I have been calling for Michelle Carter to be released from prison ever since she was sentenced on the idiotic charges of “manslaughter” for telling her beta male boyfriend to kill himself.

Finally and at last, the government has acquiesced to my demands.

CNN:

Michelle Carter, the Massachusetts woman convicted of involuntary manslaughter for persuading her boyfriend to kill himself, was released from prison Thursday, months ahead of schedule due to good behavior.

Carter, now 23, began serving a 15-month sentence in February, but she earned time off her sentence for good behavior, according to Jonathan Darling, spokesman at the Bristol County Sheriff’s Office.

“Ms. Carter has been a model inmate here at the Bristol County House of Corrections. She has participated in a variety of programs, held a job inside the jail, has been polite to our staff and volunteers, has gotten along with the other inmates, and we’ve had no discipline issues with her whatsoever,” Darling said.

She left the Bristol County House of Correction at about 9:30 a.m., video from CNN affiliate WHDH shows. Wearing a black turtleneck, a light blazer and black pants — the same outfit she wore the day she was sentenced — Carter walked off prison grounds surrounded by guards and got into a waiting SUV.

I hope Michelle hits me up.

I think we’re perfect for each other.

But she’s going to have to grow her hair back out.

Supreme Court Refuses “Free the Nipple” and “Telling Your Boyfriend to Kill Himself is Manslaughter” Cases https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/01/14/supreme-court-refuses-free-the-nipple-and-telling-your-boyfriend-to-kill-himself-is-manslaughter-cases/ Tue, 14 Jan 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

I regret shilling for this potato nigger when he got caught running a rape gang. His entire “I’m a raging madman and I’ll bring down this whole system” bit was just a schtick. He isn’t even a real rapist.

The Supreme Court is shit.

I was told that “the one good thing” orange man did was bring “conservative” judges to the court, but they just denied two very important cases.

Reuters:

The Supreme Court on Monday decided not to “Free the Nipple,” refusing to hear an appeal by three women fined by a city in New Hampshire for exposing their breasts in public who argued that banning female but not male toplessness violates the U.S. Constitution.

The justices left in place a 2019 ruling by New Hampshire’s top court upholding the women’s convictions for violating an ordinance in the city of Laconia that makes it illegal to show female breasts in public “with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple.”

The women – Heidi Lilley, Kia Sinclair and Ginger Pierro – were involved in the “Free the Nipple” movement, which court papers described as campaigns against “sexualized objectification of women” and in favor of women being able to go topless in public if they wish.

Pierro was arrested on a beach on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in May 2016 where she was performing yoga while topless. Lilley and Sinclair were both arrested days later while topless on another beach where they were protesting Pierro’s arrest.

The three women were given suspended fines of $100 each, on condition of subsequent good behavior.

Among the legal arguments made by the women is that any law that punishes women for exposing their breasts while allowing men to go shirtless violates the Constitution’s 14th Amendment, which requires that laws be applied equally to everyone.

The best ruling there would have been that men who have breasts are now also banned from going topless.

That would really be a snub to Obama.

Put ’em on the glass put put put ’em on the glass

But for serious: it would have been an opportunity to say “no, slut – the male and female anatomy are different, and breasts developed as a sexual organ, for the purpose of causing sexual arousal in men, thus women going topless is sexual harassment of men.”

They could cite recent science, which has not yet been labeled neo-Nazi propaganda.

Here’s a big 2016 Live Science article giving various theories about why human females have breasts and why they are a sexual organ.

This is very straightforward. No evolutionary biologist – or sexologist, for that matter – is going to claim that a topless man and a topless woman mean the same thing.

The other case the court denied this week is even worse.

NBC News:

The Supreme Court said Monday it would not take up an appeal brought by Michelle Carter, the young woman who encouraged her boyfriend, through texts and phone calls, to kill himself.

The court’s refusal to take the case leaves her conviction intact.

The Carter case attracted worldwide attention and was the subject of a 2019 HBO documentary, “I Love You, Now Die: The Commonwealth V. Michelle Carter.”

The court declined to decide whether her involuntary manslaughter conviction violated the First Amendment guarantee of free speech because it was based solely on words that she texted or spoke. She was sentenced to 15 months in jail.

This case was insane and obvious.

The idea you can be held responsible for another person’s actions – even if you tell them to do something – overthrows the entire basis of the Western legal system.

It was not a hard call.

I am the number one woman-hater and also the number one advocate to #FreeMichelleCarter.

💖💖💖💖💖

This was a situation where that bitch got locked up because no one wanted to defend a nasty bitch who told her boyfriend to kill himself. It is a blatant case of miscarriage of justice due to an emotionally-charged situation.

For the record, I also do believe that it is a good thing her boyfriend killed himself, because any man who would take the advice of a woman deserves to be dead.

I also think Michelle Carter is cute and a good person and I want her to be my girlfriend when she gets out of prison. Which should be pretty soon.

Although sadly, it looks like her unjust imprisonment might have turned her into a dyke.

😩😩😩😩😩

Point being: the fact that I am a member of #MichelleCarterFanNetwork is not influencing my objectivity on this matter.

EVERYONE has a right to advise other people to kill themselves.

That bitch who encouraged her boyfriend to kill himself and got convicted of manslaughter is demanding a retrial based on the text messages themselves.

Boston Herald:

Michelle Carter is demanding her freedom, saying she shouldn’t have been found guilty of egging on her boyfriend to commit suicide because the worst text was “cherry-picked” to doom her, according to new court documents filed yesterday.

Carter was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter last summer for Conrad Roy III’s July 2014 suicide in Fairhaven for texting and calling him to “get back in” his truck as it filled with deadly carbon monoxide.

Look, I hate women. I think they deserve to be beaten, raped and locked in cages.

And if you think any single bitch on the planet wouldn’t try to convince you to commit suicide and then laugh about it and feel no guilt or regret and then go to Disney World to celebrate, then I feel nothing but contempt for you, as you are a worm who knows nothing of the nature of a woman.

That having been said – I don’t really see what this bitch did wrong, let alone what she did that was illegal.

Here’s the Wikipedia information on the court proceedings and verdict:

Michelle Carter was indicted on February 4, 2015, and arraigned the following day at in New Bedford Juvenile Court on charges of involuntary manslaughter in Taunton, Massachusetts. The grand jury found enough to charge her with “wantonly and recklessly” assisting the suicide. She was 17 at the time and the court indicted her as a ‘youthful offender’ rather than a ‘juvenile’, meaning she could be sentenced as if an adult.

In May 2015, Roy’s family were upset by pictures posted on social media by Gail Carter, despite a court order, showing her daughter Michelle in a prom dress and on a trip to Orlando taking part in a DECA schools competition which included visiting Walt Disney World.

…

The day before trial was due to start on June 6, 2017, Carter waived her right to jury trial and therefore the case was heard by Hon. Lawrence Moniz in the Bristol County Juvenile Court of Massachusetts, in Taunton.

…

It is believed to be the first involuntary manslaughter trial in Massachusetts related to texting to encourage suicide though there have been a few related cases.

On June 16, 2017, Judge Lawrence Moniz of the Bristol County Juvenile Court of Massachusetts, in Taunton found Carter legally guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He stated prior to his ruling that it was Carter’s phone calls with Roy when he was in his truck gassing himself (as described by Carter’s texts to friends), rather than the preceding text messages, that caused him to go through with killing himself.

According to CNN, this decision “could set legal precedent for whether it’s a crime to tell someone to commit suicide.” Carter remained free on bail until her sentencing on August 3 when she was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for manslaughter, though she faced up to 20 years.

So yeah, I’m not any more informed by that than I was before that. And I actually followed the trial too.

I think it was probably dumb to not go to jury trial, because as far as I can tell, this judge just unilaterally decided that you can control another persons actions by sending them electronic messages.

If they would have went with some kind of “incitement to violence” charge, that would make sense. To be fair though, I still have no idea how Charles Manson was convicted of first-degree murder for murders committed by other people, and I’ve actually read books about that. So maybe I am just fundamentally incapable of understanding the American criminal justice system.

NOTE: For the record, the Wikipedia page on "Proxy Murder" contains only two "famous cases," one of which is Manson's. In the other case, the individual was not convicted of any murders. So I imagine this issue is confusing for a lot of people, and I imagine there is a lot of legal debate about the concept.

But it seems to me that according to some vague notions I have of “natural law,” encouraging someone to commit an act is fundamentally different than committing that act yourself.

Anyway, Manson arguably used drugs and other methods to mind control his cult members, so that is a different sort of case all together. But hey without going too far off course here – the members of the Manson family who actually committed the murders were also convicted of first-degree murder, negating the idea that they were mind-controlled slaves that Manson used as human weapons. So that case still confuses me.

But back to the bitch with the manslaughterous texts.

Firstly, any man who will take a woman’s advice on anything at all deserves to die. So that is all on him, in my opinion. I mean that in the metaphysical rather than the legal sense. Because as I’ve said, the legal part doesn’t make any sense to me.

But let me get to the core of my insight here: the social implications of the verdict.

On one hand, I think this verdict is a feminist verdict. It is implying that women naturally posses the power to control men’s actions. This reenforces the “girl power” narrative of women being able to level the playing field and dominate men using emotional manipulation.

However, on the other hand, it could be looked at as an anti-feminist verdict, as it is acknowledging that the female ability to emotionally manipulate men is a form of violence.

It’s a weird case, generally. And interesting.

I’m strongly of the opinion that the manslaughter charge is insane. But it is the least interesting aspect of it.

The more interesting aspects are:

  • A woman’s ability to manipulate a man
  • The weakness of the modern man
  • The potential implications of society accepting that a woman has the ability to control a man’s actions with her words

But mainly: it shouldn’t be illegal to tell someone to kill themselves. That is going to create infinity social media lawsuits, particularly given the fact that trannies are so prone to suicide and that people who hate trannies are so prone to telling them to do it.

Plus, “you should kill yourself” is an opinion.

NOTE TO ADL KIKES: NO, THIS IS NOT PEPE THE FROG, YOU FILTHY FUCKING RATS.

20-Year-Old Thot on Trial for Convincing Boyfriend to Commit Suicide https://www.anglinarchive.com/2017/06/07/20-year-old-thot-on-trial-for-convincing-boyfriend-to-commit-suicide/ Wed, 07 Jun 2017 00:00:00 +0000 Eric Striker

Here in the good ol’ USA, men are raised to keep other men (their fathers, brothers and friends) at an arm’s length, while emotionally and socially investing everything in a woman. The average white American man only has one friend: his spouse!

Conversely, women are explicitly taught to hate, exploit and abuse men. They nag and blackmail men into cutting off their male friends, sometimes even their family. The problem is the vast majority of Millennial women rank their long-term husbands and boyfriends somewhere in-between their Shih-Tzu and their gay hairdresser. A new cheap man-thrill is one Tinder swipe away and Katy Perry says it’s okay.

What could possibly go wrong? This dynamic alone explains the huge disparity in male and female suicide rates.

Women initiate the overwhelming majority of divorces because they perceive men as disposable k-cups of entertainment, rather than life partners.

Intuitive and less sheltered men fall off the bike, learn how it’s supposed to be ridden, and jump on another (and another, and another). But men of a certain disposition will just off themselves.

NBC News:

The text messages a Massachusetts woman sent to the mother of her boyfriend after his death were warm and comforting.

She often reminded the grieving mother that her son was a beautiful person, and that his spirit lived on.

“I loved him, Lynn,” one text read. “I know I’m young, but I saw the rest of my life with him.”

Those texts, sent by then-17-year-old Michelle Carter, stand in stark contrast to messages she allegedly sent before he died, goading boyfriend Conrad Roy III to take his life, prosecutors said.

During Carter’s involuntary manslaughter trial’s opening day on Tuesday, prosecutors pointed out a slew of messages Carter sent to mother Lynn Roy after her 18-year-old son Conrad Roy III committed suicide in July 2014.

Carter, now 20-years-old, allegedly pushed Conrad Roy III to kill himself, the prosecution said, in a bid to gain attention for herself so she could play the role of the grief-stricken girlfriend.

“She made a Facebook post about [Conrad’s] suicide and again the floodgates for her opened,” assistant district attorney Maryclare Flynn said during her opening statement. “She suddenly became important: the grieving girlfriend.”

Even though they only met three times in total, Carter sent strings of consoling text messages to Lynn Roy after Conrad’s death. Carter repeatedly asked if she could go through his things or if she could have the letter he allegedly left for her, the prosecution said.

Flynn said that Carter even asked one of the Conrad’s sisters if she could have some of his ashes after learning he had been cremated.

But as all of this went on, Flynn said Carter never told his mom that Carter had been on the phone with the teen, encouraging him to follow through with his plan to sit in his black Ford F-250 as the truck filled with carbon monoxide.

“[Carter] told him to ‘get the f— back in the car,’” Flynn said. “Her behavior was wanton and reckless and because of her, Conrad is dead.”

Trying her for the kid’s death is probably overkill, though the prosecutor is claiming there were 1,000 text message back-and-fourths with this little cunt demanding the young man commit suicide.

What is striking, and an important insight about women, is how quickly she jumps to the occasion when it comes to basking in victimhood. A man who isn’t a sociopath would have more shame.

Most women aren’t going to go through these lengths to get someone to commit suicide, but they do watered down versions of this all the time. At least 3/4 of the women I’ve dated claim to be “victims of rape,” and while they always have a heavily embellished Lifetime Channel version to tell, 99% of the time it’s about them drinking one too many Fireballs and hopping into bed with a stranger.

Women love adult choices but can’t handle adult consequences. An unsupervised 8-year-old will choose ice cream for dinner and also act like a victim when the stomach ache follows.

Imagine a world where Conrad Roy III was taught how to be a man, and spoiled brats like Michelle Carter got a slap in the face from a parent every time she rolled her eyes or her mouth got fresh.

This tragedy could’ve easily been averted.
