-for-pre-crime/ Thu, 18 Jul 2013 00:00:00 +0000 White activist Varg Vikernes arrested for “possibly being up to something”

A White guy with a gun and a beard? He must be planning something.
A White guy with a gun and a beard? He must be planning something.

There was only one thing that was unclear to me with regards to this case: whether Vikernes and his wife had illegal weapons or not.  Now it seems that all their guns were legal, so even this can be dismissed as a possible reason for this arrest.

What then has Vikernes has done wrong?

  1. He has written things online, which is not illegal, but something which the Jewish police state does not accept.
  2. He was – possibly – going to do something wrong. This is what we call “pre-crime.”

Kinect-Minority-Report-UI-2

The picture above is from the movie “Minority Report,” based on science fiction short story of the same name by Philip K. Dick. It’s a dystopian future scenario where the police use advanced computer technology to stop crimes before they happen.  Something similar to this is happening today in the Jew$A and Jewropa.

WE apprehend you because it is possible that you intend to maybe do something illegal.

What does it mean to “plan a terrorist act”? The emphasis is on the word “plan.” Where do we draw the line between a moment of frustrated desire to “blow up Parliament” and the act of actually sitting down and drawing up a plan to act?  At what point can the government can prove that you really intended to blow up Parliament?  Are the only grounds the state needs to prove such a thing that someone has expressed a hostile attitude towards the regime in internet rants, possesses legal weapons and maybe has a bag of fertilizer in the garden?  Maybe you  have to have, like 769 others, received an e-mail from Anders Behring Breivik with his manifesto as an attachment?

We have a big problem when you can be arrested on the basis that “it appears that you would like to commit a crime.”  Here you have “pre-crime.” And the problem with arresting people for “pre-crime” is that – as far as I understand the law – it is illegal.  The state power has no right to arrest someone on the basis that the person may have had thoughts about committing a crime.  With that logic, could you arrest the perhaps one-million men who have thought about how they would like to rape a woman?  Or you could arrest as many drivers as would like to drive too fast, or the red light, and thought about doing so?  Do you understand the senselessness?

But this is not about “pre-crime,” in the sense that it existed in Minority Report, as the authorities did not likely even believe that Varg was actually up to something.  This was about the undemocratic use of force to demonstrate and implement a very specific political agenda.  This is meant to intimidate and punish people who do not think like you want them to think. This is a thought-dictatorship.

The only terrorism is from the Jews and their Freemasonic police forces.  What are ‘Nazis’ guilty of?  Wrongthink.  That’s all.

Orwell’s 1984: We are already here.  Wake up and realize that we live in the same frightening future we read about in books and saw in movies when we were growing up.  You can now be punished for your thoughts and the only law that exists is not the one on the books, but the one staring at you down the barrel of a gun.
