Save cows, shrink your penis, pollute the water supply with chemicals we don’t even know how to remove – it’s a win-win for the discerning “environmentalist.”

I know environmentalists are widely considered to be brainless stooges, who are just ultra-susceptible to government/media propaganda. I think that’s more or less entirely accurate. But if you were to try to look at them as rational actors, you would find that they are obsessed with destroying the environment by poisoning it in as many ways as they can.

The Guardian:

A wide range of No Cow protein bars are contaminated with lead and toxic “forever chemicals”, recent filings with the California department of justice charges.

The filings, made by the Environmental Research Center (ERC), a San Diego-based consumer protection non-profit, states that its testing found PFOA, a dangerous PFAS compound, and lead in eight flavors of No Cow bars.

…

The filings allege that No Cow is violating California’s Proposition 65 law, which, among other provisions, requires companies to alert consumers when toxic chemicals are used in goods.

No Cow has been in violation of the law since the company introduced the bars in 2021, the filing claims, and will remain so “until clear and reasonable warnings are provided to product purchasers and users or until this known toxic chemical is either removed from or reduced to allowable levels in the products”.

…

The filings do not provide lead and PFOA levels, but the Environmental Protection Agency states that virtually no level of exposure to either substance in drinking water is safe, while no level of exposure to lead through any route is safe.

This is the same thing with those sickening new paper straws containing much worse chemicals (PFAS) than the old polypropylene plastic straws.

Furthermore, how does not eating cows save cows?

If you stopped the beef industry, the cows would not even be born.

Would you rather be born and live a happy life on the range and then, as you age out, be killed and eaten to help a superior species survive? Or would you rather not be born at all?

That just reminded me of that Twilight Zone episode where the aliens came, ostensibly to help humanity, and they had a book called “To Serve Man,” which everyone assumed was about helping mankind.

The dark twist at the end was…

It didn’t really make sense that “serve” would be a homonym in an alien language, but still – great stuff.

There was a lot of great stuff in the Twilight Zone, even it if was largely communist Jew propaganda.

The show’s creator, who contributed writing to many of the episodes, was a communist Jew, so you got a lot of “racism is evil” stuff alongside stuff that was just fun like “To Serve Man… It’s a Cookbook!”

At least he was masculine and creative.

Be sure to drop us a comment on whether you think the good episodes of the Twilight Zone outweigh the commie Jew ones. And remember to smash that subscribe button and ring my bells if you want more completely irrelevant commentary on 1950s television shows.

Red Meat and Other Animal Foods are Essential for Human Health, Hundreds of Scientist Say https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/05/02/red-meat-and-other-animal-foods-are-essential-for-human-health-hundreds-of-scientist-say/ Tue, 02 May 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Everyone knows this and they’ve known it since the beginning of time.

The vegan thing turned out to be a bust, creating the most unhealthy people on the planet who don’t even barely have the energy to move, and can only sit around watching Netflix.

The elite decided this is unviable, so they started introducing insects to the new slave diet, as well as “synthetic meat.”

New York Post:

Hundreds of scientists have banded together to blast the push to adopt a plant-based diet, arguing that meat is critical to a well-balanced diet — and warning against villainizing carnivores.

Experts behind nine new research papers published in Animal Frontiers are among nearly 1,000 signatures on a declaration looking to prove the value of red meat amid a global increase in vegetarianism and veganism.

“Livestock-derived foods provide a variety of essential nutrients and other health-promoting compounds, many of which are lacking in diets even among those populations with higher incomes,” the declaration states.

This isn’t even controversial.

Vegans, like trannies and Ukraine supporters, just barrage you with gibberish and then demand that you take the time to unravel it – at which point, they fire more gibberish.

It costs them nothing to spew the gibberish, but you have to write scientific papers to refute it.

This is the entire strategy of leftism.

“Well-resourced individuals may be able to achieve adequate diets while heavily restricting meat, dairy and eggs. However, this approach should not be recommended for general populations.”

The initiative argues that livestock systems are “too precious to society to become the victim of simplification, reduction or zealotry.”

“These systems must continue to be embedded in and have broad approval of society,” the declaration says.

Scientists behind the papers looked to debunk claims that the consumption of red meat is unhealthy and has negative environmental impacts.

The group found that previous research suggesting a diet high in red meat was responsible for 896,000 deaths worldwide was flawed and should be retracted.

That’s a very nice way of putting it.

That study, the major Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries and Risk Factor Study, has helped push the public away from consuming red meat in favor of plant-based diets.

“The peer-reviewed evidence published reaffirms that [the 2019 Global Burden of Disease Risk Factors Report] which claimed that consumption of even tiny amounts of red meat harms health is fatally scientifically flawed,” argued Alice Stanton of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.

“In fact, removing fresh meat and dairy from diets would harm human health. Women, children, the elderly and low income would be particularly negatively impacted,” Stanton added.

That’s true.

A healthy young adult is more capable of withstanding anything, including poor diet.

This sort of understanding is already being incorporated, however, and they are going to respond with “bugs and lab-grown meat.”

Bugs are not particularly healthy, but they are much healthier than veganism. Who the hell knows what lab grown meat even is.

UK: Vegan Supremacists Occupy Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin Restaurant to Demand Mass Starvation https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/11/20/uk-vegan-supremacists-occupy-gordon-ramsays-michelin-restaurant-to-demand-mass-starvation/ Sun, 20 Nov 2022 00:00:00 +0000

— Animal Rebellion (@RebelsAnimal) November 19, 2022

Gordon Ramsay is an American hero.

If you want to attack Gordon Ramsay, you’re going to have to go through me.

The Guardian:

Climate crisis activists occupied Gordon Ramsay’s three-star Michelin restaurant in London’s Chelsea on Saturday evening to protest at the “perfect inequality” such high-end dining venues represent.

Members of Animal Rebellion entered Restaurant Gordon Ramsay on Royal Hospital Road, Chelsea at about 6pm.

They sat at tables reserved for guests and held mock menus outlining the environmental costs of items on the restaurant’s menu, including steak and veal.

In a statement, the group said that they are campaigning for a plant-based food system and the creation of a mass-rewilding programme.

Lucia Alexander, a 39-year-old auxiliary nurse from the east of England who took part in the action, said: “This restaurant is the perfect example of the inequality we face in the UK right now.

“While Gordon Ramsay serves food costing a minimum of £155 per person, more than 2 million people are relying on food banks in this cost of living crisis.

“Instead of restaurants making colossal profits at the expense of animals, workers, and our climate, we need to feed everyone by supporting farmers and fishing communities in a transition to a plant-based food system.

“A plant-based food system requires 75% less farmland to grow food, allowing us to feed millions of additional people without the reliance on exploitative and inefficient animal farming industries. This is the answer to the cost of living and climate crises.”

This global warming stuff is really getting to me. It’s just so, so dumb. It’s actually dumber than the coronavirus hoax. At least with the coronavirus hoax, they were telling people they were going to die from a virus.

What are the stakes of global warming? No one has explained it.

This is what happens when you separate from GOD.

You end up with an entire civilization based entirely on the dumbest possible lies, and the people are so blind they don’t even possess the ability to question the lies. They worship the state and they believe its proclamations.

Vegan Fake Meat Company Announces Layoffs, Cuts Annual Revenue Forecast for the Second Time https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/10/15/vegan-fake-meat-company-announces-layoffs-cuts-annual-revenue-forecast-for-the-second-time/ Sat, 15 Oct 2022 00:00:00 +0000

No aspect of the new wave of globalist Jew agendas is popular. Pornography and abortion actually were very popular. Even mass immigration was popular among white women (because that is also a sex thing – people love Jew sex traps). But we’ve got this new line of Jewish agendas, and no one wants them. Very few like trannies, forced vaccination, world war with Russia, or state-enforced poverty.

The agenda to force people to eat completely disgusting food under the pretext of changing the weather might be the single least popular Jewish agenda ever.

Reuters:

Beyond Meat said on Friday it would cut 200 jobs and slashed its annual revenue forecast for the second time, citing slowing demand for faux meat as consumers look for more cheaper options to beat rising prices.

The company also announced the departure of finance chief Philip Hardin at the end of the month and named board director Lubi Kutua as his replacement. Hardin has been in the role for just over a year.

Shares fell more than 10% before the bell, with the company saying rising competition as another reason for the forecast cut.

More traditional names like Tyson Foods Inc and Kellogg Co as well as newbies have joined the race for market share in the plant-based meat space by offering big discounts.

Global packaged food makers have been wrestling with increased costs tied to labor, ingredients and transportation over the past year, forcing them to raise product prices.

Wall Street analysts, however, have said Beyond Meat does not have the same capacity to increase prices like other package food makers as it is still trying to woo customers to its products.

The company, which had earlier cut its full-year forecast in August, said it now expects annual revenue to be in the range of about $400 million to $425 million, compared with previous expectations of between $470 million to $520 million.

Frankly, the whole question of “plant protein” is a scam. There are barely even exceptions to that rule. Beans do have some protein, but aside from the other health problems that beans create, the protein is not complex, do not provide necessary micronutrients, and just as a very obvious thing, no one ever felt invigorated after eating beans.

The ingredients of this fake meat are just poisonous. You might as well eat HoHos or Oreo cookies, frankly.

This claim about cow farts (and as of last week, cow piss) changing the weather is just absurd on its face. The vegan agenda is about weakening the bodies and minds of the slave class. The rich will still be eating bacon and eggs for breakfast and steak for dinner while you’re eating fake meat made of peas and seed oil thinking you’re going to change the weather.

Fake meat is the tranny of the food world.

McDonald’s Shelves Plant-Based Burger After Total Failure, Manufacturer Stock Collapse https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/09/24/mcdonalds-shelves-plant-based-burger-after-total-failure-manufacturer-stock-collapse/ Sat, 24 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0000

So, the theory was that people would go to McDonald’s and then buy a non-meat burger because they believe that eating that will stop hurricanes and earthquakes?

That was the thinking?

The Guardian:

At the start of the year, McDonald’s launched a plant-based burger “sizzled on a flat-iron grill, then topped with slivered onions, tangy pickles, crisp shredded lettuce, Roma tomato slices, ketchup, mustard, mayo and a slice of melty American cheese”. For a while, it looked like a glimpse of the future.

The US test run of the McPlant burger was quietly shelved last month (it is still available in some markets, including the UK) in one of a series of setbacks for a meatless-meat industry that only a year ago was claiming it could change the great American menu for ever.

Getting meat eaters in the US to adopt plant-based alternatives has proven a challenge. Beyond Meat, which produces a variety of plant-based products, including imitations of ground beef, burgers, sausages, meatballs and jerky, has had a rough 12 months, with its stock dipping nearly 70%.

Multiple chains that partnered with the company, including McDonald’s, have quietly ended trial launches. In August, the company laid off 4% of its workforce after a slowdown in sales growth. Last week, its chief operating officer was reportedly arrested for biting another man on the nose during a road rage confrontation.

It’s a dramatic reversal of fortune. Just two years ago, Beyond Meat, its competitor Impossible Foods and the plant-based meat industry at large seemed poised to start a food revolution.

After nearly a decade of development, plant-based meat started hitting the mainstream in 2018. Grocery stores started selling Beyond Meat ground beef and sausages, while more restaurants were offering plant-based meat on their menus. Burger King announced the launch of the Impossible Whopper, while other fast-food chains came out with similar launches, like a plant-based breakfast sausage sandwich at Dunkin’ and meatless pepperoni pizza at Pizza Hut.

For a time, Wall Street went vegetarian. In 2019 Beyond Meat was valued at over $10bn (£8.9bn), more than Macy’s or Xerox. The most bullish investors believed that plant-based meat would make up 15% of all meat sales by 2030. But the reality of Americans’ interest in plant-based meat has proven more complicated than investors thought, and the adoption of meat alternatives has been slower than what was once hoped. Today Beyond Meat is valued at just over $900m (£799m).

The sobering story is similar to those experienced by many new ventures that see exhilarating hype after a flood of Silicon Valley venture capital cash, fueled by excitement about innovation. Bill Gates backed Beyond Meat, and a number of venture capital firms that typically invest in tech startups funneled money to startups making plant-based meat. Even the meat industry’s biggest players have, ironically, invested in companies coming up with plant-based meat.

“The bulls in the industry, I think, had a very wild, very optimistic estimate of how big the market could get,” said John Baumgartner, an analyst at Mizuho Securities. “There was a lot of exuberance in this category. It was new, it was different, it was on trend.

“But the consumer environment is tough, and this stuff is not cheap,” he added. “It’s going to take time to change cultural practices. It’s not going to happen overnight.”

The noble cow is the perfect food production machinery. There is no other technology capable of turning grass into meat and milk.

If you observe the body shape of a cow, it becomes obvious that they were designed to be eaten. Their legs are tiny in relation to the rest of their body, and are clearly there just to support their voluptuous, meaty torso.

Trying to come up with ways to imitate meat to avoid using cows is like trying to create artificial wombs and sex robots to avoid the rightful enslavement of women.

It’s against nature.

Maybe this scam would have worked better 10 years ago when people were still trying to claim that “meat is not healthy,” but that entire project was abandoned in full. As far as I’m aware, there is no one other than extremely fringe lunatics claiming that meat is unhealthy – beef in particular is now celebrated by experts as the ideal food, possibly excluding fish.

So you have to get people to accept that they will eat something that is not only less tasty but also less healthy – on the theory that eating it will stop natural disasters.

That’s a big ask.

They’re Coming for Your Gym Protein Now, Claiming It Damages the Weather https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/09/15/theyre-coming-for-your-gym-protein-now-claiming-it-damages-the-weather/ Wed, 15 Sep 2021 00:00:00 +0000

On Wednesday, The Guardian published a piece by feminist activist Sirin Kale claiming that protein shakes are destroying the planet.

Kale has a face that looks really squiggly and disgusting. I seriously felt like I was going to vomit when I saw her squiggly face.

She also claims that it is mean for you to eat steak to grow your muscles while kids in Africa don’t have enough protein.

This is part of the rulers’ agenda to get people to live off of bugs and soy edibles.

The Guardian:

In scarcely a decade, protein has ballooned from a niche supplement favoured by bodybuilders to mainstream macronutrient. According to the market research firm Mintel, 6.1% of food and drink product launches in 2020 claimed to be high-protein or contain added protein, up from 3.3% in 2016. The major multinationals are all muscling in: you can buy Mars, Snickers and Bounty bars with added protein at most newsagents. Mondelēz International, which owns Cadbury and Toblerone, acquired the British protein bar brand Grenade earlier this year in a rumoured £200m deal; Kellogg’s acquired RXBar, another protein bar, for $600m in 2017.

The upmarket grocery chain Whole Foods Market has stocked 50 new protein-enriched products in the past year alone, including chickpea tofu and red lentil pasta. “Our 2022 trend report predicts that sunflower seeds will be a hot protein ingredient next year, being included in butters, milk and even ice-cream,” says the UK director of purchasing and operations, Jade Hoai.

The UK is at the centre of the protein craze: according to Mintel, we have the third-highest percentage of products with a high-protein or added-protein claim in the world, after Finland and Australia.

…

The NHS recommends a daily protein intake of 50g, about the same as two small chicken breasts. “A protein deficit is very unusual in a developed country,” says Clare Thornton-Wood, a dietitian and member of the British Dietetic Association. “People think about protein as meat and fish, but there is protein in many different foods, from cereals to vegetables.” The body can only really break down about 20g-30g of protein at a time. “If you eat more than that in one sitting,” Thornton-Wood says, “you are basically wee-ing it out. It’s going down the toilet.” With many protein bars costing upwards of £2.50 apiece, that is an expensive toilet trip. She also warns that excessive protein can be damaging for people with kidney disease as it puts extra pressure on these organs.

It doesn’t matter how much protein there is in cereals, leaves, and other vegetables physically. What matters is how much of that protein your body has access to, and how many things that you don’t want (such as phytoestrogens, oxalates, and phytates) come with the package.

If you’re reading this, you’re not a gorilla, which means that you can’t break up cellulose and get protein from leaves.

If the protein comes encased in a fiber armor, you’re not going to access most of it. You’re left with whatever escapes the cellulose protection when you cook and chew it, which is not a lot.

Overall, plants are a horrible choice if your goal is eating protein.

The rulers know this.

They’ve run the vegan experiment and realized that people were getting too weak too fast, so they’re now fighting hard to get everyone on bugs by claiming that many cows farting all at once can produce a tornado or a forest fire.

Not all protein bars contain animal products, although some use gelatine as a binder or are made from whey protein, a byproduct of cheese making. Soy is another common source of cheap protein. But the origins of western consumers’ love affair with protein can be traced back to lobbying by the meat industry. “There’s a paranoia about protein,” says Jennie Macdiarmid, professor in sustainable nutrition and health at the University of Aberdeen, “and the market is creating and fuelling this demand.”

…

The average American adult eats 100g of protein a day, twice the recommended amount, while in Madagascar, 50% of children have stunted growth due to protein deficiency. “The consequences of protein deficiency can be not developing properly, not being able to do well in school due to reduced cognitive abilities,” says Rutishauser-Perera.

And, of course, the elephant in the exercise studio is the climate emergency. While hulking gym bros strip chicken carcasses daily, and teenagers scoff burgers on the school bus, Madagascar is experiencing its worst drought in four decades, caused directly by climate change. Protein-rich western diets are partly to blame. “Meat contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions compared to other foods,” says Macdiarmid, “both in terms of ruminant meats, which produce methane, but also in terms of the amount of land taken up to produce feed for animals.” In 2020, the Climate Change Committee advised the UK public to reduce consumption of meat and dairy by 20% for climate reasons.

There it is. It’s a climate emergency!

If you don’t stop eating the foods that are good for you, Mother Nature will get angry, and she will take out that anger by punishing black people in Africa.

Drinking protein shakes causes earthquakes.

Fake Meat and Dairy Made From Fungus: The Climate Change Diet Backed by Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/07/04/fake-meat-and-dairy-made-from-fungus-the-climate-change-diet-backed-by-jeff-bezos-and-bill-gates/ Sun, 04 Jul 2021 00:00:00 +0000

Cows are edible gadgets specifically designed to turn grass into human food.

When you eat them, you make their spirits happy, for they know they’ve fulfilled the purpose of their existence.

CNBC:

As consumers become increasingly comfortable eating faux-meat burgers that look, cook and taste like the real thing, a food-tech start-up backed by Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates is using fungus as the primary ingredient to create alt-meat foods.

Nature’s Fynd, based in Chicago, has raised $158 million in funding from investors including Bezos, Gates, and Al Gore. The company’s meatless breakfast patties and hamburgers, dairy-free cream cheese and yogurt, and chicken-less nuggets are scheduled to hit grocers’ shelves later this year.

Nature’s Fynd was co-founded in 2012 — initially as Sustainable Bioproducts — by Thomas Jonas and Mark Kozubal, now chief executive and chief science officers, respectively. A few years earlier, Kozubal had unearthed a microbe, Fusarium strain flavolapis, from volcanic hot springs in Yellowstone National Park. He led an R&D team that formulated the microbe into what the company calls Fy, the fermented, versatile, protein-rich source for Nature’s Fynd’s products.

Fermentation has been used in making bread, beer, wine, cheese and other products for millennia, and is now emerging as a key alt-protein platform with major potential to align science with entrepreneurship, policy and investment, according to the Good Food Institute. Even so, Nature’s Fynd has some catching up to do. U.K.-based Quorn, founded in 1985, has been offering its fungus-based meatless products in the U.S. since 2002. It was acquired by Philippine food maker Monde Nissin for about $830 million in 2015, according to Reuters. And the field of other potential competitors is growing.

Much as cows, chickens and pigs were domesticated centuries ago as protein sources, “now is the time for this second domestication,” Jonas said in a recent interview. “The farming of this microbe is an efficient way of producing protein that is just as good.”

Thomas Jonas

Beyond fungus, Nature’s Fynd also is representative of the food sustainability movement, whose mission is to reduce the carbon footprint of global food systems, which generate 34% of greenhouse emissions linked to climate change.

“The challenge for this and future generations is to learn to do more with less,” Jonas said. “Because with eight billion people, the Earth is not getting any bigger, its resources are dwindling and climate change is making it even more difficult to find land to grow crops to feed animals. The math just doesn’t work. So, the whole goal of our new protein system is to increase the efficiency of the complete protein chain.”

…

Chris Rivest, a senior climate-tech investor at Breakthrough Energy Ventures, established in 2016 by Gates and a coalition of private investors concerned about the impacts of climate change, said food is a commodity, with purchases based on taste, nutrition and cost.

He is a fan of the fungus, saying he was “blown away” by products he taste-tested (Gates was similarly impressed during a “60 Minutes” segment) and its nutritional value.

The company says the vegan protein includes all 20 amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids, and good levels of fiber, vitamins and minerals, with no cholesterol or trans fats. It says Fy has one-tenth the fat of ground beef and 50% more protein than tofu; twice as much protein as raw peas.

Rivest also thinks the business can compete on cost. “We think the Nature’s Fynd model can undercut costs of traditional protein sources,” he said. “That’s what really sold us on this opportunity.”

If these people are concerned about the relationship between carbon emissions and farting cows, they should just plant more trees.

Trying to recreate from microbes what a cow already produces is an insult to cows.

Feeding humanity is their noble task.

We should celebrate cows and their eternal struggle to feed us.

The entire weight of the world lies on their juicy, steaky backs.

Home Fertilizer has Alarming Levels of Chemicals That Turn People Into Faggots https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/05/28/home-fertilizer-has-alarming-levels-of-chemicals-that-turn-people-into-faggots/ Fri, 28 May 2021 00:00:00 +0000

Dr. Greger will still want you to “eat your veggies” though.

Our entire environment has been poisoned.

The government will not even acknowledge this has happened, as they claim that saving people from a harmless virus is the purpose of the government.

The Guardian:

Sewage sludge that wastewater treatment districts across America package and sell as home fertilizer contain alarming levels of toxic PFAS, also known as “forever chemicals”, a new report has revealed.

Sludge, which is lightly treated and marketed as “biosolids”, is used by consumers to fertilize home gardens, and the PFAS levels raise concerns that the chemicals are contaminating vegetables and harming those who eat them.

“Spreading biosolids or sewage sludge where we grow food means some PFAS will get in the soil, some will be taken up by plants, and if the plants are eaten, then that’s a direct route into the body,” said Gillian Miller, a co-author and senior scientist with the Michigan-based Ecology Center.

The testing, conducted with Sierra Club, found the chemicals in each of nine brands of biosolids it checked, and at levels that exceed standards set for two common types of PFAS. The biosolid brands are sold at stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Menards and Ace Hardware.

PFAS, or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, are a class of about 9,000 compounds that are used across dozens of industries to make products water, stain and grease resistant. They’re also linked to a range of serious health problems like cancer, birth defects, endocrine disruption, and liver disease. They are known as forever chemicals due to their longevity in the environment once introduced.

Industries that use or produce PFAS often discharge the chemicals into public sewer systems where they travel to wastewater treatment plants, along with other industrial and human waste. Water is extracted from the waste, treated and released back into waterways. What remains in the treatment plants is a semi-solid mass of sludge that’s expensive for water treatment facilities to dispose of in landfills.

Sludge holds nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients that help crops grow, so with increasing frequency in recent years it’s treated and sold as home fertilizer, or given away to farmers. In 2019, about 60% of sewage sludge produced by treatment facilities was spread on farmland and gardens, as well as schoolyards and lawns.

…

Human excrement from which sludge derives has mixed with any number of 80,000 manmade chemicals that are discharged from industry’s pipes or otherwise pumped into the sewer system. Though the treatment process kills most living organisms in biosolids, and treatment plants screen sludge for heavy metals, it can still teem with pharmaceuticals, PCBs, PFAS and other toxic chemicals that aren’t removed.

The EPA Office of Inspector General in 2018 identified more than 350 pollutants in a sludge sample, including 61 that it classifies “as acutely hazardous, hazardous or priority pollutants”. That’s prompted calls for a ban or much stricter regulation of sludge, and public health advocates say recent testing is further evidence that biosolids are unsafe.

The new study is not peer reviewed, but independent researchers who checked it for The Guardian said its methodology is sound. The study’s authors checked for 33 individual PFAS compounds and found each biosolid product contained between 14 and 20.

…

Though multiple studies have found that plants and vegetables uptake PFAS, there are no standards for PFAS in food. Still, the chemicals can be harmful at low levels, and public health advocates recommend limiting exposure. Humans are also regularly exposed to PFAS in food packaging, water and home products.

Many of the biosolid brands market the products as “eco”, “natural”, “reclaimed” or “organic”, which Miller characterized as “comforting” but misleading.

If the government actually cared about health or the environment, everyone would get behind it.

Despite dumb leftist caricatures, I have yet to meet a single right-winger who is “pro-pollution” or “anti-science.”

The problem is that they ignore real problems while promoting silly fake problems like the coronavirus and global warming.

The elite want the peasant diet of the future to be based on fiber, water, bugs, and vitamin supplements.

They are feeding you fake food!

Next? Fake milk!

AP:

Oatly, the world’s largest oat milk company, will raise $1.4 billion in an initial public offering Thursday on the Nasdaq stock exchange, capitalizing on a global surge in demand for its products.

Oatly priced its shares at $17 apiece ahead of the IPO, giving the company a valuation of nearly $10 billion. It will trade under the ticker symbol “OTLY.”

It’s the latest milestone in the rapid rise of oat milk, which is winning consumers – and famous investors like Oprah Winfrey – with the message that it’s healthier and more environmentally sustainable than cow’s milk. Once a niche product designed for people who were lactose intolerant, Oatly oat milk is now on the menu at Starbucks, in the grocery aisle at Target and sold online by Alibaba in China.

And Oatly, which is based in Malmo, Sweden, thinks oat milk has a lot more growth ahead. Global sales of plant-based dairy substitutes reached $18 billion in 2020, or just 3% of the $600 billion dairy industry, according to Euromonitor.

“The runway’s massive,” Oatly CEO Toni Petersson said Thursday during a conference call with media.

Like the flexitarians who have fueled the rise of plant-based meat alternatives – and the successful 2019 IPO of Beyond Meat – Oatly says more and more consumers are trying its oat-based drinks, yogurt and ice cream a try. In the last three months, between 35% to 40% of adults in the U.S., the United Kingdom, Germany, China and Sweden purchased plant-based milk alternatives, Oatly said.

Oat milk’s growth is surpassing other plant-based drinks. U.S. sales of oat milk jumped 131% over the last year, to $304 million, according to Nielsen. U.S. sales of soy milk, rice milk and coconut milk fell over the last year, while almond milk sales rose 9%.

Cara Rasch, an analyst with the market research company Packaged Facts, said oat milk’s mild and pleasant flavor – which blends well with coffee – is one reason for its success.

Rasch said many consumers also see it as a healthier alternative to dairy milk. One cup of Oatly whole milk has fewer calories, less fat, lower sodium and lower cholesterol than a comparable serving of whole cow’s milk. But cow’s milk has higher protein, lower carbohydrates and more naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.

Oat milk takes less land and energy to produce than dairy milk, and emits fewer greenhouse gases. But it also beats other plant-based milk alternatives in its environmental impact, according to a 2018 Oxford University study.

…

“’We’re here to make the world better. I know it sounds stupid, but it’s true,” Petersson said.

Of course oat “milk” has fewer calories and less fat, sodium, and cholesterol than cow’s milk — it’s mostly water and starch!

This is the full ingredient list from the official website:

Oat base (water, oats 10%), rapeseed oil, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphates, iodised salt, vitamins (D2, riboflavin, B12).

This shouldn’t be called “milk.” Because it isn’t milk.

It is plant-flavored water.

If people need a new form of milk, they should make it out of healthful beef meat.

Say no to fake food!

Media Rushes Greta Thunberg Out of Spotlight as Face Turns Skeletal at Super Vegan Speed https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/07/22/media-rushes-greta-thunberg-out-of-spotlight-as-face-turns-skeletal-at-super-vegan-speed/ Wed, 22 Jul 2020 00:00:00 +0000

I’m extremely honoured to receive the Gulbenkian Prize for Humanity! We’re in a climate emergency, and my foundation will as quickly as possible donate all the prize money of 1 million Euros to support organizations and projects that are fighting for a sustainable world, defending nature and supporting people already facing the worst impacts of the climate- and ecological crisis — particularly those living in the Global South.
Starting with giving €100.000 to the SOS Amazonia Campaign led by @FridaysForFutureBrasil to tackle COVID-19 in the Amazon, and €100.000 to the Stop Ecocide Foundation (@ecocidelaw ) to support their work to make ecocide an international crime. @fcgulbenkian #facetheclimateemergency

Greta Thunberg, who campaigned against fossil fuels, just received a million euros in funding from an oil tycoon’s foundation, but the real Greta news of the week is that her face is losing collagen at an incredible speed.

She’s only 17 years old, and her eyes are sunken, the skin on her cheeks is thin to the point that you can see her tendons and muscles moving as she speaks, her lips are dry, and her hair is thinning. You can also quite literally see her mandible moving as she talks.

Back when she first entered the spotlight, as a young mentally ill retarded girl who stopped attending school so she could try to stop people from driving cars, she looked healthier.

Now she looks like something out of Dungeons & Dragons, and the media avoids mentioning her.

Veganism does that to people.

Why is she allowed to do this to herself? Why aren’t her parents doing something to stop her transformation?

We know what happens when people eat a vegan diet long enough.

We should remember that the same people who successfully foisted the coronavirus hoax on the world want people to stop eating animal foods and live on soy and wheat grass juice.

They say that it is good for the planet and good for people’s health. If they ordered everyone to eat a vegan diet “because of coronavirus,” just like they ordered everyone to wear masks because of coronavirus, how many people would oppose?

How many would actually resist?

It doesn’t have to make sense. Everyone wearing masks doesn’t even make sense in the context of what these “experts” say, but people are being forced to do it — some even inside of their own homes!

According to the WHO, healthy people don’t have to wear masks.

Mandatory veganism is closer than ever, and perhaps that’s why the media has stopped promoting poor Greta. They don’t want people realizing the effects of such an irrational and unnatural diet.
