Well, at least he already settled with CNN and the WaPo, and though it wasn’t public, presumably ended up with around $10 million. I guess they’re wishing they would not have settled.

It was actually surprising that some of the outlets went to court and some settled.

Quite frankly, I don’t understand how a court is able to bunch these all together and dismiss them.

Sandmann was obviously defamed, they called him a racist and claimed he was harassing that drunken Indian slob, when in fact the reverse was true.

Nick Sandmann lost his appeal in the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to sue mainstream media outlets for libel for their reporting on his 2019 encounter at the March for Life with leftist activist Nathan Phillips.

Sandmann, who was only a 16-year-old at the time of the encounter, settled his suits against CNN and The Washington Post in 2020 and settled with NBC in December 2021.

Defendants in this case include The New York Times, CBS News, ABC News (owned by Disney), and Gannett, which owns local newspapers across the country.

Judge Jane Stranch, an Obama appointee, wrote the majority opinion which Biden appointee Judge Stephanie Davis joined. Judge Richard Griffin, an appointee of George W. Bush, dissented.

The 2-1 ruling upheld a federal district court ruling in Kentucky and centered around this quote, which Phillips gave to the Washington Post and was subsequently quoted by other outlets.

“It was getting ugly, and I was thinking: I’ve got to find myself an exit out of this situation and finish my song at the Lincoln Memorial. I started going that way, and that guy in the hat stood in my way and we were at an impasse. He just blocked my way and wouldn’t allow me to retreat,” Phillips claimed about the pro-life Catholic teenager.

The outlets did not defame Sandmann, the judges ruled, because they simply “describe a contentious encounter, the meaning of which was hotly disputed by participants and witnesses.”

Sandmann could appeal for a full circuit hearing.

He has continued to speak about the treatment he received, including speaking at a roundtable on defamation and the media hosted by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis earlier this year.

Yeah, maybe Meatball Ron can tie himself to this and score some points.

He should say he’ll have the judges imprisoned and force that drunken Indian “to return to his disgusting casino.”

For me, the funniest thing was when the media kept calling the Indian a “Vietnam vet,” and Andrew Anglin kept saying that he fought for the Viet Cong.

The Jussie Smollett MAGA attack hoax is just the latest in a long line of hoaxes promoted by the subversive Jewish media.

After the black kike faggot Empire actor Jussie Smollett claimed that he was attacked by two White guys wearing MAGA hats, the Jewish media immediately made it a top story. They presented it as evidence that White people who support Donald Trump are evil individuals who have extreme hate in their hearts.

Public figures rallied behind him.

The only problem is that the entire story has since unraveled. The Chicago Police Department recently stated that they no longer believe Smollett is a victim, instead believing that the whole thing was an orchestrated hoax. Despite the fact that many people including blacks believed it was a hoax from the start, this did not stop the Jewish media from promoting it as if it were a 100 percent real event.

Of course, promoting hoaxes is par for the course when it comes to the Jewish media. It’s why trust in these big Jew-run media operations is at an all-time low. It’s why Trump calls them “fake news.” Because when you look at their track record, they perpetually promote hoax after hoax. It’s incomprehensible how people still believe anything they say.

These are just some of the more recent hoaxes that come to mind and this is by no means a complete list.

Donald Trump and His Presidential Campaign Colluded with Russia

The Jewish media over the past two years has claimed that Donald Trump colluded with Russia in order to win the 2016 presidential election. Despite years of investigation by two Congressional committees and by Bob Mueller’s special counsel, zero evidence has come forth proving that any collusion took place.

The Senate Intelligence Committee just concluded a two year investigation of the matter and determined that no wrongdoing occurred. When these findings were made public, there was little mention of it by any of the big Jewish press outlets. The real story is that there were conspirators working within the Department of Justice and the FBI who hoaxed this Russia conspiracy. They did this in order to manufacture a justification to have Trump removed from office.

Bashar Al-Assad Gassed His Own People (Including Children) on Two Separate Occasions

The Jewish media in 2017 and 2018 used questionable footage showing children in gas masks and children getting sprayed with water hoses to claim that this was evidence proving that Syrian leader Bashar Al-Assad gassed children.

The footage alone provided no evidence that Assad gassed his own people, but the noise generated by the Jewish media over the footage was enough to convince President Trump to take military action against Assad. Upon seeing the footage, many immediately believed that these events were staged hoaxes. A BBC producer who investigated the alleged 2018 Douma incident for six months recently concluded that there was no proof of a chemical weapons attack and that the whole thing was staged.

Nick Sandmann and a Group of Students from Covington Catholic High School Racially Harassed an Injun Named Nathan Phillips

The Jewish media recently pushed a video clip taken out of context by social media users to claim that Nick Sandmann and a group of White students from Covington Catholic High School racially harassed an injun man named Nathan Phillips by smirking at him.

Upon further inspection of what happened, it turned out that Phillips approached the students and began banging a drum in the personal space of Sandmann. Phillips was not being racially harassed in any way, shape or form and orchestrated the incident on his own. Despite the facts of the situation, Sandmann and the other students received death threats and hate from unhinged people who believe them to be racist injun haters. And all this stemmed from the Jewish media promoting a false reality of what happened.

Brett Kavanaugh Sexually Assaulted Multiple Women in the 1980s

During last year’s Supreme Court nomination hearings for Brett Kavanaugh, he was accused of sexually assaulting multiple women in the 1980s.

The Jewish media pushed these highly dubious accusations to incomprehensible levels even though none of the accusations had any sort of credibility or merit. The main accuser was a woman named Christine Blasey-Ford, who claimed Kavanaugh and some other bad men gang-raped her at a party. She failed to recall the most basic details of the alleged incident including the location of the rape and how she got to the party. No witnesses could corroborate her claims and there was no reason to believe that any of the things she described actually happened. The entire episode was a cynical attempt by Jews to block a moderate “conservative” figure like Kavanaugh from obtaining a seat on the Supreme Court. It was a total and complete hoax.

On top of these recent Jew-promoted hoaxes, we have other hoax stories that the Jewish media perpetually promotes. The alleged Jewish Holocaust hoax of six million and the highly dubious official story surrounding the 9/11 attacks are just a couple that come to mind.

What this proves is that the Jew-controlled media is one of the biggest problems we have in America. All of these subversive Jewish media operations need to be shut down. They are not engaging in legitimate journalism. They are evil organizations which promote hoax after hoax to advance the interests of Jews at the expense of Whites.

Dear Mr. Phillips,

We showed up and you attacked us and we won a war. 

Your ancestors surrendered and gave up and went to drink themselves to death on reservations. 

You were given your own land, and it is nothing but bars and cigarette shops and casinos and meth labs, and no one cares. 

You and your people could have done whatever you wanted on this sovereign land, and you chose suicide and then came to us and whined about your decision. 

We don’t care, and your lives are not our responsibility or our problem. 

Most people would have slaughtered their enemies, instead we gave you land, and instead of showing appreciation you have continued to cry like stupid babies.
