In his ruling, state District Judge Bruce Romanick also said that the law violates the state constitution because it is too vague.

Under the judge’s order, abortion would be legal in North Dakota, but the state currently has no clinics performing them, and the Republican-dominated state government would be expected to appeal the ruling.

The state’s only abortion provider had been the Red River Women’s Clinic in Fargo, but it moved a few miles to Moorehead, Minnesota, in 2022, after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and allowed states to ban abortion. Director Tammi Kromenaker said there are no plans to reopen a clinic in North Dakota but Thursday’s decision “gives us hope.”

I’m sure killing their own children does make women happy. No one can argue that. We see them talking about it, they are always very excited.

It used to be “abortion is a tragedy, but it’s sometimes necessary.” Their slogan was “safe and rare.” Now they celebrate abortion as a positive good. They are really into it. Big time.

But if everyone has a right to do anything that makes them happy based on the “pursuit of happiness” clause (it’s not a clause) in the US Constitution, then I have a right to rape sluts. That makes me happy: rape.

Many people are made happy by killing people other than their own children. It would make me happy to kill all of the enemies, like The Punisher.

If I was allowed to do anything that made me happy, there would be a massive rape and piles of bodies 50 feet tall lining the streets.

Officials at the remote site of a derailed train carrying hazardous materials that sparked a fire in North Dakota briefly issued a shelter-in-place notice Sunday for area residents during cleanup.

The notice was issued as a precaution early Sunday after air monitors detected low levels of anhydrous ammonia after a railcar began venting during its removal from the site, said Andrew Kirking, emergency management coordinator for Stutsman and Foster counties in east-central North Dakota.

No injuries from the leak were reported, and the notice was lifted later Sunday when air monitoring levels returned to zero, Kirking said.

Maksym Bunchukov remembers hearing rockets explode in Zaporizhzhia as the war in Ukraine began.

“It was terrible,” he said. He and his wife sent their adult daughter west to Lviv for safety and joined her later with their pets.

Now, about 18 months after the war broke out, Bunchukov is in North Dakota, like thousands of Ukrainians who came over a century ago.

He is one of 16 new arrivals who are part of a trade group’s pilot effort through the Uniting for Ukraine humanitarian program to recruit refugees and migrants during a workforce shortage. Twelve more Ukrainians are scheduled to arrive by Aug. 15 as part of the North Dakota Petroleum Council’s Bakken Global Recruitment of Oilfield Workers program.

Some workers want to bring their families to North Dakota while others hope to return to Ukraine.

“I will try to invite my wife, invite my daughter, invite my cat and invite my dog,” Bunchukov told The Associated Press a week after his arrival.

The Bakken program has humanitarian and workforce missions, said Project Manager Brent Sanford, a former lieutenant governor who watched the Bakken oil rush unfold during his time as mayor of boomtown Watford City from 2010 to 2016.

The oil boom initially was met by an “organic workforce” of western North Dakotans with experience in oil field jobs elsewhere, but as the economy reeled from the Great Recession, thousands of people flocked to the Bakken oil field from other states and even other countries to fill high-wage jobs, Sanford said.

Technological advances for combining horizontal drilling and fracking — injecting high-pressure mixtures of water, sand and chemicals into rocks — made capturing the oil locked deep underground possible.

“People came by planes, trains and automobiles, every way possible from everywhere for the opportunity for work,” Council President Ron Ness said. “They were upside down on their mortgage, their life or whatever, and they could reset in North Dakota.”

But the 2015 downturn, coronavirus pandemic and other recent shocks probably led workers back to their home states, especially if moving meant returning to warmer and bigger cities, Sanford said. Workforce issues have become “very acute” in the last 10 months, Ness said.

Ness estimated there are roughly 2,500 jobs available in an oil field producing about 1.1 million barrels per day. Employers don’t advertise for every individual job opening, but post once or twice for many open positions, he said.

An immigration law firm told Ness that Uniting for Ukraine would fit well for North Dakota given its Ukrainian heritage, similar climate and agrarian people, he said.

The program’s sponsors, including company owners, managers and employees, agree to help Ukrainians find work, health care, schools for their children and safe and affordable housing.

About 160 Ukrainians have arrived in North Dakota, the majority in Bismarck, as part of Uniting for Ukraine, according to State Refugee Coordinator Holly Triska-Dally.

Applications from prospective sponsors from around the state have “gone up considerably” in recent months, likely due to more awareness but also Ukrainians who are “working and beginning to thrive” and filing to support their family, she said.

The two dozen or so Ukrainians might not seem like many arrivals on national or statewide scales, but they will make a significant difference for cities like Minot and Dickinson. The cities haven’t traditionally been major resettlement hubs, but now “there’s a strong likelihood” the workers’ families will join them, adding to the economy and schools, Triska-Dally said.

Bunchukov, who had jobs in mechanics and furniture sales in Ukraine, works for road contractor Baranko Bros. Inc. He and other new arrivals have experience in Alaska’s seafood industry. Others have worked on cruise ships or held different seasonal jobs. Because of those jobs, many workers already hold Social Security numbers and have studied English, Sanford said.

Dmytro Haiman, who said his English skills steered him toward the Bakken program, recalled sheltering with relatives in his grandmother’s cellar as the war began and bombs fell on his hometown, Chernihiv. In the first months of the war he drove people west to safety and brought canned food, medicine and even generators to Chernihiv amid supply shortages.

He told the AP he expected to work in water transportation and hopes to earn enough money to help his family, “to help us to rebuild our country.”

The Bakken program aims to recruit 100 workers by the end of 2023, and 400 after one year. Those 400 may not all be Ukrainians. Some will drive, start in shops or build roads, pads and fences, “everything from there up to well site operations,” Ness said.

The workers will start in construction and other basic jobs starting at $20 an hour and can rise quickly. They also can leave their jobs or the state while they’re in the Uniting for Ukraine program, which grants “humanitarian parole” lasting two years with a goal of a longer path beyond, but that depends on the federal government, Sanford said.

Imagine if public school teachers had vowed to disobey the Jewish “separation of church and state” ban on prayer in schools.

A North Dakota school district is catching flak from parents who allege it continues to keep families in the dark about students’ gender identities despite Gov. Doug Burgum, R., signing a bill into law prohibiting the shady practice earlier this month.

“We will not openly out any student because of one law if we know that that’s going to cause harm to that child,” Fargo Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Rupak Gandhi announced in response to the law.

Gandhi also cited perceived conflict between state and federal law on the issue, arguing the district should continue to advocate for students who identify as transgender, according to a report from The National Desk.

Despite the district’s claim that the policy is not in place to push back against parents, some took exception at a board meeting scheduled for last Tuesday.

“The way I heard it is that you want to protect kids from their parents,” one father alleged, he proceeded to slam the policy, claiming the district is “suppressing talk.”

“Not only do you think you know my kids better than I do, you think you know every kid better than every parent does by saying you will not deal with the parents…

“Won’t you be shocked to discover when this happens to one of your kids?” he asked those observing the discussion.

Another parent, a mother, stood at the podium and voiced her concerns about the policy as well.

“Whether or not you agree with the politics of the law or what is behind it, I really urge you all to pay attention to what we’re setting as a precedent,” she said.

The district, like others across the nation that have elected to withhold certain information regarding students’ gender identities from parents, cites potential unsafe home environments that could stem from families’ unwillingness to accept their children’s decisions.

HB1522, in part, prohibits school boards from adopting policies requiring or prohibiting use of a student’s preferred pronouns and bars the district, boards or teachers from “withhold[ing] or conceal[ing] information about a student’s transgender status from the student’s parent or legal guardian.”

None of this stuff goes far enough, quite frankly.

I’ve been taken aback by the total inability of the conservative movement to hold the line on child trannies.

One would have figured that if they could hold the line anywhere, it would be on this issue, and instead we’ve seen feeble attempts to moderate the child tranny agenda.

You may recall that Andrew Anglin warned that the Democrats were planning to legalize killing white people.

A North Dakota man who initially claimed that he ran over and killed an 18-year-old after a political argument pleaded guilty Thursday to manslaughter, prosecutors said.

Shannon Brandt, of Glenfield, North Dakota, was initially charged with murder in the September 2022 death of Cayler Ellingson during a street dance in McHenry, about 150 miles (240 kilometers) northeast of Bismarck.

The case drew attention on social media because Brandt initially said he ran over Ellingson, who he called a Republican extremist, after an argument about politics.

Investigators have said the disagreement was not political, and there was no evidence to show that Ellingson was a member of a Republican extremist group.

Foster County State Attorney Kara Brinster said in a news release Thursday that Brandt had been drinking and argued with Ellingson before driving erratically and knocking the victim down with his car and running over his legs and torso.

In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. Brandt remains free on bond pending sentencing. He faces up to 10 years in prison.

These kinds of political prosecutions – going both ways – are similar to what we saw in the USSR 80 years ago.

Only in the USSR, the logic was not “prosecute the people who love the country and let the people who hate the country off the hook.”

Clearly, you can’t have a functional and prosperous society without a fair justice system, but a justice system that is skewed against the people who love the country is just insane.

North Dakota has become the latest state to prohibit minors from being chemically or surgically mutilated through transgender drugs and surgeries.

House Bill 1254, signed on April 19 by Republican Governor Doug Burgum, prohibits medical professionals from performing “castration, vasectomy, hysterectomy, oophorectomy, metoidioplasty, orchiectomy, penectomy, phalloplasty, or vaginoplasty” on minors. It also prohibits a mastectomy and the administration of puberty blockers.

There are exceptions for intersex individuals and anyone who has already started one of these medical procedures. Intersex and transgender are not the same thing, as explained here by LifeSiteNews’ Jeremy Williamson.

The American Principles Project (APP) celebrated the new law.

“The transgender industry is committing medical malpractice on a massive scale. In reality, sex changes are impossible—no person can truly change their biology,” President Terry Schilling stated. “Nevertheless, for years now, ideologically captured medical practitioners have been offering dangerous, experimental drugs and procedures to vulnerable individuals in mental distress, with little to no regard for their long-term health. This misconduct has been especially egregious when it comes to children, who are far too young to comprehend the lifelong consequences of sterilizing and mutilating their bodies.”

“This growing scandal must be addressed immediately, which is why it is encouraging to see so many states now taking action, including North Dakota,” Schilling stated. “APP thanks Gov. Burgum and North Dakota lawmakers for acting to protect children from the predatory transgender industry, and we urge the remaining states without such protections to follow suit as soon as possible.”

Other states have also prohibited or limits minors from permanently sterilizing themselves or making it impossible to breastfeed in the future.

Arkansas, for example, prohibits the transgender drugs and surgeries for minors, and Governor Sarah Sanders recently signed legislation which makes it possible for gender-confused individuals to sue medical professionals for chemical and surgical mutilation. Indiana joined Tennessee, South Dakota, Iowa, and Mississippi in enacting laws this year that prohibit the use of puberty blockers, cross sex hormones, and surgeries in the name of “gender transitions” for minors, as previously reported by LifeSiteNews. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has taken executive action against the procedures while legislation works its way through the legislature.

Growing evidence indicates unscientific nature of transgender drugs and surgeries

For example, a gender clinic founder and former consultant to the American Psychiatric Association recently shared her regrets with pushing puberty blockers on kids. The puberty blockers are “not as reversible as we always thought, and they have longer term effects on kids’ growth and development, including making them sterile and quite a number of things affecting their bone growth,” Dr. Susan Bradley recently said.

This comports with an analysis by endocrinologist Dr. Michael Laidlaw that found puberty blockers generally lead people to more hormones and surgeries, even though “[a majority of] children who experience gender dysphoria but are allowed to go through puberty normally,…do not persist in identifying with the opposite sex.”
The Florida Department of Health also conducted its own analysis of the research on transgender drugs and surgeries and concluded they are not safe and the evidence behind their supposed benefits is thin.

“Based on the currently available evidence, ‘encouraging mastectomy, ovariectomy, uterine extirpation, penile disablement, tracheal shave, the prescription of hormones which are out of line with the genetic make-up of the child, or puberty blockers, are all clinical practices which run an unacceptably high risk of doing harm,” the official guidance released by the health department stated.

The conservative Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) also released a set of statements warning against the chemical and surgical mutilation of kids, sometimes euphemistically and misleadingly called “gender-affirming care.”

The medical professionals said transgender drugs and surgeries are “medically and ethically contraindicated because of a lack of informed consent” and warned of “inherently unknown and unknowable long-term risks, and the consequences of removing normal, healthy organs are irreversible.”

A topless woman walked into a Catholic church in North Dakota this week and smashed a statue of Jesus, according to police.

Brittany Reynolds was believed to be under the influence of narcotics when police found her shirtless, braless and shoeless on Tuesday fleeing St. Mary’s Cathedral in downtown Fargo when they responded to a report of vandalism, according to court documents obtained by Valley News Live.

Surveillance footage provided to police by the church showed Reynolds, 35, enter the church and knock over a potted plant.

She then approached a large statue of Jesus, ripped it off the wall and smashed it on the ground, according to court documents. She can then be seen leaving the church in the video.

Police detained Reynolds after she tried to run away and said she was unable to answer basic questions.

Joe Biden just said he’s doing World War III with Russia because Russia is trying to genocide the Ukraine. That is a total lie, based on nothing at all.

Joe Biden said in his red sermon that political violence was totally intolerable, and that he would clamp down on and destroy white people who support Donald Trump because they are secretly planning political violence – this is as dumb of a lie as the Ukraine genocide hoax.

The government is totally fine with political violence – and is actively rewarding it.

The North Dakota man who allegedly admitted to fatally striking a teenage pedestrian with his car because the pair had “a political argument” was released from jail on Tuesday after posting $50,000 bond, records show. 

Shannon Brandt, 41, spent just days in a Stutsman County Jail on criminal charges related to the death of 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson before he posted his $50,000 and was released, according to county jail records. Brandt’s listed attorney could not be reached by phone and did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s email inquiry.

Brandt, a Glenfield resident, was arrested in the early morning hours of Sunday after he told the state first responders’ radio that “he struck the pedestrian because the pedestrian was threatening him,” according to a probable-cause affidavit provided to Fox News Digital on Wednesday morning.

“Brandt stated that the pedestrian called some people and Brandt was afraid they were coming to get him,” the document continues. “Brandt admitted to State Radio that he hit the pedestrian and that the pedestrian was part of a Republican extremist group.”

North Dakota Highway Patrol reported on Sunday that there was a “street dance” on Jones Street near Hohneck Street in McHenry when Brandt struck Ellingson and then fled the scene.

Ellingson was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries, but could not be saved.

This is real and very serious political violence – and this guy was released on bond specifically because it was political violence. He called the cops and admitted to committing a politically motivated murder, and that’s exactly why he was let out on such a tiny bond.

Even now, with the law coming apart, if you went and killed some random person in red North Dakota and called the cops and confessed to doing it for any reason other than because you want to kill Republicans, you would probably not get bond at all, and it would definitely be a very large amount of money. Typically, if you confess to first degree murder (or even second degree murder or manslaughter), you don’t get bond at all.

To be fair, that’s changed a lot because George Floyd was murdered completely and totally by a racist cop, but it’s mostly in blue states that it has changed. If we just look at recent stories, this week there is a Louisiana black who was out on bond for murder and committed another murder.

He was out on $115,000.

However, a Kentucky black is being held on $1 million bond for murder.

That’s a female too. White women usually get punished even less than blacks, so a black woman is like a super user.

In red Texas, a black who killed a man and his toddler is being held on $1.5 million bond.

And here, I finally found a white guy who committed a murder – that’s the real comparison here, since there’s a two-tiered justice system in America. The white in red Ohio is held on $1 million bond.

I can’t find precedent at all, even now, for a black or white being released on $50,000 bond in a red state after confessing to murder.

What this means is: if you kill someone for any reason, you are better off telling the cops you killed them because they’re a Republican. That is to say, there is a system of rewarding political violence baked into the American “justice system.”

In fact, the cops are saying that there is no evidence the victim even was a Republican, so this guy might have just said that because he knew it would cause the court to go easy on him.

Joe Biden is saying that political violence is the worst possible thing ever, but his party supports systemic advantages for Democrats who commit acts of political violence.

Meanwhile, many government officials, including that evil Jew Chuck Schumer, have promoted using intimidation and violence against Supreme Court judges.

No one died on January 6 other than Ashli Babbitt, who was killed by a negro cop. January 6 might have been a riot, but it is not nearly as bad as the abortion riots which have also involved entering federal buildings.

These people push the opposite of what they say they’re pushing. They actually are trying to destroy the Russian state and break it apart, and they do encourage political violence from the left.

There is no Russian threat. There is no white terror threat. Both of these things are absolute hoaxes pushed by the Joe Biden government, which is promoting World War III on the international stage while promoting a Bolshevik crackdown on white Christians at home.

The infuriating thing is how transparent it all is. There is not even any debate to be had on either of these major issues. The only way the government gets away with it is by censoring people who disagree with them and thereby preventing discussion.

Four people were found shot to death in a North Dakota wheat field in what authorities described Tuesday as a likely murder-suicide.

Towner County Sheriff Andrew Hillier said in a news release that deputies found the bodies Monday after someone alerted authorities to four people who were unresponsive.

They were not named in the release, and Hillier did not identify a possible motive. Evidence found at the scene suggests the killings were a murder-suicide, he said in the release.

A gun was found with one of the bodies, he said.

Hillier did not immediately respond to a request for more information.

He told the Forum News Service of Fargo that he believed the four people worked together.

This is what you get when you push society to the brink – nonstop situations of tough lunacy, which compile into a morbid theatre of the absurd.

Someone probably could have predicted that “Society of the Hoax” would lead to mass mental instability, which would lead to a drastic increase in scenes of gross violence.
