Stock Image. How can these sick bastards attack elderly women like this? The crime is so sick, that we do not even have a word for it in English.

A CABBIE caught on camera sexually abusing an 81-year-old dementia sufferer in her own home has been jailed for 15 months.

The vulnerable pensioner’s appalled son witnessed the repeated assaults on a live link to his mother’s home, Bradford Crown Court heard today.

The Bradford woman invited Mohammed Rashid in for a cup of tea and a chat but he grabbed at her breasts, undid his trousers and encouraged her to touch him indecently.

Rashid, 62, of Little Horton Lane, Bradford, pleaded guilty to two offences of sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder, on the afternoon of October 7 last year.

Prosecutor Jayne Beckett said the victim had Alzheimer’s disease that made her over-trusting with strangers. Her son and daughter, who cared for her in her own home, installed cameras with a live feed to the living room to ensure she was kept safe from unwanted callers.

The pensioner’s son saw live footage of Rashid groping his mother’s breasts while she was showing him family photos and talking about her neighbours.

His sister, who lived nearer, immediately went round and found the door locked.

Her mother was flustered and dishevelled and Rashid, a private hire driver, left soon afterwards.

Mohammed Rashid was jailed for a pathetic 15 months.

He said he knew her mother because they had worked together in the textile industry more than 20 years ago.

Mrs Beckett said a doctor found that the victim suffered from significant dementia and memory loss and was unable to consent to sexual activity.

Rashid’s barrister, Tina Landale, said he had been a cab driver for 15 years and had no previous convictions.

He was visibly ashamed and shocked when shown the CCTV footage.

“He has lost his reputation and his employment and he stands before Your Honour humiliated and ashamed,” Miss Landale said.

The Recorder of Bradford, Judge Roger Thomas QC, said all the pensioner wanted was “a cup of tea and some light conversation.”

Rashid rang to make sure the coast was clear before engaging in sexual activity for his own gratification during the 30 minute visit.

“Having watched the film myself in full, there can be no doubt at all that it must have been absolutely clear to you that the lady was under a significant disorder and could not possibly have begun to consent, in any shape or form, to your unpleasant sexual behaviour with her,” the judge said.

Rashid must sign on the sex offenders register for ten years.

He is no help to you Mr Plod, it’s thanks to him that your grandparents just got mugged.

Thanks to diversity quotas in the Police, these animals have been able to do this all over the country, posing as Police officers and then fleecing elderly White people out of all their savings.

If we still had an all White Police force, then crimes like this would not even be possible.

From the South of England:

Kent Online:

Fraudsters dressed as police have conned an elderly couple into handing over money from their bank account.

The couple from Ditton, near Aylesford, were tricked after receiving a phone call on Tuesday, August 12, from a man asking for help in investigating money laundering.

He requested they withdraw cash from their account to use as evidence, and a courier visited their house to collect the money.

Since then a 63-year-old man and a 82-year-old woman from Maidstone have come forward saying they were also targeted by the scam on Tuesday, August 26.

Police could not reveal exactly how much was taken but on all three occasions quantities of cash were stolen and in at least one case the amount handed over ran into the thousands.

On some occasions after the telephone conversation has ended, the fraudsters stay on the line while their victim calls what they believe to be their bank – only to provide their security details to the caller.

One of the recent Maidstone victims has helped officers produce a computer-generated image of the courier who turned up at his home to collect the cash.

Detective Constable Claire Davey said: “We are now linking these offences and would like to hear from anyone with any information about whom they think may be responsible.

“While this type of fraud has been committed in numerous locations across the UK in recent months, we now believe the same people may be responsible for targeting several different victims in Kent.

From the Midlands:

Leicester Mercury:

A member of a gang that went on spending sprees after conning elderly people out of their bank card details has been jailed.

University student Liban Ismail (21) was part of a gang who posed as police officers and bank staff to trick the victims into handing over their cards and PINs.

Prosecutor Jonathan Cox told Leicester Crown Court that Ismail and his accomplices deliberately targeted three elderly victims in Leicester with the scam.

He said one member of the gang would telephone a victim and pretend to be a police officer calling them about a fraud committed with their card.

The call would then be passed to another member of the gang who would pose as a bank employee, who would take all the relevant details for the card.

Another member of the gang would turn up at the victim’s house posing as a courier to collect the card as part of the fake fraud investigation.

The ‘bank employee’ would then keep the victim talking on the phone as long as possible to give his accomplices time to spend as much as they could on the card before the scam was detected.

Mr Cox said the first victim of the scam, an elderly woman, was called at about 5.30pm and by 6.20pm the gang had spent £3,800 on electrical goods and clothes in Sheffield’s Meadowhall shopping centre.

He said: “CCTV at the centre shows that Ismail was part of the group buying goods with this card.”

The group picked on another victim and spent £20 at a McDonalds in Shrewsbury, but tried to buy goods worth £4,300.

Mr Cox said: “It would appear the victim became suspicious quite quickly and called his bank to stop the card and the transactions were denied.”

A third victim was called and within an hour the gang had spent £2,077 at a shopping centre using her card.

Liban Ismail was given 2 1/2 years for defrauding the elderly.

Mr Cox said that Ismail had committed the offences while on bail after being arrested for other fraud charges in 2013. The court heard he had used cloned or stolen credit cards to pay for loans he got from the Money Shop in Leicester.

Mr Cox said Ismail also fraudulently used a credit card to pay for a two-night stay costing £181 at the Mercure Hotel in Granby Street, Leicester, in July 2013.

Ismail also used a fraudulently obtained credit card to try to pay £1,350 towards a £6,000 bill for accommodation to the student union letting department of De Montfort University.

He was arrested for the pensioners’ credit card fraud after the crimes were reported and CCTV matched to the time and day of the shops they were used at.

Ismail, of Kelbrook Close, Beaumont Leys, Leicester, pleaded guilty to 10 charges of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud between February last year and March this year.

He asked for three other similar offences to be taken into consideration.

He was sent to prison for two and half years.

Charles Myatt, defending, said his client, who was a student at Coventry University, had got into debt.

He said: “He was far from the mastermind of this scam.

“He was in a desperate situation and these were the actions of a desperate man.

“He used a car that could be traced to him to pick up the cards from the elderly victims. He was always going to be caught.”

The judge, Recorder Adrian Reynolds, told Ismail: “There are many young people these days, especially students, who are substantially in debt.

“They do not do what have done.

“This was a cunning and carefully thought out criminal enterprise to extract the details from elderly people who could be phoned up and conned into giving details over the phone.

“This was the deliberate targeting of the most vulnerable members of our society.”

The court heard that it was not known how the gang got the details of the pensioners targeted.

Three of the gang have not yet been identified.

Our youngest are being raped and our eldest are being attacked and robbed in their own homes, how much more will it take, before we see the light and expel every last one of this vermin from within our midst?

Peter Stringer
Peter Stringer was taken completely by surprise when he was punched in the face by a Pakistani.

A PENSIONER was left with a broken jaw after he was punched in the face by a “cowardly” road rage attacker.

Peter Stringer, aged 71, was walking his mother-in-law’s dog along Old Clough Lane, Walkden, when a black Mercedes saloon car sped past, and the victim signalled for him to slow down.

Mr Stringer was standing near the junction of Spring Clough Avenue when the driver stopped the car and reversed towards him.

He leapt out of the car and punched Mr Stringer hard in the face, breaking his jaw and knocking him unconscious.

The man then got back in his car and drove off, leaving the victim injured and alone on the pavement.

Det Con Paul Davies said: “The victim has been left understandably shaken by this unprovoked assault and I believe the injuries would have been more severe had the victim not fallen onto a grass verge.

“The offender has thought nothing of fleeing the scene and did not even call an ambulance.

“Unfortunately no witnesses to this assault have come forward and the victim came too on the grass verge alone, with no one around to check on his welfare.

“It was a cowardly act and I ask for anybody with information about this incident or think they may have seen a vehicle matching that description driving erratically in the area at the time to contact police.”

The attack happened on Sunday at about 7.30pm.

The suspect is an Asian man, aged about 30, between 5ft 8in and 5ft 9in tall, with an athletic build.

He was said to have has a sallow complexion, short, black hair and a short, trimmed beard. He was wearing smart casual clothes.

Anyone with information can call police on 0161 8565097 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.

Maruf Yousaf whom police described as ‘a bully and a wannabe gangster’, has been given an Asbo.

A schoolboy who terrorised pensioners and disabled people as he walked home from school has been given as Asbo.

Police described Maruf Yousaf, 16, as ‘cocky with a poor attitude; a bully and a wannabe gangster’, and said he threatened and robbed his victims, mocking their age or disabilities, often while still in his school uniform.

Yousaf, of Brierfield, Lancashire, was named by Lancashire Police officers after he was handed a two-year antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) at Burnley Magistrates’ Court.

The court heard how Yousaf’s victims, often vulnerable through age or disability, would call police to say he had targeted them, swearing at them, assaulting them, jostling them or robbing them.

Some reported having their windows smashed after they stood up to the baby-faced teenager, whom police have named.

Over a six-month period, Yousaf was also involved in shoplifting, breaking into cars and hitting shoppers in his hometown, magistrates heard.

Citing Yousaf’s ‘increasing levels of anti-social behaviour, hate crime, criminal damage and robbery’, police and Pendle Council began proceedings against the teenager which resulted in him being given an Asbo last Thursday.

Yousaf’s punishment is that he is now banned from this town centre for two years unless he is accompanied by his mother.

Now the teenager, who attended Colne Primet High School, has been ordered to stay out of the town centre unless he is with his mother.

He also cannot associate with four other youths, Shakeel Hussain, Hassan Ahmed, Fayzal Anwar and Qadir Ahmed, other than for ‘educational or religious purposes’, and faces jail if he does not comply with the order.

PC Karen Isherwood of Lancashire Police said: ‘His typical behaviour was that he would identify someone who was vulnerable, like the elderly or disabled, and he would be abusive and cause damage.

‘He would make them feel intimated, and make them feel more vulnerable and frightened to be out on the streets.’

‘He was making people’s lives a misery.’

She said ‘a lot of work had been to address his behaviour’, and said that he was attending school but committing the offences after school hours.

Dunstable town railway station from a time when little old ladies were safe in their own homes.

This sickening attack on a frail 89 year old woman in her own home has Muslim attacker wrote all over it. The vermin attacker not only was described as ‘Asian’, the whole nature of this crime displays pretty typical Muslim behaviour. Cowardly picking an easy target and hitting a woman who also happens to be a pensioner is spineless. Entering her own house to rob her purse is just wrong on every level. As past incidents have shown.  Morales and compassion are two attributes Muslims appear to have little of.

This old lady probably is struggling to get by on a state pension after living through the war, having done her bit to help rebuild Britain and it is now in a worse position than the scroat who stole from her.

Its no wonder they need punishments like this to keep them in order.

From Heart FM:

Maureen Greaves, with her husband Alan, who was murdered by two thugs on Christmas Eve. Two days before the killers were due in court, a heartless mongrel creature walked up to her and punched her in the face.

A HEARTLESS young woman who mugged the brave widow of murdered church organist Alan Greaves burst out laughing in the dock as she avoided jail.

Mona Haj Youssef, 24, punched 64-year-old Maureen Greaves in the face just two days before two thugs who battered her husband Alan to death on Christmas Eve 2012 appeared in court.

In a case which shocked Britain, father-of-four Alan, 68, was smashed over the head with a hammer as he walked from his home in Sheffield to play the organ at Midnight Mass.

He died in hospital three days later.

Kind-hearted Church Army worker Maureen was attacked outside shops, leaving her shaken, bruised and nursing a cut cheek.

Youssef, a former university student whose studies fell apart when she got hooked on drugs, mocked the justice system as she avoided jail for the offence.

She sneered as she was given a two-year probation supervision order and 12 months’ mental health treatment.

Maureen used to run a food bank, giving free food out to the poor.

She was also ordered to pay £250 in compensation for assault.

As she was told to pay, Youssef laughed and shouted: “Yeah, £250.”

The outburst at Sheffield magistrates court attracted no further penalty and last night Maureen said she was happy with the outcome.

“I am pleased this went to court because it means she will get some help,” she said.

“Not only did she hit me, she was extremely angry.

“I’m glad she is going to be supervised by the probation service and get some treatment for her mental health problems.

“Hopefully she will be able to be in society afterwards and not harm people.

“It’s for her own good as well as everybody else’s.”

Hateful mongrel Mona Haj Youssef just laughed in court, as she received a suspended sentence for the cowardly and spiteful attack.

Hussain Abdirahman, Imran Miah and Masum Uddin travelled from London to Birmingham to con elderly people out of thousands of pounds.

Three men who travelled regularly from London to Birmingham to fleece unsuspecting pensioners out of thousands of pounds have been jailed for a total of 77 months.

Imran Miah, Hussain Abdirahman and Masum Uddin – all from Camden, London – set up camp in a B&B hotel room in Edgbaston, Birmingham, last year.

From there, they called hundreds of elderly people in the city posing as police fraud investigators – stealing a total of £11,000 from their bank accounts.

They convinced their victims – the oldest of whom was an 86-year-old woman from Sutton Coldfield – that their bank accounts had been hacked and that they needed to seize their cards and security details, including PIN numbers, to prevent further dodgy transactions.

article_img (1)
Hussain Abdirahman was jailed for 37 months, as the judge noted his long record of previous convictions for robbery.

They then booked an innocent taxi driver to collect the cards – after which the cardholders began to notice their life savings begin to dwindle in a string of withdrawals and pricey internet purchases.

Using this tactic, they first struck on September 3, when they emptied £1,200 from an 80-year-old man’s savings.

The next day, a 60-year-old woman who was visiting her mother-in-law in Sutton Coldfield, fell for the courier scam, losing £550. A pensioner from Quinton then lost £900 on 12 September after handing over his bank cards.

article_img (2)
Imran Miah was jailed for 20 months.

Between September 14 and 19, the fraudsters tricked residents in Harborne, Kings Norton, Kings Heath, Sutton Coldfield and Yardley, stealing thousands of pounds.

An 81-year-old woman from Harborne was worst hit, with £5,500 taken from in her account after the men made repeat ATM visits with her cards, and used them to make several purchases in London stores.

The scam was exposed by a quick-thinking taxi driver, who called police to report a suspicious booking where he had been asked to hand over a mystery package to a man in Holly Road, Edgbaston.

article_img (3)
Masum Uddin was jailed for 20 months.

Officers arrived ahead of the agreed meeting time and lay in wait, catching Miah red-handed with bank cards taken from a 74-year-old man’s home.

They also found keys to a room at the Prince Hotel, where his co-conspirators Abdirahman and Uddin were later found – along with three mobile phones which records showed had been used to call hundreds of elderly residents living across Birmingham – including the nine victims.

Further investigations revealed they had been caught on CCTV making numerous trips between the capital and the second city, while Miah was caught on a bank’s security camera using one of their victim’s cards.

article_img (4)
Miah was caught on CCTV using one of his victim’s bank cards to make withdrawals.

The trio initially tried to deny conspiracy to defraud, claiming they had only been in Birmingham to meet girls – but eventually admitted the offence at Birmingham Crown Court.

Abdirahman, aged 20, was jailed for 37 months after admitting conspiracy to defraud, with the judge noting his long record for robbery.

Miah, 18, and Uddin, 19, were jailed for 20 months each.

Det Insp Ben West welcomed the convictions.

They acted like ‘fraud tourists’ travelling from London on at least four occasions last September, staying for two or three days at a time, with the sole intention of conning elderly people.

Having panicked them with false claims of fraudulent activity on their accounts they advised calling their banks – but as they never hung up they jammed the phone line so victims were still unwittingly speaking to them rather than starting a fresh conversation with their bank.

They targeted elderly, vulnerable residents – the types of people they believed were more likely to fall for their scheme or that they could confuse into handing over bank details.

These are notable convictions against men who would undoubtedly have gone on to defraud many more people in the West Midlands had we not caught them in the act.
