Frankly, it is almost impossible to believe that people are still claiming that partially-hydrogenated vegetable oil is “healthier” than butter.

This has been proved false over and over and over again. People were aware this was a total scam as early as the 1980s, and it is simply wild to see people promoting this in the current year.

But in the current year, they will just promote any scam.

Daily Mail:

A health trend which has seen shoppers reject low-fat margarine for traditional butter could be putting lives at risk, says a top food researcher.

Last week Waitrose revealed that sales of block butter had risen in the past year, with it now outselling alternative spreads by more than 20 per cent.

It said this was largely due to growing awareness of ultra-processed foods which contain artificial additives such as emulsifiers and preservatives.

There are also concerns over seed oils, such as rapeseed and sunflower, used in many spreads.

Ya think?

This month Robert F Kennedy Jr, the incoming US health secretary, claimed that seed oils are ‘poisoning’ people.

But King’s College London researcher Professor Sarah Berry, who is chief scientist at popular dieting app Zoe, says studies show spreads are far healthier than traditional butter.

This bitch is The Science:

It’s incredible, seeing anyone say this in the current year.

‘There’s been a huge increase in eating butter because of a belief that it is more natural than spread, so it’s better for us,’ she says.

‘But this argument doesn’t stand up to scrutiny. We know that lard is natural – but no one’s suggesting that we consume lard multiple times a day.’

Actually, the Daily Stormer does suggest that.

But I guess we’re just chopped liver (which we also suggest).

Each year some 175,000 people in the UK die from cardiovascular disease, one of whose causes is a high level of cholesterol – a fatty plaque which blocks blood vessels.

Research shows swapping butter for spreads, which mix butter with vegetable or seed oil, leads to lower cholesterol levels, which means fewer heart attacks.

…

Prof Berry says: ‘The scare stories about spreads are based on a belief that anything that is processed is bad, yet we know that’s not true.

‘All the evidence shows that swapping butter for a typical spread which contains vegetable or seed oil lowers your risk of cardiovascular disease.’

It is complete bullshit.

No one serious has believed that since the 1990s, at least.

This bitch is some kind of agent of the WEF/Bill Gates “let the peasants eat bugs” crowd.

These people will tell you to eat three pounds of bread per day along with a bag of candies and 12 apples. They are totally unhinged.

Just walk through it in your mind: were people fatter before or after natural food was replaced with processed food?

Oh, but these people will also tell you obesity is not unhealthy and is unrelated to heart health.

They also tell you trannies are real.

It’s all a big joke. Everything everyone says is a joke.

We really do live in a satanic web of lies. Everything you hear is a lie.

Don’t believe it unless you hear it from me.

Having a Good Diet in Early Childhood Protects Mind Against Cognitive Decline and Dementia https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/07/03/having-a-good-diet-in-early-childhood-protects-mind-against-cognitive-decline-and-dementia/ Wed, 03 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000

It’s crazy seeing these fat kids running around.

They are going to develop into adults missing like, 8 IQ points that they would have had with a healthy diet.

Now they’ve got the research showing early childhood diet also affects the cognitive state of the elderly. But wasn’t that already obvious?

The Guardian:

A healthy diet earlier in life could help keep you mentally sharp into your 70s, and even ward off dementia, according to research that followed thousands of Britons for seven decades.

While most studies on diet and cognitive ability have focused on people already in or reaching old age, the new review was the first to track people throughout their life – from the age of four to 70 – and suggests the links may start much earlier than previously recognised.

The research adds to a growing body of evidence that a healthy diet could reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and slow age-related cognitive decline. The findings were presented at the annual meeting of the American Society for Nutrition.

“These initial findings generally support current public health guidance that it is important to establish healthy dietary patterns early in life in order to support and maintain health throughout life,” said Kelly Cara, of Tufts University in Massachusetts.

…

Researchers analysed participants’ diet at five time points in relation to their cognitive ability at seven time points. Dietary quality was closely linked with trends in cognitive ability, they found.

For example, only 8% of people with low-quality diets sustained high cognitive ability and only 7% of those with high-quality diets sustained low cognitive ability over time compared with their peers.

…

While most people saw steady improvements in their diet throughout adulthood, the researchers noted that slight differences in diet quality in childhood seemed to set the tone for later life dietary patterns, for better or worse.

“This suggests that early life dietary intakes may influence our dietary decisions later in life, and the cumulative effects of diet over time are linked with the progression of our global cognitive abilities,” Cara said.

Being a fat slob is, regrettably, associated with southern whites. And it’s not totally untrue.

But the left is responsible for that ridiculous food pyramid and telling these people they should eat all these carbs in the first place.

The left apparently believes this ice cream thing with The Biden is edgy and cool. Aviators and ice cream. It’s a fashion look.

This shows again that these faggots know nothing about cool, and that cool and fashion was always a rightest trait.

You think the same people who banned cigarettes are capable of ever being cool, fashionable, or masculine in any way?

People Blame Bill Gates for Egg Shortage as Authorities Fight Egg Smugglers https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/01/24/people-blame-bill-gates-for-egg-shortage-as-authorities-fight-egg-smugglers/ Tue, 24 Jan 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Now that Bill Gates is sitting on all the eggs, he’s got the Express to publish this load of baloney. https://t.co/yP8lFvGuCF

— Shaman of Avalon (@Annie_DLV) January 23, 2023

Yeah, why can’t we just feed the chickens bugs and eat the chickens and their eggs?

Why do we have to eat the bugs?

Someone needs to ask Bill Gates about this.

RT:

US Customs and Border Protection officials have warned Americans against trying to smuggle raw eggs or poultry over the border from Mexico, citing disease risk, as skyrocketing supermarket prices drive normally law-abiding citizens to take extreme measures.

Raw egg seizures along the Mexican border jumped 108% for the last quarter of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, CBP Supervisory Agriculture Specialist Charles Payne told El Paso NBC affiliate KTSM on Wednesday.

During that same three-month period in 2022, the average cost of a dozen eggs in the US soared from $3.50 to $5.30. Across the border in Juarez, a customer can get 30 eggs for $3.40, the NBC affiliate reports – a bargain, as long as one isn’t caught.

Payne warned would-be egg smugglers that they face civil penalties for trying to save on groceries, with fines for failing to declare personal-use amounts averaging about $300. While a tweet from the San Diego Field Office warned of more alarming “penalties of up to $10,000” for “failure to declare agricultural items,” Payne clarified that the heftier fines are leveled at “undeclared illegal commercial shipments.”

While near-record inflation across the US has driven up prices of all groceries, the Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service also blames Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza – a new strain of bird flu – for the price increases. They claim the disease has necessitated the slaughter of 43 million egg-laying hens in 2022 alone. Farmers are strongly encouraged to destroy their entire flocks upon mere suspicion of exposure to the virus, an infectious diseases expert told NBC, meaning millions of healthy chickens were culled as well.

Bill Gates has something badly wrong with him.

Why does he drink poop water? It’s abnormal behavior.

I don’t think he should be in charge of everything, really.

Man Who Thinks Candy is Healthier Than Meat to Advise White House on Health and Nutrition https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/08/12/man-who-thinks-candy-is-healthier-than-meat-to-advise-white-house-on-health-and-nutrition/ Fri, 12 Aug 2022 00:00:00 +0000

This is The Science at its peak

These people will tell your kids to eat sugar candy breakfast cereal.

They are literal cereal killers.

Daily Caller:

A renowned nutrition researcher, who is set to advise an upcoming White House conference on hunger and nutrition, previously released a study claiming that candy and cereal are healthier to eat than dietary staples like chicken and eggs.

Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian, a cardiologist and dean at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, has authored more than 450 scientific publications and is a co-chair of the task force Informing the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health. He also reportedly believes Lucky Charms are healthier than a grilled chicken breast.

Mozaffarian lobbied for years for the White House to put on a new Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health after the first such event in 1969. In September, the Conference will happen, and Mozaffarian is leading a task force to provide recommendations and feedback to the White House on the event.

One of the primary achievements boasted by Mozaffarian and Tufts is the development of the “Food Compass” in 2021. It rates thousands of foods and beverages on a scale of 0-100 based on nine nutritional values. While the methodology behind the ratings appears to be objective and comprehensive, some critics have pointed out some odd rankings by the system.

Where’s the bug burger?

For instance, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups have a rating of 30, while cooked ground beef has a rating of 26. Chocolate Lucky Charms, the sugary children’s breakfast cereal, has a rating of 69, while a skinless, sauce-less, grilled chicken breast has a rating of 61. An egg fried with cooking spray scores a 41, compared to a school lunch medium-crust pepperoni pizza scoring 48.

In addition to advising government officials and healthcare professionals across the world during his career, and developing the Food Compass, Mozaffarian is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has received funding from the foundation for at least four projects totaling at least $6 million, according to his CV.

Global warming is a hoax obviously, but the reason they are doing this windmill bullshit is that they want to save fossil fuels for the future. These people in Davos and Silicon Valley think they are going to use computer brain interfaces and nanotechnology to become immortal cyborgs*.

*Stop asking me about that. You can read Klaus Schwab’s books, or check on the WEF website, or really just read anything that comes out of Silicon Valley relating to keyword “emerging technologies,” and you can find as an absolute matter of fact that these people think they are going to live forever as cyborgs. This isn’t controversial, and there is no room for debate – they publish millions of pages on this topic.

So, if there is any truth at all to peak oil (who the hell knows, they have definitely lied about when it will dry up, but maybe it will dry up at some point), it is logical they would make you use windmills instead of “fossil fuels.”

But why would they make you eat Lucky Charms and insects?

That seems to just be an act of sadism against the goyim.

Jewish Vegan Food Company Causes Organ Damage with Deadly Snacks https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/06/20/jewish-vegan-food-company-causes-organ-damage-with-deadly-snacks/ Mon, 20 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Lentils are really dangerous. They have a poisonous protein on them that only becomes digestible when you cook them. You’re still eating the poison, but you’re able to process it.

These vegan snacks were probably undercooked.

Daily Mail:

A vegan food delivery company that is backed by Serena Williams and Gwyneth Paltrow has recalled a new lentil product after it sickened customers with possible liver damage.

According to a statement from Daily Harvest, the company has received reports of French Lentil + Leek Crumbles causing gastrointestinal issues – a euphemism many unfortunate customers say masks the sheer agony induced by eating the unassuming snack.

The company said that they took ‘immediate steps’ to address the concerns of their customers and reached out to everyone who bought French Lentil + Crumbles. Daily Harvest told those customers to immediately dispose of the product.

But several say they’ve been hospitalized with liver issues and gallbladder damage as a result of consuming the fashionably-packaged snack.

The statement continues: ‘If you have any French Lentil + Leek Crumbles, please dispose of them and do not eat them.’

An email that was sent to at least one customer offered a $10 credit for every bag of the product they purchased, reports NBC News. The email advised the customer to get rid of their French Lentil + Leek Crumbles out of an ‘abundance of caution.’

Daily Harvest’s founder Rachel Drori is of course Jewish.

Because all weird and unnatural acts are pushed by these Jews.

Veganism is so unnatural that they are now pushing people to eat bugs, because insect protein is at least animal protein. The full vegan project has become unfeasible, so they’ve decided to allow you to eat bugs.

Folks, you just need to eat meat and a few vegetables. That’s all.

And vodka. Don’t forget to drink your vodka.

Global Warming Threat: Study Portrays Vegan Diet as Child Abuse, Blames It For Malnutrition https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/01/24/wip-global-warming-threat-study-portrays-vegan-diet-as-child-abuse-blames-it-for-malnutrition/ Sun, 24 Jan 2021 17:45:25 +0000

Researchers from Finland found the vegan diet makes kid deficient in:

  1. Vitamin D (even though the researchers note that all kids in the study, except one, were receiving vitamin D supplements)
  2. Vitamin A
  3. Protein
  4. Cholesterol (needed for healthy hormonal balance)
  5. Omega 3 fatty acids

Some people will think that is terrible, and may even go as far as to label the vegan diet as child abuse. I say that depriving kids of these key nutrients is a small price to pay in order to prevent everyone on planet Earth from being cooked to death by Global Warming.

Remember, farting cows warm the planet. Besides, we can easily fix nutrient problems by including raw cockroaches in our diet.

Study Finds:

For many families, however the parents eat will likely become the diet of their children as well. While switching to a vegan diet is becoming a popular choice among young adults, a new study finds the same health benefits don’t necessarily apply to kids. Researchers from the University of Helsinki say young children on a vegan diet have a significantly altered metabolism. These youngsters also have lower levels of several nutrients, including vitamins A and D.

In a study examining 40 healthy children in daycare, researchers looked at the nutritional differences between young vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores (children eating both plant and animal products). Study authors gathered extensive information on nutritional intake, metabolic biomarkers, and micronutrient levels coming from the diets parents chose for their toddlers.

The results reveal vegan diets leave children with a wide range of metabolic differences compared to their meat-eating friends. Biomarker levels for vitamins A and D, cholesterol forms, and essential amino acids are all noticeably lower in kids who go vegan. These children also had a complete lack of docosahexaenoic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid which plays a key role in the development of visual function.

…

During the study, researchers discovered that Finnish parents are doing their homework when it comes to veganism. All of the vegan children examined were receiving supplements for vitamin B12. All of the kids except one had also been taking vitamin D and iodine too. Aside from vitamin D, study authors did not find any major differences in the levels of these other nutrients when comparing vegans to other children.

The team notes however, that current nutritional guidelines about veganism come from studies on adults, not children. Until now, researchers say there haven’t been any studies on how the vegan diet impacts children.

Study authors report that kids on a fully vegan diet also have lower levels of LDL and HDL cholesterol in their blood samples. However, vegan children did have much higher levels of folate in their systems. This vitamin helps create red and white blood cells in the bone marrow and is given to patients with anemia.

“Our results indicate that the health effects of strict diets on children cannot be extrapolated from studies on adults. In addition to vitamin D intake, attention must be paid to adequate intake of vitamin A and protein from various sources.” says study author Topi Hovinen in a university release.

So what if the vegan diet jeopardizes kids’ development of visual function?

The alternative is every human in the world being cooked to death.

After we stop coronavirus from genociding humans over 60, we need to stop the climate from genociding the planet — and we’re going to achieve that by acting anti-social, living in tiny flats the size of disabled parking spaces, and eating like rabbits.

Eating Liver, Heart, and Kidneys is Healthy and Helps the Environment, Doctors Say https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/01/06/eating-liver-heart-and-kidneys-is-healthy-and-helps-the-environment-doctors-say/ Mon, 06 Jan 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Pomidor Quixote

Cooked liver.

Organ meats are among the most wasted foods despite probably being the most nutritious.

If people regularly ate even a little bit of these, everyone would be better off.

Daily Mail:

Vegans might want to look away now – because doctors are urging people to tuck into kidneys, liver and oxtail to boost their health and help the environment.

They want to persuade the pizza and pasta generation to try more daring cuts of meat by promoting ‘Organuary’, an offal-based alternative to the ‘Veganuary’ initiative that has more than 300,000 people pledging to follow a meat-free diet this month.

Vegans should be especially interested in this, actually.

Even a tenth of this can save the health of a vegan.

These are foods that are mostly thrown away due to their lack of popularity, so buying a tiny bit of liver every week wouldn’t really result in more animals being killed, and it would most definitely result in vegans being healthier.

Popular during the war years, offal – parts of a butchered animal not attached to the carcass – scarcely appears on dinner plates today, with the average adult eating just five grams a week compared to 50 grams in the 1970s.

But under the slogan ‘minimise waste, maximise nutrition‘, doctors and health experts at the Public Health Collaboration charity are using social media to promote organ meat as a weapon in the fight against obesity and diabetes.

…

Trustee Dr Joanne McCormack, a Warrington GP who dreamt up ‘Organuary’, said: ‘People these days believe being vegan is best. But you have to have a lot of supplements to be healthy on a vegan diet.

‘Organ meat, however, is very cheap and very nutritious. Eating just a little packs a lot of punch nutritionally.

‘We hope this campaign will sow a seed for people to eat it, improve their nutrition and choose offal as a meal option.’

In the era of goyfeed, where every edible must taste amazing and hyper-stimulate people’s insensitive palates, it is pretty hard to get people to eat something with a consistency and taste that they’re not used to.

Thankfully, palates can adapt to dietary changes. The more natural the diet, the easier it is to enjoy these kinds of foods.

If liver is not already a part of your diet, give it a shot. Try eating a palm-sized bit one day a week for a couple of months and see how you feel.

Here’s a video showing the basics of cooking liver:

You can leave out the olive oil if you want a healthier alternative. If butter is not your thing, you could also cook it with beef fat.

Vegans Humiliate Themselves Eating Banana Peel as a Meat “Alternative” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/04/02/vegans-humiliate-themselves-eating-banana-peel-as-a-meat-alternative/ Tue, 02 Apr 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Pomidor Quixote

Looks tasty, huh?

Hey guise I eat banana peels because I’m vegan and I crave meat but I can’t eat meat because I’m vegan and vegans don’t eat meat, and I’m vegan because I chose to become vegan so I’m now following a vegan diet even though I’m having this unbearable meat cravings that drive me towards eating banana peels that are kinda chewy like meat to trick my brain into staying away from meat another day so I don’t lose my vegan superpowers just yet.

Did I mention I’m vegan?

I’m vegan.

Metro:

If you are vegan (or just cutting back on meat), you might be looking for some alternative ways to make the dishes you love plant based.

You’ve probably heard of jackfruit by now – a fleshy fruit used to replicate pulled pork.

Well it seems like there is a new alternative that might be easier (and cheaper) to get hold of – banana peel.

We promise this isn’t another April Fools’ Day joke. It turns out it’s got so many more uses than the classic ‘slipping on a banana skin’ gag in a comedy sketch.

The peel you usually throw away is completely edible but it does take a little bit of work to make it tasty.

Melissa Copeland, also known as The Stingy Vegan, posted the recipe for banana peel pulled pork sandwich online last week.

It turns out there are loads of other ways to serve banana peel too – from fishless fishcakes to meatballs, burgers and even bacon.

Look. Cravings are a thing, but people don’t crave textures. That’s just not what cravings do. People crave nutrients, their gut flora craves sugary foods or their brain became dependent on addictive foods, and maybe all of that at the same time.

If vegans are craving meat, that’s a sign their diet is deficient.

Instead of trying to (they can’t, really) fix the craving through vegan nutrition workarounds, they’re trying to trick their brains into thinking they’re getting quality nutrition by making stuff look like meat. It obviously doesn’t taste like meat. It doesn’t even look like meat.

Vegans could eat meat from time to time when they get the cravings, and give their bodies the nutrients it demands, but they’re under the impression that having a bit of meat would act as kryptonite and remove their vegan superpowers. What these vegan superpowers are is not something that’s clear, but vegans do seem to think they have those.

Why else would they be so terrified of having a little bit of meat once a week or so? Is that little bite of meat going to take away all the time they followed a vegan diet and retroactively feed them meat and somehow time-travel to kill the animals that they didn’t eat?

So, cravings:

  • If you crave shit “food” you know is devoid of any nutrition and your diet is on point, stick with it a little longer without cheating so your gut flora fixes itself.
  • If you crave shit “food” you know is devoid of any nutrition and your diet is shit, fix your diet.
  • If you crave real food you know is nutritious, eat it in its natural form.
  • If you crave real food you know is nutritious but can’t eat it because of some self-imposed dietary rule, fix your mind and remove artificial and self-imposed limits.

Listen to your body.

Most importantly: don’t get trapped in self-imposed limitations.

Study: Coke and Sugary Drinks Increase Risk of Dying From Heart Disease by 31 Percent https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/03/20/study-coke-and-sugary-drinks-increase-risk-of-dying-from-heart-disease-by-31-percent/ Wed, 20 Mar 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Pomidor Quixote
Daily Stormer
March 20, 2019

The more research is done on modern “foods,” the clearer it is that people are being poisoned on an industrial scale.

The Sun:

Two cans of regular Coke increases the risk of early death from heart disease by a third.

Sugar-laden fizzy drinks also increase the risk of early death from any cause by a fifth – and are also fuelling a rise in cancer cases, Harvard experts said.

While swapping to Diet Coke – or diet versions in general – is better, drink more than four a day and you’re still at risk of dying young.

In fact, previous studies have shown that the six common artificial sweeteners – aspartame, sucralose, saccharin, neotame, advantame and acesulfame potassium-k – have all been found to be toxic to gut bacteria.

They’ve been associated with weight gain, slashing the chances of getting pregnant during IVF, tripling the risk of a deadly stroke and dementia, and raising the risk of developing diabetes.

Infertility, deadly stroke, cancer, heart disease, dementia, diabetes… why would people do that to themselves? Why would parents do that to their children?

Both regular Coke and diet Coke are detrimental to people’s health. Slightly different effects.

“Pick your poison” is not a good strategy.

How about no poison? Just drink water.

Experts said the best option is to ditch fizzy drinks altogether and stick to water instead.

Yeah, it’s the best option. Still, see if you can get a reverse osmosis filter or something to remove some of the shit found in tap water.

In the new study, published in Circulation, looked at data from 80,647 women and 37,716 men who had answered questionnaires about lifestyle factors every two years.

They found that the more sugar-sweetened drinks a person drank, the more his or her risk of early death from any cause increased.

Drinking two a day increased that risk by 14 per cent, while those guzzling more than two a day had a 21 per cent increased risk of early death.

They also had a 31 per cent higher chance of dying young from heart disease.

Each additional drink consumed per day increased the risk by another 10 per cent.

Researchers also found a link between sugary drink consumption and an early death risk from cancer.

Previous studies have linked these beverages with weight gain, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke, but few have looked at mortality.

Walter Willett, professor of epidemiology and nutrition, said: “These findings are consistent with the known adverse effects of high sugar intake on metabolic risk factors and the strong evidence that drinking sugar-sweetened beverages increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, itself a major risk factor for premature death.

Hey, it’s not that bad. Drinking bleach is worse.

Maybe.

“The results also provide further support for policies to limit marketing of sugary beverages to children and adolescents and for implementing soda taxes because the current price of sugary beverages does not include the high costs of treating the consequences.”

Think of all those poor pharmaceutical workers that would lose their jobs if people stopped depending on insulin injections and stuff.

If Jews stopped poisoning the goyim, then Jews would stop filling their pockets, and if Jews stop filling their pockets then they’d have no money to pay the goyim and the economy would collapse.

It would be a catastrophe!

Americans may be diabetic and obese but at least they had the freedom to make the informed decision to become diabetic and obese.

British Soft Drinks Association Director-General Gavin Partington, said: “Soft drinks are safe to consume as part of a balanced diet.”

Nice try, British Soft Drinks Association.

Notice the vague language. “Safe to consume.”

Something detrimental could be said to be “safe to consume” in small amounts if people don’t immediately die and don’t immediately show signs of being about to die.

To better understand why sugary drinks are so poisonous, it’s useful to understand what sugar does to your body.

Sugar, insulin, diabetes

Insulin is supposed to take glucose from your bloodstream and put it into your cells. Under ideal circumstances, that works as intended just as any other process of your body. But there’s nothing ideal about modern eating habits.

Sugary drinks are concentrated sugar. They are processed “foods.” There’s nothing like that in nature. You’d have to juice (process) fruits in order to get something even remotely similar in chemical makeup.

The main problem with these sugary drinks in regards to diabetes is that they pack a lot of sugar without the whole-foods stuff such as fiber that would slow the release of insulin, so the sugars are absorbed too rapidly into the bloodstream and the pancreas is forced to pump insulin much faster than it would when eating healthy whole-foods. That high rate of insulin release places significant stress on the pancreas and over time, it can lead to type 2 diabetes, which is the type of diabetes where the body cannot use the insulin it produces.

High insulin leads to easier fat storage, and fat makes cells resistant to the effects of insulin.

It’s a kind of loop:

  • Sugary drink makes pancreas pump out a lot of insulin
  • Insulin facilitates fat storage
  • Fat makes cells insulin-resistant
  • Insulin-resistant cells don’t want to accept the glucose offered by insulin
  • Glucose is still in the bloodstream
  • The pancreas is then forced to pump out even more insulin because glucose is still in the bloodstream, which facilitates fat storage
  • Repeat until average American

The more insulin-resistant a body becomes, the closer it gets to type 2 diabetes.

The glucose assault on the bloodstream caused by these sugary drinks also raises triglycerides. High triglycerides may contribute to the development of heart disease and if high enough, they can even cause pancreatitis. They’re also a sign of other problems such as hypothyroidism.

Note that although sugar is a carbohydrate, the loop of death doesn’t happen with every carbohydrate. Don’t be afraid of potatoes. Whole-foods have fiber and more complex kinds of sugars, such as starches, that digest slower and require a lower and steadier rate of insulin release, which saves you from the loop of death.

Also note that people don’t need to become seriously overweight or obese in order to develop diabetes. Belly fat is one of the main risk factors of insulin resistance, so skinny-fat people (who likely have some degree of insulin resistance) could also become diabetics.

Skinny fat. Think of a chicken-legged pear.

Everything gets exponentially darker when you look at modern edibles. Most are basically high-fat/high-sugar mixes designed to hyper-stimulate your palate and rewire your brain’s reward center to turn you into an addict.

The high-sugar content in those “foods” triggers the insulin loop of death I previously described, and the high-fat content accelerates it by providing a ready-to-use load of fat for your body to store.

It’s almost as if these processed comestibles were specifically designed to destroy people’s health.

Almost.

What you should be taking away from this isn’t that carbs are bad or that fat is bad. You need both, but in their normal, natural form.

Eating a fruit doesn’t have the same effect that a sugary drink has, because the sugars in it come in a package that includes fiber and other stuff that slows down their digestion.

Tubers and other starchy vegetables don’t have the same effect sugary drinks have either.

Having some carrots with your steak won’t suddenly flood your bloodstream with unmanageable glucose.

If you eat real foods, you’ll be alright.

This is your life. And you only get one shot at it.
This is your life. And you only get one shot at it.

I was originally going to begin this on the 15th, but I realized that is a Friday.  The 18th is a Monday and it is much easier to start things on a Monday.

I realize this is technically a 31 day challenge, but “Stormer 31 Day Challenge” tested poorly as a name for this challenge.

This challenge is a key part of the plan to help men who read this site develop health and wellness as a part of the development of their natural, primal masculinity.

If you complete this challenge, you will not only feel healthier, you will feel stronger and more like a man.

The Paleo Diet is the Natural Diet of the White Man

For those who do not know, the paleo diet comes from the word “paleolithic.” The idea is that our bodies are evolved to eat the hunter-gatherer diet, and that the introduction of grain (though necessary for the development of civilization) was a negative health development which our bodies have never fully adapted to.

"Keep your bread, soft man, we have come for your meats - and your women."
“Keep your bread, soft man – we have come for your meats – and your women.”

In particular, grains contain gluten and antinutrients which can irritate your digestive system.  You are also not adopted to properly digest dairy products.  Obviously, you’ve grown up eating these things, so you aren’t aware of how much better you will feel when you cut them out.

Maybe you don’t like the way this sounds or think it is stupid for some reason.  That’s fine.

But because we can argue endlessly about whether or not the paleo diet is the one true diet, and that there is no diet but the paleo diet (peace be upon it), it is better that we offer a challenge.

Dare ye take the Stormer 30 Day Paleo Challenge?

The Details of This Diet

Basically, you want to think if something would have been available to you in the natural habitat of Europe, where we are tuned to live.  Or if it is nutritionally identical or very similar to something that would have been in our natural environment in Europe.  If it is not, it is probably no good.

There is no limit to how much you can eat.  You should eat until you are full, even if you are overweight.

Notes on Carbs

Also, this is not a low carb diet, unless you are overweight.  There are many carb options for those living an active lifestyle.  However, if you are not training regularly, it is only logical that you don’t need a high amount of carbs, as carbs are designed to provide fuel for activity.  You should consume only the carbs you can burn, which prevents your body from storing extras as fat, and if you are overweight, you should allow yourself to go into ketosis regularly, which your body will do naturally if you cut your carb intake.

Note that this even if you don’t exercise at all, this diet will still help you feel better. And you can lose weight without high activity (though it won’t be super-fast), assuming you cut the carbs.

If you are using this diet to lose weight and so are going very low carb, you still must once a week eat carbs to let your body know you are not in a state of starvation.  If you go more than a week without eating any carbs, your metabolism will slow drastically, which causes you to keep the weight on.

So, let’s just go through the details of the dos and don’ts.

Grains and Sugars

The number one thing here is to avoid all grains.  These include bread, pasta, cereals and so on.  Even if you believe I am too extreme in believing these things are negative, there are, even based on nutritional information everyone agrees on, options far better than these.

And obviously processed sugars, as are contained in all candies and deserts of any sort, should be completely avoided at all costs.  Except on Christmas or Thanksgiving or whatever your feast day is in your country.  Maybe two or three times a year, you can have a piece of pie.

You should have the self-control to avoid these poisons.

Meat

All forms of meat are good forms of meat.  Meat should be the main part of your diet.

Chicken

Chicken is the worst and the most likely to contain very dangerous female hormones which will turn you into a faggot.  Organic chicken is okay, if you can get it, but is still not really that high quality of a meat.  I don’t really eat chicken at all, if I do it is only once a week.

Pork
Pork

Pork is the second worst, but also the most delicious.  I eat a lot of pork.  It is a solid meat.  One thing to beware of is that sausages often contain filler which contains gluten.  As you become more natural in your eating habits, even small amounts of grain can cause a serious reaction, so one should be aware of traces.

Beef
Beef

Beef is the most expensive, but also the healthiest meat.  Red meat is the ideal food of European man.

Lamb is on the same level as beef, but often much more expensive.

Venison, rabbit, squirrel and other game meats are also excellent if you hunt or know someone who does, or can buy them locally.  You can also eat rats and snake or whatever, it doesn’t really matter – all flesh is good for you.

Organs are also very good, if you are into that (if you’re Anglo, you’re probably not).  Liver is especially good, as are kidneys and brain.

Regarding the price of meat, in most countries you can go in to the butcher’s area of your local grocery and ask about miscuts, which they will sell you for cheap.  They will also ground them for you, if that makes it easier to cook them.  Fresh meat is also generally discounted after a certain time of the day at most markets.

All meats should generally be grilled, but can be pan-fried using certain oils.  One can also live on cold cuts alone, though this could get pricey.  It is, however, a good option if you don’t have time to cook yourself.

Sea Food

Sea food is basically the same thing as meat.  All of it is pretty much good.  Depending on where you are, it could also be cheaper than meat.

Fish
Fish

Fish is good, though larger fish can contain mercury, which you may or may not be concerned about.

Sardines in a can are an excellent staple option if you are on a budget (and even if you’re not – also a good choice for people without time to be bothered making something).

Canned sardines
Canned sardines

There is no amount of sardines which is too many sardines. Just check the label and make sure it isn’t in some weird sauce.

Shellfish are fine, though generally cooked in or served with sauces which could be a problem.  Sauces are generally processed crap these days, whatever kind of sauce it is.

Eggs

Always eat eggs.

Vegetables

All vegetables should be eaten, though some are more valuable than others.  As with everything, you should be thinking about the micronutrient content of the food.

Vegetables
Vegetables

Green vegetables and particularly cruciferous vegetables are all fantastic, and you should eat as many of them as possible.

Carrots have a very high micronutrient density, and should be eaten regularly.  May be best eaten raw, the verdict is still out on that.

Tomatoes are actually a fruit, but they’re fine.

Starchy vegetables like eggplant should be avoided if you’re trying to go really low carb (if you’re overweight), but are otherwise good.

Corn should be avoided.

Potatoes in the section on carbs.

Beans

Beans are not a vegetable even though some of them get called vegetables, and in my opinion there is no reason to eat them, ever.  They are difficult to digest and can cause stomach complications which cause your body to use up energy dealing with them.  Energy that would best be spent elsewhere.  They also contain antinutrients which leach nutrients from other foods in your digestive system.

Slave food
Slave food

And there is no reason to eat them.  Yes, they do contain protein, but it is a protein much inferior to meat protein, so there is just no logical point in indulging in beans.  They are a slave food, which is why short pudgy Mexicans love them so much.

Rulers eat meat.

Fruit

Fruits are more tricky.

Currently, our markets are filled with fruits which are imported from tropical climates, and are thus not natural to us.  The problem is that they contain too much sugar, something that Southeast Asians and Americans Indians are adapted to but we are not.  That having been said, there is nothing especially wrong with these fruits, and if you are training hard and not overweight, they can be a nice treat.  When I am training regularly, I don’t hesitate to go for tropical fruits, as they are rich in nutrients.

Fruit
Fruit

Our own fruits of Europe, however, are a generally better option.  Apples, pears, grapes, berries and so on.  But it should be noted that these have, for the most part, been selectively grown to be nearly as sugary as tropical fruits, and as such, if one is trying to lose weight, they should be avoided (except on the one day a week you have to eat carbs).

Carbs

If you are highly active, you will need straight carbs in order to support your activity.  This is the spot grains have generally filled since the dawn of civilization, but since we cannot properly process grains in a healthy way, we should switch it up.

Rice
Rice

The best forms of pure starch are white rice and potatoes.  Neither contain gluten or the antinutrients which are contained in the shell casing of wheat.

Note that these contain no nutrients, and thus have no other value save to give your body energy.  It may be better to consume fruit instead, but if you feel you need pure carbs, go for rice or potatoes.

Corn should always be avoided.

Nuts are okay, technically, and contain many micronutrients.  Just make sure they’re not roasted, as cooking them to that temperature causes the fats to oxidize.  As such, roasted nuts are no different than potato chips.  Remember than peanuts are not an actual nut, and should always be avoided completely.

Cooking Oils

Generally in history, we would not have been frying foods, but cooking them over an open fire.  Still, it is possible to fry foods, if the correct oils are used, and this is generally more convenient in this age as well as delicious.

There are three types of oils which are good, and these are olive oil, coconut oil and butter.

Extra virgin olive oil is very healthy, but the problem is that it oxidizes when it reaches a certain temperature.  That temperature is 200 degrees Fahrenheit or 93 degrees Celsius, which means you can’t actually fry anything safely with this oil.  You can, however, use it for other cooking purposes which involve lower temperatures.  Good to brush on already cooked pork chops or add flavor to a salad, Greek style.

Coconut oil is the ideal frying oil.  It can get very hot without oxidizing, and tends to be delicious.  It can probably be bought pretty cheaply.

Butter
Butter

Butter is also a fine choice for frying.  This technically violates the no dairy rule, but actually it doesn’t because all that remains of the milk when made into butter is the fat, which is very similar to any other animal fat, nutritionally.  Make absolutely sure it is 100% pure butter, with no other ingredients.  It is also better organic, if possible.

Animal fat itself is of course great, but you cannot really buy this anywhere these days in most countries.  What you can do – and what I do – is in the morning, cook your bacon first, then fry your eggs in the grease of the bacon.  Delicious and healthy breakfast to give you energy throughout the day.

You may also attempt to save your own pig fat, but I’ve found it is a hassle.  But I’m not really good at such things.

Processed Foods

I suppose it should go without saying, but I will say it anyway: all processed foods should be avoided completely.  This includes not only grain-based processed foods such as breads, cereals and pastas, and obviously sugary or salty processed snacks, but also processed meats such as hot dogs and processed “microwave dinners.”

Most every type of sauce is a processed food and is poisonous, probably made nigh entirely with corn and/or soy and sugar.

Alcohol

Alcohol is generally unhealthy if consumed in high amounts, but I understand well that for most men a certain amount is necessary.

The worst form of alcohol is beer.  I know that for some people that will be very difficult to hear, but it is simply the fact.  It contains high levels of gluten and crap carbs.  It was designed to make people tired as they become inebriated (see the beer purity laws) so they could get drunk and not cause too many problems.  For the same reason it makes you tired, it also have a devastating effect on your metabolism and testosterone levels.

The overweight, slobbish beta-male beer drinker is a stereotype for a reason.

The best alcohol to order at a bar is vodka or tequila.  Gin is the third best.  The rest of the spirits, including whisky, are all better than beer.

For a dinner type setting, red wine is good.  Quite healthy actually.  Just don’t order red wine at a bar, unless that is for some reason socially acceptable in your country.

Warnings

This diet is not written in stone and can be adjusted to suit your needs.  However, for the first month, you should follow these instructions strictly.  After you begin to get healthier, you will be more in tune with your body and more capable of knowing what it needs.

You may, when initially cutting out grains, feel tired and even depressed.  This is because grains are an addictive substance which provide a kind of high.  Also, if you are doing a low-carb version of the diet, you will feel tired for perhaps a week, maybe longer depending on your own physiology.  This is simply a natural transition phase.  You have been fuelling your body wrong for your whole life, and there is a comedown from this.  Do not be alarmed.

You may wish to take photographs of your body when you begin, and then every week onward.  Again, even if you are not training, you should see physical changes.

Finally, I am not a health professional and am posting my opinion only.  This is not medical advice.  Or at least not the sort of medical advice that is illegal.  Please consult a physician if you have a condition.

Get Ready

The 18th is a week from now.  This should give you time to clear out any fresh breads you may have bought.  If you want to start now, do so.  Of course you can also start later, or not take this challenge at all, I’m not the boss of you.  I’m just some guy from the internet.

However, I think it will be a very interesting experiment if a few hundred of us do this together.  I will be making posts every week where people can give us their updates and ask any questions they may have.  You can also ask any questions you have here, and I will do my best to answer them.  Others can also answer them, as many of our readers are already on this diet, given that it is tied to masculinity in the same way that Fascism is tied to masculinity.

Because both are about power, and power is the root of masculine identity.

Good Luck

You will remember this, because it is going to change your life.  Whatever your current fitness, you are going to be more fit from now on.

It is important to me that you, my brothers, are healthy.  We are not going to be able to accomplish any of our revolutionary goals as a bunch of limp-wristed weaklings.

I wish you all luck.  Set your calender.  I will be posting in one week to remind you.

Questions welcome.

Hail Victory.
