So much for white privilege.

Whites don’t even have the privilege to pretend to be Indians to get Indian privileges.

The Guardian:

A Canadian woman who fraudulently claimed her daughters were Inuit has been sentenced to three years in jail, in what is believed to be the first ever custodial sentence for a “Pretendian”.

Karima Manji, whose daughters accessed more than C$150,000 in benefits intended for Inuit, was sentenced on Thursday, after pleading guilty to fraud in February.

Karima Manji

Nunavut justice Mia Manocchio said the case “must serve as a signal to any future Indigenous pretender that the false appropriation of Indigenous identity in a criminal context will draw a significant penalty”.

In recent years, Canada has grappled with a wave of cases in which people falsely claim Indigenous identity. Many of those instances feature vague and questionable affirmations of First Nations or Métis ancestry. Instances of Inuit fraud –and ones in which people successfully obtained official identity cards – are rarer.

According to an agreed statement of facts, Toronto resident Karima Manji submitted paperwork for her daughters Amira and Nadya in 2016 to obtain Inuit identity.

Canada’s Inuit population of around 70, 000 people, mostly lives in Inuit Nunangat, the vast northern homeland that spans more than 3m sq km.

Manji, 59, lived briefly in Iqaluit, the territorial capital, in the 1990s. But her daughters Nadya and Amira were born in Ontario and have no connection to Inuit or to the lands of Nunavut.

To deceive those reviewing the application, Manji claimed that she had adopted the pair, who she said had been born to an Iqaluit woman named Kitty Noah.

Despite going through a vetting review by community members intended to prevent fraudulent enrolment, Manji’s application was approved by Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, NTI, which oversees the process.

Amira and Nadya, 18 years old at the time, quickly used their newly acquired Inuit identity to access money from the Kakivak Association, described in court documents as “an organization serving Inuit by … providing sponsorship funding to Baffin Inuit for education-related expenses.”

Between September 2020 to March 2023 Nadya and Amira received C$158,254.05 in benefits from Nunavut organizations, according to the agreed statement of facts. A further C$64,413 was on hold for Amira Gill in the spring of 2023, but was not paid out.

According to a recent feature in Toronto Life, Nadya and Amira were vocal about their Inuit identity while at university. The pair started an online business, Kanata Trade Company, purportedly run by “twin Inuit sisters”.

You could believe the kids were Indians, irght?

Nadya and Amira

If race is all about appearance, I don’t see how they don’t pass.

Kansas: 3 Professors from Same University Accused of Being Fake Injuns https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/08/04/kansas-3-professors-from-same-university-accused-of-being-fake-injuns/ Fri, 04 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Kent Blansett, Raymond Pierotti and Jay Johnson

At this point, it’s looking like it would be beneficial to you to say you were lying about being an Indian, even if you are a real Indian.

There is some kind of truth and reconciliation thing going on, and it’s big money.

Personally, I fake being different races all the time, because I am a big money hustler.

The College Fix:

Three University of Kansas professors, historian Kent Blansett, biologist Raymond Pierotti and geographer Jay Johnson, now have been accused of fraudulently representing themselves as Native Americans.

Blansett (pictured, left) was accused of misrepresenting his lineage by journalist Jacqueline Keeler, who investigates those who falsely claim Native American ancestry, as well as by AncestorStealing, a website that publishes research on the subject, The College Fix reported earlier this month.

This Blansett guy at least seems to take his grift seriously

On the heels of that article, The Kansas City Star recently reported that “some Native grassroots groups and researchers allege [Professor] Raymond Pierotti in the department of ecology and evolutionary biology and [Professor] Jay Johnson in the department of geography and atmospheric science are also ‘pretendians’ – slang to designate someone faking Native American heritage.”

These accusers “say, based on independent research of the men’s family trees, that the professors are white, and white only, and that they’ve built careers and profits off of a lie,” according to the Star.

The Fix reached out to the Tribal Alliance Against Frauds, a grassroots whistle-blower association comprising citizens of federally recognized tribes and allies and dedicated to “expos[ing] ethnic frauds,” to ask for information regarding the accusations against Blansett, Pierotti (pictured, center) or Johnson (pictured, right).

“Those KU professors you mentioned are indeed ethnic frauds pretending to be American Indians,” director and co-founder Lianna Costantino said via email. “They are not. Their genealogy is up on our website.”

But what about trannies?

Seriously – what about trannies?

What even is this?

The Fix reached out to University of Kansas media relations as well as Blansett, Johnson, and Pierotti by email asking for comment on the accusations. Neither KU, Johnson nor Blansett responded.

Pierotti responded July 25 with a statement defending his work at KU.

“I am proud of the record I have accomplished, none of which depends on any of the accusations made,” Pierotti wrote.

“The FakeIndians blog’s sources seem to assume that any scholar who works with Indigenous people has been hired solely on the basis of ‘Indian identity,’” Pierotti continued. “This is both insulting and incorrect.”

…

Keeler, the author and journalist, reiterated the allegations of fake ancestry against all three professors in a phone interview with The College Fix.

“Kent Blansett is an opportunist who counts on people not checking his claims,” Keeler (pictured) said. “He fabricates information and he often changes and embellishes his story.”

Keeler said Johnson and Pierotti also have been investigated and found to have falsified their family history. Both Johnson and Pierotti’s family trees can be viewed at Ancestry.com.

Keeler told The Fix that Pierotti’s family wrote a letter to KU outing him after his mother’s death.

His maternal grandparents were Polish immigrants, and it was his mother’s “dying wish” the public would know her own mother, who Pierotti claims was Comanche, was “a proud Polish woman,” Keeler said.

Keeler said although KU has been made aware of the allegations against the professors, the university has ignored them.

Being oppressed gets you a lot of free stuff

Keeler’s publisher, Torrey House Press, describes her as a Diné/Ihanktonwan Dakota writer. She is the author of “Standing Rock, the Bundy Movement, and the American Story of Sacred Lands” and editor of the anthology “Edge of Morning: Native Voices Speak for the Bears Ears.”

Universities are often eager to hire as many outspokenly Native American faculty members as possible because this gives them access to funding, such as the Melon Foundation NAIS grant for Native American and indigenous studies, Keeler said.

Universities are also hesitant to question ancestry claims because of the possibility of being sued for violating anti-discrimination laws, according to Keeler.

“During the Civil Rights movement, all we [Native Americans] wanted was to be equal researchers instead of just a research subject,” Keeler said, “Now 60 years later, academia has responded by hiring pretendians who are white people larping as Natives.”

“Larping” in this context reveals to a role-playing game, in which individuals pretend to be fictional people or characters, according to Merriam-Webster.

Rot in hell, faggot.

Furries also exist.

Are they being persecuted?

The AncestorStealing website, which uses the header “FakeIndians,” has detailed the family history of Blansett and also refers to Johnson and Pierotti.

“Many terms are used to describe the people who falsely claim a Native status; wannabe, fauxahantas, even 7-UP,” a July 27 post titled “How to Spot a Pretendian” states.

“We also have our own ‘pet names’ for individuals,” the blog author, “Sam,” continued.

“Example, the three at the University of Kansas, Periotti, Blansett and Johnson, also known as ‘PB&J’… the KU PB&J is made from stale peanut butter, and sugarless jam. It has no quality substance. They have also been called the ‘KU Fraud Squad.’”

I call them “The Grilled Cheese Victory Clan.”

Lying about being a brown person to gain privilege is the funniest thing ever, as it proves, doubtlessly, that “white privilege” is the biggest hoax since the Moon Landing the Holocaust.

The Fix reached out to the FakeIndians blog by email on July 20 with questions regarding Blansett’s claims of ancestry from five tribes.

“Kent Blansett uses five tribe claims, yet only gives three surnames,” blog spokesperson Keely Denning responded. “He has also refused to state which surname belongs to each tribe he claims.”

“One surname he uses is the name Panther, which is actually my family,” Denning continued.

“When I wrote to him and asked him, he replied that it was a different tribe, did not name the tribe, and told me to ‘f*** off’, he then blocked me and I cannot retrieve that email,” Denning stated.

“In 1999 he only claimed to be ‘Cherokee and Keetoowah,’ and since has dropped the Keetoowah claim. Today he claims he has always claimed the same tribe,” Denning continued.

“Blansett claims he has evidence, yet will not produce it,” Denning said.

Look, you stupid faggots – men can pretend to be women.

There is a lot bigger genetic difference between a white man and a white woman than there is between a white man and an Indian man.

A lot bigger.

A lot.

If you’re running a system where men are rewarded for pretending to be women, but punished for pretending to be Apache scalpers, then you’ve got a totally broken system.

Another AWFL Goes Down for Pretending to be an Injun for Financial and Social Gain https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/05/05/another-awfl-goes-down-for-pretending-to-be-an-injun-for-financial-and-social-gain/ Fri, 05 May 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Elizabeth Hoover, who claimed to be of Mohawk and Mi’kmaq descent

Here’s the thing.

Let me tell you about the thing.

The difference between an Indian female and a white female is infinitesimal in comparison to the difference between a white female and a male female.

It makes zero sense why “transgender” is allowed by “transrace” is not. Both are of course nonsensical, but just as a basic matter of biological fact, the differences between the races are so small as to be imperceptible when contrasted with the differences between the sexes.

That’s my talking point this time.

I’m not going to do the “if minorities are oppressed, then why are whites constantly pretending to be minorities???” bit. I think I’ve done that one to death. I’ll bring it back in a few months.

New York Post:

A California professor who claimed she was Native American for her entire life has revealed she is white, apologizing for breaking the trust of the Native communities she lived alongside.

Elizabeth Hoover, an associate professor in the Environmental Science and Policy Management department at UC Berkeley, said she “incorrectly identified” herself based on “incomplete information, according to a statement posted to her personal website on Monday.

“In uncritically living an identity based on family stories without seeking out a documented connection to these communities, I caused harm,” Hoover said.

Hoover, standing with Indigenous rights activist Winona LaDuke, after receiving the Oshkiigitiged new gardener award at the Indigenous Farming Conference in 2015

Hoover, who has published books and articles about Native American food sovereignty and other issues, said she never had proper documentation to confirm or dispute her claims of being Native American.

If I did this and got caught, I would start quoting passages from Blood Meridian by Cormack McCarthy until people got so bored and disgusted they left me alone.

“Growing up I did not question who I was told I was, or how I identified,” Hoover said. “But as an adult, as an academic, I should have done my due diligence to confirm that my ancestors were who I was told they were.”

Hoover’s Twitter account, which hasn’t been tweeted from since 2020, features multiple Native American protests the professor was a part of and the many food summits she attended.

Identifying as Native American, she revealed she had access to resources she wouldn’t have if she only identified as a white person.

Oh.

So minorities get more resources than whites.

Interesting, because I heard they were oppressed and that whites were privileged – wait, wait, I said I’m not doing that bit.

You all know the thing.

The hilarious part is that most “real” Indians have a majority white blood.

Also: how do all these bitches keep going down for pretending to be Indians, and Sean King is still out there hustling up millions pretending to be black? He was proved to be white as much as any of these women.

Rachel Dolezal went down for pretending to be black.

Why did Sean King, uniquely, get away with this race fraud?

His moronic and hateful explanation was that his mother went out and had sex with a random black guy. I mean, imagine accusing your mother of that.

Also, here’s a side-by-side of him and his dad, who he claims is a cuckold:

How is he still out there hustling???

It’s a serious question that I don’t know the answer to and don’t really even have a theory about, other than that he was more famous and successful.

The other thing I don’t know: did any of the blacks, like that kook Ibram X. Kendi, ever get mad at King?

Those BLM bitches went down pretty hard when they got caught stealing all that money, so it’s not like there’s a rule in the black movement against taking down your own people.

Most Native American Tribes Don’t Recognize Their Black Former Slaves as Citizens https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/05/02/most-native-american-tribes-dont-recognize-blacks-as-citizens/ Sun, 02 May 2021 00:00:00 +0000

LeEtta Osborne-Sampson

LeEtta Osborne-Sampson, a Seminole Freedman who has a tribal identification card and serves on the tribe’s governing council, was told the Seminole Nation doesn’t recognize Freedmen for health services when she went to a the Indian Health Services clinic to get a coronavirus vaccine.

Because black lives don’t matter to Indians!

It’s time for these Red Privilege scum to pay the ultimate price!

AP:

As the U.S. faces a reckoning over its history of racism, some Native American tribal nations that once owned slaves also are grappling with their own mistreatment of Black people.

When Native American tribes were forced from their ancestral homelands in the southeastern United States to what is now Oklahoma in the 1800s — known as the Trail of Tears — thousands of Black slaves owned by tribal members also were removed and forced to provide manual labor along the way. Once in Oklahoma, slaves often toiled on plantation-style farms or were servants in tribal members’ homes.

Nearly 200 years later, many of the thousands of descendants of those Black slaves, known as Freedmen, are still fighting to be recognized by the tribes that once owned their ancestors. The fight has continued since the killing of George Floyd last year by a Minneapolis police officer spurred a reexamination of the vestiges of slavery in the U.S.

…

The Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Muscogee (Creek) and Seminole nations were referred to historically as the Five Civilized Tribes, or Five Tribes, by European settlers because they often assimilated into the settlers’ culture, adopting their style of dress and religion, and even owning slaves. Each tribe also has a unique history with Freedmen, whose rights were ultimately spelled out in separate treaties with the U.S.

Today, the Cherokee Nation is the only tribe that fully recognizes the Freedmen as full citizens, a decision that came in 2017 following years of legal wrangling.

2017!

We never heard John Oliver do a “current year” on this story!

“I think that we are a better tribe for having not only embraced the federal court decision but embraced the concept of equality,” said Cherokee Nation Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr., a longtime supporter of citizenship rights for the Freedmen.

The Cherokee Nation, among the largest Native American tribes, has about 5,800 Freedmen citizens who have traced an ancestor on the tribe’s original Freedmen rolls in the late 19th century.

When the federal government sought to break up tribal reservations into individual allotments after the Civil War, they created two separate tribal rolls — one for members with American Indian blood and one for Freedmen. In many cases, tribal citizens who appeared Black were placed on the Freedmen rolls, even if they had blood ties to the tribe.

Of the Five Tribes, only the Chickasaw Nation never agreed to adopt the Freedmen as citizens, according to the Oklahoma Historical Society.

…

The Muscogee (Creek) and Choctaw nations have cited tribal sovereignty as reasons for their opposition to citizenship for Freedmen. When Democratic U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters of California last year attempted to force the tribes to reconcile the Freedmen issue by inserting language into a housing bill, Choctaw Nation Chief Gary Batton said the U.S. government is responsible for the Freedmen’s plight, not the Choctaw Nation.

“There is no more fundamental element of tribal self-governance than the authority of a Tribe like the Choctaw Nation to determine our own citizenship,” Batton wrote in a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Ultimately, it might be a decision for the federal courts to make. Osborne-Sampson said she and other Freedmen are consulting with an attorney on how to proceed.

This is quite the thorn in the narrative, no?

Here’s a long article in The Smithsonian Magazine about Indians owning slaves.

These people are apparently proud of having been slaves to Indians? I guess? They’re clearly a little bit mixed, because not even Pocahontas can resist Mandingo.

Imagine the outrage if a white person dared to suggest that Americans have a right to not consider black people American citizens.

These Native Americans owned slaves, and to this day don’t view the descendants of those slaves as citizens of their tribe.

Shouldn’t whites be able to do that too?

The little abo girl, minutes before she tried to defraud a major bank.

Being a cop in Canada isn’t easy.

Not only do you have to learn Canadian law (which is nearly impossible to understand because it’s all writing with British spelling as well as being half in French), but you also need to learn how to ride moose.

Average Canadian cop.

That being said, everyone who knows anything about Canada can tell you that their most dangerous ethnic minority is definitely those pesky Native Americans (Amerinds), which the Canadian government hasn’t yet managed to exterminate unlike their American counterparts – for whatever reason.

When they get too rowdy, sometimes even the military needs to be sent in.

Probably the worst and most unforgivable crime that these Natives are guilty of is to constantly whine about them not having to pay taxes and to start pulling out weird documents every time they enter a business.

I heard they’ll pull one of these and start demanding various discounts wherever they go because of their hundreds of years of oppression or whatever.

This is a heart-warming story where bank employees just said NO and refused to entertain these Native terrorists, instead calling the cops on them, getting them handcuffed and arrested for their insolence.

CBC:

Maxwell Johnson thought his appointment at the Bank of Montreal would be routine.

He’s been a customer since 2014 and wanted to open an account for his 12-year-old granddaughter so he could transfer funds to her electronically when she was on the road for basketball games.

But at the Dec. 20 meeting at BMO’s Burrard Street location in downtown Vancouver, an employee questioned the identification he and his granddaughter presented.

“She said the numbers didn’t match up what she had on her computer,” Johnson said from his home in Bella Bella, a Heiltsuk community located on B.C’s Central Coast.

Johnson, 56, and his granddaughter were using government-issued Indian Status cards, his birth certificate and her medical card. He said the employee became suspicious and went upstairs with their cards.

BAM!

What did I tell you.

The Canadian people are sick and tired of these aboriginals and their stupid “Native status cards.” Everyone knows that they get a whole bunch of free crap. These Natives are basically the Jews of Canada, who exist in addition to actual Jews who also exist in Canada. So Canada is really getting a Jew double-whammy. Wew.

My point is, the Jews hide their Jewishness out of a sense of shame and self-preservation, but these Natives proudly flash around their status cards, thinking themselves invincible.

Well, in this case, the people struck back.

He believes the employee might have been suspicious because he had $30,000 in his account — an amount he and every other member of the Heiltsuk nation received in December from the federal government as part of an Aboriginal rights settlement package.

He says the employee then told them to come upstairs to retrieve their identification. Not long after, they saw police walking toward them.

“They came over and grabbed me and my granddaughter, took us to a police vehicle and handcuffed both of us, told us we were being detained and read us our rights,” Johnson said.

Johnson says when he saw his granddaughter in handcuffs, crying, he was heartbroken.

“You can see how scared she was … It was really hard to see that,” he said.

Johnson says he believes he was racially profiled.

He was racially profiled as an Indian… after he showed his government-issued Indian ID card. Huh.

Either way, him and his terrorist granddaughter were merely served just punishment for their crimes of being Aboriginals. And to think that while sitting on $30,000 of government bribe money, he still dares to complain. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

If these Indians don’t want to be “racially profiled,” then maybe they should start paying for their electricity, their taxes and everything else. Nobody is even forcing these people to use their “Native status cards.”

In any case, it’s just great news that two less terrorists are walking the streets of Canada, eh?

Indian Brave David Yeagley went on the warpath against fat gay black Jenkins, and has emerge victorious.

When the Indian war chief David Yeagley was harassed at the 2010 AmRen conference by the obese, homosexual negro Daryle Lamont Jenkins, leader of the Antifa group “One People’s Project,” he decided to sue them all.

From his article on the topic at Vdare:

When American Indians surrendered our weapons, there was only one hope left for us: the White Man’s law. That same law may be the last hope of American patriots today.

As an American Indian patriot, I just sued the enemies of American freedom. On August 8, 2011, I filed against the people who have attempted to deny First Amendment rights to American Renaissance, myself, and VDARE.com. I have sued Daryle Lamont Jenkins, One People’s Project, and others; and an unspecified number of “John Does” to be revealed in the suit.

These professional protesters have been a menace to American freedom for years. They have recently succeeded in shutting down the American Renaissance conferences in 2010 and 2011 by directly threatening the hotel host management and employees. Their adverse and egregious influence is growing.

As an Indian, I did what every American has to be willing to do: I sued them.

Surprisingly, he has prevailed.

Daryle Lamont Jenkins: Though the Jews claim blacks turned black because of a gay sex act, there are surprisingly few gay blacks.
Daryle Lamont Jenkins: Though the Jews claim blacks turned black because of a gay sex act, there are surprisingly few gay blacks.

From The Center for Advancement of Occidental Culture:

On August 8, 2011, David Yeagley of Oklahoma filed suit against Jeffrey Imm and Daryle Lamont Jenkins in the District Court of Oklahoma County of Oklahoma for allegedly civilly conspiring and tortiously interfering with his contract to speak at the New Century Foundation’s American Renaissance February 2010 conference.

Tortious interference occurs when a tortfeasor (1) knows of the existence of a contract between the plaintiff and a third party, (2) intentionally or recklessly causes without privilege the contract to be breached, and (3) proximately causes the plaintiff to suffer injury as a result.

Civil conspiracy occurs when a tortfeasor (1) intentionally or recklessly enters into an agreement with a third party (2) to commit an unlawful act, and (3) proximately causes the plaintiff to suffer injury as a result.

Yeagley was represented by Oklahoma Attorney W. Dan Nelson and Texan Attorney Joe Sibley; Imm and Jenkins represented themselves without the assistance of attorneys. The lawsuit sought at least $10,000.00 in damages, but not more than $75,000.00. The reason why the damages were voluntarily capped by the plaintiff is because the cap prevented the defendants from removing the lawsuit from state to federal court through diversity jurisdiction. Diversity jurisdiction occurs when there is complete diversity between the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ state residencies and the lawsuit seeks over $75,000.00 in damages. The first prong was satisfied through fate; the second prong was prevented from occurring through legal ingenuity.

The reason why state court would arguably be better for the case to be litigated is because state court judges are elected by the public or appointed by the governor and Oklahoma is a conservative state—and would therefore have conservative judges—, while federal judges are appointed by the president of the United States with the consent of the U.S. Senate—and as a result, the federal court that could have otherwise exercised diversity jurisdiction has judges appointed by Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. In theory, a liberal judge would be more likely to rule in favor of the leftist defendants.

It is called “forum shopping” for attorneys to engage in efforts to have their case litigated in a court most likely to render a favorable judgment, and this is an excellent method by which to set the stage for a lawsuit.

According to the complaint filed by Yeagley’s attorneys, the case is “about a Native American patriot who has chosen to take a stand against the enemies of America and the enemies of freedom who promote violence and anarchy.” Describing the defendants as “openly tied to Communists,” the complaint alleges that Imm and Jenkins and their co-conspirators contacted hotels retained to host the American Renaissance conference and “used threats of murder, violence, and other tactics to induce those hotels to breach their contractual agreement to host Plaintiff’s speaking engagement.” The preliminary statement of the complaint palpably declares the intent of the lawsuit: “These terrorists must now be brought to answer for their actions in Oklahoma.

Fifty-thousand dollars is no doubt more than the fat gay black bastard draws from welfare every month, so this may be enough to shut down his terrorist organization for good.

Great job, David Yeagley.  You are a true Indian warrior, and a credit to your race.
