Of course they are doing “climate lockdowns.”

The city of Oxford has embraced the concept of limiting citizens’ personal travel to fight climate change, an idea once dismissed as a conspiracy theory.

The Oxfordshire County Council’s so-called ‘traffic filter’ system, adopted last week, has gone viral, denounced as the first step toward “climate lockdowns” by climate skeptics and civil liberties activists.

The city will be divided into six “15-minute neighborhoods,” containing all local necessities, with residents required to register their cars so their comings and goings can be tracked by a network of cameras. They are allowed unlimited movement in their own neighborhood, but in order to drive through the filters, they must apply for a permit.

Even then, they are only granted access to other neighborhoods for an average of two days per week. Those who exceed their travel allotment will be fined.

This might seem “extreme” – but they can do everything and anything to you now.

It all just keeps getting worse and worse, and you have no way to complain.

There are an army of believers in this insane agenda who have had their brains turned to mush by the Jew media who will come at you.

The media says that you’re going to change the weather, they give no explanation of what that even means (no one knows what the hell it means), and a significant portion of the population, the portion that is most susceptible, will just go along with it blindly, no matter how much it costs them.

An Oxford professor has claimed that we are allowing more and more of our personal data to be used – and are being spied on by DOORBELLS.

Professor Carissa Veliz  has warned that our cars, TV’s, computers and phones are all tracking our data with our permission.

She has explained that the data collection starts from the moment that you wake up, letting smartphone manufacturers, app developers and your mobile phone company know where you are and who you’re with.

The professor at the Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford believes that people are “unwittingly” giving away personal information every day.

Cars are able to log the locations you visit, the speed that the vehicle is driven at, the music played and even the weight of the driver on the seat.

Intimate medical data can even be donated by the NHS to commercial organisations without consent, she explains.

Writing for the Mail on Sunday she said: “If you wear a smart watch it will have recorded your every movement in bed – including, of course, any sexual activity. Share a picture or record your thoughts on Facebook, or type a search into Google, and that information is tracked and stored.

“Perhaps you’ve run out of sugar and you decide to ask your neighbour if she has some spare.

“Standing outside her door, you notice there’s a new smart doorbell, which records images of those who come near. It’s anybody’s guess where the footage is going to end up and what it will be used for.

“You turn on your smart TV. It is probably identifying everything you watch and sending the data to the manufacturer, third parties, or both.

“If you had time to read the privacy policies of the objects you buy, you would also have noticed that your TV picks up and records your spoken words and reserves the right to transmit them to other organisations.

“Intelligence agencies such as MI5 and the CIA can make your TV look as though it is off while they record you. Your digital assistant Alexa may be listening too.”

Genetic information is also up for grabs to anyone who’s willing to pay for it – if you’ve done a DNA testing kit for health reasons or to trace your ancestors it is available.

Companies such as Ancestry can analyse, sell and communicate your genetic information, which may affect your family further down the line.

Prof Veliz warns that grandchildren might be “denied opportunities” based on your genetic data, if it indicates “a susceptibility to life-limiting disease or a negative personality trait.”

She also explains that Governments know more about their citizens than ever before, with intelligence agencies holding more information on everyone.

None of this is new or a secret. Mainstream publications have been saying it all the way through the process of building up this total panopticon grid.

The University of Oxford is considering proposals that would remove sheet music from its curriculum over woke claims that teaching the Western form of musical notation has roots in “colonialism” and “complicity in white supremacy”.

In response to widespread Black Lives Matter protesters and riots last year in the United Kingdom, music educators at Oxford University have joined the wider iconoclastic movement which has been sweeping through British academia.

The music department at the prestigious and ancient university has seen calls to remove music notation from the curriculum as professors seek to focus less on white European heritage and culture, according to documents seen by The Telegraph.

The woke educators went on to claim that musical notation itself is a “colonialist representational system” that has “complicity to white supremacy”. The claim is similar to leftist pronouncements in America that mathematics is inherently racist.

The Oxford academics went on to pronounce that teaching the piano or conducting orchestras could cause “students of colour great distress” as the skills involved are closely tied to “white European music”.

Professors at the university said that the classical music which is taught at Oxford, which includes Beethoven, Mozart, and Schubert, among others, is too focused on “white European music from the slave period”.

The assertion is somewhat dubious, as Western classical music, as well as the practice of sheet music notation, predates the Atlantic slave trade, stemming back to musical traditions from the medieval period such as Gregorian chanting.

In response to student demands “arising from international Black Lives Matter demonstrations,” the Oxford faculty is also considering placing a heavier emphasis on “non-Eurocentric” musical traditions such as Hip-Hop and Jazz, as well as “African and African Diasporic Musics” and “Global Musics”.

The curriculum could also place more importance on pop music and culture, with suggested topics including “Artists Demanding Trump Stop Using Their Songs” at campaign rallies and “Dua Lipa’s Record-Breaking Livestream”.

Mocking the woke push from the university, London mayoral candidate and Heritage Party leader David Kurten said: “For goodness sake. Oxford is supposed to be one of our top Universities that promotes academic rigour and excellence. It should not be peddling woke nonsense like ‘classical music is racist and ‘sheet music is non-inclusive’”.

Some people apparently thought this was a joke a few years ago.

Well, they’re not laughing now.

Now, they realize the gravity of the situation.

Oxford undergraduates are being told that simply not being racist ‘isn’t good enough’ and they must be prepared to take action on the issue.

The revelation from a workshop at St Hugh’s College comes amid growing scrutiny about anti-racism training across the university, which critics say does not work.

While not mandatory, students were told they were ‘expected to make time’ to attend the It’s About Race event.

Attendees were shown a series of slides during the session last month.

Under the heading ‘Be an anti-racist’ on one slide, they were told: ‘Are you racist? “No” isn’t a good enough answer.’

The slide stated: ‘We need to… stop thinking that injustice going on in the world isn’t to an extent are [sic] fault’, adding: ‘Stop being a non-racist and start being an anti-racist.’ 

Another slide encouraged a ‘commitment to action’, asking the question: ‘What is your individual contribution/commitment/pledge to tackle inequality and racism?’

Such courses are meant to question ingrained attitudes.

Yeah, man. What are you, personally, doing to tackle racism and slavery?

If you don’t know what you can do to stop systemic racism because you don’t understand what it even is, then you can start by doing things for blacks. Just go serve them, like they were forced to serve you. Walk up to a random black person, and just tell him you think he’s a hero.

I thought it was beyond the veil of absurdity when the Western media was talking about bringing “freedom” to foreign countries as they were working to silence the speech rights of the likes of myself and Alex Jones.

However, in a time when we’re being forced by the state to wear masks, banned from working, tracked and traced everywhere we go, and under threat of forced vaccination, this plan to spread “freedom” to the “unfree” savages of the earth has become like slapstick comedy.

Attacking Belarus – a nation who didn’t do the lockdown and allowed the people to maintain their freedoms – as “not free” is the peak form of this.

Oxford Professor Timothy Garton Ash writes for The Guardian:

Events in Belarus now join a long line of anti-Soviet and anti-post-Soviet protest movements – some of which succeeded, some of which failed. “Colour revolutions” is a flimsy, politically compromised term that offers much too short a perspective. Since Belarus is the most Soviet of all the post-Soviet states, you can reach back even as far as the East German protests in 1953. When you see workers in large state factories confronting Alexander Lukashenko face to face, and reportedly forming an inter-factory strike committee, you are in Poland in 1980. Or perhaps it’s more like Armenia in 2018? Or Ukraine in 2014? Or – the unavoidable reference – the central European revolutions of 1989? And don’t forget that Belarusians themselves have tried several times before. This is not the first election Lukashenko has falsified.

They’re just stating as a fact now that this man somehow managed to “falsify” an 84% victory in an internationally observed election. They’ve flown on past “suspected” and “alleged.”

Every time, we recognise elements from earlier instances of civil resistance, but there is always something new. Here it is the role of the “women in white” who join hands in human chains of non-violent protest and make a perfect theatrical contrast to Lukashenko, that pig-headed epitome of the chauvinist bully.

The nonviolence of the protests also contrasts with something else I’ve seen recently maybe, but I don’t recall what it was specifically.

To try to guess how this will end is a fool’s errand. In such moments, nobody knows what is going to happen this afternoon, let alone tomorrow. But it is not too soon to spell out one clear message from the streets of Belarus.

In a review of Anne Applebaum’s new book, Twilight of Democracy, the political scientist Ivan Krastev admonishes her – and us – not to make the ideals and “self-evident truths” of 1989 the starting point for remaking today’s world. This all depends what you think was the “self-evident truth” of 1989. If you think it was that history would unfold smoothly and inevitably towards western-type liberal democracy, then obviously that was and would always be mistaken.

The idea that any political doctrine could ever be “self-evidently true” is a concept so foul and haughty that only a Jew like Applebaum could ever invent it.

The thing that was self-evidently true in 1989 was that Perestroika failed. The rest of it is open for debate.

I personally would love Belarus to become a liberal democracy, secure inside both the EU and Nato like its Baltic neighbours. But that will not happen any time soon, mainly because Vladimir Putin won’t let it, but also because there is currently no majority for it in the country itself. The Belarusian opposition wisely insists this is not a geopolitical struggle between Russia and the west.

In Minsk a few years ago, I heard the Belarusian foreign minister evoke the shimmering prospect of Belarus becoming a prosperous neutral country between the EU and Russia, “something like Switzerland”. Who wouldn’t settle for being Switzerland? Yet realistically, a messy, negotiated transition to another, less autocratic leadership, as in Armenia, is probably the best we can hope for in the near future – and with Lukashenko, things may get worse before they get better.

I know which freedoms I don’t have in America, and Belarus has all of these freedoms that I am lacking.

This entire narrative is stupid. Belarusian protesters at factories were indeed like the protesters of 1989, in that they were complaining about an economic situation. Vague, generalized “freedom” is not something that anyone on earth cares about. People do care about specific freedoms, but none of the lunatics compiling this narrative about Belarus will list any specific freedoms they’re lacking.

And now we have Cai Xia, a former professor at China’s Central Party School, no less, telling the Guardian that change in the direction of democracy will one day come in China, too, because “people yearn for freedom and freedom is only possible when people’s rights are protected, right?” Not for the first time, it takes those with long experience of unfreedom to remind us of the value and attraction of freedom.

When rightly dissecting the many failings of liberal democracy over the last 30 years, we risk falling into a kind of historical fatalism: a “twilight” of democracy, after all, must logically be followed by night. That would be to make the “here’s the direction of history” mistake once again, only in the opposite direction, and to give authoritarian rulers an undeserved and significant psychological advantage. Call me an American if you like, but I think we should believe more in the power of freedom – not least because that belief is itself a large part of freedom’s power.

You see, what they do is this: they turn “freedom” into a kind of voodoo doctrine, where they decide that certain countries have it and certain countries don’t. “Freedom” effectively means nothing other than “controlled by Jews.”

Freedom of speech is the only specific freedom mentioned in this article (and that in the form of a quote from a protester) – well, let me tell you about freedom of speech in the West: it does not exist. It is an absolute hoax. At this point, it is effectively impossible to criticize any powerful group or institution of power in any way at all.

There is zero chance that people in Belarus have less freedom of speech than people in the United States or Britain. Anyone who says that is lying on purpose.

The rest of these vague notions of freedom will need to be explicated further before I can give comment. Though I will not be holding my breath.

What would make sense if you were writing an article about how there is no freedom in Belarus would be to go through and list examples exemplifying the lack of freedom in different areas. Any writer knows that and an Oxford professor knows that. The fact that it was not done in this op-ed means that Timothy Garton Ash knows that there is not “less freedom” in Belarus.

He’s lying on purpose.

Thames Valley Police:

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man from Oxford has been sentenced to a total of 11 years’ imprisonment after he was found guilty of multiple non-recent child sex offences.

Sabir Hussain, aged 42 of Nye Bevan Close in Oxford, was found guilty by unanimous verdict of one count of rape of a child and 12 counts of indecent assault of a child in a trial at Oxford Crown Court which lasted seven days.

He was convicted on 4 February this year and was sentenced on Wednesday (29/4) at the same court.

The offences occurred in Oxfordshire over a six-year period in the 1990s when Hussain carried out multiple offences against a boy who was aged under 16 at the time.

The offences came to light when the victim reported what had happened to him in 2017.

A Thames Valley Police investigation began, and Hussain was charged on 23 April 2019.

I’m not really sure who I’m supposed to root for in this case.

An Oxford University professor threatened by activists for saying transgender people ‘harm the rights of women’ today revealed she needs ‘two burly men’ to protect her because she is ‘frightened’ on the way to lectures.

History Professor Selina Todd claimed she has been provided with ‘routine security’ after being alerted to potential threats to her own safety by her own students.

The academic, an international expert on women and the working class, said in her research that women who posed as men in the past ‘were often lesbians seeking to protect themselves, or because they want to do jobs that were only available to men’.

Two students told Professor Todd, who has been accused of being ‘transphobic’, that they had seen threats on ’email networks’ they were part of.

Why did you get two burly men, huh?

There was still a protest at her most recent undergraduate lecture, however.

She added that the history faculty received complaints on a ‘daily’ basis from activists calling for her to be sacked.

Her previous research has said women who posed as men in history ‘were often lesbians seeking to protect themselves, or because they want to do jobs that were only available to men’.

An Oxford University spokesman said: ‘We cannot comment on individual arrangements.

‘However when staff raise concerns with us, the university will always review the circumstances and offer appropriate support to ensure their safety and their freedom of expression.’

I always cringe whenever I hear that some Britcuck used the term “freedom of expression.”

Students at the University of Oxford have voted to ‘replace clapping’ with a silent wave because it ‘could trigger anxiety’.

They are instead being told to use ‘jazz hands’, where they wave their hands in the air.

The motion to ‘mandate the encouragement of silent clapping’ was successfully passed by the university’s student union officers, following their first meeting of the year on Tuesday.

It will come apply at student union events, and if successful, rolled out to other societies and events.

Oxford students had argued that alternatives to clapping already existed in some organisations and institutions and that they should follow suit.

It comes after the University of Manchester passed a similar motion in September last year.

An Algerian illegal migrant who entered Britain via France after hiding in the back of a lorry has been jailed for strangling and sexually assaulting a teenager.

Khaled Meridja was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court after being convicted of one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, two counts of sexual assault, and one count of attempted rape, the Oxford Mail reports.

“[Meridja] came upstairs and then he was trying to do stuff to me and I was [saying] ‘what the hell are you doing’ and I was trying to look for my phone,” recounted the migrant’s victim, who now suffers difficulty sleeping after being “forever changed” by that attack, during his trial.

“He was grabbing hold of my breasts and I [said] ‘what the hell are you doing, get off me’ and then he pushed me up against the wall,” she added.

“Then he was strangling me so much I could not breathe. He was just strangling me and I didn’t know what to do,” she said, telling jurors she thought she was “going to die”.

Describing the attack as a “determined attempt” to rape the unnamed teenager, who was sexually touched by Meridja while he strangled her and tried to pull down her trousers, sentencing judge Maria Lamb noted that “This incident only ended because she got away from you and not because you desisted.”

The migrant was only given a prison sentence of seven and a half years, however — and it is typically the case that criminals in England given so-called determinate sentences are automatically released on licence at the halfway point in their terms.

Three men who groomed, raped, and carried out a campaign of violent child sexual abuse against a girl with no friends in Oxford have been handed jail sentences.

Mohammed Karrar, 44, Bassam Karrar, 39, and Anjum Dogar, 37, were handed “life” sentences for crimes including 10 counts of rape, indecent assault, and conspiracy to rape carried out between 2002 and 2005, when their victim was aged between 14 and 16, at Oxford Crown Court.

During the three-week trial, jurors heard the “vulnerable” victim was “lonely and friendless” when she was targeted by the gang, who forced her to perform sex acts in flats, vehicles, and public parks on themselves and on other men during their campaign of abuse.

The court was told how, on one occasion, the girl was plied with alcohol and drugs until she fell comatose and then violently raped by brothers Dogar and Mohammed at a flat in the city, where she woke up naked, injured, and covered in blood from the attack, which also caused her to fall pregnant.

In court on Monday, Judge Peter Ross gave the men “life” sentences, ordering Mohammed Karrar to serve a minimum of 18 years in prison, Bassam to serve a minimum of 10 years, and Dogar a minimum of 20.

The trio are already serving sentences for similar crimes after they were convicted in 2013 for being part of a violent grooming gang which plied victims aged between 11 and 15 with alcohol and drugs and then forced them to have sex with up to ten men at a time in flats, guest houses, and other locations across Oxford.
