A former San Antonio police officer was arrested for shooting and wounding 17-year-old Erik Cantu after he fled a McDonald’s parking lot, officials said.

James Brennand was charged with two counts of aggravated assault by a public servant following an investigation into the shooting that occurred earlier this month, according to local reports. He was fired on Oct. 4, just two days after the incident.

Cantu was eating a hamburger inside his car earlier this month when Brennand approached and shot at it as the jolted teen fled, authorities said.

Cantu’s family, through their attorney, told Fox News the young man’s is on life support as his condition is still touch-and-go.

“At this time, there is no improvement in his condition. He is still unconscious and is on life support,” the family said. “The last two days have been difficult and we expect more difficulty ahead, but we remain hopeful.

“We’d like to correct any misrepresentations that Erik is in ‘stable condition’ or he is ‘going to be fine.’ That is not true. Every breath is a struggle for Erik.

“We ask for everyone’s continued prayers for our son.”

Brennand was in the parking lot originally responding to an unrelated disturbance when he spotted Cantu’s car, which he believed evaded him a day earlier, said police training commander Alyssa Campos last Wednesday.

A Minneapolis mom could be seen on video confronting Black Lives Matter protesters gathered outside the home of a man who was fatally shot by police after a tense six-hour standoff.

The mother, Arabella Foss-Yarbrough, called police last Wednesday night after her neighbor Andrew “Tekle” Sundberg allegedly fired shots into her apartment as she was cooking for her two young children.

The gunman was eventually shot dead Thursday morning by two Minneapolis police snipers.

A pistol with an extended magazine and several bullet casings was recovered from his apartment.

“This is not a George Floyd situation. George Floyd was unarmed. This is not OK,” Foss-Yarbrough was seen yelling at a group of protesters on Saturday. “He tried to kill me in front of my kids.”

Photos from inside Foss-Yarbrough’s home show multiple bullet holes in her front door, walls and just above her bathroom sink.

Regardless of the circumstances of the shooting, BLM activists — including Trahern Crews, a lead organizer for BLM Minnesota — gathered outside the building on Saturday to demand justice for Sundberg.

“We’re here to respect life, demand justice, and we’re demanding the release of the bodycam footage,” Crews chanted, according to the star Tribune.

But when Foss-Yarbrough pulled her car up to the building, she unleashed on the protesters, who included Sundberg’s parents.

“My kids have to deal with this and probably have a mental illness now because they almost lost their lives,” she said. “There’s bullet holes in my kitchen because he sat in the f–king hallway watching me move. He tried to kill me in front of my kids.

“I have black children; I am a woman of color!” Foss-Yarbrough, who is of black, white and Native descent, then yelled.

Minneapolis police said that they are working to release footage of the shooting to the public.

The department said there were hundreds of hours of footage from more than 50 officers who responded to the scene.

Sundberg’s family said he was having a mental health crisis at the time of the shooting.

The 20-year-old shooter was adopted from Ethiopia and had many siblings, according to CBS Minnesota.

A Memphis woman has been arrested after videos shared on social media showed her abusing a four-year-old boy by performing a sex act on him, police said.

Tamara Marion, 24, was identified by police as the woman in two videos posted online showing the rape and sexual exploitation of a minor.

The videos show Marion sexually assaulting the child as well as the child attempting to perform an act on her, police said.

Police were made aware of the videos on Monday when they received a tip that the clips were being shared online, WREG reported.

One video reportedly showed a woman identified by authorities as Marion pushing the boy to the floor, removing his pants and placing his genitals in her mouth.

Despite Officers Devin Eaton and Terrance Pollack failing to turn on their cameras, footage was still recorded because the cameras have a feature that recalls images from the moments before it is turned on.

The video, which was released Wednesday by authorities, shows officers firing at a man emerging from the driver’s seat of a car and shattering the passenger-side window last Tuesday, April 16.

Both Stephanie Washington, 22, and her boyfriend Paul Witherspoon III, 21, who were unarmed, were shot at.

A state official said Tuesday that one of the officers, from Hamden, Connecticut did eventually turn his camera on – but only after the shooting.

An elderly man has been arrested in Florida after he allegedly stabbed his nephew several times because he was taking too long in the bathroom, police have said.

Dan Johnson, 72, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on Tuesday night.

Investigators say he stabbed his nephew, 29-year-old Michael Johnson, four times with a six-inch butcher knife following a dispute over bathroom access in the victim’s father’s home.

Michael’s father had given him permission to use his shower, shortly before the reported attack took place.

It’s said that Dan Johnson banged on the door several times to tell his nephew to ‘hurry up’, yelling at him to ‘come out of the bathroom,’ because he’d ‘been in there too long,’ a report details.

Michael says he called out to his uncle and told him, ‘I just got in here,’ but is uncle  continued banging on the door.

The 29-year-old said he then wrapped himself in a towel and opened the bathroom door, where his uncle began punching him repeatedly.

Michael said he realized that his uncle also had a knife in his hand and had stabbed him several times during the scuffle.

Police say Dan Johnson told them he decided to stab his nephew because he’d been ‘disrespectful’.

He claimed that when his nephew opened the door to the bathroom he ‘buffed up’, which the suspect understood to be an act of aggression.

It seems that niggers are pretty territorial with their bathrooms.

A Georgia man with a prison record allegedly stabbed his 15-year-old sister to death last month following a dispute over the bathroom.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Gavin Henderson, 27, had moved into a Dunwoody apartment with his mother and his siblings after being released from a Florida prison last year. Dunwoody police Detective Jesus Maldonado said Henderson had served several years in prison for violent crimes and had nowhere to live following his release.

Now, police say Gavin had to use the bathroom on June 18 and became incensed upon realizing it was being occupied by Keaira Henderson, 15. Things escalated when Gavin retrieved a 10-inch hunting knife and chased her out the apartment. Keaira reportedly banged on neighbors’ doors, to no avail.

Gavin allegedly made comments to police indicating that he instantly thought about going back to prison the first time he plunged the knife into his sister.

But instead of stopping, Maldonaldo said Gavin thought there’s “no turning back” and stabbed Keaira another 52 times.

That’s how niggers brains work: “might as well stab her another 51 times.”

They can’t control themselves, and civilization is built on self-control.

Officer Charles Starks stopped a baboon, one Bradley Blackshire, driving an allegedly stolen vehicle. Starks asked Blackshire to get out of the car, and he refused and instead started driving forward and hit him.

Starks emptied his clip in that nigga from the hood.

Starks has been put on leave, and the FBI is investigating the incident, because our government is enforcing a religion where baboons are sacred animals – like cows in Hinduism – and it might actually be illegal to shoot a baboon who is trying to run you over in a stolen car.

The fact that we require police officers to serve in a dual role as animal control officers is why cops in this country are such pieces of shit. Firstly, no one wants that job. Secondly, they get confused and treat humans like these vicious baboons.

Prosecutors in California have decided not to charge two police officers who fatally shot an unarmed black man last year, saying the “shooting was lawful.”

Sacramento County District Attorney Marie Schubert announced on Saturday that Officers Terrance Mercadal and Jared Robinet would not face criminal charges in the March 18 death of Stephon Clark after an independent review of the case found that the pair used lethal force lawfully.

The 61-page review conducted by the prosecutor’s office stated that  Mercadal and Robinet “had honest and reasonable belief that they were in imminent danger of death or great bodily injury.”

Clark was shot and killed March 18; the two officers were responding to a report of somebody breaking car windows. Police said they believed Clark was the suspect, and that he ran when a police helicopter responded and failed to obey officers’ orders.

Police said they thought Clark was holding a gun when he moved toward them with his arms extended and an object in his hands. He was later found to only have a cellphone on him.

You don’t move towards police officers with your arms extended and with an object in your hands. You don’t move towards police officers period. You just stand there hands up without moving and let them come to you, and you drop to your knees if they tell you to.

What this black man did was a very black thing to do, so he really did die for being black. Not because whites hate blacks but because blacks are just dumb and violent.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department says two deputies were shot, one fatally, Monday afternoon in Rancho Cordova.

The deputy who was shot in the upper body and later died was identified as 27-year-old Mark Stasyuk, according to Sacramento County Sheriff’s Sgt. Shaun Hampton. Stasyuk had been with the sheriff’s department for four and a half years. He died at UC Davis Medical Center.

“I can tell you that the fatal round was not in the vest,” said Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones.

According to Jones, just before 2 p.m., officers responded to the Pep Boys on Folsom Boulevard, where there was a disturbance between a customer and the business owner. Jones said the officers were expecting a “routine call” and did not know anyone would be armed when they arrived.

A police officer has lost his job after being charged with voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a man reported to have been hanging on or jumping on moving cars near an eastern Pennsylvania amusement park.

South Whitehall Township’s manager, Renee Bickel, said officials decided not to keep probationary officer Jonathan Roselle on the force following expiration of his probation period.

Defense attorney Gavin Holihan told The (Allentown) Morning Call that his client was informed of the decision a few days ago and was disappointed. “We think the decision by the district attorney’s office obviously carried a lot of weight,” he said.

The Lehigh County district attorney’s office said Roselle, 33, had an “unreasonable” belief that his safety was endangered when he shot Joseph Santos on July 28.

A Sacramento SWAT team shot and killed a Black teenager who they say was armed with a pellet gun at the time.

According to a press release from the Sacramento Police Department, officers fatally shot Darell Richards, 19, after receiving a 911 call about a masked man pointing a gun at people.

Police released the audio of the 911 call, in which the caller said the man pointed a gun at him and his co-workers.

“He didn’t say anything, but he just pointed [the gun] at us and he walked off,” the caller tells the dispatcher during the 911 call.

After the call, police searched for a man wearing a black hoodie, gray pants and a backpack. When cops found the suspect, whom they identified as Richards, they said he ran into a residential area. SWAT and K9 units searched the area for Richards.

Police said SWAT officers found the suspect in the backyard of an occupied home at 3:12 a.m.

“Officers observed the suspect with a gun in his hand and ordered him to drop his weapon. The suspect pointed his weapon at officers, who then fired at the suspect,” police said in the statement.

This is why the police shoot black people.

A 22-year-old man convicted of attempted murder for opening fire on two state troopers during a traffic stop last fall has been sentenced to up to 110 years in prison.

Daniel Clary shot and critically wounded 13-year veteran Cpl. Seth Kelly, who was helping another trooper arrest Clary in Northampton County. Clary had been pulled over for speeding and failed field sobriety tests.

A judge sentenced Clary on Friday to 55 ½ to 110 years in state prison. Kelly told Clary in court, “I pray you never get released.”

A search is ongoing for at least four suspects after a Cherry Hills Village police officer got shot and injured while responding to a home invasion and robbery.

The shooting happened late Monday night near the intersection of East Hampden Avenue and Sedgwick Drive. That’s in the Devonshire Heights neighborhood.

The male officer is a 7-year veteran of the police force. His name is Cory Sack, and is recovering at the hospital. He went into surgery early Tuesday morning and is expected to make a full recovery.

She said two of the suspects were inside the home when the shooting happened. They were described as black males wearing dark clothing. Tovrea said it appears no other houses in the neighborhood were targeted.
