We reported on the new DARPA program to mind-heck the goyim on Monday.

We have more information on this program.

They are actually using the term “malicious intent” as what they seek to end by engaging in full spectrum information warfare against the American people. Basically, this is the implementation of psychological warfare methods previously used by the CIA on foreign populations against the people of this country.

It’s almost like the government is super-duper scared of a gamer uprising and a Groyper march to total Aryan Victory.

RT:

The Pentagon has unveiled an initiative to fight ‘large-scale, automated disinformation attacks’ by unearthing deep-fakes and other polarizing content – with the eventual goal of rooting out so-called ‘malicious intent’ entirely.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is seeking software capable of churning through a test set of half a million news stories, photos, and audio/video clips to target and neutralize potentially viral information before it spreads. In DARPA jargon, the aim is to “automatically detect, attribute, and characterize falsified multi-modal media to defend against large-scale, automated disinformation attacks.”  “Polarizing viral content,” however, includes inflammatory truths, and the program’s ultimate goal seems to be to stamp out dissent.

The Semantic Forensics program will scan news stories and social media posts with a barrage of algorithms in the hope of identifying inconsistencies that could mark a story as fake. The desired program will not just identify a meme as inauthentic – it will identify the source of that meme, the alleged intent behind it, and predict the impact of its spread.

If reading that paragraph makes you want to shout

at your screen, then just do it.

Your co-workers won’t know what it means.

To hear them tell it, the Pentagon just wants to even the playing field between the ‘good guys’ – the fake-hunters pursuing the cause of truth in media – and the ‘bad guys’ sowing discord one slowed-down Nancy Pelosi speech at a time. But the Pentagon’s targets aren’t limited to deepfakes, the bogeyman-of-the-month being used to justify this unprecedented military intrusion into the social media and news realm, or fake news at all. If the program is successful after four years of trials, it will be expanded to target all “malicious intent” – a possibility that should send chills down the spine of any journalist who’s ever disagreed with the establishment narrative.

I’m just going to tell you this right now: I guarantee they view “fomenting a gamer uprising” as “malicious intent.”

To adequately test the program, the Pentagon has to spike its array of 500,000 test stories with 5,000 convincing fakes, some of which could conceivably make their way into the “live” news stream – although the mainstream media has not exactly had trouble generating false stories on its own in recent weeks.

…

And the government itself, including the Pentagon, has an extensive history of running fake social media profiles to collect data on persons of interest, including through the NSA’s JTRIG information-war program revealed in the Snowden documents. Agents regularly deploy reputational attacks against dissidents using false information.

Fake identities are used to cajole unsuspecting individuals into collaborating in fake FBI “terror” plots, a phenomenon which might once have been called entrapment but is merely business as usual in post-9/11 America.

Yes.

We know.

We’ve all ran into those people.

You see: far from helping to encourage free speech on the internet, the government is moving to help these tech companies shut down free speech, and punish those who would dare question this pathological Jewish control grid.

Note: On the topic of mind-hecking the goyim, you may also want to look at Jeff Giesea's paper for NATO detailing how to engage in "memetic warfare." Then you might also want to look up who exactly Jeff Giesea is.

This is all being set up for a virtual reality system, where you’ve got Jewish propaganda being beamed directly into your soft brains.

It is a PSYCHIC CONTROL GRID.

They want to turn every single person on the planet into a completely programmable machine. And using the base instincts, they should be able to do this. Pornography was a test-run of this sort of satanic mind warfare.

I want you to understand that they are lying when they say they haven’t deployed this yet. Of course they have. You see it everywhere you look. They are using memes, fake memes, forced memes, fake accounts, shills, fake news, hoaxes and every other thing in an attempt to perfect full psychic manipulation of the goyim.

We are all now trapped inside of a satanic psychodrama.

The only thing we can hope for is that our guys are smarter than theirs.

Black Pigeon did a video on the study we reported on yesterday, which accused the Alt-Right of using leaked NATO psychological warfare techniques to elect Donald Trump and AfD.

Interestingly enough, Daily Stormer, along with /pol/, are the two main targets of this study (pdf of full text).

We even get credit for electing AfD – even though there is no evidence (????).

We were able to infiltrate a community of activists who were seeking to influence the German elections. To date, there is not enough evidence to prove centralised funding or coordination structures behind these pro-AfD campaigns. However, our research suggests connections to the alt-right hacker and troll Andrew Auenheimer (aka. Weev) and the Daily Stormer

I’ll take it!

Anyway, I’ve not sat down and read the entire thing straight through, but I’m going to at some point in the next week, and give a more detailed analysis.

The gist of it is that memes are a form of warfare and thus need to be shut down. Under that demand is the assumption that we are, of course, evil, because we don’t want our countries overrun and destroyed by brown people from everywhere. If you didn’t have that underlying assumption, you’d have to ask why it is okay for the globalist establishment media to use blatant psychological warfare against the public, while the public is not allowed to engage in the same practice.

BP points out that the head of the organization that published this text is a Paki Moslem.

I think it is fair to call what we do “psychological warfare.” But then, anyone trying to convince anyone of anything, or promote any agenda, should be able to be accused of the same – unless they are just totally incompetent and not using any form of technique (i.e. scientific methods of marketing).

And that’s the thing: generally, the right-wing has failed to use technique. The Jew nephew of Jew Freud published “Propaganda” 90 years ago, and these techniques have been used by advertisers and left wing politicians ever since, but the right-wing tends to think that they will win simply by “being honest.” That has not worked. Instead, we have just lost ground since the 60s, never gained any ground back.

I took notice of what was clear technique being used by 4chan, and incorporated that into this platform, and had great success, making Daily Stormer the single most read pro-white publication in all of history.

This relates to recent discussions we’ve been having in the Alt-Right as to the “optics” of the burgeoning real world movement. My view is that people should figure out what will sell our ideas to the public and allow us to gain state power, while others claim we should have no strategy and instead follow whichever “values and principles” they prefer.
