Gina Rodriguez has offered a second apology for singing the N-word while reciting the Fugees song Ready Or Not.

After being criticized for her initial apology, the Jane The Virgin star took to her Instagram feed to share a text post that explained how ‘thoughtless’ she had been.

‘In song or in real life, the words that I spoke, should not have been spoken,’ the 35-year-old Chicago native wrote.

She went on: ‘I grew up loving the Fugees and Lauryn Hill. I thoughtlessly sang along to the lyrics of a favorite song, and even worse, I posted it. The word I sang, carries with it a legacy of hurt and pain that I cannot even imagine.’

‘Whatever consequences I face for my actions today, none will be more hurtful than the personal remorse I feel. Watching my own video playing back at me, has shaken me to my core.

‘It is humiliating that this has to be a public lesson but it is indeed a much deserved lesson. I feel so deeply protective and responsible to the community of color but I have let this community down. I have some serious learning and growing to do and I am so deeply sorry for the pain I have caused.’

I can kind of sort of maybe get a vague idea of what they were getting at in attacking her over this, but it is not clear enough in my mind to form into sentences.

And that is how they want everyone to feel about these politically correct misstatements. They want there to just be this vague, confused idea that everything you say could potentially be an evil wrong-speak, so you have to be always in a constant state of self-monitoring, lest you be crucified by a mob.

And the fact that it is constantly changing certainly plays into this. You have to keep downloading these continual updates telling you that new things are wrong to think and say.

The way I see it is this: If the word “nigga” or “nigger” is a bad word, and most offensive to blacks, then maybe the first people to stop using it should be black people so they can lead by example. Secondly, it shouldn’t be okay to use it in ANY context, but yet, it seems to be acceptable to use is some ways and not so much in other ways. So either its NEVER OK to say it, or it’s OK to say it.

You would think in a country that claims to have free speech, it would be OK to do so, but as long as the Jews are in charge, they will use “nigger” or “nigga” as political weapons to keep the white devil in check.

The Hogan saga gets even more pathetic, as The Daily Mail reports:

Of all the millions of ways to be an asshole, the status quo regards “racism” as the most alarming. Put on your X-ray specs and you’ll see the contagion everywhere. According to a recent study, 10,000 “racist and ethnic slur terms” are hurled on Twitter daily. Imagine all the tender sensibilities withering in the heat of those Tweets.

As it turns out, the most commonly used term is “white boy,” which comprises a full 48.9%, followed by “paki” at 11.7% and “whitey” at 7.9%. “Coon” and “nigga” came in at a paltry 3.2% each. So much for affirmative action.

Still, Twitter must be teeming with insidious racists, right?

That depends on the context. Unlike many on the left, the Demos researchers who conducted the study claim that uttering racial slurs does not make you a hateful racist. Not necessarily, anyway. Their “machine analysis” revealed that about 70% of the time, people used slurs as a non-derogatory “Group ID” to refer to out-groups. These Twitter users may be coarse, but at least they’re not full-on bigots. I guess Madonna can get off her knees now.

The remaining Twitter slurs have an edgier tone. They are categorized as “Targeted abuse” (~20%), “Casual use” (~10%), and “Ideological”—as in Aryan Nations or the New Black Panther Party—which are a mere fraction of a percent.
