The U.S. will declare a public health emergency to bolster the federal response to the monkeypoxoutbreak that has infected more than 6,600 Americans, two people familiar with the matter said Thursday.

The announcement will free up federal money and other resources to fight the virus, which may cause fever, body aches, chills, fatigue and pimple-like bumps on many parts of the body. The people spoke on the condition of anonymity ahead of an official announcement.

The declaration comes as the the Biden administration has faced criticism over monkeypox vaccine availability. Clinics in major cities such as New York and San Francisco say they haven’t received enough of the two-shot vaccine to meet demand, and some have had to stop offering the second dose to ensure supply of first doses.

The White House said it has made more than 1.1 million doses available and has helped to boost domestic diagnostic capacity to 80,000 tests per week.

The monkeypox virus spreads through prolonged and close skin-to-skin contact, including hugging, cuddling and kissing, as well as sharing bedding, towels and clothing. The people who have gotten sick so far have been primarily men who have sex with men. But health officials emphasize that the virus can infect anyone.

This is the exact same thing they did with GRIDS – “oh yes, everyone we know of who has developed this condition is a homosexual male – but also, normal people can get it because it’s a virus, actually.”

The announcement comes three days after the Biden administration named top officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to serve as the White House coordinators to combat the monkeypox outbreak.

Such a declaration is an important — and overdue — step, said Lawrence Gostin, a public health law expert at Georgetown University.

“It signals the U.S. government’s seriousness and purpose, and sounds a global alarm,” he said.

Under a declaration by the Department of Health and Human Services, the agency can draw from emergency funds, hire or reassign staff to deal with the outbreak, and take other steps to control the virus.

A public health emergency can be extended, similar to what happened during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Just to remind everyone: homosexuals have always developed pox-like lesions on their flesh. I don’t want to post the pictures because they’re too gross, but anyone who want to compare and contrast and type in “AIDS sores” and compare them to the pictures of monkeypox.

That is to say: there is no reason to believe the homos are suffering from a new condition. More than likely, this is the same thing as the coronavirus, where they’ve just renamed something that already existed and called it a crisis.

It’s logical that they would target the “anal community” for a hoax, as these people are very scared of viruses.

Regardless: I will maintain my position: I don’t think they are going to force-vax anyone over monkeypox. More likely, they are going to make as much noise as possible to get everyone back into virus mode before the reboot of coronavirus. San Francisco officials declared a state of emergency Thursday in response to the growing spread of monkeypox cases across the city.

The declaration will allow Mayor London Breed and other city officials to marshal resources and personnel to confront the intensifying monkeypox outbreak. As of Wednesday, the city reported that 261 people had confirmed or probable monkeypox infections. Health officials said they anticipate that figure will only grow in the coming days and weeks.

A rapid surge of monkeypox cases in San Francisco has collided with a scarcity of available vaccines. To date, city officials said they’ve received about 8,200 doses of the Jynneos vaccine, which is intended to prevent monkeypox and smallpox in adults.

“We want the flexibility to be able to use our resources to best serve the public and protect health,” San Francisco Health Officer Susan Philip said Thursday. “We also want to affirm our commitment to the health of our LGBTQ communities in San Francisco, as we have historically always done as a city,” she added, referring to the population most impacted by monkeypox so far.

Philip emphasized that she was not planning to call for any closures or restrictions, which distinguishes this emergency declaration from the health orders issued throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Perhaps more worrying than the sheer amount of infections was the trajectory, which “continues to go up,” Philip said, “as we know there are more cases that have yet to be diagnosed.” Testing has increased, she indicated, but not enough to make it universally accessible.

Breed acknowledged in a statement that the virus “impacts everyone equally – but we also know that those in our LGBTQ community are at greater risk right now.”

Declaring a state of emergency allows the city to access funds from the state and federal government reserved for emergencies and to broaden public awareness about the outbreak.

The declaration will take effect August 1, city officials said.

It’s the government’s job to stop the monkeypox.

Monkeypox cases have tripled in Europe over the past two weeks, the World Health Organization (WHO) revealed on Friday, warning that “urgent and coordinated action” is required.

According to the WHO’s regional director for Europe, Dr. Hans Kluge, monkeypox cases have been reported in six new countries and areas since mid-June, taking the total to 31. During the same period, the number of new cases in the region has tripled to 4,500.

The International Health Regulations (IHR) Emergency Committee will soon revise its evaluation of the outbreak’s significance, Kluge revealed. The current position of the committee is that the outbreak “does not constitute a public health emergency of international concern.”

“There is simply no room for complacency – especially right here in the European region with its fast-moving outbreak that with every hour, day and week is extending its reach into previously unaffected areas,” the regional director said.

Kluge outlined a set of measures that should be taken by governments to address the issue. First of all, he said, “countries must quickly scale up surveillance for monkeypox, including sequencing, and obtain the capacity to diagnose and respond to the disease.” The WHO official also stressed the need for “sound public health investments,” as well as transparency in policies, and communication of the “right messages” for the public.

Meanwhile, Kluge said the “sitgmatization” of gay people is threatening the fight against the disease, as 99% of cases have occurred in male patients – the majority of whom are known to have had sex with other men.

“We know from our lessons in dealing with HIV how stigma further fuels outbreaks and epidemics, but allowing our fear of creating stigma to prevent us from acting may be just as damaging,” he said.

The initial symptoms of monkeypox include fever, headache, muscle aches, backache, swollen lymph nodes, chills, and exhaustion. A rash often begins on the face and then spreads to other parts of the body, although the WHO has noted that patients affected by the current outbreak are developing lesions on the genitals and anus, and not developing some of the traditional flu-like symptoms of infection.

I wish instead of a monkeypox, we were being attacked by monkeys. And we also didn’t know whether it was even real. And it was also only gays being allegedly attacked.

Monkeypox almost seems like a troll of paranoid right-wingers, specifically Andrew Anglin and others such as I, Elvis Dunderhoff. This is a pox which – like many diseases – is spread primarily or exclusively by gay sex, but they’re now calling it a crisis and an emergency.

Monkeypox cases are on the rise in cities across the US, including New York — but experts claim that local health departments are not equipped to handle the large demand for tests.

The Biden Administration announced this week that tests for the virus will be shipped to commercial laboratories in a scramble to expand testing and speed up diagnoses as confirmed cases nationwide hit 152 as of Wednesday, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

But those labs won’t be up and running for monkeypox testing until July — leaving 67 laboratories in 48 states with a bandwidth of just 8,000 tests nationwide per week.

“What I have heard from a number of people who work on gay health issues, who have friends and friends of friends who have relayed multiple stories of people who have attempted to get tested and been unable to get tested,” Cornell University epidemiologist Dr. Jay Varma told The Post.

Varma, who helped orchestrate the Big Apple’s COVID mitigation and vaccine rollout strategies, has taken to Twitter with his frustrations.

Dean Blumberg, chief of pediatric infectious diseases at UC Davis, said he believed the monkeypox response had been better than COVID-19 but more testing was still needed so that contact tracing could be done and the spread limited.

“Once you do that contact tracing, once you find people who are at risk, you can have a very low threshold for testing and you can make sure that people can be educated in ways that they can limit transmission to others,” Blumberg told The Post.

In New York City, the Department Health and Mental Hygiene can run just 20 tests a day, officials said. Authorities have detected 30 probable cases as of Thursday, with more than a dozen in the last two weeks across, but officials are unable to say how many New Yorkers are unable to get the needed testing for a confirmed diagnosis.

Major urban centers reported only a handful of sites to conduct tests, with only one in Philadelphia, where there are two confirmed cases, and three in Chicago, where there have been 23 cases, including 19 in the past two weeks, local officials said.

Monkeypox can infect anyone but a number of the cases in the US and Europe have been found in gay men, leading health officials to push to raise awareness in the community even as tests remain scarce and only people who meet strict criteria like having lesions can even get tested.

I don’t really think they’re going to make you wear masks or lock down because the gays are spreading smallpox. It’s rational to assume that at this point though because the medical system is so fully discredited and correctly understood as a center of global corruption and fraud.

Rather than the reason for a new lockdown, it seems more likely that the media/government/Jews just want to keep the pressure up on this looming existential threat of viruses. I don’t think “medical tyranny” is over, at all, and I think further mass hysteria is coming down the pipe. My theory this entire time has been that the vaccine is going to cause a condition that they blame on a new virus, or at least that they will be able to publish real death statistics skyrocketing as evidence of a new virus. Deaths did not go up in 2020, during “the height of the pandemic,” which proved there was no virus, but deaths have massively spiked “post-pandemic.” It’s not just the vaccine – it’s also suicide and drug ODs – but they won’t talk about any of it.

This whole agenda remains the same, but the details of it do change based on focus-group testing and these “social simulations” they run on computers to gauge how people will react to certain things. All the jokes about “Putin cures covid” were very accurate – it was like a switch was flipped when the Ukraine thing happened. I will stand by the claim that this was influenced by failures of prediction models regarding vaccine uptake. I don’t think they predicted that at least a third and maybe closer to half of the population would refuse the vax. If you listen to some of these people talk, they will go into the statistics on child vaccinations, which is nearly universal, and I think “people already take vaccines” was an assumption. It’s likely that many more people would have taken their covid vax if it had been marketed better and didn’t make it look like a conspiracy to kill everyone – so maybe the computer models were right, but they couldn’t take into account the smarminess of Anthony “Tony” Fauci the dog torturer.

The World Health Organization will rename the increasingly spreading monkeypox virus after a group of scientists claimed the name could be “stigmatizing.”

“WHO is also working with partners and experts from around the world on changing the name of monkeypox virus,” WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus announced at a press briefing Tuesday.

“We will make announcements about the new names as soon as possible.”

Dropping the monkeypox label follows a letter from a group of 30 international scientists that wrote last week the “urgent need” to switch the name.

“Niggas done been did deescribimation gainst me n mah monkeys.”

“Given the increasingly rapid communication of, and attention to, the international human MPXV outbreak, it is important to consider an appropriate, non-discriminatory, and non-stigmatizing nomenclature and classification of MPXV clades,” part of the letter states.

Viral clades are defined as other groups of organisms with the same genetic structure.

“In the context of the current global outbreak, continued reference to, and nomenclature of this virus being African is not only inaccurate but is also discriminatory and stigmatizing. The most obvious manifestation of this is the use of photos of African patients to depict the pox lesions in mainstream media in the global north. Recently, Foreign Press Association, Africa issued a statement urging the global media to stop using images of African people to highlight the outbreak in Europe.”

The scientists propose “a novel classification of MPXV that is non-discriminatory and non-stigmatizing and aligned with best practices in naming of infectious diseases in a way that minimizes unnecessary negative impacts on nations, geographic regions, economies and people and that considers the evolution and spread of the virus.”

A WHO spokesperson said in an email to Bloomberg News that naming diseases “should be done with the aim to minimize the negative impact and avoid causing offense to any cultural, social, national, regional, professional or ethnic groups.”

Justin Bieber has revealed that he fears struggling to eat after suffering temporary facial paralysis from Ramsay Hunt syndrome just days after being forced to cancel dates on his Justice World Tour and has asked fans to pray for him.

The 28-year-old pop star took to his Instagram on Friday to share a three-minute video explaining the diagnosis, which is a complication of shingles that can lead to facial paralysis.

According to the Mayo Clinic, the hearing loss and facial paralysis associated with Ramsay Hunt syndrome is temporary, however, can become permanent.

Imagine if Justin Bieber’s face is permanently slumped.

His wife will leave him and probably have another stroke as a result of the divorce proceedings.

Justin’s right eye was unable to blink and the right side of his face did not move as he began the video saying: ‘Hey everyone Justin here, I wanted to update you guys on what’s been going on.

‘Obviously as you can probably see with my face. I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome and it is from this virus that attacks the nerves in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis.’

Justin later updated posted a sad update on his Instagram Story as he wrote: ‘Been getting progressively harder to eat which has been extremely frustrating, please pray for me [tearing up emoji]’

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a complication of shingles, caused by the same virus as chickenpox (VZV), that can lead to facial paralysis.

The virus becomes reactivated after laying dormant for years and causes inflammation and irritation on the facial nerves.

This has not been an easy year for the Bieber family as Justin’s wife Hailey was hospitalized in March for a small blood clot in her brain which gave her stroke-like symptoms.

The World Health Organization (WHO) cautioned that the time to contain outbreaks of the monkeypox virus in non-endemic countries is dwindling.

“The risk of monkeypox becoming established in non-endemic countries is real,” WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned at a briefing on Wednesday.

“But, that scenario can be prevented,” he noted. “WHO urges the affected countries to make every effort to identify all cases and contacts to control this outbreak and prevent onward monkeypox spread.”

The United Nations health agency said that there have been more than 1,000 reported cases across 29 countries in the current outbreak outside countries in Africa, where the disease most commonly spreads.

No deaths have been reported.

According to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), New York now has nine reported cases of the virus and California has eight.

Florida remains at four and Illinois and Colorado have three.

Utah, Hawaii and the District of Columbia each recorded two cases.

Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington state all have one.

Monkeypox as a mass global psychological operation would not be the same thing as the coronavirus psy-op, because it spreads differently. I don’t really have a clear picture of what it would look like, actually.

But the fact that they are shilling this means they’re at least lining it up as something they might decide to use.

Across France, more than 300 people have reported being pricked out of the blue with needles at nightclubs or concerts in recent months. Doctors and multiple prosecutors are on the case, but no one knows who’s doing it or why, and whether the victims have been injected with drugs — or indeed any substance at all.

Club owners and police are trying to raise awareness, and a rapper even interrupted his recent show to warn concert-goers about the risk of surprise needle attacks.

It’s not just France: Britain’s government is studying a spate of “needle spiking” there, and police in Belgium and the Netherlands are investigating scattered cases too.

On May 4, 18-year-old Tomas Laux attended a rap concert in Lille in northern France, where he smoked a bit of marijuana and drank some alcohol during the show. When he came home, he told The Associated Press, he was feeling dizzy and had a headache – and he spotted a strange little skin puncture on his arm and a bruise.

The next morning, the symptoms didn’t disappear and Laux went to his doctor, who advised him to go to the emergency room. Medics confirmed evidence of a needle prick, and Laux was tested for HIV and hepatitis. His results came out negative, like other victims’ so far.

“I’ve given up going to concerts since it happened,” Laux said.

Hundreds of kilometers (miles) away, Leanne Desnos recounted a similar experience after going to a club in the southwest city of Bordeaux in April. Desnos, also 18, passed out the next day, and felt dizzy and had hot flashes while at a fast food restaurant. When she got home, she realized she had an injection mark on her arm. After having seen testimony on social media about the mystery pricks, she went to a clinic to get tested for infections. She is still awaiting results.

People from Paris, Toulouse, Nantes, Nancy, Rennes, and other cities around France have reported being pricked with a needle without their knowledge or permission. The targeted individuals, who are mostly women, show visible marks of injection, often bruises, and report symptoms like feeling groggy.

France’s national police agency says 302 people have filed formal complaints about such needle pricks. Several police investigations are ongoing in different regions, but no suspect has been arrested yet, no needle has been found and the motive remains unclear.

No victims have reported sexual assault; one said he was robbed, in Grenoble in April, according to Le Monde newspaper.

A fifth person has tested positive for monkeypox in New York City, local health authorities announced on Thursday, saying “we are monitoring the situation and will investigate any other suspected cases”.

This positive test was revealed the same day the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that there have been a total of 21 confirmed monkeypox cases across the US in 2022.

As of late Thursday afternoon, the CDC reported there were 790 confirmed cases in 28 countries. These monkeypox cases have emerged as the world continues to reel from the Covid-19 pandemic, which has killed more than 6 million globally, with 1 million fatalities in the US since 2020, according to Johns Hopkins University data.

New York City health authorities have noted that the likelihood of contracting monkeypox remains low, but that protective actions could be taken. “Monkeypox is rare in New York City but we can prevent the spread,” the health department said.

Health officials noted that monkeypox is spread through “direct contact” with an infected animal or person, and that human-to-human spread is unlikely, usually taking place due to “open sores, body fluids or large respiratory droplets”. Sexual activity and talking closely are among the ways monkeypox might be transmitted, they said.

The means of preventing monkeypox are similar to protective measures against Covid-19, such as masking around others and washing hands, as well as avoiding contact with people who might have monkeypox, officials said.

Rosamund Lewis, the World Health Organization’s monkeypox technical lead, has said it is unclear how long the virus has proliferated outside the several African countries where it’s endemic. “We don’t really know whether it’s too late to contain,” Lewis said, according to CNBC. “What the WHO and all member states are trying to do is prevent onward spread.”

Bill Gates wants the capacity to vaccinate the entire planet in six months “to prevent pandemics.”

In the next outbreak, we may not be so lucky. It could be caused by a virus that scientists haven’t studied as closely, or by one they’ve never seen at all.

This is why the world needs to adopt a serious plan for developing, manufacturing, and distributing new vaccines to prevent another pandemic. The manufacturing alone is a huge challenge: To prevent the inequities we’ve seen in COVID-19, the world needs to be ready to produce enough vaccines for everyone on the planet within six months of discovering a new pathogen. That’s 8 billion doses for a single-dose vaccine, and 16 billion for a two-dose version. In a typical year, around 5 billion or 6 billion doses are produced—that’s all vaccines combined.

The plan needs to cover four steps, starting with accelerating the invention of new vaccines.

Once a vaccine has been invented, the second step is to test it and get it approved for use in humans. Typically, it takes years to run all the trials necessary to prove that a vaccine is safe and effective—including time spent recruiting tens of thousands of volunteers. Assuming the vaccine proves out, it can take another year to get it authorized by the WHO and the relevant government agencies.

But when an outbreak is threatening to go global, we won’t have years. So we need ways to speed up the process without sacrificing the safety and effectiveness that people have come to expect from vaccines.

The third step, once a vaccine has been approved for use in humans, is to make enough of it fast enough to stop the outbreak. Ending a relatively small outbreak might require hundreds of thousands of doses of a new vaccine, which is not hard to make. (The world already produces more than 5 billion doses of vaccines every year.) But countries need to be prepared for the worst—another big outbreak in which everyone needs to be vaccinated—so we must be ready to produce as many as 8 billion or even 16 billion, roughly triple the amount manufactured in a typical year.

Finally, the fourth step in the world’s plan should be to make sure that new vaccines reach everyone who needs them—including people who live in low-income countries. In 2021, only 8 percent of people in those countries received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while more than half of the world’s population did.

There doesn’t appear to be choice involved here.

Why switch hoaxes when you can combine them?

It’s no longer enough to obey the pandemic rules. If you don’t want to kill people, you also have to fight against climate change now.

Outbreaks of endemic diseases such as monkeypox and lassa fever are becoming more persistent and frequent, the World Health Organization’s emergencies director, Mike Ryan, warned on Wednesday.

As the climate change contributes to rapidly changing weather conditions like drought, animals and human are changing their food-seeking behaviour. As a result, diseases that typically circulate in animals are increasingly jumping into humans, he said.

There’s nothing suspicious about the World Health Organization, and there’s nothing weird about their logo. It’s just a, you know… it’s a Greek thing, right?
