West Midlands Police officers are accused of telling an alleged rape gang victim, aged 12, that she was “lying” about her abuse, and told her mother she was “prostituting herself”.

“I was 12 or 13 when I went with my mum to the police to report the first rape. But a female police officer accused me of lying and that just broke me. I went off the rails after that,” said the alleged victim, given the pseudonym ‘Karen’ by BirmingahLive, who was targeted by a so-called grooming gang operating in Walsall.

Walsall is even more diverse than the rest of the region

Her mother told the local media outlet that she would “have to pick her up at the police station after she was found by them, sometimes at hotels” and that officers told her “we think your daughter is prostituting herself”.

“I could have dropped to my knees at that point because we were talking about a young girl,” she lamented.

The allegations echo many other findings of failure by the police, social services, and other authorities on the vexed question of so-called grooming gangs, which are comprised predominantly of Mulsim, South Asian heritage predators who target mostly white, working-class victims.

Police long feared tackling the issue, which is ongoing, due to fears of being branded racist, and refused to intervene when underage girls and young women were pimped out and raped by dozens of men on the grounds that they were making “lifestyle choices” — despite the fact that sexual relations with minors and in particular under-13s is in all circumstances very much a criminal matter.

West Midlands Police were aware of the fact that grooming gangs were operating in Walsall, however.

“Clusters of offenders have been found in Walsall and on Birmingham East which also have the highest populations of Pakistani communities in the West Midlands,” a police report admitted in 2012.

“The close proximity of suspect addresses in […] Walsall suggests offenders are collaborating in the identification, grooming and subsequent abuse of vulnerable females,” it added — with the location of the area in question being redacted, for whatever reason.

‘Karen’ was also failed by social services, she said, recalling that in 2010 “there was a request to social services for help for me but it was just left.”

“Then basically after the other incidents happened social services in 2012 said my mum and dad couldn’t safeguard me and it was basically their fault what happened to me,” she added.

She was then taken from her parents and put into care, but the abuse continued.

“[T]he men are still at it now, they’re still out there and they’re still doing the same things as they were with me, with younger girls,” Karen told BirminghamLive.

In response to the story, West Midlands Police said that “We accept that there have been failings in some historical cases in the past,” but insisted that “We always strive to put victims at the heart of all our investigations and will be led by what the victim wants” — directly contradicting the victims themselves.

The issue is, a white person can’t be a “victim” of a brown person, in this new Western legal order.

We’ve heard all of these stories before.

I don’t believe women. That is a matter of principle, and I’m not going to believe women just because they’re accusing a brown person.

But surely the police have a duty to stop 12-year-olds from being involved in prostitution, even if it is “consensual” (a totally meaningless term)?

“We regret to inform you that your 12-year-old daughter is consensually being pumped out by a Pakistani gang”?

The police were and are effectively in the employ of Pakistani pimp gangs. Not because they were being bribed, mind you – but simply because they have pledged service to brown people.

“My life for the color of the skin,” says they.

Or maybe it’s Islam they’ve pledged allegiance to?

Whatever it is that is happening with these British cops, it is very inappropriate.

How is it possible that the people of Britain are unawares that we fought wars against these saracen for centuries?

The theory that “we’ve evolved past those times” stops making sense when you understand that the other side is still at war.

If you evolve past the concept of war while your enemy is still at war with you, that just means you lose the war.

Taking our women from us has always been a sign of dominance over us.

Imagine what these Moslems are thinking, when we’ve inviting them into our countries to continue their conquest?

They had already effectively lost the war, due to our development of technology over the last 200 years – and then all of the sudden, we surrender and invite them in to conquer us?

Who made this decision?

On Tuesday, the Rovaniemi Court of Appeal issued the last three sentences in a sexual offense case in Oulu, in which a total of eight men abused and raped the same girl.

At the time of the crime, the victim was 12 to 13 years old.

All convicted persons were sentenced to unconditional imprisonment by the Court of Appeal.

Most of the crimes were committed during the summer and autumn of 2018. The works repeated the same pattern, although they occurred at different times.

The men had met the girl on social media, had attracted her and had sexually assaulted her.

Sexual crimes that shocked Oulu were revealed towards the end of 2018. In January 2019, HS reported that the city’s atmosphere had become tense due to the events.

A report published at the time said, among other things, that immigrants had disappeared from the street scene and parents were on their toes for deeds.

All eight men were sentenced to absolute imprisonment by the district councils and appealed to the Court of Appeal. However, two of them later withdrew their complaints.

The Court of Appeal upheld all men’s sentences.

All the men were convicted of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and some were also convicted of other crimes such as aggravated rape.

Hassan Mohamud Mohamed, 39, was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison.

Abdo Ibrahim Ahmed, 34, was sentenced to four years and two months.

Exactly four years in prison were imposed on 27-year-old Quassar Mohsin Sbahi Aldhulaie, 22-year-old Rahmani Gheibal and 27-year-old Ali Osman Mohamed.

Javad Mirzad, 30, was sentenced to three years and four months in prison, and Osman Ahmed Mohamed Humad, 24, was sentenced to three years.

Shiraqa Yosef, 21, was sentenced to two years.

The worst thing about these Pakis – other than the raping, I guess – is their faces.

More child sexual exploitation convictions have been secured against four South Asian-origin grooming gang members who abused a vulnerable girl from the age of 12 in Telford, England.

According to a West Mercia Police statement, 33-year-old ringleader Mohammed Ali Sultan, formerly of Victoria Avenue in Wellington, was convicted of rape and three charges of indecent assault and received was given an eight-year sentence.

37-year-old Mohammad Rizwan, of Mafeking Road, was convicted of two counts of indecent assault and given a five-and-a-half-year sentence.

35-year-old Shafiq Youness, of Regent Street in Wellington, was convicted of indecent assault and given a four-and-a-half-year sentence.

38-year-old Amjad Hussain, of Acacia Drive in Leegomery, was convicted of indecent assault and given a four-and-a-half-year sentence.

A fifth man, 35-year-old Nazam Akhtar of Victoria Avenue, Wellington, was found not guilty on a charge of rape.

If the abusers’ sentences are standard determinate sentences — and the police statement offers no indication that they are not — all would be entitled to release on licence, automatically, halfway through their terms.

Down to the present day the criminal justice system has resisted treating grooming abuse as racially-aggravated — which would attract more robust sentences — despite some of them having made clearly racist statements, such as “White women are good for only one thing – for people like me to f*** and use as trash.”

A policeman is among 16 men charged as part of an investigation into allegations of historic child sexual exploitation.

West Yorkshire Police said the charges relate to alleged offences against three teenage girls in Halifax between 2006 and 2009.

The alleged victims were aged between 13 and 16 at the time, the force added.

One of those charged in the investigation, Amjad Ditta, 35, is a police constable based within West Yorkshire Police’s Protective Services Operations, it said.

He has been suspended from duty and is set to appear at Bradford Magistrates’ Court on January 6 2020 alongside the other 15 men, a spokesman added.

– Younis Mohammed, 34, is charged with rape and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.

Six men have been convicted of grooming and sexually abusing vulnerable girls.

Leeds Crown Court was told how three girls from Huddersfield were offered cigarettes, alcohol and drugs before being raped by older men.

The offences date back to between 2005 and 2008, when the girls were aged from 12 to 16.

Prosecutor Richard Wright QC said that the men who abused the girls knew they were children but “did not care about it for a moment”.

He added: “These men cared only for themselves and viewed these girls as objects to be used and abused at will.”

Mr Wright said the girls had been abused and passed between other men for sexual purposes, with threats and violence being used to force them to comply.

Umar Zaman, 31, and Samuel Fikru, 32, both of William Street, Huddersfield, were each convicted of two counts of rape, with Banaris Hussain, 36, being convicted of one count of the same offence.

A 32-year-old man was convicted of five counts of rape, another 32-year-old male was found guilty of a single count of the same offence, and a 38-year-old man was found guilty of attempted rape.

A 39-year-old woman was cleared of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence, while jurors were unable to reach a verdict on whether a man aged 31 had committed a single charge of rape.

The prosecution said a decision on whether or not to re-try him would be made when those who were convicted are sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on 1 November.

Their names cannot be reported for legal reasons.

Another man, 32-year-old Mohammed Arif, of New Hey Road, Huddersfield, was cleared of a single count of rape.

Six men have been found guilty at Sheffield Crown Court of a string of sex offences relating to the sexual exploitation of teenage girls in Rotherham more than a decade ago.

A jury at Sheffield Crown Court found the six defendants guilty of 20 different counts relating to the exploitation of seven women when they were teenagers in the South Yorkshire town more than a decade ago.

Aftab Hussain, 40, Abid Saddiq, 38, Masaued Malik, 35, Sharaz Hussain, 35 and two men who cannot be named for legal reasons, will be sentenced on Friday by a judge who heard how teenage girls were preyed on by men, often picking them up outside their schools.

During a five-week trial, the jury heard how the girls were targeted due to their vulnerability and were given alcohol and drugs before some were raped by multiple men.

Violence was sometimes used to ensure they complied, the court heard.

The verdicts on Wednesday mean that 20 men have now been convicted since the NCA took over the investigation of child sexual exploitation cases in Rotherham dating from between 1997 and 2013.

The NCA was invited in following the Jay Report which shocked the nation in 2014 when it outlined the scale of the offending against children in the town.

The agency now has more than 200 people working on Operation Stovewood, which had a budget last year of just under £12 million, and is looking to increase this as it works towards recruiting a staff of 250.

The agency said it has now engaged with 313 alleged victims and survivors in the town and has identified 190 suspects.

Police have arrested 40 suspects over the last two months in relation to a probe into allegations of serious child sex abuse in Rotherham, detectives have said.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) revealed the two women and 38 men from Sheffield, Rotherham, Leeds, Dewsbury and Maidstone were questioned over historic sexual abuse and exploitation of victims as young as 11, alleged to have taken place between 1997 and 2015.

All suspects arrested or interviewed since March in relation to the NCA probe have been released or bailed pending further enquiries, detectives said in a press release.

Operation Stovewood was launched in 2014 following the publication of the Jay Report — an independent inquiry which revealed authorities in South Yorkshire including the police, social services and Labour-controlled local council had turned a blind eye to the sexual exploitation, trafficking and rape of more than 1,400 mainly working-class white girls out of concern that taking action against their mostly-Pakistani abusers would harm so-called community relations.

A young girl living at a children’s home in Huddersfield was “deliberately targeted” for years of sexual abuse by Mohammed Akram and Usman Khalid, a jury has heard.

The “extremely vulnerable” victim “could properly be described as a little girl” when Huddersfield residents Akram, 33, and Khalid, 31, began grooming her to be raped and abused throughout her childhood, the prosecution alleged.

“They each, on separate occasions, took her out of the children’s home where she was living without permission and with a sinister, ultimately sexually motivated, purpose,” prosecutor Richard Wright QC claimed in Leeds Crown Court.

Jurors heard how, after she was allegedly targeted by the defendants in the West Yorkshire town, the girl “found herself drawn into a world in which she had little or no control of her life and was utterly unable to make truly free or informed choices about anything where sex was concerned”.

“Throughout her childhood she was deliberately targeted by men who wanted to use her for their own sexual purposes,” said Mr Wright, stressing that “This case concerns her childhood when, as you will hear — and it is important that you understand that there is no dispute about this — she was raped and abused by multiple men over several years.”

On one occasion, when she was 12 years old, the girl was said to have been taken at midnight by the defendants out of a takeaway in a taxi, where she was plied with alcohol and as many as 10 ecstasy pills before waking up hours later on a mattress in a flat in Huddersfield with no clothes on, the court heard.

According to reporting on the case by local media, the victim — who gave evidence in court from behind a curtain — alleged she was subjected to weeks of rape and violence at a time in the period of abuse, which dated back to 2004 according to the allegations.

Aged 15, she said she was locked inside a property in Huddersfield for more than a month, and not allowed to leave, while the situation “just got out of hand [as] more people and more drugs got brought to the house”.

Accused of several offences including rape, abducting a child, sexual assault, and trafficking for exploitation, Akram, of Springdale Street, Huddersfield, and Khalid, of Brook Street, both pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The trial, which is expected to last two weeks, continues.

They’re always charged with “historic” offenses, aren’t they?

You rarely hear about active Paki gangs getting investigated, even though the island is filled with them.

If I were a cynical and bitter person – and I assure you, I am – I’d suspect that the British government initially covers up these rapes, then throws a few perpetrators under the bus a decade or so later to “prove” to the public that they’re taking this stuff seriously.

Ten men from Sheffield have been charged with historic child sex offences including rape and trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation and another has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Charges were brought on Monday against Usman Din, Tony Ejoune, Kamaran Mahmoodi, Shangar Ibrahimi, Farhad Mirzaie, Soran Ali Karim, Kawan Omar Ahmed, Saman Mohammed, Jasim Mohammed, Nzar Anwar, and Saba Mohammed. All are due to appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

The crimes allegedly occurred in Sheffield between 2010 and 2011 against one victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

Nineteen men and one woman have been arrested on suspicion of perpetrating sexual offences against two underage girls in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The suspects are alleged to have victimised two girls between 2014 and 2016 when they were aged between 14 and 15, according to the BBC.

The backgrounds of the suspects and victims have not been made available for publication, and the exact nature of the alleged offences — first reported in 2016 — have not been disclosed at this time.

“We have now arrested and bailed 19 men and a woman as part of an ongoing operation into the child sexual exploitation of two females in the Wakefield District,” confirmed Detective Chief Inspector Fran Naughton, who has been leading the investigation, an official statement issued by West Yorkshire Police.

“This large scale enquiry will be ongoing for some time and we will update residents when we can and it is legally appropriate to do so,” Naughton added.
