The Orange Unified School District became the latest district in California to approve a transgender notification policy following a packed meeting that grew heated at times Thursday night.

The policy requires the school to notify parents when their children under the age of 12 request to use different names or pronouns than what is on their birth certificate.

Prior to the meeting, school board members said they received an email from California Attorney General Rob Bonta threatening to take action to protect student civil rights. Meanwhile, students and their families anxiously awaited the fate of the proposed policy.

Being under the age of 12, being manipulated by a homosexual or woman teacher into believing you are a tranny, then keeping that secret from your parents is… human rights. The government will issue threats.

That’s a lot of white women in the crowd.

It was a packed house with demonstrators spilling into the parking lot. During the meeting, there were several delays and disruptions, along with over three hours of public comment from both sides.

Despite Bonta’s warning, the policy was approved in a 4-3 vote around 11:30 p.m. to a roar of applause.

Board members Ana Page, Kris Erickson, and Andrea Yamasaki, who opposed the policy, left the meeting early citing safety concerns.

Yeah, I’m sure the Proud Boys were planning an attack, right?

California officials are suing Huntington Beach, a wealthy coastal city lambasted by the state’s governor as the “poster child for nimbyism”, in an attempt to force it to build more affordable housing.

Defiant Huntington Beach officials have filed their own lawsuit in response, pledging to fight any attempt by the state to “urbanize” their affluent, majority-white community.

California’s governor, Gavin Newsom, said the lawsuit was part of the state’s effort to crack down on cities and counties that “that flagrantly violate state housing laws”, and said that a nimby, or “not in my backyard”, attitude towards housing development could not longer be tolerated.

“My administration will take every measure necessary to hold communities accountable for their failure to build their fair share of housing,” Newsom said in a statement.

Huntington Beach is required by state law to approve more affordable housing and to build more than 13,000 new homes over the next eight years, state officials said. Instead, officials accused the Huntington Beach city council of “unlawful and willful attempts to flout state housing law”, including considering a new local ordinance that would attempt to exempt the city from certain state housing requirements.

The lawsuit filed by the state attorney general, Rob Bonta, in Orange county superior court, asks a judge to order the city to comply with the law and to impose a fine. A state law, passed in 2019, says a state judge can impose fines starting at $10,000 per month for cities that refuse to comply. The law also says the court can appoint someone “with all the powers necessary” to force the city into compliance.

Hours later, city officials announced their own lawsuit, asking a federal judge to block the state from forcing them to build a wave of new homes they said would transform their suburban community.

“Their goal is to urbanize quiet, private property-owning communities,” Huntington Beach mayor Tony Strickland said at a news conference announcing the city’s lawsuit, the Los Angeles Times reported. The mayor claimed that “neither the state or Gavin Newsom are serious about actually producing more housing”.

“I am committed to defend the city and its wonderful property owners who enjoy this quiet suburban beach town,” Strickland said.

This is the second time California officials have sued Huntington Beach for not following state housing laws. The city settled the first lawsuit back in 2020.

The lack of affordable housing in California is at the center of a growing humanitarian crisis, with rising numbers of people becoming homeless in the nation’s most populous state.

“Affordable housing” is literally a euphemism for “nigger shithole.”

It’s not “affordable,” it’s paid for by the state. It’s affordable in the sense that you can afford something for free.

State housing officials say California needs an additional 2.5m homes by 2030 in order to keep up with demand. But the state currently builds about 125,000 houses each year, which leaves California well short of that goal. California has about 170,000 homeless people on any given night, accounting for nearly one-third of the nation’s unsheltered population, according to federal data.

Huntington Beach, dubbed “Surf City USA”, has a largely suburban feel with residential neighborhoods of single-family homes flanked by busy main roads linked with strip malls and office buildings. Sixty per cent of the city’s residents are non-Hispanic white, according to census estimates, while only 1.2% are Black.

It’s interesting again that The Guardian – a British paper – is the only major (inter)national publication reporting this story in any detail.

Basically, most Americans don’t really have any idea what is even going on.

There was another church shooting on Sunday in the utopian American territory of California.

Just in the last few hours, they’ve made the claim that it was an Asian male in his 60s. We haven’t started using the UK definition of “Asian” (which means Moslem), so I guess this guy was Japanese or Chinese, or they’re lying about his race.

Police in California said that four people have been critically wounded, and one person is dead after a shooting at a Laguna Woods church on Sunday afternoon.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department said that one person has been detained, and they have recovered a weapon that may have been involved in the incident. An additional person suffered minor injuries in the shooting, according to police.

The shooting took place at Geneva Presbyterian Church.

The sheriff’s office said that the suspect was detained at the scene.

The sheriff’s office said it received a call of a shooting inside the church at 1:26 p.m. PT.

Officials described the suspect as an Asian male in his 60s, but did not give any details on a possible motive.

Orange County Undersheriff Jeff Hallock said during a press conference that churchgoers displayed “exceptional heroism and bravery” during the incident, and without their quick actions, there could have been more casualties. Hallock added that the churchgoers detained the gunman by using an extension cord to hogtie him and confiscate the weapons.

He also said there were 30 to 40 people inside the church during the incident.

Hallock said that two handguns were recovered from the scene.

I don’t know why they’re being cagey if it was really an old Asian guy. If that is actually the case, he’d probably gone insane.

Koreans are all involved in various cults. The most famous cult of the 1960s, the Moonies, was a Korean cult. The Moonies were actually kind of good, I’m not really sure about their doctrines and dogmas but they always seemed okay in terms of their morals and behavior. A lot of white people got involved in it. It was definitely less weird than a lot of evangelical stuff – look at Kenneth Copeland.

Watch this documentary from the early 2000s abut evangelical cults – a lot of them do satanic possession rituals where they are running around barking like dogs and other such behaviors.

That’s not a Catholic movie, by the way – it’s made by Texe Marrs, a Southern Baptist.

Point being: though the Moonies were okay, a lot of Koreans ended up in stuff more like the weirder evangelical stuff.

Of course, we all know what Presbyterians are. They might not be doing the spirit healing jumping around and barking stuff, but they’re doing – you know what they’re doing.

What I will say is that they’re not quite as “out and proud” as like, Lutherans or something. There are no rainbows on their site.

There are also no Asians on their site – this is despite the fact that the area is 20% Asian.

That doesn’t mean there were no Asians there. All Asians attend Church, and while most Koreans are pretty insular, and Vietnamese are Catholic, there is some mixing. As I say, white people went to Moonie churches, and Asians go to white churches. They just probably don’t go to gay churches.

So it’s possible that this man attended this church and the pastors screwed up his family somehow, or he had some other reason to take revenge. I don’t know. But it doesn’t really seem to relate to anything I care about, frankly.

Frankly, I might be using the word “frankly” too much at this point, frankly, but frankly, if it’s not an anti-white revenge attack, or part of the Abortion Wars, I don’t think it matters to me if someone shoots up some blasphemous evangelical church.

These churches that promote this gay stuff are not really churches, they are houses of Satan. They are an evil mockery of everything good.

Someone can say “oh we are supposed to preach to everyone” – yes, I agree. I am not against gays attending a church if they are trying to seek redemption and stop being gay, but they don’t do it holding hands with their gay lover, and the promotional material doesn’t advertise that they are anally married and sharing the same last name. That is sick and it is evil, and frankly, I’m surprised God doesn’t bring more calamity on these demons.

They are not real churches.

But yeah: I doubt the Asian man did this for any political reason at all. If it would have been a white, you could speculate it was either a leftist over abortion or a rightist over the gay issue.

I do wish they would release his name, so we can know his ethnicity. Orange County has all three of the East Asian types, as well as probably a number of Cambodians, Vietnamese, etc. Maybe not Cambodians, they are the one Asian immigrant group that is usually poor and they tend to live in urban centers.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Thursday, months after the bodies of two women were discovered in woods near a church and seminary near Apopka, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies said Pablo Antonio Tavarez was charged in the death of Kristina Gail Upchurch, 34. He made his first court appearance Friday morning, where a judge denied him bond.

Investigators said lawn care workers on May 2 discovered the bodies of Upchurch and Nicole Louise Evans, 37, near the New Vision Community Church on West Orange Blossom Trail.

Deputies said charges in Evans’ death are pending.

Investigators said they believe Tavarez met the women through prostitution, then killed and dumped their bodies weeks apart.

Deputies said the man’s DNA was found under Upchurch’s fingernails and on a bloody shirt on the scene. They said an ID belonging to Evans was also found in one of Tavarez​​​​​​’s​ cars.

“The injuries to the victims are Nicole Evans had two gunshot wounds to the head, stabbed multiple times. Kristina Upchurch was stabbed multiple times,” Sheriff John Mina said.

A former Marine has been charged with the rape and murder of a 30-year-old woman in Orange County 43 years after her death, authorities said Friday.

Eddie Lee Anderson, 66, is charged with one count of murder with a special allegation of rape, according to the Orange County district attorney’s office. The criminal complaint was filed in Orange County Superior Court on May 24, the day Anderson was arrested at his home in River Ridge, La.

The file is under seal pending his extradition to California, the district attorney’s office said.

Anderson is in the custody of the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana and was scheduled for an extradition hearing Friday, authorities said.

Anderson is accused in the death of Leslie Penrod Harris, who disappeared the night of May 17, 1976, and was found strangled hours later.

In 2018, the Orange County Homicide Task Force began using genealogy tools to try to identify a suspect in Harris’ killing. Genealogical DNA testing seeks to find a person’s familial relationships or estimate his or her ethnic mixture.

Earlier this year, a lead enabled investigators to build a genealogy profile, and county homicide investigators, with the help of the FBI’s Investigative Genealogy Unit, were able to identify Anderson as a person of interest. FBI officials declined to comment Friday about the methods used to identify Anderson.

Further investigation led authorities to determine that Anderson had been enlisted in the Marines and lived at the El Toro base in the early 1970s. At the time Harris was killed, he lived less than a mile from the restaurant she visited the night of her death, officials said.

Additional information about Anderson’s military service was not immediately available Friday.

Orange County sheriff’s officials traveled to Louisiana last week to interview him. He was arrested after volunteering to provide a DNA sample, authorities said.

In the modern world there’s this thing called “sexual abuse” which sometimes means that women are in love with their abusers, willingly eat lunch with them, kiss them, give them blowjobs, get them jailed, and then ask for $15,000 because of all that abuse they endured.

A former Ocoee High student who was sexually abused by two teachers at the school when she was 17 years old filed a lawsuit last month accusing Orange County’s school district of negligence, court records show.

The young woman, identified in court records only by initials, filed the suit in Orange County circuit court April 11 and is seeking more than $15,000 in damages. Named as defendants are Orange County Public Schools and the Orange County School Board.

Lorena Arias, a spokeswoman for the school district, said OCPS does not comment on pending litigation.

The teachers, Chad Michael Coy, then 27; and Ryan Stewart Kirkpatrick, then 26; were arrested by Ocoee police in April 2017. Both have since been convicted of committing sex acts on a child.

The abuse occurred in September and October 2016. The victim told police the sex acts happened on school grounds while classes were in session. Coy was her second period teacher and coached her lacrosse team, while Kirkpatrick was her math teacher.

The girl described performing oral sex on the men in their classrooms, as well as kissing, molestation and sexting.

According to a police report, the girl said she would eat lunch in Kirkpatrick’s classroom and also went there during his planning period, which is when the abuse occurred. They would move to a long table against a wall so no one could see them, she said.

The poor abused girl helped the abusers abuse her.

Coy and Kirkpatrick were arrested in 2017 over separate classroom sex incidents with the woman, who was a student at the time.

At the time, the student said she twice performed oral sex on Coy and once on Kirkpatrick.

They also reportedly touched her private parts at the school.

But the girl did not think either of them knew that the other was also intimate with her.

The girl admitted she was attracted to Kirkpatrick and would harmlessly flirt with him, according to court files.

She would ask for help on her homework and he would ask her if she wanted to do other things besides study.

So she gave some blowjobs and kisses and had lunch with them and whatever. Why should she get $15,000?

Why should the men go to jail?

Coy was sentenced to two years in prison and is scheduled to be released in October.

Kirkpatrick was sentenced to 18 months and his release date is set for May 22.

The fact that both of those men unknowingly “abused” the same girl suggests that she is the problem, and not them.

After the recent outrage caused by the 1971 interview, it was only a matter of time before they figured out ways to attack Mr. John Wayne. After all, he’s dead, so they can’t threaten his job, in fact they can’t do anything to him, so they’re going for the next closest thing: the memories of him.

Sometimes things from the past can come back to haunt you even after you’re dead. That’s the case for legendary actor John Wayne, whose name was applied to California’s Orange County Airport in 1979. This month, someone dug up an interview that Wayne did with Playboy magazine in 1971, and his comments range from politically incorrect to grossly offensive by contemporary standards. That led the Los Angeles Times to run an editorial urging that Orange County officials rename their airport, claiming that the 1971 interview shows Wayne to be “an outspoken racist and homophobe.” Here’s one sample of The Duke’s thoughts on native Americans: “I don’t feel we did wrong in taking this great country away from them … There were great numbers of people who needed new land, and the Indians were selfishly trying to keep it for themselves.” And that’s mild compared to his comments on African Americans and gays. Not even the dead are safe from the ban on conservatives.

What Mr. Wayne said wasn’t even controversial at the time. It was just another valid and common sense political view. And even the people who disagreed with it respected his right to say it.

This shows you yet again how hypocritical these leftist types are. They’re always mumbling about not judging other cultures through the lenses of your own culture, how some things white men are not allowed to do are okay for brown people to do because “it’s their culture” and so on. They do this with things such as Moslems marrying child Moslems, Moslems sexually assaulting our women, and Jews literally sucking the recently bloodied dicks of baby Jews.

You see, this was John Wayne’s culture. The past had another culture, and following the “respect other cultures” logic of the left, shouldn’t they respect John Wayne’s opinion?

You may want to consider giving Orange County Airport a call and letting them know that you don’t want them to remove the name of John Wayne.

Orange County deputies have made an arrest in the 2013 killing of a father of four.

Lance Whitten was shot and killed in November 2013 on Keri Court, just west of Hiawassee Road in Orlando. Deputies said Whitten was visiting a friend when he was ambushed and shot at close range multiple times.

Calvin McClain, 30, was charged with first-degree murder in Whitten’s death.

J’Morian Bell, who was previously arrested and charged, pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder in Whitten’s death. Bell also entered a guilty plea for attempted homicide in the West Orange High School shooting.

Antwaun Welch is currently serving a 17-year robbery sentence, and is also charged with first-degree murder.

Local 6 was the first to tell Whitten’s parents and his sister about the arrest of Calvin McClain.

The family said he’s the one who pulled the trigger.

“I’m just glad this guy has finally been caught,” said Sunny Stienmetz, Whitten’s older sister. “This was a cold-blooded killing and he deserves everything he gets and I hope he gets what’s coming to him.”

After months of being on the run, McClain was arrested Tuesday afternoon by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office’s felony squad.

“Now I can finally rest and my mom can rest and his kids can rest knowing all three of these guys are going to be prosecuted,” Stienmetz said.

McClain is set to appear before a judge Wednesday for his first appearance.

Orange County deputies are searching for the man caught on video beating and robbing a 62-year-old female clerk inside a Public Storage business on Wednesday morning.

Deputies said the man first talked to the clerk at the location on 45th Street in Orlando just after 10 a.m. and then put on a mask and threatened the clerk with a knife and a gun.

The clerk told deputies when the man came into the business, he pretended to be interested in renting a unit and then attacked her, stealing her phone and money.

In the video, the man can be seen beating the victim several times in her face and head.

Deputies described the man as black, about 45 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall to 6 feet tall with a medium fit build, gray stubble on his face and wearing a short dread wig on his head. The man was wearing a white dress shirt with tie, dress slacks and carrying a blue fabric shopping bag, deputies said.

He was armed with a silver knife and black and silver semiautomatic handgun, according to deputies.

Deputies said that just before robbing the Public Storage Wednesday morning, the same man went to another location Holden Avenue and Orange Blossom Trail and spoke to the clerk there, but she was attending to another customer. In that case, deputies said the man tried to entice the clerk to help him with the outside bathroom key, but she refused.

A Garden Grove man was sentenced to death Friday for the murders of a Stanton sales associate and his secretary.

Hilbert Pineil Thomas, 43, was found guilty in February of two felony counts of special circumstances murder for multiple murders, murder during the commission of robbery, and murder during the commission of burglary.

After walking his niece to school on Feb. 2, 2009, Thomas entered Golden Sun Homes on Beach Boulevard and shot Matthew Scott Francis and Elizabeth Ann Palmer execution-style in the head, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Thomas then fled the scene in Palmer’s Lexus sedan, according to the District Attorney. After months of searching for Palmer’s car, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department located it on Oct. 24, 2009 at the El Dorado Inn on Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim.

“In an unrelated case, Thomas was served with a protective order by OCSD on Oct. 13, 2009, barring him from having contact with his ex-wife after having set her car on fire in Los Angeles County. As a term of the protective order, Thomas was ordered to turn over all of his firearms to law enforcement,” according to the District Attorney.

A few days later, Thomas turned over a firearm to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department to comply with the protective order.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department then determined that Thomas had been driving Palmer’s car and begin investigating him in the double murder.

Detectives learned he had recently surrendered a gun to the LACSD and that weapon was later determined to be the same firearm used in the murders, according to the District Attorney.

During Friday’s sentencing, Palmer’s sister, Patricia Moore, read a letter that said in part:

“I have spent over five years wondering what I would say to you when I had the chance. No words can change the outcome of what you’ve done. I have prayed for the courage to say these words, ‘I forgive you. Not so you can feel better but so my family, Matt’s family, your family and I can heal and move forward.’ May God have mercy on you. It’s what’s Beth would have wanted.”
