Shroyer couldn’t plead not guilty to standing on stairs.

The charge was “standing on stairs” and he definitely stood on those stairs.

It’s strange that Alex Jones hasn’t been charged with standing on stairs, as he was standing on stairs next to Owen.

InfoWars host Owen Shroyer has pleaded guilty to illegally entering a restricted area during the US Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, acknowledging he took part in the chaotic scene while maintaining that he never set foot in the building.

Shroyer accepted the guilty plea in a legal filing published on Friday, agreeing that he breached multiple closed-off sections of the Capitol grounds alongside InfoWars chief Alex Jones, a misdemeanor offense. He is said to have rallied other rioters during the incident, and at one point stood atop the Capitol steps to lead the crowd in chants.

While the conspiracy-minded commentator initially said he attempted to deescalate the situation, prosecutors rejected that argument, noting that Shroyer was heard shouting “death to tyrants” and calling for revolution while at the Capitol.

Shroyer’s defense also maintained that he had traveled to the event as a journalist, and that the government was violating his constitutional right to “protest, speak freely and report the news.”

“The First Amendment permits and protects the rights of individuals to assemble and engage in demonstrations that confront and criticize the government, even when those demonstrations become rowdy or unruly,” defense attorney Norm Pattis wrote.

The prosecution similarly dismissed that reasoning, saying Shroyer’s “claimed status as a journalist does not immunize him from criminal prosecution.”

Well, MSM journalists actually entered the Capitol and filmed.

The case against Shroyer was unique in light of a previous deferred prosecution deal in a separate case, related to a 2020 incident in which he interrupted a congressional hearing. Under the agreement, he pledged not to use “loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol grounds.”

While Shroyer still awaits his sentencing, trespassing on a restricted building or grounds can carry a penalty of up to one year behind bars, without aggravating factors. 

Probably, he will not be sentenced to a year. People with good lawyers are not really getting those kinds of sentences.

But maybe he will.

Maybe he will come out jacked and redpilled on the Jews, and do a Wagner-style coup against Alex Jones.

The criminal prosecution of the opposition has begun. Infowars reporter Owen Shroyer has been indicted by the feds for standing on the steps outside of the Capitol on January 6.

It actually began with the prosecution of Ricky Vaughn, days after the Other Biden took office.

But yeah – the federal government is prosecuting opposition journalists for otherwise legal political protests.

He was standing with Alex Jones, though Alex has yet to be charged. This BuzzFeed article implies that Shroyer moved further up the stairs than Jones – but if they’re now talking about how far up the stairs you were, they can just start charging anyone who was in Washington on the 6th.

Nick Fuentes was standing on the same stairs, meaning he’s likely to get hit with the same charges. They dribble these indictments out, in order to build tension.

I don’t think anyone could have imagined that you weren’t allowed to stand on the stairs. But it is likely that they are going to use this as the first big push to start normalizing charging people with crimes for disagreeing with Democrats.

I mean, it’s to be expected. I did expect it, and I’ve been saying it.

This is particularly egregious given that Shroyer is a credentialed journalist, which actually gives him legal status.

Remember all of the photos of the people inside the Capitol itself?

Well, those photos were not taken by cops – journalists followed the protesters into the building. None of them are being charged.

The crackdown is already here, and it has been here since January 6.

But things are on their way to getting really hot.

The coronavirus hoax, and the big pump on that coming this fall, is going to provide cover for a large scale movement against political dissidents.

Obviously, if the feds just start swooping and arresting random people, the obvious thing would be a mass protest. But protests will be banned under Virus Law. They’re also obviously going to be shutting down cities, setting up checkpoints, and intensifying censorship to the point where they’re prosecuting people for posting information about their operations under national security legislation.

Questioning anything about the Virus Regime will be considered an attack on national security.

They are going to throw Alex Jones in prison, probably, and do something to Tucker Carlson. They are also just going to start doing random arrests of random people from the internet and accusing them of being terrorists.

It’s a very good time to lay low.

I hope you’ve all taken what I’ve been saying for the last year and a half seriously, and made good decisions. Because now is the time when you’re going to have to live with those decisions.

I don’t know what to say about this anymore.

I feel like I’m just writing the same thing over and over again.

Not only are modern conservatives pieces of shit, they also have zero fashion sense.

Infowars’ Owen Shroyer was apparently kicked out of the conference for wearing a handsome pink blazer.

Shroyer made a scene as he was kicked out, after he had been approached by a strange woman who appeared to be Jewish.

Hilariously, online censorship had been declared a flagship issue of the conference, with several panels focusing on it. Donald Trump’s goofy ass son, Donald Trump Jr., who is a weirdo and dates a 60-year-old Puerto Rican woman who looks like a tranny, told a crowd on Friday that censorship and bias against conservatives is “probably a top three issue” for his father’s base of voters.

I am barely a Trump voter at this point, but I will say that I sure as hell used to be, and it is my number one issue. By a long shot. It’s more important to me than the Jews. Because if I don’t have freedom of speech, I can’t talk about the Jews or any other issue.

Shortly after Trump Jr. made these meaningless statements, Shroyer was dragged out of the conference like a black man getting dragged off of a white woman.

The unidentified individual who escorted him out said that he and his crew “need to go,” and repeatedly refused to give an explanation as Shroyer loudly explained to the crowd what was happening to him. It is believed that the reason was his handsome pink blazer.

Following the brutal removal of Shroyer, he gave several interviews to journalists, explaining that Infowars had been denied a booth at CPAC, but were able to buy passes. He had been invited to sit at various booths, even though he had no booth-home. CPAC officials told him that he wasn’t allowed to sit at any booth, and he complied with their outrageous demand. He was then told that he wasn’t allowed to livestream, and he also complied with that demand. He was then banned from interviewing the My Pillow guy unless he went to a specific area. He went to that area, and that is where he was kicked out.

Madcap individual Gavin McInnes was also kicked out of CPAC this year, without any explanation, though it is suspected he may have been sticking things into his butt, which is a legitimate reason.

Alex Jones himself appears to have not been kicked out of the conference yet.

An Infowars host interrupted the opening minutes of the House Judiciary Committee’s impeachment hearing on Monday, accusing Chairman Jerry Nadler and other Democrats of committing “treason” while declaring President Trump innocent.

The protester, Owen Shroyer, began shouting just seconds after Nadler gaveled in the hearing and posted live video of the interruption to his Twitter feed.

“Jerry Nadler and the Democrat party are committing treason against this country, and you can kick me out, but he’s the one committing crimes. You are, Jerry Nadler,” Shroyer shouted. “You’re the one committing treason. America is done with this.” 

That’s right. Jerry “Dirty Jew Rat” Nadler got CALLED OUT!

“We voted for Donald Trump, and they’re simply removing him because they don’t like him,” he yelled, adding that Mr. Trump is “innocent.”

Shroyer continued filming as he spoke with officers outside the hearing room and told Capitol Police he was not violent.

“If you want a comment, I think it’s ironic I’m the one being hauled out of here when the Democrats are the ones committing the crimes,” he told police.

If you were going to do an impeachment hearing against the president, you should have at least put on a show! What you are pulling on the American people is unconscionable not only because it is a Jew Coup, but because it is simply unwatchable.

Impeach the man or don’t, but be done with it and let the news cycle move on already, Jews!

This is a major change in creative direction for Infowars.

After filming pornographic videos with Megyn Kelly in the Infowars studio last week, there has been much speculation on what Alex Jones would do next. Although there are rumors that Jones will be Donald Trump’s next press secretary, he still has big plans for the Infowars brand.

Based on what we saw the other day, it looks like Jones is finally prepared to go full Nazi with Infowars!

It all happened when Owen Shroyer was doing a news report about Nazi artifacts found in Argentina. As he began the segment, a big swastika was placed in the background.

Moments later, Jones walked on set threatening Infowars staff with a tomahawk axe if they did not embrace White supremacist ideologies.

Jones was enraged when his staff changed the studio screen from displaying the NSDAP swastika to the American flag. 

Shroyer immediately agreed and began describing how Adolf Hitler really escaped to Argentina and is still alive at 128 years of age. He also noted how Hitler in his later years has become quite the prolific YouTube comment poster.

Jones also announced that future Infowars content would be primarily focused around promoting Nazism and proving that the earth is flat.

We fully support this change in creative direction. It is much needed!
