Former US President Donald Trump has sued Michael Cohen for more than $500 million in damages, saying his former lawyer damaged his reputation by spreading falsehoods about him and releasing confidential information that he was contractually and legally required to keep secret.

The lawsuit, which was filed on Wednesday in the US District Court in Miami, accuses Cohen of violating attorney-client privilege and breaching a confidentiality agreement “with malicious intent and to wholly self-serving ends.”

The filing comes one week after Trump was arrested on a 34-count criminal indictment in New York City, where Cohen is expected to serve as a key witness to allegations that his then-boss falsified business records to cover up violations of election laws during his successful 2016 presidential campaign.

Cohen began breaching his fiduciary duty as Trump’s lawyer and violating his confidentiality agreement around 2018, when he was facing federal charges for tax evasion, fraud, and campaign finance violations, the lawsuit claims. The most “egregious” breaches occurred in Cohen’s two books and his podcast, the filing said. He also made multiple media appearances, accusing Trump of being racist and suggesting that he might turn over state secrets to America’s enemies to ward off prosecution.

The lawsuit claimed Cohen used insider information about Trump and “numerous inflammatory and false statements” to unjustly enrich himself. He also allegedly overstated his expenses as a Trump employee, claiming $74,000 in fictitious costs.

No one even doubts this Cohen rat Jew is a criminal.

The entire prosecution is based on the fact he’s a criminal.

The problem is, the legal system is a hoax.

This is really shocking to see a Jew that worked for Donald Trump stabbing him in the back.

President Trump’s top economic adviser criticized his boss’s handling of the riot at the U.S. Capitol and said he was disappointed in the way Mr. Trump treated Vice President Mike Pence, while defending the administration’s policy legacy.

“I was hoping that he would come out quickly and make statements calling everybody back and stopping the violence,” White House National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow said during an 80-minute interview with The Wall Street Journal. He praised the video the president made earlier this week condemning violence, adding that he wished he had released it earlier.

Mr. Trump, in a speech to thousands of protesters gathered near the Washington Monument on Jan. 6, falsely asserted he had won the election and urged his supporters to march to the Capitol, where lawmakers were certifying President-elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory. As the protesters began breaching security lines, Mr. Trump criticized Mr. Pence on Twitter for not blocking the certification. After hundreds had broken into the Capitol, Mr. Trump called on the rioters to remain peaceful and avoid violence.

But later that day, the president tweeted, “These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long.”

I wish I was on the timeline where Trump held the line on that, instead of pussying out and denouncing his own supporters.

Regardless, it is actually anti-Semitic of this Jew Kudlow to stab Trump in the back like this, given that it plays into so many anti-Semitic tropes about Jews being back-stabbers.

Larry Kudlow should be investigated by the Federal “Special Envoy for Combating Anti-Semitism” for promoting the anti-Semitic trope (which is also a canard, frankly) that Jews are disloyal back-stabbers.

I just texted Jonathan Greenblatt of the Israeli Lobbying group the Anti-Defamation League, and he told me that he was “shocked” that Kudlow was promoting the “long discredited canard” that Jews are disloyal back-stabbers. He said he was “shocked and appalled” and said that he would immediately issue a statement demanding that Kudlow “pull that knife out of President Trump’s back, clean the blood off of it, and put it back in his pocket.”

I mean, what’s next?

Is Jared Kushner going to become the lead witness against Donald Trump, like Michael Cohen became the lead witness against Donald Trump? We need to stop these Jews from promoting this completely debunked, false canard (and trope) that the Jews will stab you in the back the first chance they get.

After nearly two years, Bob Mueller’s investigation into the theory that Donald Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election is now over.

On late Friday afternoon, Mueller submitted his report to the Attorney General’s office and we will probably learn specific details about it over the next few days. Perhaps most significant is that there are press reports stating that there will be no more criminal indictments from Mueller’s office. Assuming this is true – and it is almost certainly true, given that the investigation is over – it means that Trump has been vindicated. He is not a Russian agent working for Vladimir Putin as the Jewish media has hysterically claimed over the past few years.

Unless there is a major revelation in the coming days, this proves that the whole thing was an enormous hoax. But anybody who paid attention to this circus already knew that. The anti-climatic end to this fiasco is not a surprise except maybe to the small percentage of brain dead leftists who religiously watch MSNBC.

But the Russia hoax has misdirected away from a glaringly obvious fact. If there is any foreign power subverting the Trump presidency and the United States for its own gain, it is Israel. This Russia hoax was merely a Jewish orchestrated scam designed to control and/or impeach Trump. It has been a classic case of Jews projecting their misdeeds on to someone else.

Mueller’s investigation was kicked off by the Jew Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. It was further amplified by the Jew news media promoting endless conspiracy theories about Trump, his family and his associates. The Jew Congressman Adam Schiff was one of the top people in Congress shilling these conspiracy theories. Trump’s former personal Jew lawyer Michael Cohen turned on him, setting the stage for a separate investigation in the Southern District of New York. And Mueller’s team itself was loaded with Jew lawyers. Everywhere you looked, there were Jews involved with this.

If Trump was a Russian agent, he was a bad one. He has been very tough on Russia throughout his presidency. Specifically, he’s ordered additional sanctions against Russia and supplied weapons to Ukraine. This is not what you would expect to see from someone being controlled by Russia.

In fact, if Trump were to be attacked for anything relating to Russia, it would be for engaging in an insane escalation of conflict with that nation.

Meanwhile, Trump has given Israel everything it has wanted. Mainstream news sites have called Trump the most pro-Israel American leader since Harry Truman.

Here’s some of what Trump has done for Israel.

• Recognized the Golan Heights as part of Israel.
• Recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and moved the American embassy there.
• Provided billions of dollars in foreign aid to Israel.
• Cut foreign aid to the Palestinians.
• Completely cut all formal relations with Palestine.
• Attacked Syria twice over fake gas attack footage.
• Criticized Ilhan Omar as an anti-Semite for saying that the pro-Israel lobby group AIPAC exists.
• Spent a good part of his recent State of the Union speech reminding people of the Jewish Holocaust hoax.
• Established a major arms deal to Saudi Arabia to help counter Iran, Israel’s main regional enemy.

And then you have Trump’s Jewish son-in-law Jared Kushner serving as a key conduit between Trump and Israel. He was also heavily involved in arranging the Saudi arms deal. And there’s really no telling how much chicanery he’s been up to beyond that. Having Kushner in the White House as a senior adviser is really no different than if a Mossad agent were in that position.

It’s also probable that Trump may have agreed to recognize the Golan Heights as part of Israel in a deal to have the Russia hoax ended. And while this is just speculation, it is hard to ignore the timing of these two events coming one right after another.

The bottom line is that Trump has gone above and beyond to serve the interests of Israel. Meanwhile, the MAGA agenda that he campaigned on has gone nowhere. The southern border has devolved into a mess with catch and release pushed into overdrive. The promised border wall is nowhere to be found. We are even seeing an agenda to overthrow Venezuela’s government.

While we all expected some level of shilling for Israel, we did not expect this extreme level of shilling. Especially considering the complete abandonment of the populist MAGA platform that he ran on. He’s completely betrayed his political base and is now pushing a straight neocon agenda similar to what we would have seen if George W. Bush had a third term.

So if any country is conspiring to subvert the American political system, it is Israel. It’s unfortunate that we will not see any real investigation into this because Jews control America and MAGA has been turned into MIGA.

I just got around to watching some of the Wednesday Congressional hearing with Trump’s backstabbing Jew lawyer Michael Cohen.

The Jew literally said that he turned on Trump because of Charlottesville.

The whole hearing was just Republicans calling out Cohen as a tricky Jew criminal, implying that this means that nothing he says can be considered true. This is the correct way to deal with his Jew lies.

The funniest thing was that they kept yielding their time to Jim Jordan, who was just crushing this Jew.

The Jew lashed out.

Donald Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen is prepared to testify that Trump was aware of longtime adviser Roger Stone’s efforts to reach out to WikiLeaks in advance of its release of damaging information about Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, according to a copy of his public testimony submitted to Congress and obtained by CNN.

In a stunning 20-page statement provided Tuesday night to lawmakers, Cohen details a wide range of allegations against Trump — from making racist comments about African-Americans to participating during his presidency in an illegal hush-money scheme to keep his alleged extramarital affairs quiet — as well as suggesting Trump faked a medical condition to get out of serving in the Vietnam War.

And Cohen will provide new details saying Trump was engaged in an aggressive pursuit of a major project in Russia in 2016, alleging the President’s attorneys edited Cohen’s 2017 testimony when he lied to Congress, downplaying the efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.

He says Trump never directly ordered him to lie to Congress but he believed he was carrying out an order given his interactions with Trump, who was making public statements about not having any business dealings with Russia.
In short, Cohen calls Trump a “racist,” a “conman” and a “cheat.”

In the testimony, Cohen will allege that, in 2016, he witnessed Trump taking a phone call from Stone, who was on speakerphone.

“Mr. Stone told Mr. Trump that he had just gotten off the phone with Julian Assange and that Mr. Assange told Mr. Stone that, within a couple of days, there would be a massive dump of emails that would damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign,” Cohen will say, according to his prepared testimony.

Trump responded, according to Cohen: “Wouldn’t that be great.”

Cohen’s allegations, if true, would amount to the first time anyone with direct knowledge has said that the President had advance knowledge of the WikiLeaks dump of Clinton emails. Cohen also said the President’s personal lawyers “reviewed and edited” his 2017 statements when Cohen lied to Congress about the Trump Organization’s pursuit of a massive project in Moscow.

When asked for comment on Cohen’s prepared testimony, the White House referred to press secretary Sarah Sanders’ Tuesday statement on Cohen’s testimony.

“Disgraced felon Michael Cohen is going to prison for lying to Congress and making other false statements,” Sanders said in that statement. “Sadly, he will go before Congress this week and we can expect more of the same. It’s laughable that anyone would take a convicted liar like Cohen at his word, and pathetic to see him given yet another opportunity to spread his lies.”

Talking to Roger Stone about the Wikileaks documents wouldn’t be illegal, and it wouldn’t have been done while he was President.

President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen is expected to tell lawmakers this week about alleged criminal conduct Trump committed while in office, NBC News reported, citing a knowledgeable source.

Cohen starts a three-day gantlet of congressional appearances on Tuesday by giving a closed-door interview to the Senate Intelligence Committee. He is expected to detail what he claims to know about Trump’s contacts with Russia, hush payments made before the 2016 election and other sensitive matters.

Cohen is also expected to provide evidence of alleged criminal conduct by Trump since he became president, NBC News said. In addition to his testimony, Cohen will reveal information about Trump’s financial statements, according to NBC, citing a source who declined to be named.

The former Trump lawyer and fixer, who is slated to report to federal prison May 6, will also testify in a closed-door hearing with the House Intelligence Committee on Thursday. The main event of the week will happen Wednesday, however, as Cohen is scheduled to testify in public before the House Oversight Committee.

I’ll tell you what: there are so many friggin Jews involved in this Trump collapse that explaining to our fellow goyim that Jews were responsible when this whole thing collapses is going to be easy peasy.

The entire book tour of Andrew McCabe, the former acting FBI Director, has been shocking to the max.

First he went out there and said that he plotted with the filthy Jew terrorist Rod Rosenstein to overthrow the President of the United States by invoking the 25th Amendment and declaring him unfit to serve, now he’s saying that he believes he might be a sekret agent working for the KGB.

“Do you still believe the President could be a Russian asset?” CNN’s Anderson Cooper him during an interview Tuesday.

“I think it’s possible. I think that’s why we started our investigation, and I’m really anxious to see where Mueller concludes that,” McCabe answered.

Apparently, he believes that genuine belief that Donald Trump is a Russian agent would justify attempting to remove him from office. In actual reality, this would be no different than a schizophrenic man killing his mother with a machete because the TV told him she was going to chop him up. Being a complete lunatic is no more an excuse for seditious conspiracy than it is for murder.

If McCabe and his gang of alleged true believers in a Russian conspiracy by Donald Trump had evidence of this conspiracy, they could have used that evidence to have Trump legally removed from office, rather than plotting a conspiracy – in the same way that a man can have his mother arrested if he has evidence she is planning to chop him up.

I absolutely do not believe that McCabe, Rosenstein, Comey or any of these other conspirators genuinely believed or presently believe that Donald Trump is a Russian agent. All three of them worked on faking the evidence to get the FISA warrant based on the #pissgate dossier which they knew was fake and paid for by Hillary Clinton.

We know all of this stuff. It is all in the public domain.

There is not even any evidence that Russia “interfered” with the election, let alone any evidence that Trump told them to do it, or whatever it is they are suggesting.

And no one actually knows what they are suggesting. That is something that is never addressed by the lying Jew media. What they appear to be saying is that Putin sent Trump in to win the presidency to stop Hillary Clinton from creating a no-fly zone in Syria and shooting down Russian jets to protect ISIS and starting WWIII.

If that were indeed the case, then you would have a situation where I think most people would have to agree that it was right and proper for Russia to interfere in American politics in order to prevent billions of deaths and the complete destruction of civilization in a massive nuclear war.

I mean, right?

But that is the level of caved-in head logic the Jew media is currently on – “the American people were trying to vote for a president who would start a nuclear war to protect ISIS terrorists in Syria, and the evil Russians thwarted democracy by preventing her from being elected.”

We are hearing now that the Mueller report is about to be released, and the media is already moving on to the next thing, implying that it will not have any real conclusions at all. Politico on Monday published an article about how Mueller is turning over all his investigations unrelated to Russia to the Southern District of New York, which will then do large-scale criminal investigations into decades of business deals Trump did in New York City.

The media is going for a last big bang with the Mueller Russia hoax before moving on to talking about how Donald Trump was a criminal businessperson.

They say that Mueller is turning over four key people who have agreed to cooperate: Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Organization’s chief financial officer, David Pecker, the CEO of the National Enquirer’s parent company, Michael Cohen, Trump’s longtime lawyer, and Rick Gates, who served as Trump campaign deputy.

Three of those four men are Jewish.

So I don’t think they’ll have trouble lying. We know that Cohen already has.

So even though the Mueller probe is (probably) ending, the legacy of this fishing expedition will live on in a barrage of federal investigations.

Furthermore, Jew terrorist Adam Schiff is now the head of the House Intelligence Committee and will begin launching hysterical investigations against Trump from his position there, presumably with the aid of the same team of Jewish collaborators.

Trump could have avoided all of this by shutting down the Mueller probe when it first started. Now, even though he will be shown not guilty of the extraordinary and bizarre claims of that probe, he will still be dealing with the fallout for the rest of his term.

There are still things he could do to shut this down and free himself from this Jewish claw, but the fact that he has so far refused to defend himself in any way other than tweeting indicates he is going to continue to allow these Jews to gnaw at his heels and inhibit him from getting anything done.

You know the fake news being pushed by the Jewish media is completely out of control when Bob Mueller’s biased special counsel office issues statements debunking it.

For the past couple of years the Jewish media has pushed a narrative with no evidence that Donald Trump is a secret agent working for Russia. They’ve also tried to manufacture other side narratives in order to provide some type of justification for him to be impeached. The final result of this has been the Jewish media pushing an endless number of fake news stories based on anonymous sources with no substantive corroboration.

Debunking fake news story after fake news story relating to these subjects has been an incredibly tedious and painful task. But we are now at a point where the fake news has become so ridiculous and retarded that the special counsel office run by Bob Mueller has felt the need to weigh in.

On Thursday, the disreputable fake news site Buzzfeed put out an article claiming that Trump directed his former Jew lawyer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about a proposed Moscow building project. The entire foundation of the report was strange because there is nothing illegal about constructing a building in Russia. Plus, the project never happened so the motivation for Trump to direct Cohen to lie about such a thing was highly questionable. The report was also based on two anonymous sources.

Considering this and Buzzfeed’s record of putting out fake news reports (they were the first to publish the discredited #pissgate dossier), it was easy to be skeptical of this story. But that did not stop the entire Jewish media machine from implying that this story would lead to the end of Trump’s presidency. This is practically the only thing the Jewish media has talked about over the past 24 hours.

CNN and MSNBC even interviewed the Buzzfeed reporters who authored the report. The report was referred to as a “bombshell.”

ABC, CBS and NBC featured it as a top story.

After this uncorroborated Buzzfeed report was shoved down everybody’s throats, Mueller’s office put out a brief statement calling the story an inaccurate hoax.

Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity both offered a solid take on the situation.

What makes this interesting is the fact that Mueller’s office is stacked with Democrat lawyers and people antagonistic to Trump. They also rarely if ever make any public statements. So the fact that they would release a statement to debunk this Buzzfeed report is quite remarkable.

Despite this, Buzzfeed is standing by their reporting – and much of the media is standing by defending it. Buzzfeed’s Editor-in-Chief Ben Smith was interviewed on CNN and MSNBC to defend their fake news reporting. He’s claiming Mueller’s office was not specific enough with their criticism even though it’s fairly obvious that they’re saying their whole report is bullshit.

The anti-Trump crowd on Twitter is having a really hard time coming up with a counter narrative. That’s because they’ve propped up Mueller as a god figure and arbiter of all that is holy and good for the past two years. Honestly, we didn’t need Mueller to prove that the report was fake news. Buzzfeed has already proven themselves to be an untrustworthy source of information and they based the whole report off of anonymous sources. There was never any credible foundation to this story. The Jew lawyer Michael Cohen has already confessed to lying to Congress, even though he could have just said he forgot like everyone else does. He has confessed to campaign violations based on laws that do not even exist.

Cohen is going to a special Jew prison for three years for illegal tax activities, and all of the rest of this stuff was just piled on.

He’s now begun confessing to things he’s not even being accused of.

President Donald Trump’s former “fixer” Michael Cohen said Thursday that he paid the head of a small technology company thousands in 2015 to rig online polls at “the direction of and for the sole benefit of” Trump.

Cohen was responding to a report in The Wall Street Journal that he paid John Gauger, the owner of RedFinch Solutions LLC, between $12,000 and $13,000 for activities related to Trump’s campaign, including “trying unsuccessfully to manipulate two online polls in Mr. Trump’s favor” and creating a Twitter account called “@WomenForCohen” that “praised (Cohen’s) looks and character, and promoted his appearances and statements boosting” Trump’s candidacy.

Coincidentally, on the very same day that the poll-rigging story came out, it was “leaked” that he confessed to being ordered by Trump to lie to Congress.

Democratic leaders reacted with fury and demanded an investigation late Thursday following a new report that President Trump personally directed his former attorney, Michael Cohen, to lie to Congress about the president’s push for a lucrative condo project in Moscow in the lead-up to the 2016 election.

The Thursday night report from BuzzFeed News cites two unnamed federal law enforcement officials who say Cohen acknowledged in interviews with the office of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III that the president directed him to deceive Congress about key facts linking Trump to the proposed deal in Russia. Cohen pleaded guilty in November to lying under oath about those details.

Democrats said that if the report is accurate, Trump must quickly be held to account for his role in the perjury, with some raising the specter of impeachment.

“The allegation that the President of the United States may have suborned perjury before our committee in an effort to curtail the investigation and cover up his business dealings with Russia is among the most serious to date,” wrote Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. “We will do what’s necessary to find out if it’s true.”

It must be pure coincidence that Cohen’s statements are helping Schiff.

Right?

It’s not like there is some kind of connection between these two men, right?

If Trump had ordered him to lie to Congress, how would that not have been leaked when he was making his guilty plea?

And what exactly are the statistical chances that the story of him claiming to have rigged polls and this thing about being ordered to lie to Congress come out on the same day?

Was Buzzfeed holding these leaks until another story about Cohen popped up in the news for them to attach onto? If so, why?

Buzzfeed has a track record that is somehow even worse than that of the NYT and WaPo, so it’s hard to take this seriously without a confirmation. I don’t doubt however that Cohen would have made this claim. That is definitely possible. He’s a lying Jew.

But for Adam Schiff to go nuts and start making demands based on a story that is currently only on Buzzfeed is not very professional of that Jew.

The entire issue that Cohen confessed to lying about – this building in Moscow – is just nonsense to begin with. It is not in any way important. We already now have the whole story, and all it is is “Trump was planning to build a building in Moscow.”

There was nothing there to hide. Even Mueller admits there was nothing to hide.

So I have no idea why Cohen would lie about it, and I certainly can’t believe Trump would tell him to lie about it.

I am so tired of this crap. It never ends and it is psychological abuse of the public, in particular me.

Remember, Michael Cohen only became a “Rat” after the FBI did something which was absolutely unthinkable & unheard of until the Witch Hunt was illegally started. They BROKE INTO AN ATTORNEY’S OFFICE! Why didn’t they break into the DNC to get the Server, or Crooked’s office?
