It’s clear that CEO-slayer Luigi Mangione made some mistakes. He should not have had evidence on his person, he should have left the country. If he was planning more justice, he still should have dumped everything, waited several months, and kitted back up.

I’ve seen it suggested in conspiracy circles (which to be fair is a circle we’re all in at this point) that he was a patsy, grabbed randomly out of a McDonald’s to face charges for this crime. The argument is that it’s unlikely he would have had evidence of the crime on him at time of arrest. I’m not convinced it’s impossible he would have done that. The idea a McDonald’s employee recognized his eyebrows seems much more questionable.

It seems unlikely he’s a patsy either way, but it’s possible the feds used extreme spying methods to find him and didn’t want to explain these methods to the public, so they planted the evidence on him and came up with the eyebrows story.

He has a very normal profile online, and was not screaming that he is a patsy while being escorted to jail.

He was instead screaming about the politics of the killing.

Luigi Mangione should’ve used this opportunity to demand a trial by combat.

Frankly, I wouldn’t normally even address the conspiracy theory here, because it would be dumb, but the whole “recognized his eyebrows” thing was so silly it strikes me people have a reason to be suspicious.

It is not hard for the authorities to find an antisocial person with serious personal problems and no record of their online activity to pin crimes on. The first Trump shooter, Thomas Crooks, had basically no identity.

Conversely, Luigi’s profile, including his review of Ted Kaczynski’s manifesto, all makes good sense.

Mostly, it just seems pointless to pick a handsome, fit, pro-social young gamer as a patsy. They would be creating a folk hero.

And he is a folk hero. I’m against murder and so on, but there is no one who can legitimately claim that Brian Thompson didn’t deserve it.

The government should regulate these companies, and a CEO has a fiduciary duty to make as much money as possible within the law.

But the reason that the law doesn’t prevent corporate abuse is that these companies bribe the government.

Along with engaging in the most aggressive claims denial of any health insurance company, United was also guilty of working with the government and Pfizer to score record profits during the virus hoax.

I have no sympathy here. People make decisions, then they deal with the consequences. You can’t engage in this kind of predatory behavior without risking someone putting a hole in the back of your head outside a hotel in New York at 6AM. At least, you can’t do that anymore.

Luigi should not go to prison. He should be let free, with no consequences for taking an action that virtually everyone in the country agrees with.

And there is a legal way for him to walk free.

Aside from being hilarious true justice, jury nullification in this case would throw the government into total disarray, with the government making all kinds of demands and ultimately figuring out a way to abolish juries or outlaw nullification. Anything that jams the system is good, and sending a message to the government that if they won’t rein in the corruption, the public will, would really throw a wrench in the works.

Leftists are talking about jury nullification on Twitter, but the DA is going to demand that no one on the jury knows what it is. So it could be difficult to swing this. But we can hope. It’s more hopeful than anything else going on right now.

I still read comics. They’re not very good, but I read them sometimes for the same reason I read pulp scifi novels.

This actually happened in September, and the Times wrote it up. But this memorial has been running in Marvel comics for three months, because it is so bizarre that he died at this age. Obviously, old people who worked on comics die often, and there is usually a memorial thing, but it’s not two pages and it doesn’t run for three months.

It’s very strange he was so young.

The Times says he died of “cardiac arrest.”

Here on Daily Stormer, we try to post regular stories of these “died suddenly” cases, but there is no way to actually track it at scale.

All we know is that people are dying all over the place at ages and in ways that were never heard of before that “vaccine.”

What is notable is that people continue to die, years later. I don’t think anyone is taking these boosters, even though they are still giving them out. People are dying years after the fact, which means that the body cannot heal from this alleged vaccine.

Everyone who took it, at least everyone who got a live dose (a lot of them didn’t work because they weren’t kept at the correct temperature, thank God for black nurses and Walgreens workers), is going to die younger than they would have if they hadn’t taken it. Teenagers will die playing sports and men in their fifties will die all of the sudden for no reason. It’s going to keep happening.

I still don’t really think the purpose of the vaccine was to kill people, but rather to get people used to taking genetic injections as a part of some larger, weirder agenda by the pharma companies. But doing experimental genetic modification on people is very dangerous.

It’s a complicated situation.

No one was forced to take these pills.

But they were giving them out like Jews with vans giving out candy to children and claiming they are not addictive.

The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked Purdue Pharma’s bankruptcy deal that would’ve contributed billions of dollars to pay victims and combat the opioid epidemic in exchange for immunizing the wealthy Sackler family from civil lawsuits.

In a 5-4 decision authored by Justice Neil Gorsuch, the high court ruled federal law does not permit the Sacklers, who previously controlled Purdue Pharma but did not themselves file for bankruptcy, to be released from liability for contributing up to $6 billion to the settlement.

The Bankruptcy Code only allows immunity for third parties like the Sacklers if all creditors sign off, the high court ruled, siding with the Biden administration and a relatively small group who objected.

The decision claws back a key tactic that corporations like the Catholic Church have used to resolve mass injury claims through bankruptcy.

“Describe the relief the Sacklers seek how you will, nothing in the bankruptcy code contemplates (much less authorizes) it,” Gorsuch wrote.

Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented and would’ve allowed Purdue Pharma’s settlement to move forward.

“In this case, as in many past mass-tort bankruptcies, the non-debtor releases were appropriate and therefore authorized by” the bankruptcy code, Kavanaugh wrote.

“The non-debtor releases were needed to ensure meaningful victim and creditor recovery in the face of multiple collective-action problems.”

It effectively undoes the years-in-the-making settlement that would’ve had Purdue Pharma transform into a public-benefit company dedicated to opioid abatement, with the multibillion contribution from the Sacklers funding those efforts and compensating victims.

The Supreme Court had put the deal on hold as it considered the case.

About 95 percent of creditors voted to approve Purdue Pharma’s settlement and immunize the Sacklers, but the Supreme Court sided with the objections lodged by a relatively small group that was backed by the U.S. trustee, the Justice Department’s bankruptcy watchdog.

The U.S. trustee estimated the now-defunct deal would’ve provided each opioid victim between $3,500 and $48,000.

The U.S. trustee’s objections to the settlement were joined by a group of Canadian municipalities and an individual victim who found her son dead on the bathroom floor after an overdose. Some of them alleged that Sackler family members had taken assets offshore, portraying the deal as providing special protection for billionaires.

California would become the first US state to offer health insurance for all – including migrants inside the country illegally – under a new budget proposal revealed by Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat.

“Here’s the big one: California is poised to be, if this proposal is supported, the first state in the country to achieve universal access to health coverage,” Newsom said at a press conference on Monday, unveiling his ‘California Blueprint’ proposal for the 2022-23 budget.

This would mean “full-scope Medi-Cal, including long-term care, IHSS [In-Home Supportive Services], and behavioral health to all low-income Californians, regardless of immigration status,” he explained.

California already provides health insurance to some immigrants who are in the state illegally. Those 26 and under have been covered since 2019, and those 55 and older since last year. Newsom’s proposal would extend coverage to everyone by January 2024.

Nothing is going to get any less stupid any time soon.

The “healthcare system” really is the microcosm of the entire structure of American society.

The government does everything in their power to make you less healthy. They refuse to regulate the food industry, they refuse to regulate the pharma industry, now they’re forcing you to take a deadly experimental gene therapy that is going to completely destroy whatever is left of your health.

Then, they dump taxpayer money into private companies to deal with all of the health problems – 95% of which could have been prevented – and claim that it is “socialism.”

Basically, with everything that happens in this country, there are a group of Jews sitting around a table saying “how can we make this situation as utterly corrupt as possible?”

My advice, as always: stay away from the healthcare system – and stay away from the industrial food industry.

We’ve seen their results.

Go to the gym, eat natural food, stay away from poisonous chemicals, and there is very little chance you’ll ever have to be involved with any of these people.
